I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that.

The New York City police are harassing me because men that I know pay the police to harass several people without any legitimate reason.

The NYPD have been harassing me for more than ten years.

I’ve contacted hundreds of government and law enforcement offices in New York City and New York State about the police harassing me. Not one of them has helped.

The New York City police are still harassing me on September 16, 2026.

I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government and law enforcement offices nationwide. That includes US attorneys, district attorneys, the FBI, police departments, politicians, Internal Affairs in multiple jurisdictions, and many others.

If you have any ideas how I can legally get the New York City police to stop harassing me please let me know.

I’m pro se suing the NYPD in the Manhattan Supreme Civil Court. The lawsuit is listed as Mark Pine vs The City of New York.

The police work behind the scenes to sabotage my business relationships.

Additionally, the NYPD pay civilian women and men to harass Mark in Manhattan in broad daylight in front of everyone. They are very sneaky.
