  • Email to the CUNY Chancellor and Baruch College President about privacy among students.

I also included the CUNY and Baruch College Title IX Coordinators in the email. I didn’t mention that people I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me.

If I get into a pair in one of my classes with a female or male student at Baruch College my civilian enemies and their law enforcement crime partners will have me kicked out of school in a New York second.

New York law enforcement has sabotaged me at every New York government agency I’ve ever dealt with including CUNY.

    Greetings,

First and foremost, I treat everyone at The City University of New York (CUNY), the New York City Comptroller’s Office, HRA, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. That includes CUNY and Baruch College staff, professors, and students.

I believe getting into groups/pairs with students during college classes and sharing personal information should be optional. That applies to distance learning and at school.

Today, I’m starting to contact thousands of schools, organizations, government agencies, news organizations, blogs, etc. to initiate the change nationally and globally. I believe that students should have the option to maintain their privacy at college. I’m going to start with New York and then go state by state contacting various institutions and organizations.

I love to meet and interact with people. My goal in life is to have a positive impact on society. Unfortunately, with the number of catastrophes at colleges between students plus students and professors, I have to request permission to maintain my privacy at school.

College is too important for me to open myself up to a situation that is out of my control and could potentially derail my education.
CUNY professors from John Jay and LaGuardia Community College have recently been terminated due to their interactions with students.

Why would I want to expose myself to those types of situations? For all I know, there may have been additional teachers terminated. Professors are forcing me to get into small groups with students, while simultaneously being fired for the same thing.

I have no access to find out how many students have been suspended from CUNY schools due to having issues with other students. Nationwide, the number of students being expelled from school for having issues between students might be in the thousands or tens of thousands.

Why am I being forced into groups when it’s such a small part of the big picture, yet has the ability to have someone thrown out of school in one second flat? There have been too many misfortunate events for there not to be an option to opt out. I don’t see it as a big deal for students to have the option of being a solo group.

I can volunteer at countless organizations throughout the city and work alongside people. I have and will again. Respectfully, with the calamities that have taken place, I don’t want to socialize at college. If it works for other people, I wish them the best. I’m at CUNY for the degree and to learn. I’m not looking for dates, contacts, or anything of that nature.

I have been harassed by at least three students, female and male, since I started at CUNY. I have no idea who they are. Furthermore, I don’t know who these individuals are connected with, but they sure didn’t seem to be too concerned about getting in trouble. All the students were harassing me in clear view of security cameras. I ignored all of them. A person can pour a can of paint on my head and I won’t react.

I don’t want to form groups with female or male students. I don’t want to have supervised and/or unsupervised phone calls, zoom calls, emails, etc. with female or male students. I don’t want student’s personal information and I don’t want them having my personal information.

The climate is so strict right now. Any claim, made by any student, against another student, is agony for the accused.

Why in my right mind, would I want to break into groups with students? I don’t see an upside. All I see is a downside.

Could you imagine the coincidence if I ran into a female or male student somewhere in New York City after we had broken into a group at school and someone claimed that something happened?

THOSE TYPES OF COINCIDENCES HAPPEN A LOT WHERE I’M FROM.

Not because of me. I grew up around millionaires. Some of them were nice. Some of them run scams and sabotage people. I have reported them to the proper authorities.

I have a 3.975 GPA so far at CUNY after 36 credits.

If I have to break into groups with students I will. I will treat everyone with the utmost respect and professionalism.

I’m confident that there are a lot of students, female and male, who feel the same way that I do about being forced into small groups at college. I have a strong feeling that we have the chance to save people from uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situations if we can make the change.

Please provide any feedback you deem appropriate.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

I always treat everyone with the utmost respect. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I love The City University of New York.

  • Email to the Nassau County District Attorney about my phone records.

    Greetings Nassau County District Attorney,

I submitted 8 PDFS from T Mobile with my phone records to my Nassau County Legal Aid attorney. I would be happy to share my T Mobile phone records with you directly or you can obtain them from my attorney.

Respectfully, I would like copies of all the call recordings to be used as evidence in my case. I called many more times than the Nassau County Police Department is claiming.

The Nassau County Police and their team acted extremely unprofessionally on several calls. The citizens of Nassau County will be horrified when they hear the Nassau County Police Headquarters switchboard operators in action.

I probably called over 1,000 times. That includes calls to the Nassau County Police Department, Nassau County 911, Nassau County Internal Affairs, and a few calls to the precincts.

I also called the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office and the Nassau County Executives Office to report that rich people I know are paying the police to harass me.

There is one call to the Nassau County Police 4th Precinct that is beyond unprofessional. A police officer picked up the phone and threatened me. I said I’m writing down the time and date of this call, I hope it’s being recorded. The officer immediately hung up.

1,000 calls might sound like a lot. It doesn’t seem like a lot when New York law enforcement is maliciously harassing me.

Five days before my arrest officers from the NCPD 6th Precinct stopped me in Great Neck and told me to stop calling Nassau County 911. That was the last time I called. I also stopped calling Nassau County Police Headquarters at that time.

The Nassau County Police Department is claiming that I called them from two phones when I only have one phone.

One of New York law enforcement’s signature scams is to have civilians who work for them ferociously pick fights with people.

When the person they are trying to set up reacts, namely me in this circumstance, the person is immediately arrested. Then all the evidence is destroyed that doesn’t back up the police’s narrative. Exactly what they are trying to do in this case.

When the Nassau County Police Department and their civilian team brutally harass me, I call and report it. That’s the only reaction they get out of me. The individuals at Nassau County Police Headquarters pick up the phone and insult me, threaten me, and hang up. I’ll call back a few times just so it’s documented.

Needless to say, the Nassau County Police Department and their civilian lie and scam team are still harassing me when I’m in Nassau County. I just take it because obviously, I can’t call anymore.

I would like to file a police report that people I know pay New York law enforcement including the NCPD to harass people including myself. I was denied reports by the NCPD 2nd and 4th Precinct.

People I know also pay New York law enforcement to allow them to commit felonies. I have rock-solid evidence of that.

I suspect the Nassau County Police Department is not submitting the calls where they are verbally attacking and threatening me on the phone. Hopefully, the court doesn’t allow that.

I also submitted my college transcript from The City University of New York to my Nassau County Legal Aid Attorney. I have a 3.975 GPA after 36 credits and I’m on the Dean’s List.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Email to the New York Courts and Nassau County District Attorney about pre-trial services.

Greetings New York Courts and Nassau County District Attorney,

I have been following the instructions of my Nassau County pre-trial officer.

First I was calling the main number for Nassau County pre-trial services. One of the officers called me back and gave me a new number to call.

The officer said to call every Monday. I’ve been calling every Monday.

I have not heard from the officer since last week. That is why I wanted everyone to know that I’m still calling.

I also called the main Nassau County pre-trial services number to let them know I haven’t heard back from my officer.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • The Nassau County Police and their civilian team are harassing me at the Hicksville Library.

I bought hundreds of masks on Amazon. I literally change my mask three or four times per day.

People I know pay New York law enforcement to harass me every day. Including the FBI, NYPD, NCPD, SCPD, and others. They have been paying law enforcement to terrorize people for decades.

I have contacted the Department of Investigations, CCRB, Internal Affairs, US Attorney, District Attorney, etc. None of them have helped me at all. New York law enforcement and their huge civilian lie and scam team continue to harass me without a care in the world about being caught.

I’m studying for college at the Hicksville Library. I went to scratch my face for a fraction of a second and I guess my mask went out of place for literally a fraction of a second. Without hesitation the split second I start adjusting my mask, the Nassau County civilian lie and scam team spring into action and start photographing me with their phones.

These people are sick in the head. If you don’t believe this goes on Google the word cointelpro. Also, look up what members of New York law enforcement have been arrested for lately.

I have not said one work to anyone at the library including the staff.

  • Nassau County police fabricated evidence for my case because I don’t do anything illegal.

This is an email I sent to Nassau County Legal Aid and others about it.

    Greetings,

I stopped calling Nassau County Police headquarters and Nassau County 911 about five days before my arrest. Members of the Nassau County Police 6th Precinct told me to stop calling when I was in Great Neck and I did. Of course, Nassau County law enforcement and their civilian team continue to harass me because people I know have been paying them for decades. I just ignore them and call law enforcement and government numbers outside of Nassau County.

This is the complaint from my arrest.

I just finished school at CUNY for the semester where I’m on the Dean’s List with a 4.0 GPA after 27 credits. Now I have to deal with being falsely arrested.

I was looking at my Nassau County arrest complaint and immediately I noticed that they are writing that I was calling from multiple phone numbers. The only phone number I have is 917-815-5415. I have no connection with the other mobile phone number listed.

Why are they writing that I’m calling from a phone that I have no connection with? I only have one phone. I have no money. If it wasn’t for student loans I couldn’t afford the phone I have. Why would I have two phones?

My phone is registered in my name at T Mobile. I told the arresting officers, the Nassau County District attorney, Nassau County legal aid, and others that I will gladly share my T Mobile phone records. I have nothing to hide. I don’t do anything illegal.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I’ll gladly turn over my bank records if that will help.

I can’t figure out which calls in my T Mobile account are to Nassau County 911 or NYPD 911. I know I called Nassau County 911 several times because people I know pay them to harass me. When Nassau County Police and their civilian team start harassing me and trying to pick fights with me to get me in trouble, I would call Nassau County Police headquarters or Nassau County 911. I haven’t called since about five days before my arrest.

I think that for some reason Nassau County Police are underreporting the calls that I made. I suspect the reason is that they are embarrassed about how their operators acted and sounded on the phone. I suspect I called more times than they are reporting. I’m going to check my phone records and write up the information.

In addition to the Nassau County police lying and saying I have two phones when I only have one, I am going to continue to analyze this complaint because I think there is at least one other thing in there that might be false.

I have called NYPD 911 several times over the years because I spend the majority of my time in New York City and the same people I know that pay the NCPD pay the NYPD to viciously harass me.

If anyone reading this doesn’t believe this goes on members of New York law enforcement have recently been arrested for murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, drunk driving, the list goes on. I can only imagine what they are getting away with.

I only have one phone. I’m on public assistance/welfare. If it wasn’t for student loans I wouldn’t even have one phone. The whole point of calling the police is that the NYPD and NCPD are blocking me from obtaining police reports. When I call, my thought process is why would someone who is doing something illegal call NCPD headquarters? At least if anything happens I can prove that I called to report that the NCPD was viciously harassing me. The whole point of calling is for the calls to be on my phone records as evidence that I can’t get anywhere else.

The NCPD is lying about the number of times I called to cover up the calls where they look horrible. They are lying about me calling from two phones when the whole point of calling is for the calls to be on my phone records as evidence that the police are harassing me.

This is taken from the complaint.

I, was working as a switchboard operator for the Nassau County Police Department communications bureau, located at 1194 Prospect Ave., Westbury, NY 11590. At approximately 10-11am another operator and I began receiving numerous phone calls from a man who identified himself as Mark Pine, using phone number 917 [hidden]. Said individual began complaining that a police officer named Rich was receiving a pension even though he was fired. He would demand to speak with a detective or the police commissioner, and continued to gripe about the police department. While describing his contempt with the police department he began to use graphic sexual language that made me uncomfortable. I notified the dispatch supervisor, who spoke with the caller and asked that he cease calling the switchboard/communications bureau. He then started calling from a different number, 917-815-5415, and when he wasn’t complaining and using vulgar language he would simply hang up when we answered his call. I clearly recognized the voice of the same caller for all of the calls received from these numbers. These calls have become a nuisance and need to stop. I am not requesting an arrest at this time. Report for documentation purposes only. This statement was prepared for me by Officer Joos and it is the truth.

I’m going to continue working on this. I can’t believe how the Nassau County Police makes up blatant lies in police reports. I’m sitting in a subway station writing this. After about ten minutes of writing this, someone ran up to me and blew marijuana smoke in my face, and ran off. That’s been done to me hundreds of times.

  • I was arrested by the Nassau County Police for reporting crimes.

Greetings New York State Comptroller, Nassau County Executive, Nassau County Comptroller, and Nassau County District Attorney,

I don’t have time to write up the whole situation because I’m a full-time student at The City University of New York. Moreover, New York law enforcement and their civilian team viciously harass me every day, including today.

I grew up with rich people in New York who pay New York law enforcement to terrorize people. They have been doing it for decades. It’s standard procedure.

Just in case anyone reading this doesn’t believe this goes on, New York law enforcement members have recently been apprehended for murder, rape, domestic violence, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. Some of the crimes are beyond apprehension. I don’t feel comfortable typing them.

One officer, Named Richard Furboter from the Nassau County Police Department, was arrested for exposing himself to one or more residents of Nassau County. His crimes were committed while he was an active member of the Nassau County Police Department.

Somehow he managed to get arrested. He quickly retired and now he is collecting a full pension in the comfort of his own home. I would love to know what charge or charges he ended up with on his record. Is he a registered sex offender?

I spend the majority of my time in New York City. Sometimes I visit Nassau County to study because more places are open.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

I’m a full-time student at LaGuardia Community College. Next semester I will be attending Baruch College as a journalism major.

I have not missed one class in a year and a half at school. My GPA is 4.0 after one year, with the police harassing me constantly.

The reason I’m contacting everyone is that I was recently arrested in Nassau County.

I was arrested for arguing on the phone and reporting crimes against me to Nassau County Police headquarters and Nassau County 911. No threats were made.

There are several calls that I’m confident members of the Nassau County Police Department and anyone who works for the Nassau County government would not be proud of. Of course, there are calls that I would not be proud of either. With that being said, no threats were made by me.

I also called Nassau County Police Precincts to alert them that I was going to stop by for a police report, and they threatened me over the phone. I can get the exact dates and times from my T Mobile phone records.

New York law enforcement had girls and women try to hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it.

It’s the same exact thing as women hiring a private detective to have females bust their husband’s cheating. People I know pay the same exact “former” law enforcement to have women say men acted improperly.

Additionally, they have civilian women and men who work for them try and pick fights with me while the Nassau County Police supervise. The NYPD does the same thing.

When they start to hammer away at me I just pick up the phone and call 911 or any other law enforcement that I think of. I report what’s going on to cover myself, knowing I’m not getting any help. The people who pick up the government phones usually try to pick fights with me on the phone to divert the attention away from why I’m calling.

About five days before I was arrested police officers from the Nassau County Police 6th Precinct stopped me in Great Neck. They told me to stop calling Nassau County Police headquarters and stop calling Nassau County 911.

I have not called either number since that day. I was polite to the officers. I video recorded the whole encounter.

Five or six days later I was arrested at the Jericho Public Library while I was studying for school. I didn’t resist arrest and I wasn’t disrespectful.

I emailed the Nassau County District attorney and Nassau County Legal Aid that I want to put this matter behind me. I’m not an attorney. In my humble opinion, I’m willing to accept a violation. No jail time. No probation. I think that is fair.

If it has to go to trial I’m going to opt for a judge trial. Not a jury trial. If people who work for the courts or government want to drop the whole case, obviously I accept that.

Before I was arrested I called the Nassau County Executive, Nassau County Police Internal Affairs, the Nassau County District Attorney, and others to report I’m being harassed by the police. Furthermore, I believe that some of the crimes that took place against me were captured on retail store’s video cameras. No one investigated.

A few months ago I filed paperwork with the Nassau County Attorney to sue the Nassau County Police. The paperwork was rejected. I was/am in the process of refiling.

I was approved by the New York City Comptroller’s office to sue the NYPD. I had a deposition and was given documentation. I haven’t filed the suit because I’m too busy with school and being harassed.

I was arrested by the Nassau County Police 2nd Precinct. When they arrested me they tried to trick me into signing a statement. I didn’t fall for it. They also locked me to a wall in a room by myself and blasted music for hours. I don’t think that is allowed. I think people should be on video the whole time they are in custody.

This is the complaint that Nassau County legal aid gave me:

    https://markpine.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/a3460-2448_001.pdf

There is a lot more but I don’t have time because I’m studying for finals. I will continue to treat everyone at the Nassau County Courts, Nassau County District Attorney, Nassau County Attorney, etc. respectfully. I’m not trying to make a bad circumstance worse.

It’s tough because my civilian enemies have been paying New York law enforcement for decades. They have worked their way high up the food chain.

Please provide any feedback you deem appropriate.

Thank you for your consideration and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

  • Email to my storage place about the police using young girls to try and set me up.

    Greetings X Storage,

First and foremost I treat everyone at X Storage with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff and customers. I keep to myself, but if I see a staff member I say hi, tell them they are doing a great job, and I left them a five-star review on Google Maps.

    I love X Storage.

Tonight is the second night in a row that the same person was in the hallway right before the elevator. The person has every right to be there.

I just wanted to mention that the person I think is a young girl or woman. I didn’t look too closely in her direction but I heard her voice because she tried to start a conversation with me. I ignored her.

I immediately turned on the voice recorder on my phone just in case she continued to speak to me. I also walked directly in front of the camera, far away from her, so while I was waiting I was in clear view of the camera.

The reason I ignored her is that rich people I grew up with paid former NYPD private detectives to have young girls try to hook up with me to get me locked up. I didn’t fall for it.

I’m not saying this girl/woman has anything to do with that, I’m just keeping my distance as a precaution as I would any man or woman.

I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m a full-time student at The City University of New York.

I got the feeling the girl or woman was sort of hanging around waiting for me to do the squeeze by in the narrow hallway. I didn’t do the squeeze by with her. I patiently waited for her to go and I didn’t say a word.

I’m not saying a word about this to anyone at the location. I’m not saying a word about this to anyone. I’m just mentioning here that anytime I show up and this woman is in the hallway by the elevator, I will patiently wait and I’m not saying a word to her. I don’t care if she is there for thirty minutes every time I show up, I’m not saying a word. I’m also not going anywhere near her.

As I said she has every right to be there. I’m just going on the record that I’m not at X Storage for networking or meeting anyone new. After what the NYPD has put me through I wouldn’t go out with a woman if she transferred a million dollars into my Chase Bank account.

The police still harass me constantly and I’m in the process of suing them. That is not to say that I have a problem with all police. I just called NYPD 911 a few hours ago because of a situation and I was as friendly as could be with them and vice versa.

If this girl or woman was connected with the police she would start popping up at other locations I’m at around the city. Or she would constantly be showing up at the same time as me. Either before or at the same time so it appears that “he’s following her.”

Of course, the esteemed members of New York law enforcement would never do that.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Email to a clothing company. The police stole something I ordered from the post office.

    Greetings X,

    I never received the order.

My address is a PO box. My PO box has the PO box address and a street address. I use the street address.

I’m 44. I have no criminal record. I don’t lie. About a year ago I bought over $1,000 in jackets from you. You accidentally refunded all the money and I had the jackets. I called you and sent over the money. That’s how honest I am.

There are a few things that could have happened to the jacket. Rich people I know pay New York law enforcement, FBI, NYPD, etc. to harass me beyond belief. They have robbed me so many times I lost count. Clothes, laptops, phones, etc.

I highly suspect they stole the jacket for three reasons.

    1. Just to harass me because they are being paid and are a bunch of haters.

    2. So that I approach the USPS postal workers and ask about the jacket. Then they will force the postal workers to lie and say I was disrespectful so they can have me thrown out of the post office. They love to have me kicked out of places for no reason. I always treat people respectfully regardless of what’s going on.

    3. They want to set me up for fraud. I have a storage room where I keep things in New York City. New York law enforcement might have taken the jacket. Then when I report it missing to you they can go into my storage and put the jacket in there and have me arrested for fraud.

I’m wearing the exact same jacket I ordered right now. The one that is missing was supposed to be a backup just in case the one I’m wearing gets damaged or stolen by the police.

I have two of them already. One size small and another size medium. The medium is for the winter when I’m layering.

I still have an additional store credit for about $300 or more.

Ideally, I would like a credit for the lost jacket. I never received it. Regardless of what happens, you have always been very generous with me in regards to the warranty so I’m appreciative for that.

I went to the post office and there was no slip in my box saying the jacket was delivered. I went up to the counter and asked if I had any packages and they said no. I said a company told me they delivered something.

The postal person said give me the tracking number. At that minute I realized in my mind that this was going to turn into some type of police scam.

I don’t blame the postal workers for lying. They have no choice. When law enforcement runs around the city and asks government workers to help them run scams, they have no choice. If they don’t do it they will be fired, killed, or both. I’ve seen it happen. I reported it to NYPD/NYC Crime Stoppers, NYPD internal affairs, CCRB, and others.

Ideally, I would like a credit if possible. If the jacket turns up I’ll notify you immediately. I’ve already proven I wouldn’t run off with over $1,000 let alone $160.

I don’t want anything that isn’t mine. I assume you can get the money back from the shipper, insurance, or whoever because you are running a major operation.

Technically, I could say the jacket is missing but I want to cover myself because people I know pay New York law enforcement to run scams on me.

For example, they had at least two dozen teenage girls try to hook up with me. I don’t understand why they keep sending them after I said no so many times. They keep sending one girl after the next.

I like women but I don’t like going to jail. I’m waiting until I have the money to buy or develop a robot girlfriend who is lifelike. Hopefully, New York law enforcement can’t program her to set me up. I’ll have to put a kill switch on her just in case because they are very sneaky like that.

Don’t get me wrong, New York law enforcement kills and sets up women too. They have different scams for women.

Please advise about what you decide with the jacket.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Email to HRA about the police stealing my Fair Fares card.

    Greetings HRA,

I always treat everyone at HRA, CUNY, USPS, etc., with the utmost respect at all times.

I suspect my Fair Fares card was stolen out of the mail by New York law enforcement. It’s been three weeks since I was approved.

I grew up with wealthy people in New York. A few of them have been paying New York law enforcement to terrorize people for three decades including me.

New York law enforcement has stolen my mail dozens of times before. I used to be a part of The City University of New York ASAP program. They would give us a free MetroCard that would be valid for a few months at a time.

New York law enforcement and their civilian team stole every single one of those MetroCards from me. They steal my phones, laptops, rip my clothes when I’m sleeping, etc.

Even if the Fair Fares card appears in the mail, the police will steal it. I have several police reports to back up my claims and I’ve also been rejected for dozens of police reports.

I’m still going to try and use the Fair Fares card as much as possible. What should I do if it doesn’t show up in the next week or so? I applied on November 12, 2020 and was approved soon after.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Email to the HRA commissioner about the date of my public assistance case recertification.

    Greetings HRA,

I always treat everyone at HRA, CUNY, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.

My access HRA account says my recertification is for December 2020. I was outside of The Waverly Job Center this morning at seven this morning with my paperwork.

When it was my turn the very nice person at the desk told me my recertification is for June 2021.

I just wanted to double-check and make sure that is correct. I have had my case dropped once before with no explanation.

I’m going to go back there at least three more times and wait in line for three hours to be one hundred percent sure that I don’t have recertification for a year and a half or more from the last one.

If I’m correct my last HRA public assistance/cash assistance recertification case was November 2019.

Please provide any feedback you deem appropriate.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine
