Opinion: New York City law enforcement scams in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct on July 23, 2022.

July 23, 2022 at about noon, I parked a bicycle rental on 9th Ave and 21st St in Manhattan.

I forgot that I had a laptop from my college in the basket.

I walked towards the self-service laundry on 24th St and 9th Ave in Manhattan.

Before I arrived at the laundry place, I realized I had forgotten the laptop.

I went back to the bicycle, and the laptop was gone.

I then went to the NYPD 10th Precinct on West 20th Street.

There was a couple, a woman and a man, standing outside talking with a police officer.

I waited across the street for about thirty minutes until it was my turn.

I suspect that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement wanted to get pictures and videos of me standing next to the couple in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct for one reason or another.

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me almost every day.

New York City law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of every place I go.

New York City law enforcement has civilians, regular people, follow me into businesses and harass me almost everywhere in Manhattan.

I call the people New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team.

New York City law enforcement’s civilian scam team crash into me, tease me, harass me, shove their phones in my face, etc.

After I waited across the street from the NYPD 10th Precinct for about thirty minutes, I noticed that the couple wasn’t there anymore, so I walked into the precinct.

An NYPD Detective walked up to me and said we had spoken on the phone a bunch of times before the NYPD blocked my phone number.

I told the NYPD Detective what happened.

I said I would like a police report just in case someone does something illegal with the laptop so it would be documented that it was lost or stolen.

While I was speaking with the detective, the couple that was standing in front of the precinct for thirty minutes when I showed up got on both sides of me with another person standing on the sidewalk recording and taking pictures of the three of us with a phone.

The NYPD Detective asked if I wanted to walk around, the two of us, and look for the laptop.

I said no.

The NYPD Detective asked if I wanted his phone number and email.

I said no.

We went around in circles a bunch of times, so I just said it’s okay.

I’ll go to another precinct and ask someone else for a police report.

In addition to the couple, a woman and man, that was posing for pictures around me in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct, there was someone else.

There was a woman who walked up and also pretended she was with me in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement wanted pictures and videos of me with the couple, woman and man, in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct.

New York City law enforcement also wanted pictures of the woman by herself and me in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct.

This is the email I sent to my college because the laptop was loaned to me from CUNY.

Greetings Help Desk,

I was riding a bicycle rental.

I left the laptop in the bicycle’s basket.

I walked a few blocks away and then realized I had forgotten the laptop.

When I got back, the laptop was gone.

The laptop still has the stickers from CUNY attached.

Please let me know who I should notify at the school just in case someone finds the laptop and returns it.

If I owe money, please let me know, and I’ll take care of it when I receive my student loan refund in August or September.

I am very appreciative that Baruch College and CUNY was considerate enough to help me obtain a laptop and I want to make this right.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Now I’m at the NYPD 14th Precinct.

Everyone is being respectful, although, in my opinion, the NYPD always has to run scams on me.

While I was waiting to speak with a police officer at the NYPD 14th Precinct, another person walked in looking for a police report.

The other civilian started trying to talk with me, and I ignored him.

Then the NYPD ran one of their classic scams on me.

The other civilian that was trying to speak with me cut me in line.

I’m used to it, they do this all the time, so I don’t say a word.

Then, the civilian is standing at the NYPD 14th Precinct Desk, and the NYPD officer at the desk starts talking with the person standing there.

That way, if anyone looks at the security cameras for the NYPD 14th Precinct, it looks like someone is standing at the desk to get a police report, and I’m next in line being inconsiderate.

When the police officer started talking to me, I said it’s OK, that person can go first.

The police officer said no, you’re first with the civilian staring at me.

I said my laptop was lost or stolen.

The police officer said to go into another room, and they would look into it.

I was robbed again for my smartphone in Manhattan on August 6, 2023.

My phone has been stolen 4 times in the past 6 months.

I was robbed a 5th time for batteries I use to charge my phone.

Making the best of it.

I just like to share my world with the world.

I’m all about positivity and elevating my life.

I’m a full-time journalism major at Baruch College.

Thank you for checking out my page.

Opinion: I discovered another scam New York City law enforcement is running on me with my Baruch  College classes.

Greetings,

I have responsibilities like everyone else except for the members of New York City law enforcement that harass me.

For example, I have schoolwork.

The members of New York City law enforcement that harass me, on the other hand, have billions of dollars in resources and can do whatever they want.

Additionally, New York City law enforcement has thousands of full-time and part-time staff that run scams all day long and don’t even think about helping anyone.

I’ve seen it with my own eyes.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement and other police departments in New York and other states to rob, steal, scam, cover up crimes, etc.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight, so they have almost no chance of getting caught.

I know people that have been committing crimes with law enforcement since the 90s.

New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that manages my situation at Baruch College.

For example, New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that make sure I have Baruch College students harassing me every day at school.

I have Baruch College students crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, etc.

I just ignore them and walk away.

I don’t even report it for the most part because they know where all the security cameras are, and they avoid them.

I just figured out a scam that law enforcement ran on me to sabotage me for the Fall 2023 semester.

I can’t disclose everything because I’m still a student at Baruch College.

If I disclose everything here, law enforcement will use it against me.

There are a few things I’m very comfortable disclosing.

Law enforcement waited until 3 weeks before the start of the Baruch College Fall 2023 semester to cancel one of my easiest and most fun classes.

This is where law enforcement’s lies, scams, and sneakiness really shine through.

Law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team blow marijuana smoke and vape mist at me almost every day.

That drains almost all of my emergency.

It also wastes hours of my day because I have to visit emergency rooms and urgent cares every day to get checked out after law enforcement drugs me.

Law enforcement held back putting at least one class on the CUNY First booking system.

Then after law enforcement saw that I picked my classes and wasn’t checking the CUNY First system anymore, law enforcement put up classes that they know I would have signed up for.

Now I know for the future, I have to keep checking because law enforcement is running non-stop scams on me at Baruch College.
