I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy.

I am by no means a professional at meditation. I like to meditate when I can, to try and figure out how to take my life to the next level. Sometimes when I meditate, minor petty issues I’m dealing with at the moment distract me from thinking about the big picture. One trick I want to share in this post is the I am happy, I am healthy, I am wealthy strategy. You can substitute those words for any words that work for you. When I’m trying to meditate and I’m distracted from meditating because I have a lot of errands to handle like most of us, I will slowly repeat those words. I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am a billionaire. I have financial freedom. For me, it works. It blocks out the errands that are distracting my meditation and allows me to focus on the big picture ideas that will hopefully help direct me towards my goals.

I’ll say the phrases over and over, either out loud or in my head. I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy. It gets me centered. Then I can direct my attention/mind in the right direction for me. A lot of the time when I’m trying to meditate lying down I fall asleep. Not all the time, but the majority of the time. I like to meditate in a bath or a shower. That is my absolute favorite time to meditate. Laying in bed or on a couch practicing meditation is fun too. The only issue is I eventually fall asleep. I like to share any idea that works for me in the hope that I will inspire people in any small way that might help in one way or another. You can also search the phrase meditation music on YouTube. They have a lot of music labeled meditation music. I have found a few relaxing music meditation videos that I enjoy.

While I’m on a roll, I also like to search the web and pretend I have a billion dollars to spend. I think about what I would do to help people, things I would purchase, and where I would live. I’ll go onto various residential real estate websites and search through the most expensive homes for sale in New York City. In a perfect world, I will own several homes in New York City and Long Island, New York where I’m from. I would like to own a few full-floor condos with open views. I would also like to own a few townhouses so I can have my own building. Once I have all that and I can test them out, I’ll learn what type of living has the best vibe for me. Townhouse, hi-rise or combination of the two.

I think about companies I would start, lawyers I would hire, and various ways I will spend my time if I had millions or billions of dollars. I also focus on how I can maximize my current situation with the limited resources I have. My goals are to reach financial freedom, have a positive impact on society, and earn billions of dollars. I have absolutely no idea what the effects of mediation are, I just know that I like it.
