  • Email to my gym about customers not respecting the environment.

    Greetings X gym,

    More important than anything, I treat all your staff with the utmost respect at all times. For the most part, I keep to myself. The interaction I have with your team is always respectful as I treat everyone. The X gym employees at the gym are the best in the business.

    As I’ve mentioned several times, X gym is my favorite workout place in the city. You are doing an extraordinary job.

    I wanted to report that the majority of your clients are following the rules. For some reason, and this was going on at other gyms I’ve been a member at, there are people whose mission is to break the rules.

    I never mention anything about this to your staff in person. Lord knows they have enough to manage running a retail location in New York City. Furthermore, I would never mention a word to one of your customers, regardless of whatever happened. Nothing phases me. Someone could throw a can of paint on my head, and I woudn’t lose my cool.

    The issue I’m emailing about is people not being patient while walking around the gym. If I didn’t know better, I would suspect there are a number of customers looking to crash into people in the hallways. I was waiting for someone to walk out of the locker room while walking out of the bathroom. People start running around me from behind, cutting everyone off. They might have been on their way to pick up a bank check or something like that. It’s none of my business.

    If you ever look at how carefully I walk around the gym, you would see how respectful I am. I’m not claiming that everyone needs to be as cautious as me. However, some clients are cutting people off and not respecting the situation here.

    It’s not a big deal. I merely enjoy reporting everything to try and be helpful when possible.

  • Email to CUNY English Department about how to improve classes [opinion].

    Greetings Professor and English Department, 

    I would like to provide quick feedback, including my opinion on how to improve all the English classes. 

    I feel many of the decisions are up to the school, state, federal government, etc. Nonetheless here is my view on how the classes can be elevated. 

    There are several digital resources on the web about how to write essays, how to improve grammar, how to be a better writer, etc. As a student, I have no idea which of these resources are credible and apply the English class I’m taking. 

    The English department, the school, and the professors can’t replicate all that content. In my humble opinion, they should make use of it. For example, YouTube videos, articles, websites, mobile apps, etc. 

    Regardless of what English class it is, the professor, department, and anyone else who is involved should spend a few days, weeks, months, going through the various resources and filter out the quality ones. 

    If there is an assignment to write an analytical essay for an English class, provide a dozen additional resources available for free on the internet that would allow students to dig in deeper and write it better. Even if only 3 to 5 percent of students use the digital resources, that will make it worthwhile for the ones who are going the extra mile to learn the material and go for the A. 

    I have a feeling the percentage will be higher than that. To illustrate, if you recommend YouTube videos people will watch them. If the school wants to create the content themselves, that’s great, in the meantime, it’s sitting on the web right now. The issue is, we the students need professionals to filter out what’s real and what’s not applicable. 

    The professors can share a PDF with all the links at the beginning of the semester. That way students can spend their time productively and learn the information for the whole semester immediately if they take the initiative. The links can also be given as an attachment with each assignment. 

    [Opinion] Grammarly.com should be recommended to all students. 

    The school should make a deal with them and provide the premium version for free. I’ve become a much better writer because of it. It’s not fair for some of the students to have it and not others. I’m homeless and I have the premium version purchased with student loan money. 

    I have a lot more ideas but those two would be a game-changer. I’m confident the powers that be have thought about everything I’ve written, regardless these are my ideas.

    Greetings Nassau County Human Rights Commission,

    I’m being discriminated against by the Nassau County Government. I have a few more days left of school at The City University of New York / LaGuardia Community College and then I’m going to focus on this situation one hundred percent. Next semester I’m transferring to Baruch College. 

    Rich people I know have been paying New York law enforcement to terrorize people for decades. There is a little bit of evidence out there that hasn’t been concealed or covered up. 

    They had several teenage girls and young women try to hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it. 

    They also have women and men try to pick fights with me while New York law enforcement supervises. 

    If anyone reading this doesn’t believe this goes on, I invite you to search Google for the crimes that members of New York law enforcement have recently been arrested for. Murder, rape, domestic violence, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. The craziest stories you can’t imagine. 

    One NYPD sergeant was arrested for ordering women to sexually abuse their toddlers. His name is Alberto Randazzo. 

    A member of the Nassau County Police was arrested for exposing himself to people at a park. His name is Richard Furboter. Another member of the Nassau County Police was arrested for crashing into a parked car drunk in 2020. I’m sure MADD would be thrilled about that. 

    When the police and their civilian team start to hammer away at me I don’t react to them at all in person. I ignore them because they are being paid to try and get me to react. 

    Instead, I pick up the phone and call Nassau County Police headquarters, Nassau County 911, Nassau County Executive, Nassau County District Attorney, Nassau County Internal Affairs, etc. The police and their civilian team know I’m calling and they can care less. They continue to harass me and no one helps. 

    In November 2020, I was met in the street by about ten police officers from the NCPD 6th Precinct in Great Neck. They told me to stop calling NCPD headquarters and NCPD 911. I immediately stopped calling and haven’t called since. I was one hundred percent respectful to them the whole time. 

    About five days later I was arrested at the Jericho Public Library while I was studying for my finals. That was November 30, 2020, I believe. I didn’t resist arrest at all. I was respectful to the police then too. 

    I don’t have any criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I’m a full-time college student. 

    There were never any threats made by me to any member of law enforcement. There were a lot of threats made from them to me. 

    I’m 44 years old. I’ve made it this far without getting into any trouble. Now the Nassau County Police have charged me with harassing them on the phone. The only witnesses in my case are the police and their staff that my civilian enemies have been paying since I was riding bicycles in Hewlett/Woodmere in the 1980s. 

    Now here comes the discrimination part. I have been homeless for about five years. If you saw me you would not think I was homeless. I’m on the Dean’s List at my college. I have not missed one class in about a year and a half at school. I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. I have not had any issues there. 

    The only reason I’m homeless is that people I know have been harassing me and they sabotaged my web marketing business. I’m making the best of it and I’m working to get back in an apartment. I’m also an active New York State licensed real estate broker. 

    I have been assigned to someone for what is called pre-trial services. I treat the women respectfully. I’m not trying to make a bad situation worse. 

    1. Why do I need to check in with someone? I’m 44 with no criminal record. The only criminal record I have is reporting crime and arguing on the phone with the Nassau County police department. They told me to stop calling and I did. I have the whole exchange on video. 

    2. The whole time that the Nassau County Police had me in custody I acted completely normal. Of course, they chained me to a wall and blasted music for hours. Even with that, they have no video of me acting out of order. 

    3. The person who I am assigned to check in with is treating me like garbage, trying to get me to react negatively because they have nothing on me. The only hope they have of getting negative evidence on me is the phone calls between the pre-trial person and myself. I’m treating her respectfully regardless of how she is being coached to try and make me look bad. 

    The woman said where do you sleep? 

    I said on buses and in the subway. 

    She said I want you to call me every week and let me know what subway station you slept in. 

    I said can I get that in writing or an email?

    She said, no it’s OK you don’t need to tell me what subway station. 

    Then I gave the women my college email. 

    She said do you have a different email? 

    I suspect the reason she doesn’t want my college email is that it makes me look good, not like the picture they are trying to paint of me. Why doesn’t she want my college email? 

    My GPA after 27 credits is currently 4.0. This semester I’m getting all As maybe one B but probably all As. That with getting arrested in the middle of finals plus the police and their civilian team harassing me. 

    I will continue to check in every week as I’m told even though the woman is trying to sabotage me. I don’t take it personally, I know the police are coaching her. I’ve been dealing with the police for years. 

    One time I was in a class and a woman starts to yell at me at the top of her lungs. I have no clue who this woman is. I don’t say a word, I just move my seat. After class, I file a complaint with LaGuardia Community College security. 

    There is a security camera in the classroom. Security gets back to me and says the security camera was broken. 

    This is the type of situation I deal with all the time. 

    Can someone please look at my case. I’m being discriminated against for being homeless. Also, I spend the majority of my time in New York City. The only reason they arrested me in Nassau County is that this would never fly in New York City. I’m going to respectfully and carefully contact thousands of people until I get some help. 

    One last thing. A day or two after the NCPD officers from the 6th Precinct told me to stop calling, the police and their civilian team started viciously harassing me. Now I realize why. They were trying to get me to call NCPD 911 so they could say they warned me and then arrest me. I didn’t call.

  • Email to the CUNY Chancellor about a remarkable professor.

    Greetings everyone,

    Professor X is as sharp as a tack.

    I’ve been a student at LaGuardia Community College for 3 semesters. I’m transferring to Baruch College next semester.

    I’m going on the record right now that the way Professor X set up Blackboard is the most organized I have ever seen it. Regardless if you stick with Blackboard or use another system everyone should see how it’s supposed to be organized. When it’s not organized students miss important information and fail.

    I give Professor X a 4.0 for organizing Blackboard, being an awesome professor, and making learning fun. If we were in school I would have had my hand up in every class asking questions.

    Furthermore, the preliminary review Professor X provided for my term paper shows how seriously she/he takes the job of teaching.

    We need more professors like Professor X.

    Long story short, there are some people I know who are harassing me. I’ve contacted the proper authorities and hopefully, they will be arrested one day.

    The reason I mention this is because people keep going into all my online accounts, email, etc. They sabotage the accounts and impersonate me to try and get me in trouble. I don’t understand why people are harassing a homeless person who minds his business 100% of the time and doesn’t owe anyone anything.

    Regardless, I’m not giving up. I’m working 7 days a week to try and get an apartment and succeed at college.

  • I was arrested by the Nassau County Police for reporting crimes.

    Greetings New York State Comptroller, Nassau County Executive, Nassau County Comptroller, and Nassau County District Attorney,

    I don’t have time to write up the whole situation because I’m a full-time student at The City University of New York. Moreover, New York law enforcement and their civilian team viciously harass me every day, including today. 

    I grew up with rich people in New York who pay New York law enforcement to terrorize people. They have been doing it for decades. It’s standard procedure. 

    Just in case anyone reading this doesn’t believe this goes on, New York law enforcement members have recently been apprehended for murder, rape, domestic violence, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. Some of the crimes are beyond apprehension. I don’t feel comfortable typing them. 

    One officer, Named Richard Furboter from the Nassau County Police Department, was arrested for exposing himself to one or more residents of Nassau County. His crimes were committed while he was an active member of the Nassau County Police Department. 

    Somehow he managed to get arrested. He quickly retired and now he is collecting a full pension in the comfort of his own home. I would love to know what charge or charges he ended up with on his record. Is he a registered sex offender? 

    I spend the majority of my time in New York City. Sometimes I visit Nassau County to study because more places are open.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. 

    I’m a full-time student at LaGuardia Community College. Next semester I will be attending Baruch College as a journalism major. 

    I have not missed one class in a year and a half at school. My GPA is 4.0 after one year, with the police harassing me constantly. 

    The reason I’m contacting everyone is that I was recently arrested in Nassau County. 

    I was arrested for arguing on the phone and reporting crimes against me to Nassau County Police headquarters and Nassau County 911. No threats were made. 

    There are several calls that I’m confident members of the Nassau County Police Department and anyone who works for the Nassau County government would not be proud of. Of course, there are calls that I would not be proud of either. With that being said, no threats were made by me. 

    I also called Nassau County Police Precincts to alert them that I was going to stop by for a police report, and they threatened me over the phone. I can get the exact dates and times from my T Mobile phone records. 

    New York law enforcement had girls and women try to hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it. 

    It’s the same exact thing as women hiring a private detective to have females bust their husband’s cheating. People I know pay the same exact “former” law enforcement to have women say men acted improperly. 

    Additionally, they have civilian women and men who work for them try and pick fights with me while the Nassau County Police supervise. The NYPD does the same thing. 

    When they start to hammer away at me I just pick up the phone and call 911 or any other law enforcement that I think of. I report what’s going on to cover myself, knowing I’m not getting any help. The people who pick up the government phones usually try to pick fights with me on the phone to divert the attention away from why I’m calling. 

    About five days before I was arrested police officers from the Nassau County Police 6th Precinct stopped me in Great Neck. They told me to stop calling Nassau County Police headquarters and stop calling Nassau County 911. 

    I have not called either number since that day. I was polite to the officers. I video recorded the whole encounter. 

    Five or six days later I was arrested at the Jericho Public Library while I was studying for school. I didn’t resist arrest and I wasn’t disrespectful. 

    I emailed the Nassau County District attorney and Nassau County Legal Aid that I want to put this matter behind me. I’m not an attorney. In my humble opinion, I’m willing to accept a violation. No jail time. No probation. I think that is fair.

    If it has to go to trial I’m going to opt for a judge trial. Not a jury trial. If people who work for the courts or government want to drop the whole case, obviously I accept that. 

    Before I was arrested I called the Nassau County Executive, Nassau County Police Internal Affairs, the Nassau County District Attorney, and others to report I’m being harassed by the police. Furthermore, I believe that some of the crimes that took place against me were captured on retail store’s video cameras. No one investigated. 

    A few months ago I filed paperwork with the Nassau County Attorney to sue the Nassau County Police. The paperwork was rejected. I was/am in the process of refiling. 

    I was approved by the New York City Comptroller’s office to sue the NYPD. I had a deposition and was given documentation. I haven’t filed the suit because I’m too busy with school and being harassed. 

    I was arrested by the Nassau County Police 2nd Precinct. When they arrested me they tried to trick me into signing a statement. I didn’t fall for it. They also locked me to a wall in a room by myself and blasted music for hours. I don’t think that is allowed. I think people should be on video the whole time they are in custody.

    There is a lot more but I don’t have time because I’m studying for finals. I will continue to treat everyone at the Nassau County Courts, Nassau County District Attorney, Nassau County Attorney, etc. respectfully. I’m not trying to make a bad circumstance worse. 

    It’s tough because my civilian enemies have been paying New York law enforcement for decades. They have worked their way high up the food chain.

  • Email to my storage place about the police using young girls to try and set me up.

    Greetings X Storage,

    First and foremost I treat everyone at X Storage with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff and customers. I keep to myself, but if I see a staff member I say hi, tell them they are doing a great job, and I left them a five-star review on Google Maps.

    I love X Storage.

    Tonight is the second night in a row that the same person was in the hallway right before the elevator. The person has every right to be there.

    I just wanted to mention that the person I think is a young girl or woman. I didn’t look too closely in her direction but I heard her voice because she tried to start a conversation with me. I ignored her.

    I immediately turned on the voice recorder on my phone just in case she continued to speak to me. I also walked directly in front of the camera, far away from her, so while I was waiting I was in clear view of the camera.

    The reason I ignored her is that rich people I grew up with paid former NYPD private detectives to have young girls try to hook up with me to get me locked up. I didn’t fall for it.

    I’m not saying this girl/woman has anything to do with that, I’m just keeping my distance as a precaution as I would any man or woman.

    I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m a full-time student at The City University of New York.

    I got the feeling the girl or woman was sort of hanging around waiting for me to do the squeeze by in the narrow hallway. I didn’t do the squeeze by with her. I patiently waited for her to go and I didn’t say a word.

    I’m not saying a word about this to anyone at the location. I’m not saying a word about this to anyone. I’m just mentioning here that anytime I show up and this woman is in the hallway by the elevator, I will patiently wait and I’m not saying a word to her. I don’t care if she is there for thirty minutes every time I show up, I’m not saying a word. I’m also not going anywhere near her.

    As I said she has every right to be there. I’m just going on the record that I’m not at X Storage for networking or meeting anyone new. After what the NYPD has put me through I wouldn’t go out with a woman if she transferred a million dollars into my Chase Bank account.

    The police still harass me constantly and I’m in the process of suing them. That is not to say that I have a problem with all police. I just called NYPD 911 a few hours ago because of a situation and I was as friendly as could be with them and vice versa.

    If this girl or woman was connected with the police she would start popping up at other locations I’m at around the city. Or she would constantly be showing up at the same time as me. Either before or at the same time so it appears that “he’s following her.”

    Of course, the esteemed members of New York law enforcement would never do that.

  • Last-minute email to a CUNY professor about wanting to maintain my privacy from students.

    Greetings Professor,

    More important than anything, I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. That includes professors, staff, students, etc.

    As we get closer to the presentation time, I realize it will be in my best interest not to answer student questions.

    I’m excited to give the presentation with video. I’m equally looking forward to answering any questions you might have.

    I’m not going to get too deep into why I don’t want to answer student questions, but there is a little bit of information I would like to share.

    I have no criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. Don’t smoke. Don’t party.

    I have had a few strange interactions with students that has made me want to maintain my privacy from students at all times.

    1. A student was harassing me in front of BMCC. I reported it, and no one got back to me. The whole thing was in clear view of BMCC security cameras. I have no idea who the student was.
    2. A student started yelling and screaming at me in the middle of a class at LaGuardia Community College. I don’t know the person at all. I never said one word to the person before, during, or after.

    There was a security camera in the classroom. I contacted LaGuardia Community College security about the incident. They said the security camera was broken and wasn’t recording that day.

    1. A student was trying to talk with me in the hallway early in my first semester. I said to the person, do you work here? The individual said no. I said I’m busy and I can’t speak right now. The person grabbed me around the waist. I untangled myself and quickly walked away.

    I didn’t report that one right away. When I did report it, security did nothing. That was also in clear view of security cameras.

    I respect however many points you have to deduct. I can go deeper into the explanation, but I don’t believe it’s appropriate for school. Therefore I’m going to stop it there.

    This class is one of my favoritess, and I gave it my all to earn an A. If I had to be dropped down to a B or a C because I don’t want to answer student questions, I accept it.

  • Email to a clothing company. The police stole something I ordered from the post office.

    Greetings X,

    I never received the order. 

    My address is a PO box. My PO box has the PO box address and a street address. I use the street address.

    I’m 44. I have no criminal record. I don’t lie. About a year ago I bought over $1,000 in jackets from you. You accidentally refunded all the money and I had the jackets. I called you and sent over the money. That’s how honest I am. 

    There are a few things that could have happened to the jacket. Rich people I know pay New York law enforcement, FBI, NYPD, etc. to harass me beyond belief. They have robbed me so many times I lost count. Clothes, laptops, phones, etc. 

    I highly suspect they stole the jacket for three reasons. 

    1. Just to harass me because they are being paid and are a bunch of haters. 

    2. So that I approach the USPS postal workers and ask about the jacket. Then they will force the postal workers to lie and say I was disrespectful so they can have me thrown out of the post office. They love to have me kicked out of places for no reason. I always treat people respectfully regardless of what’s going on. 

    3. They want to set me up for fraud. I have a storage room where I keep things in New York City. New York law enforcement might have taken the jacket. Then when I report it missing to you they can go into my storage and put the jacket in there and have me arrested for fraud. 

    I’m wearing the exact same jacket I ordered right now. The one that is missing was supposed to be a backup just in case the one I’m wearing gets damaged or stolen by the police. 

    I have two of them already. One size small and another size medium. The medium is for the winter when I’m layering. 

    I still have an additional store credit for about $300 or more. 

    Ideally, I would like a credit for the lost jacket. I never received it. Regardless of what happens, you have always been very generous with me in regards to the warranty so I’m appreciative for that. 

    I went to the post office and there was no slip in my box saying the jacket was delivered. I went up to the counter and asked if I had any packages and they said no. I said a company told me they delivered something. 

    The postal person said give me the tracking number. At that minute I realized in my mind that this was going to turn into some type of police scam. 

    I don’t blame the postal workers for lying. They have no choice. When law enforcement runs around the city and asks government workers to help them run scams, they have no choice. If they don’t do it they will be fired, killed, or both. I’ve seen it happen. I reported it to NYPD/NYC Crime Stoppers, NYPD internal affairs, CCRB, and others. 

    Ideally, I would like a credit if possible. If the jacket turns up I’ll notify you immediately. I’ve already proven I wouldn’t run off with over $1,000 let alone $160. 

    I don’t want anything that isn’t mine. I assume you can get the money back from the shipper, insurance, or whoever because you are running a major operation. 

    Technically, I could say the jacket is missing but I want to cover myself because people I know pay New York law enforcement to run scams on me. 

    For example, they had at least two dozen teenage girls try to hook up with me. I don’t understand why they keep sending them after I said no so many times. They keep sending one girl after the next.

    I like women but I don’t like going to jail. I’m waiting until I have the money to buy or develop a robot girlfriend who is lifelike. Hopefully, New York law enforcement can’t program her to set me up. I’ll have to put a kill switch on her just in case because they are very sneaky like that. 

    Don’t get me wrong, New York law enforcement kills and sets up women too. They have different scams for women.

  • Email to HRA about the police stealing my Fair Fares card.

    Greetings HRA,

    I always treat everyone at HRA, CUNY, USPS, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. 

    I suspect my Fair Fares card was stolen out of the mail by New York law enforcement. It’s been three weeks since I was approved. 

    I grew up with wealthy people in New York. A few of them have been paying New York law enforcement to terrorize people for three decades including me.

    New York law enforcement has stolen my mail dozens of times before. I used to be a part of The City University of New York ASAP program. They would give us a free MetroCard that would be valid for a few months at a time. 

    New York law enforcement and their civilian team stole every single one of those MetroCards from me. They steal my phones, laptops, rip my clothes when I’m sleeping, etc. 

    Even if the Fair Fares card appears in the mail, the police will steal it. I have several police reports to back up my claims and I’ve also been rejected for dozens of police reports. 

    I’m still going to try and use the Fair Fares card as much as possible. What should I do if it doesn’t show up in the next week or so? I applied on November 12, 2020 and was approved soon after.

  • I never touch cash except for laundry machines.

    People I know from New York paid the New York FBI, NYPD, NCPD, and others to have me locked up or murdered.

    They had a bunch of girls try and hook up with me and I didn’t fall for it.

    They have children, girls, boys, women, and men try and pick fights with me dozens of times per day. I don’t fall for it.

    Now they are trying to make up any lie to have me kicked out of college at CUNY. New York law enforcement has a ton of contacts at CUNY so they are running a few dozen scams on me setting which one will stick.

    They are also planning on murdering me with drugs.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. New York law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team follow me around 24/7.

    Because they are planning on murdering me with drugs, I have made it a point to stay away from cash. I never touch cash. The only time I ever touch cash is when I have to do my laundry. That is it.

    I have a bank account at Chase Bank, Capital One, and Bank of America. If you look at any of my accounts you will see I never spend a penny on alcohol. You will also see I never touch cash.

    New York law enforcement pays drug addicts and drug dealers to follow me around 24/7 and pretend they are my best friends. They will walk up to me and pretend they are with me. New York law enforcement records the whole thing.

    This whole experience has made me realize what a scam the US government is. Also, it makes me wonder how many innocent are locked up. If I had to guess the number is in the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands nationwide.

    I grew up in Hewlett/Woodmere, Long Island. Even though I’m half Jewish and half Christian, I had my bar mitzvah at Temple Israel in Lawrence, New York.

    The reason I mention this is because I look at the US government the same exact way I look at Hitler and the Nazis. To me, they are equally as bad. If anything I think the US government has locked up and killed more innocent people than the Nazis.
