Opinion Real Estate

Tonight a doorman walked out of a New York City building, attacked me, and smashed my phone. Then he stole my New York State real estate brokers license, public assistance card, Chase Bank card, plus more.

People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. New York law enforcement made me homeless. They use incapacitating agents on me when I’m sleeping and cut my ears so that when I wear a mask I feel excruciating pain. The reason they do that is to abuse me and so that I take off my mask while they ambush me and record it. When New York law enforcement has teenage girls crashing into me on the sidewalk, they want my mask off.

I’m a full-time student at CUNY. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I’m on public assistance, SNAP, cash assistance, and I’m receiving government assistance to pay for school. I am doing everything in my power to get back into an apartment. Every time I take one step forward, New York law enforcement sabotages me. They sabotage me even when I don’t take a step forward.

I have contacted almost every NYC government office and New York law enforcement will not stop torturing me. They drug me all the time. They put narcotics into water and throw it on me. They have people sneak up on me and blow smoke in my face. They tease and harass me while I study. Of course, they have people try to pick fights with me.

New York law enforcement has girls follow me around and pretend I’m following them. They have girls shove their phones in my face. They also have people spit, sneeze, and cough in my face regularly. New York law enforcement will have a civilian who works for them picked up in a cab or car service, a person who is clearly sick, the individual will get out of the vehicle, sneeze in my face, and then get back in the car. If I react in any way I will be taken to jail immediately. They have done that dozens of times. Search the word COINTELPRO.

If you don’t believe me, Google what members of the NYPD have been arrested for recently. Murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. It’s almost impossible to get in trouble if you work for the NYPD in my opinion. In my humble opinion, the job is to stab people in the back and ruin innocent people’s lives. Yes, the NYPD does help people sometimes but there are too many scams going on for me to truly appreciate it.

If you have an emergency call 911. This is just my opinion. Hopefully, you will have a better experience with the NYPD than me. You can also call NYPD internal affairs. I really hope you have a better experience with them than I did. The police are torturing me every day and NYPD internal affairs can care less. I’ve called them hundreds of times and visited their office on Hudson Street at least once or twice. I’d go again but I don’t trust them.

Regardless of all that I’m not giving up. I have one life to live and I’m trying to get my life back. Before anyone tries to take this post out of context, I treat everyone at the courts, HRA, CUNY, USPS, NYC Comptroller’s office, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. I’m not trying to make a bad situation worse.

I’m very grateful for the opportunity to go to college. I also appreciate the public assistance benefits from HRA. New York law enforcement will never stop harassing me for the rest of my life. At least I can try to get a roof over my head so it’s not so easy for them to punish me every night. The way it is now, they harass me when I’m sleeping.

I am very careful about what I say and write on the web. Even though I’m homeless and don’t have anything, I’m hopeful that one day I will have something. I don’t want to be sued for defamation, slander, libel, etc. I’m not mentioning the name of the building. I’m not mentioning the name of the management company. I’m not mentioning the names of the individuals who pay New York law enforcement to torture me.

If you want to read about how the US government, FBI, and police torture people you can Google the word COINTELPRO. It’s been well documented by reliable sources that the US government and its law enforcement tortures people. In my opinion, Wikipedia has a lot of information about COINTELPRO.

I have a video of what happened tonight. The doorman is cursing in it so I have to edit the video if I decide to make it public. I shared the video with the NYPD Midtown North precinct (also known at NYPD 18th precinct). If I’m correct the NYPD 18th precinct is the former precinct of NYPD sergeant Alberto Randazzo who was sentenced to almost 3 decades in jail.

Google NYPD Alberto Randazzo at your own risk. His crimes are beyond belief. Do not Google NYPD Alberto Randazzo if you are under 18 years old. They should close the precinct where he worked and reopen it somewhere else. It’s that bad.

The NYPD officers who met me in the street on East 52nd Street and Lexington Avenue in New York City, were as helpful as you can expect. I treated them respectfully regardless of my ongoing issues with New York law enforcement. Precinct cops are not my issue. They have no power to help me because my civilian enemies are paying New York law enforcement who are above the precinct level.

I also sent the video to the property management company of the building where the doorman who violated me was working. I Google’d the address of the building and found the contact right away. I sent them a polite email. The message is that their doorman attacked me, destroyed my property, and stole my property. The doorman is twice my size. He scared me. I thought he was going to really hurt me bad but thankfully he didn’t. He was chasing me all over the avenue and street. No one on this earth who would believe I would start a physical fight with this person.

The NYPD was asking me what race was the person who attacked me. I told them the human race. In my world, there is only one race and that is the human race. I went back to the building with the two NYPD officers and identified the doorman. He lied and said it wasn’t him. I have the video.

In the message to the management company who the doorman works for I said I’m giving them one day to buy me a new phone. The cost is $250 plus tax at T Mobile. It’s a Samsung Galaxy A21. I also want $5 to pay Chase to rush deliver me a new debit card and $10 to get a new New York State real estate brokers license.

That’s it. I have a video of their doorman chasing me in the street, cursing at me, and then he grabbed my phone and smashed it. I can’t even watch the video, it’s like reliving an attack. I can not imagine this management company doesn’t think that is a fair deal. I told the management company that if they don’t pay for what their employee stole and broke, I’ll sue them for the maximum I can receive.

In the email to the property management company, I cc’d the NYPD Midtown North precinct, NYPD headquarters (1 Police Plaza), Manhattan District Attorney, Queens District Attorney, NYPD internal affairs, CCRB, Manhattan Borough President, Queens Borough President, New York FBI, and others. I don’t want anyone to think I’m trying to do anything unscrupulous. If it’s illegal to ask for that type of consideration then hopefully one of them will let me know.

I think it’s a fair deal. Of course, you could decide for yourself if I share the video. I don’t want to share it because it has curses and I want to give the management company a day to do the right thing. I reserve the right to put out the video anytime I want.

The management company probably isn’t going to respond to me. I can not imagine that any property management company would look at the video and hire the doorman unless they are out of their minds. The guy is chasing me in the middle of the street. I told him and another member of the building staff to call the police.

What set off the whole situation is as follows. I have been homeless for five years. I was sleeping on the sidewalk. The streets were empty besides other homeless people. Usually, I sleep in chairs on the subway platform or on benches. I have places to shower. I have clean clothes. I’m clean. I also have been recently tested for CV twice.

I wasn’t near the entrance. The doorman and another person who worked at the building told me to move. I said I’m on the sidewalk, I’m not blocking anyone, call the NYPD if you want me to move. If the NYPD tells me to move, I’ll move. There was homeless people sleeping in the street all over the place. Why am I being singled out? In retrospect, I should have moved. It still doesn’t excuse attacking me, destroying, and stealing my property.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion, and that’s mine. That is when the situation unfolded. I couldn’t believe a doorman from a huge hi-rise flipped out on me like that. If the management company doesn’t reimburse me for approximately $300, it’s their bad energy to hold. Plus I’m going to sue them.

I’m on East 34th Street between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue in New York City writing this. I’m using the free WiFi in the street. Now I have to go to Brooklyn to get a new SNAP or public assistance card. Then I have to spend $5 I don’t have to get my Chase card back. Next, I have to visit the NYC Comptroller’s office to drop off paperwork for my lawsuit against the NYPD. I’m not giving up. I’m using all the resources I have to elevate my situation.

Email to New York State Department of State Division Of Licensing Services. New York law enforcement is torturing me and trying to sabotage my real estate brokers license.

Here is the email. Enjoy the negativity and be happy you’re not dealing with this.

Individuals I know pay New York law enforcement to viciously torture people including me. It’s not a conspiracy theory, it’s well documented by credible sources that the US government, FBI, and police torture people. For example, COINTELPRO. If you Google what police officers have been arrested for recently the crimes include murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. It’s undeniable that law enforcement is torturing people. If you never experienced it, be grateful. They tear me to pieces on a daily basis. I’ll never give up and I’m going to keep reporting New York law enforcement.

New York law enforcement had a bunch of women try to hook up with me to set me up. I’m sure they have caught a lot of men with that but after a while, it became so obvious. I had teenage girls contacting me on Facebook, Twitter, in the subway, at stores, at my college, etc. If I didn’t grow up with individuals that pay the police to ambush, set up, and sabotage people I might have fallen for it.

After that didn’t work New York law enforcement started having women follow me around and pretend I’m following them. They have girls and women crash into me when I’m standing on the sidewalk. They have women shove their phones in my face on the subway. They have women cut me off. They have women run in front of me and pretend I’m chasing them. This is all with the police supervising. They have been doing it to me today.

New York law enforcement also has women and men try to pick fights with me anyway they can. If I’m riding a bicycle, they will have people run in front of my bike. If I turn to the left there is a vehicle waiting to run me over. They have people cut me off with cars, etc.

New York law enforcement has its civilian team try to pick fights with me in several other ways. For example, they cough, sneeze and spit in my face regularly. They also destroy and steal my property at least a few times per month.

New York law enforcement has people constantly cutting me off and trying to crash into me anywhere I go. They have people follow me into stores, cut me off or crash into me, and then run to the manager and tell on me.

New York law enforcement has people contact me non stop. They have people call and text me constantly with one scam after the next. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t pick up my phone. They have people send me messages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other services. They have people send me emails with one scam after the next.

New York law enforcement also has drugged me hundreds of times. They put narcotics into water and throw it on me. They have people sneak up on me and blow smoke in my face. I have been to hospital emergency rooms hundreds of times. I have also been to urgent care centers dozens of times. I don’t tell the doctors and nurses about the police. I just give them one reason or another why I want to be checked out. When New York law enforcement drugs me my blood pressure is high. Before they drug me my blood pressure is normal.

I suspect New York law enforcement is also recording all my calls. I’m just kidding, I know for a 100% fact they are. I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times. The only times I argue with anyone is when I call law enforcement. When I see police in person I’m always friendly. After they drug and harass me all day, I call and they start teasing me on the phone.

New York law enforcement plays very dirty on the phone. They will have teachers and staff from my college pick up police phones. They pretend they work for the NYPD and try to pick fights with me on the phone to have me kicked out of school.

New York law enforcement lives to take things out of context.

Mark Pine

New York law enforcement has girls they are using to try and set me up pick up official law enforcement phones and pretend they work for the police. Anytime I call the FBI, NYPD 911, and other government phone numbers my calls are forwarded to chronic caller operators or people they are trying to use to sabotage me.

I have not spoken with a potential real estate client in years. When I do speak with a potential client I will treat them with the utmost respect and offer the best possible service. If someone were to approach me at this minute and want me to be their real estate broker I would refer them to a full-time broker. I would help anyway I could and let a full-time broker take the lead. I’m a full-time student so it would work better to have a broker involved who is 100% focused on real estate.

Also, anyone who even thinks about doing business with me is immediately contacted by New York law enforcement and told 1 of 2 things.

  1. Do not help Mark Pine in any way.
  2. Help us sabotage Mark Pine.

I don’t have any criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. Besides arguing with law enforcement on the phone, I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

I love being a New York State real estate broker. I appreciate the privilege. I do everything by the book. I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times. Anytime I transact business I act as if the New York State Department Of State, FBI, NYPD, NCPD, IRS, etc. are in the room.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine
