Notice Of Claim to sue the Human Resources Administration (HRA).

First and foremost I always treat the HRA staff and other public assistance recipients with the utmost respect at all times.

Treating the people at HRA respectfully if more important than any of this.

I always treat everyone at the New York Courts, NYC Comptroller’s Office, 60 Center Street, Clerk’s Office, Security Guards, etc. with the utmost respect at all times.

It’s not any of your fault that people I know pay some of the top law enforcement in the United States to sabotage and harass people including me.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass and sabotage me every day.

Now I’m living in the street homeless being harassed by law enforcement agencies with multi billion dollar budgets.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal.

I’m going to mention other government agencies in this Notice Of Claim although this Notice Of Claim is only to sue HRA.

For example, I’m going to mention the NYPD and New York City law enforcement because in my opinion, I suspect law enforcement is the reason I’m having the issue with HRA.

I think HRA is doing a great job.

There wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for law enforcement threatening HRA to sabotage my public assistance case.

In my opinion, law enforcement runs around behind the scenes at various federal, state, and city government agencies and sabotages me.

For example, the IRS just sent back my tax return saying they didn’t like my signature and I have to resign it. That’s after being told I can’t efile or drop off my tax return at the IRS office located at 290 Broadway, New York, NY 10007.

The motivation is because people I know pay law enforcement to sabotage and harass people.

In my opinion law enforcement is their own oversight and the NYC Department of Investigations, NYPD Internal Affairs, the CCRB and others don’t have any power over law enforcement. It’s vice versa.

In my opinion, any law enforcement that gets in trouble is approved by law enforcement.

Attached you will see a copy of my storage bill for April 2023.

Attached you will see that HRA received a perfectly clear copy of my storage bill more than a week ago via Access HRA.

The way the process works is qualifying people receiving public assistance are allowed to get an inexpensive storage room to keep their things if they are homeless like me or living in a shelter.

My storage room is about $40 per month.

Public assistance recipients upload a copy of their storage invoice every month via Access HRA and it’s paid.

I suspect that law enforcement tells HRA not to pay my storage invoice for a few reasons.

  1. To harass me.
  2. To sabotage me.
  3. To distract me.
  4. Law enforcement wants me to have to go to the HRA Benefits Access Center Lower Manhattan Address: 109 E. 16th Street, New York, NY 10003 in person. When I go to the center law enforcement will have people blow drug smoke in my face, shove their phones in my face, crash into me, block me from walking, they have women try and set me up as a stalker, and more. I just ignore it, take the abuse, and treat everyone respectfully.

I would like to sue HRA for $150,000.

I just paid my storage bill out of my cash assistance so my belongings don’t get thrown in the garbage. I would like to be reimbursed for that.

Next.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

Full time students at Baruch College on cash assistance receive money every week from HRA for an unlimited MetroCard.

In my opinion, of course law enforcement went running over to HRA and told them not to give me my MetroCard money.

I finally started receiving the MetroCard money in March 2023 when I was supposed to start receiving it in January 2023.

HRA sent me about $100 to retroactively cover the weeks I didn’t receive the MetroCard money.

The MetroCard money is about $120 per month. I was owed over $240.

This isn’t a lawsuit against the NYPD or law enforcement.

I’m not saying everyone at HRA or the people in charge of HRA know about my situation I just detailed above.

I’m saying I believe that a few people at HRA out of the hundreds or thousands of HRA staff helped law enforcement sabotage my case.

I don’t blame them, law enforcement are scary.

This is a lawsuit against HRA for not reporting law enforcement for demanding that my HRA public assistance case be sabotaged regarding my storage and MetroCard.

In my opinion, most if not all of what I just wrote can be easily verified by the NYC Comptroller’s Office with a few phone calls.

One more time.

I have a unique situation with people I know having the money and contacts to pay law enforcement to sabotage and harass me.

I don’t have any issue personally with anyone that works for the federal, state or city government.

I just want to be treated the same way as anyone else.

I have dozens if not hundreds of lawsuits planned as a reaction for law enforcement declaring war on me because people I know are paying them under the table.

Therefore I’m politely, patiently, and respectfully moving forward and going through the legal processes until I get law enforcement to stop sabotaging and harassing me.

I’m thinking long term regarding all the lawsuits.

I’m going to be respectfully interacting with the NYC Comptroller’s Office, New York Courts, and many others for years into the future due to the mess that law enforcement created for me.

Plus law enforcement is still harassing me and running scams on me today.

For example, law enforcement pays civilian women and men in regular clothes to blow drug smoke in my face, shove their phones in my face, crash into me, etc. I just ignore them.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the NYC FBI, NYPD Precincts and Internal Affairs, US Attorney NYC, and many others blocked my phone number and email. They aren’t helping me.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

Greetings HRA,

I understand everyone is busy and everyone is doing their best.

I always treat everyone from HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than anything.

Few quick things.

Most important is that you received my storage invoice on 3/7/2023 through Access HRA and it hasn’t been paid.

I uploaded a perfectly clear copy of the one page storage bill or invoice.

I know that NYC law enforcement runs around to every Federal, State, and City government agency that I interact with and sabotages me.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass people every day.

For example, right now law enforcement is sabotaging me at CUNY while I have an open lawsuit against CUNY, Law enforcement can care less.

The IRS just sent back my tax return because they didn’t like my signature.

HRA held back my MetroCard for more than two months, I finally got it.

Thank you.

I didn’t get the whole amount but I’ll email you about that later.

Right now I’m trying to get my storage paid.

My case is active and up to date.

If my storage isn’t paid by the end of the month I’m at risk of losing all my belongings.

I’m living in the street homeless.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me.

If law enforcement is threatening anyone at HRA to sabotage my case like law enforcement does to every other government agency I interact with please report them to at least 12 government agencies because from my experience NYPD Internal Affairs, NYC DOI, and the CCRB won’t help you.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings HRA,

Thank you for saving my life after people I know paid the NYPD and NYC law enforcement to strip me of everything I had. They robbed me and harass me everyday.

I grew up around rich people that have been paying the NYPD and NYC law enforcement to commit crime and sabotage people for decades.

NYPD Internal Affairs and the NYC DOI know and can care less.

I never mention law enforcement to anyone at the HRA job centers.

I always treat all your HRA staff with the utmost respect at all times.

I always treat everyone at CUNY EDGE with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention a word about the NYPD and NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at CUNY EDGE.

This has nothing to do with CUNY EDGE, they are great and as helpful as possible.

Even if it does have something to do with CUNY who cares, please let me know how to fix it.

The NYPD and NYC law enforcement don’t care who finds out that they run scams on people.

Can someone please look into why I’m not receiving my MetroCard allowance.

I suspect the NYPD and NYC law enforcement are telling whoever is in charge of it at HRA not to send my MetroCard money.

I don’t blame the HRA person for going along with it because in my opinion NYC law enforcement will try and make anyone’s life a living hell that doesn’t allow them to run scams.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

I’m not mentioning a word about this to anyone at CUNY EDGE or Baruch College or CUNY.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to HRA about my MetroCard allowance and cold food retailers not accepting the welfare EBT card on January 13, 2023.

Greetings HRA,

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at HRA with the absolute utmost respect at all times. That is more important than any of this.

Thank you for saving my life with the food and money.

The stuff that is going on with law enforcement sabotaging people’s food at some, not all, soup kitchens is out of control. Thank God I don’t have to deal with that.

People I know pay the NYPD and others to harass me. That’s why I’m homeless.

Question. What is the story with the Baruch College student MetroCard money?

I’m a full-time student at Baruch College.

I think school starts back up on January 25, 2023.

If you’re not too busy, please let me know when the MetroCard money starts back up.

A few weeks ago, I stopped receiving my MetroCard money around Christmas 2022.

Additionally, can someone please look into why there are so many places in Manhattan that sell cold food that don’t accept SNAP/EBT/Food Stamps?

Sometimes I ask people at food stores, markets, supermarkets, etc., whether they take food stamps.

Some of them, not all, say they don’t take food stamps/EBT like it’s beneath them or something. Like, that’s for poor people or something like that.

In my humble opinion, that is ridiculous.

I appreciate the help.

I’m living in the street homeless for the past five years or longer.

I don’t drink.

I don’t smoke.

I don’t party.

I don’t do anything illegal.

Just no money and bad credit.

I don’t look homeless.

I understand the government doesn’t want people blowing the food money on bad things so that is why we are forced to spend out welfare food money at participating retailers.

The thing is, a number of Manhattan retailers are not accepting the card.

There are a lot of retailers that do accept the card.

I don’t understand why any cold food retailers would turn down food stamps when there are so many of us receiving them.

It doesn’t make sense.

Why would a company turn down government money?

Can someone please look into it?

Thank you and have a great day.

Email to the coworking place where I belong about the Brooklyn location on December 31, 2022.

Greetings coworking,

I love coworking.

I was recently leaving the location in Brooklyn, New York.

It was December 31, 2022 at about 2 AM.

I wanted to quickly mention something.

It’s not a big deal.

I just want to cover myself.

I always treat everyone at the coworking with the utmost respect at all times no matter what. That includings staff, building staff, etc.

When I was leaving tonight the front door to the building was locked like it always is late at night.

I looked over at the door person and he said and motioned for me to unlock the door and let myself out.

I didn’t really feel comfortable unlocking the front door, but of course I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it so I said thank you, have a great night, and I let myself out.

I’m a New York State licensed real estate broker.

I’m 46 years old.

I’ve been in real estate for twenty years.

I would never touch the lock on the front door of a building unless I was instructed to by the building staff.

I’m just thinking in terms of someone from the management seeing a security video of a person unlocking the front door from the inside.

If the doorman wasn’t there it would be a security hazard.

Additionally, if someone unlocked the front door of the building from the inside without the door person’s instructions that would be disrespectful and of course I would never do it.

In addition to being a polite and respectful person in general, I look at things through a real estate lens.

I might lease out a floor in the building to a client one day or something like that.

I would never burn any bridges with any landords or management companies in New York or anywhere for that matter.

Just wanted to mention it.

I love the location in Brooklyn, it’s one of my favorite.

Thank you and have a great day. .

Notice of Claim to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration.

December 29, 2022.

First and foremost I always treat everyone from the New York Courts, HRA, the NYC Comptroller’s Office, etc., with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than any of this.

I’m going to be suing New York City for the rest of my life because New York City law enforcement is never going to stop teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me.

I would like to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) for $150,000.

HRA cut off my MetroCard money.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College CUNY.

Every week I receive money from HRA to purchase a one week unlimited MetroCard.

For some reason the MetroCard money is canceled for next week and going forward.

I contacted HRA about it on December 23, 2022. I received the following confirmation number.

Your City of New York Correspondence Number is #1-1-6078274

There is a chance that HRA cut off all student’s MetroCard money for the winter break or holiday.

If that’s the case then I’m wrong.

If all college public assistance students are receiving their MetroCard money during the winter holiday and only mine has been cut off then I’m going to sue.

I contacted a few government agencies about the HRA MetroCard money and no one has responded which seems a little strange.

I’m not 100 percent sure about this one because I don’t know anyone that goes to college in New York City that is on public assistance.

Law enforcement sabotages almost every move I make.

Rich people I grew up with pay the NYPD and others to tease, harass, and sabotage me every day.

I contacted the CCRB, NYPD IA, and the NYC DOI; they can’t stop New York City law enforcement from teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me every day.

That is why I want to be sure that I’m not the only public assistance student that had their MetroCard money shut off for the winter holiday.

I contacted the HRA Commissioner’s Office about the situation and didn’t hear back yet.

I hope I’m wrong.

Could you imagine if out of all the college students in New York City that the NYPD or another law enforcement agency went to HRA and threatened HRA to shut off my MetroCard only?

New York City law enforcement has run scams like that on me several times before.

I’m about to sue the NYPD next month.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to US Government Agencies on December 26, 2022 at about 10 AM. New York City law enforcement basically kidnapped me right now. I’m on the 3 train uptown.

Greetings US Government Agencies,

I was taking the number 3 subway from Downtown to Midtown in New York City.

In my opinion, law enforcement knocked me out with drugs like they always do.

I woke up on the train and now we are at a stop that has a lot of crime and drugs.

Now law enforcement won’t move the train.

The train is stopped.

There is no announcement and no explanation why we are not moving.

I’m on the 3 train uptown somewhere in New York City.

Please help.

Law enforcement is harassing me around the clock.

Greetings coworking,

I love coworking, it’s my favorite coworking in New York City.

I’m on the X floor of X location in Midtown West on December 25, 2022 at 5 PM.

I understand that not everyone is going to respect coworking like most of the members do.

Some people leave their belongings and garbage all over the place.

I would never say a word to anyone about it including your members and even staff at the locations.

I only mention it to corporate here.

Your customer service is stellar by the way 🙂

There are 3 booths on the X floor.

1 both has someone sitting there.

The other booth has had someones things on the table all day since this morning.

The final booth has a sweatshirt on it since this morning.

I moved the sweatshirt so I can sit down to a nearby counter that can easily be seen.

If a person comes back and says they are sitting at this booth I will gladly move.

I don’t feel comfortable ever touching anything that isn’t mine although the sweatshirt hasn’t moved for 7 or 8 hours so I think it will be OK.

There is also garbage on the floor by the elevator.

There is also someone’s phone next to the sink since this morning.

Another person left a note pad on another table hours ago and I placed it on the ledge next to the sweatshirt.

Please fill me in on any additional protocol because I want to follow the rules 1000 percent perfectly and be a positive addition to your community.

Specifially what is the policy if it’s after hours and someone hasn’t been seen for hours and has left their belongings and garbage for several hours in a common area that is blocking other members from sitting.

If you say don’t touch it, of course, I won’t move it.

I hope you have 1000 locations in New York City one day soon.

The coworking team, strategy, and software is amazing.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.
