Opinion: Email to the Nassau County District Attorney about security video at stores.

Greetings Nassau County District Attorney,

There were several reasons that I was calling Nassau County 911 and Nassau County Police Headquarters.

I’m only going to focus on one of the reasons in this email.

People I know pay the NYPD and Nassau County Police to viciously harass me. They are still harassing me today.

One of the main reasons I was calling the Nassau County Police was to report that the Nassau County Police has their civilian scam team follow me into supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores, and harass me.

They physically attack me, they try and pick fights with me, they try and start arguments with me, they cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and do anything they can to upset me.

The Nassau County Police Department said I was calling them for no reason. I have rock-sold evidence to prove that is not true. I had several legitimate reasons for calling them.

My next court date is near the end of March, 2021. I was arrested last year.

There is no way that the Nassau County Police could have investigated people following me into stores and harassing me because they didn’t have my bank records. Without my bank records, there is no way to know what store I was at and at what time.

The reason I’m contacting you is that I don’t know how long the stores are going to hold on to their security video. It could be one month or a few months. Hopefully, it’s a year.

The longer we wait, the more evidence is going to disappear. How can anyone prove anything if the evidence is gone?

One thing that will be proved either way is that the Nassau County Police arrested me and never investigated anything.

They also verbally attacked me on the phone and are now trying to make the calls disappear by underreporting the number of times I called them.

Why would I have possibly been spending that amount of time calling the police if nothing was going on?

I was asking them to look at security videos at stores.

If we get access to the security video at stores I visited in Nassau County we can obtain footage of several instances of the Nassau County Police Department’s civilian scam team harassing me in stores. They are still doing it to me today.

This is only one of the reasons I was calling. I’m saving the rest because I’m waiting to hear from the court if I can represent myself.

I sent you my bank and phone records.

Please let me know if there is any way we can request the security video at stores so we can obtain the footage of Nassau County Police’s civilian team repeatedly following me into stores and harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

Opinion: Request to represent myself in my Nassau County criminal trial.

Greetings,

First and foremost I treat everyone involved in this case with the utmost respect at all times.

I asked the staff at the criminal court if I could represent myself. They said I have to ask the judge. They told me the court might order me to continue being represented by a public defender.

I would like to represent myself. I think you’re doing a good job. Albeit, I would prefer to interact directly with everyone.

Please let me know if you require any additional information and paperwork from me.

Please let me know the requirements to officially make the request with the court.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

Email to the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County about the District Attorney.

Greetings,

The Nassau County District Attorney sent me an email telling me to stop contacting them (they wrote cease and desist). They said any evidence or information I want to share for the case to send to you. I attached a copy of the email the Nassau County District Attorney sent me.

I am delighted with the help I have received from you. I was sending the evidence to both you and directly to the Nassau County District Attorney because I suspect you are handling several cases simultaneously.

Also, after someone went into my email and erased evidence, I like how when I send evidence to the Nassau County District Attorney I get an official confirmation email back that includes what I wrote.

I was calling the Nassau County Attorney for months or years trying to get help before I was arrested because people I know pay the Nassau County Police to harass me. The NCDA avoids my calls and never responds. Now I’m sending them evidence and they are threatening me to stop sending them evidence.

My question to you is can I continue to send them evidence directly? Or should I only send it to you. Whatever the law is, I’ll follow. What’s the law or proper procedure?

Also, how long do I have or when is the cutoff date to submit all the evidence I have to defend myself? I believe you said 90 days? What is the date of the last day I can submit evidence to defend myself?

Thank you again for the help. I understand that normally your services would cost tens of thousands of dollars or more.

Please advise regarding if I should stop sending the remaining evidence that the police didn’t or can’t erase directly to the Nassau County District Attorney.

The interesting thing is that the Nassau County District Attorney usually never responds to me. I have a feeling that something I sent them created a ton of extra work for them which is why they threatened me to stop sending them more evidence.

The police know I have thousands of emails to various law enforcement and government agencies going back years reporting that the police will not stop harassing me.

Please advise what I should do moving forward. Whatever you advise is what I will follow.

Thank you and have a great day.
