Opinion: NYPD 911 are harassing me and running scams on the phone when I call. September 19, 2023

Greetings IA, CCRB, and DOI,

I never call 911 from outside of New York City.

The only time I call 911 is when I’m inside New York City.

The NYPD 911 operators are harassing me on the phone.

I told the NYPD 911 operators I’m reporting them via phone and email to dozens of government agencies.

I told the NYPD 911 operators I’m taking the emails and using them as exhibits in court cases via NYSCEF (I’m a pro se plaintiff, NOT an attorney).

The NYPD 911 operators made it very clear they are not concerned about any oversight.

The NYPD 911 operators made it very clear they are above the law and they don’t have any concerns about harassing people and running scams on recorded law enforcement phone lines.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: I suspect New York City law enforcement are pausing some of my calls to NYPD 911.

Greetings,

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement and their off-the-books plain clothes civilian lie and scam team to harass me.

One of the many scams that New York City law enforcement runs on me is paying civilian women and men to try and pick fights with me in Manhattan.

The scam team harasses me in the street, in the subway, in stores, at Baruch College, etc.

I’m 47 years old.

I don’t have a criminal record.

Of course, I’m not going to fall for that scam.

When New York City law enforcement sends one person after the next in regular clothes to cut me off, block me from walking, hold their phone in my face, crash into me, yell at me, sneeze in my face, cough in my face, etc., I call the Department of Justice, the FBI, and NYPD 911.

The New York City FBI blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

The New York City US Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

Every NYPD precinct blocked my phone number.

Many more US government agencies blocked my phone number.

I guess they don’t want to get involved with people being harassed by law enforcement.

I’ve called NYPD 911 thousands of times.

In my opinion, the people that pick up NYPD 911 harass me on the phone when I call.

Lately, when I call NYPD 911, there is something strange happening.

I will dial NYPD 911 and then press call.

My phone will show “Calling Emergency number.”

Then the call will freeze and won’t start ringing.

Then I’ll turn on my phone screen recorder.

After my phone screen recorder is turned on, the NYPD 911 call will start ringing, and I’ll speak with the NYPD 911 operators.

If I don’t turn on my phone’s screen recorder, the NYPD 911 call won’t ring.

Please advise if you require additional information from me.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings NYPD Internal Affairs,

Please listen to some of the NYPD 911 calls from my phone number, 917 815 5415, when you’re available.

When I call NYPD 911 from my phone, the NYPD 911 operators pretend they are sleeping, they whisper, they yell for a few seconds and hang up, they say the police are on their way without asking for an address and hang up, and many more scams.

I told the NYPD 911 operators I’m reporting them to several government agencies, and they don’t care.

The NYPD 911 operators aren’t concerned about any government oversight.

I said aren’t all the NYPD 911 calls recorded?

The NYPD 911 operators said they don’t know or didn’t respond and weren’t the slightest bit concerned.

I don’t know where the NYPD is forwarding my NYPD 911 calls.

All I know is that it’s lawless.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: New York City law enforcement is drugging me to harass me and try to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

Greetings,

In my opinion, a fraction of 1 percent of the crime committed by the NYPD and New York City law enforcement ends up in convictions.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

I suspect the same people I know pay law enforcement in other jurisdictions and states to commit a variety of crimes.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, so it’s not a problem that I’m reporting them to hundreds of government agencies.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date.

Law enforcement chased away my web marketing clients, so here I am, making the best of it.

New York City law enforcement has a plain clothes civilian lie and scam team of thousands of women and men that run scams for them.

New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team don’t officially work for the government or law enforcement.

That would defeat the whole purpose of the scam team.

One of the many things New York City law enforcement uses their plain clothes lie and scam team for is to drug me.

For example, New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team blows marijuana smoke and vape mist in my face.

There are few benefits for New York City law enforcement drugging me.

1. It slows down my productivity.

2. It makes me want to go to sleep instead of spending my free time trying to expose New York City law enforcement for harassing me.

3. It drains my energy for days.

New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team have drugged me hundreds of times over the years.

I’ve been to urgent care locations hundreds of times.

I’ve been to hospital emergency rooms hundreds of times.

My Medicade bill is probably in the millions of dollars.

In my opinion, many (not all) in law enforcement can care less about the taxpayer’s money and safety.

There are a few things I would like to clarify about New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drugging me with marijuana and who knows what else.

1. I act customary.

2. I might be a little more quiet than usual.

3. It makes me want to go to sleep.

4. It makes me hungry and thirsty.

I was a student at LaGuardia Community College for about a year.

Law enforcement drugged me dozens, if not hundreds of times on my way to LaGuardia Community College.

I earned a 3.975 GPA while living in the street homeless the whole time.

I’ve been a student at Baruch College for about 2 years.

Law enforcement has drugged me dozens, if not hundreds of times during the last two years.

My GPA at Baruch College is 3.8, with about 8 classes left to graduate.

I think all I need is a 2.0 to graduate.

That’s living in the street homeless the entire time.

Law enforcement drugged me earlier today (July 30, 2023), and I went to an urgent care location.

After I left the urgent care, I started to study for school again.

Law enforcement had their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drug me again.

In a little while, I’ll be headed to one of my favorite hospital emergency rooms.

I’m well known by many urgent care locations and hospital emergency rooms because I’ve been there hundreds of times.

I always treat all the staff at hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention a word about law enforcement to anyone at the hospital emergency rooms or urgent cares.

If I see NYPD Police Officers at the hospital emergency rooms or urgent cares, I treat them respectfully.

I’m very concise and professional at all hospital emergency rooms and urgent care locations.

I tell them the same thing every time.

I say someone I don’t know blew some type of marijuana smoke or vape mist in my face, and I feel bad.

They take my vitals, give me a quick check-up, and I’m on my way.

Today is a double-drugging day, meaning that New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drugged me twice today.

Law enforcement has drugged me on my way to school before every exam I’ve ever taken at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College.

Law enforcement knows, and I know that they are going to be drugging me dozens, if not hundreds of times before I go to Baruch College during the 2023/2024 school year.

The only way to avoid law enforcement drugging me dozens or hundreds of times this year is for me to get the word out about law enforcement harassing me and get some help.

Assuming I don’t receive any help, law enforcement knows I’ll be going to emergency rooms and urgent cares constantly this school year.

School hasn’t even started, and law enforcement is already drugging me regularly.

I’m on public assistance or welfare.

I’m living on less than $600 per month.

That includes bills and food.

Homeless people have bills.

For example, phone bill, bicycle rental subscription, plus more.

I’m going to detail another scam that law enforcement is going to try to drag into the drugging.

The scam I’m about to detail, law enforcement was going to run on me last semester, although I documented it with the New York State Courts efile website, so law enforcement backed off.

That’s why I’m documenting it again now.

Intermission: If anyone thinks this is far-fetched:

1. That’s how law enforcement gets away with it.

2. No one would believe that law enforcement is this corrupt.

3. The things law enforcement does to me that I’m leaving out are 3X as outrageous as what you’re reading.

I suspect that after law enforcement drugs me dozens or hundreds of times this school year, and I go to the hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares an equal amount of times, law enforcement will think about forcing one or two of my classes to say that Mark Pine is acting erratically.

I have had so many Baruch College teachers, staff, and students harass me I lost count.

I have Baruch College teachers, staff, and students harassing me during classes, in the bathrooms, in the hallways, outside of school, in the subway, in the street, on the phone when I call NYPD 911, etc.

I ignore them.

I play along.

I make the best of it.

When law enforcement drugs me.

1. I feel bad.

2. I get tired.

3. I want to go to sleep.

4. I get hungry and thirsty.

5. I act like every other student.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College professionally and respectfully.

I always wear a hat and glasses, so you can barely even see me under there.

I’m taking pictures and record videos of myself every single day to prove I look and act ordinary.

Some of the videos I publish on social media, and some go into my cloud account.

One day, I’ll expose New York City law enforcement for harassing me.

In the meantime, I’m making the best of the situation.

There is no point in complaining because everyone has their own problems.

I’m reaching out to thousands of government agencies and non-government organizations to try and get help.

No one at Baruch College or CUNY can stop New York City law enforcement from harassing me.

I never mention law enforcement or anything negative to anyone at Baruch College or CUNY.

This message is more than 1,500 hundred words, and I wrote it in one sitting after New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team drugged me twice today.

Law enforcement can easily have 300 Baruch College teachers, staff, and students say anything they want about me.

If you look at the Baruch College security cameras, you will see me acting fine.

If you look at my videos and pictures, you will see me acting OK too.

My rule is to visit an urgent care or emergency room every time New York City law enforcement drugs me after school lets out.

If that means 3 to 5 times a week or 7 days a week, that’s my routine.

It’s well documented via credible sources on the web that law enforcement drugs people.

I’ve called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times to report New York City law enforcement.

The NYPD pretends they don’t know who I am.

10 billion dollars a year and 50 thousand people don’t know someone called NYPD 911 more than 10,000 times?

Greetings,

People I know have been paying the NYPD, New York City law enforcement, and other state’s police departments to run scams for decades.

United States law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, so they can get away with it.

The Police that gets in trouble are all approved by law enforcement, and it’s a fraction of 1 percent of the crimes being committed by the police.

When I call NYPD 911, my calls are directed to specific people that are trained to harass people on the phone.

New York City law enforcement trains people how to pick fights with me in person and on the phone, and many other scams.

Law enforcement does some good, although it’s no excuse for the scams they’re running.

New York City law enforcement has employees on and off the books that all they do is run scams and commit crimes.

They don’t do anything legal and productive.

If anyone that works for law enforcement has a problem with it, they are fired or worse.

If the public heard what it sounds like when I call NYPD 911 to report the police and their civilian lie and scam team harassing me, they would be disappointed at how corrupt New York City law enforcement is in 2023.

The people that pick up my NYPD 911 calls pretend they are sleeping on the phone.

The people that pick up my NYPD 911 calls pretend they are drunk on the phone.

The people that pick up my NYPD 911 calls yell for 10 seconds and hang up the phone.

The people that pick up my NYPD 911 calls say they are sending the police without an address and hang up the phone.

The people that pick up my NYPD 911 calls say anything they can to try and start arguments on the phone.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times during the last 7 years while New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team are harassing me.

Every time I call NYPD 911, the operators pretend they don’t know it’s me and ask the same questions and run the same scams.

I’m thinking to myself, how is the NYPD covering this up?

I suspect the NYPD has the NYPD 911 operators harass me on the phone and then edit the calls afterward with someone speaking professionally on the phone.

If any of the calls with the NYPD 911 operators running scams on the phone ever played in front of a jury or government officials, it would look bad for the NYPD.

A number of individuals are calling for the federal government to take over Riker’s Island.

I’m calling for the federal government to take over the NYPD.

In my opinion, the NYPD is incapable of governing itself.

It’s been like this for years, it’s nothing new.

The NYPD has been harassing me for several years.

I say raise all the salaries for the NYPD, develop apartments for more police to live in New York City, and have someone take over the NYPD outside of New York City.

If the NYPD can’t pick up NYPD 911 calls without lying and scamming on the phone, they need to figure out a new plan.

The NYPD has billions of dollars.

The money is there.

They need oversight.

In my opinion, the New York City FBI knows what’s going on with the NYPD and encourages the bad behavior.

The Federal Government needs to clean up United States law enforcement.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement is committing as many or more crimes as all the New York City civilians combined.

There is no way to measure it because law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight.

I can give many more examples if anyone is interested.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings,

People I know pay the NYPD, New York City law enforcement, and other states law enforcement to run scams.

The civilians I know and their law enforcement crime partners made it very clear that they don’t have any concerns about government oversight.

I’m not a lawyer.

I notified several of the NYPD 911 operators that I’m going to sue the NYPD, and one of the main things I’m reporting is the NYPD 911 operators are harassing me on the phone.

The NYPD 911 operators have made it very clear that they don’t have concerns about any government oversight.

The NYPD 911 operators are running scams and harassing people, and that’s just the way it’s going to be.

The NYPD 911 operators pretend they are sleeping when they pick up the phone.

The NYPD 911 operators tell me the police are on the way without asking for an address and hang up.

The NYPD 911 operators yell on top of me and hang up after 10 seconds.

The NYPD 911 operators do anything they can to harass me on the phone.

NYPD 911 also has students, staff, and professors from Baruch College pick up the phone and try to start arguments with me to pretend the arguments happened at school or on someone else’s phone.

I have called NYPD 911 to report the NYPD and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team for harassing me thousands of times.

I call NYPD 911 hundreds of times per week to report New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team for harassing me.

I’m 46.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I’m not a lawyer.

I told the NYPD 911 operators several times that I’m going to try to sue the NYPD myself.

I said if that happens, there is a chance some of the NYPD 911 calls with the NYPD 911 operators harassing me on the phone may play in court.

The NYPD 911 operators made it very clear that’s not a concern of theirs.

The NYPD 911 operators are running scams on recorded law enforcement phone lines, and that’s just the way it’s going to be.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings,

Law enforcement has civilian women and men that don’t officially work for law enforcement picking up the phone at NYPD 911 and running scams on me.

That is why I always say 911 at the beginning and end of every sentence when I call NYPD 911.

Even with saying 911 at the beginning and end of every sentence, law enforcement still has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team running many scams on me when I call NYPD 911.

I’ve called NYPD 911 over 20,000 times easily.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement has second and third-generation New York City plainclothes civilian lie and scam team members running scams on NYPD 911.

New York City law enforcement has Baruch College students, staff, and professors (I don’t recognize their voices, I just know the scams), and people from other places I go (gym, coworking, supermarkets, etc.) picking up NYPD 911, pretending they are an NYPD 911 operator, and arguing with me, harassing me, insulting me, and yelling on top of me.

Law enforcement is trying to get snippets of conversations that law enforcement can edit into new conversations, say they happened in person or on a personal phone, and use to try and get me kicked out of places.

New York City law enforcement are spending millions of dollars to try and get me kicked out of every place I go.

New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

If anyone stands up to New York City law enforcement, they are fired, law enforcement will kill the person and say they killed themselves, etc.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings,

I’ll give it to the people that answer the phones for NYPD 911 and the people that run NYPD 911.

They are harassing me and running scams on a recorded law enforcement phone line without a care in the world about getting in trouble.

If/when people hear the calls one day, they are going to be shocked at how the NYPD pays people to run scams on the NYPD 911 line.

I’ve called NYPD 911 hundreds of times for the past few hours, and it’s the same people picking up the phone over and over harassing me.

They seem to be enjoying themselves.

I wonder how much money someone earns to harass people on the phone for the NYPD and New York City law enforcement.

I told the NYPD 911 operators that harass me on the phone that I reported them to dozens of law enforcement and government agencies.

They laughed at me and continued harassing me on the phone.

Thank you and have a great day.
