Email to the stellar Baruch College CUNY Dean on April 26, 2024.

Greetings Dean,

It’s a miracle I can be a CUNY student with no money while living in the street homeless.

It’s a privilege, and I’m forever grateful.

First and foremost, I’m acting more cautiously at Baruch College than ever.

In my opinion, I sued CUNY a few times as a defense mechanism.

I’ll save the details because I would like to keep this email brief.

It’s public information.

I lost all the lawsuits because I didn’t know the first thing about the law, and I was representing myself because I didn’t have any money.

I’m not saying a controversial word at Baruch College under any circumstances.

I have never said a controversial word or responded when students or professors harassed me in 4 years, and I never will.

If anyone brings up a controversial topic to me, I won’t comment.

Of course, I will continue to treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect, as always.

I’m not even going to get into the amount of harassment I’m dealing with outside of school.

It’s been going on since before I started at CUNY 4 years ago, and it’s as bad as ever.

I’m going through the proper channels, trying to get it to stop.

I understand the world doesn’t revolve around me, and everyone has their own issues that are important to them.

I just wanted to clarify, if I’m correct, that I’m not allowed to contact the Baruch College President’s office or the CUNY Chancellor’s office under any circumstances.

If possible, please let me know if that’s correct.

If you don’t respond, I’ll assume it’s correct and will not contact either of them.

If I’m correct, if anything comes up, that is beyond the scope of the departments to continue to email you.

Thank you again for your consideration.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.
