For accredited investors.
I’m upfront and honest with accredited investors.
I believe in being cautious.
For example, have more than one accounting firm and law firm look at important documents.
For example, have security cameras in all public spaces where legally allowed by law.
It sounds like common sense although not everyone does it.
The above videos are about raising money from accredited investors for startups.
Every startup will be its own company.
Every parcel of real estate will be it’s own company.
Every retail location will be it’s own company, etc.
Results are not guaranteed.
No guaranteed returns.
Who knows what is about to happen with AI and the economy?
I’m raising money for the following types of startups:
Buy real estate.
Rentals, condos, houses, and retail real estate.
Buy retail real estate and open stores in the retail spaces.
For example, supermarkets, delis, theaters for shows and plays, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, pop ups, and more.
Each parcel of real estate will be it’s own company.
Each retail location will be it’s own company.
Art startups.
Sell fractional ownership in artworks.
Open art galleries.
Each artwork and art gallery will be it’s own company.
Open supermarkets and delis.
Each supermarket and deli will be it’s own company.
Own the retail spaces where the supermarkets and delis are located.
Legal relationship startup.
I’m not a lawyer.
The legal startup will provide legal products and services for couples dating or married.
The plan is to try and help people stay out of trouble and protect their property.
Of course, results aren’t guaranteed.
More information about the startups on the individual startup pages.
Mark Pine
I’m 49.
I’m in Manhattan.
I don’t have a criminal record.
I don’t do anything illegal.
Men I know pay the New York City police NYPD and their civilian lie and scam team to harass people including me.
There isn’t any legitimate reason why it’s happening.
I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government offices about the New York City police and their civilian lie and scam team harassing me and they won’t help.
For example, I’ve contacted the DOJ, FBI, US Attorney, District Attorney, politicians, internal affairs, etc.
The government offices I call about the New York City police harassing me either ignore my calls and emails or they tell me to contact someone else.
I’m not exaggerating.
I’ve contacted more than 1,000 United States government offices by phone, email, social media, and in person about the New York City police harassing me.
NYC law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam people are still harassing me.
One secret with the New York City police is that they have regular people, women and men, running around Manhattan in regular clothes running scams and harassing people.
For example, the New York City police civilian lie and scam team crash into me, shove their phones in my face, yell and scream at me in stores, blow vape smoke in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, and much more.
The New York City police paid several young women in their teens and twenties to try and hook up with me and set me up.
I didn’t fall for it.
I’ve been issued more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim.
I’ve been denied one hundred additional NYPD police reports at the precincts.
The police do a lot of good and a lot of bad.
Of course we need law enforcement.
I think the government should raise the salaries for all police.
I think the government should put in oversight that stops civilians from being harassed by police.
I believe the government should help police get better deals on housing so they are in the best state of mind possible while on the job.
I think the oversight for the police and FBI needs a bigger budget and more people with bigger salaries.
No more harassing civilians or you’re fired.
Look at the Google reviews for NYPD Internal Affairs and the NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board.
If you have any recommendations about how I can legally stop the New York City police and their female and male, regular clothes, civilian lie and scam team from harassing me please let me know.

Mark Pine experience:
Web marketing freelancer located in Manhattan.
Managed apartments in Manhattan.
New York State real estate broker.
Born in 1976.
No felonies.
No misdemeanors.
Transparent, upfront, cautious, and honest.
Web marketing and online advertising:
I help companies with their presentation and promotion on the web, mobile, and social media.
I’m similar to a general contractor on the internet.
Additionally, I help companies organize their web marketing information.
There are web marketing services I provide directly for clients.
For parts of web marketing I don’t do myself, I bring in companies
and service providers.
I research and analyze various services providers (public relations companies, video creators, etc.) and software that I believe will interest clients and present my findings to them.
I’m searching for a few new clients while I’m raising funds from accredited investors for startups starting at $15,000 per month (one hundred hours) plus expenses.
I still see companies missing easy marketing and online advertising layups.
Of course, results are not guaranteed with web marketing.
Online advertising is a gamble.
Sometimes online advertising works and sometimes it doesn’t convert.
Startup disclaimers:
No guaranteed returns.
I’m not a lawyer.
Use this information at your own risk.
All information is subject to change.
Results are not guaranteed.
The majority of startups fail.
All the concepts and ideas have to be worked out with attorneys.
So far, I haven’t consulted with lawyers about any of the startups.
Accredited investors only.
I’m not taking money from anyone who isn’t accredited.
I haven’t raised any money.
I would never lie or exaggerate to accredited investors when trying to raise capital.
All plans are going to be transparent and planned in advance to minimize surprises.
The financial reality of startups:
The odds are that my startups won’t earn any profit.
As with most startups, the startups will most likely fail.
I hope not, although that is the reality of the situation.
I’m polite and respectful, although I’m not desperate to do a deal with anyone, regardless of how much fame or money they have.
I’m seeking fair investments from professional, accredited investors.
I’m 48 years old, and I don’t need unnecessary drama in my life.
About the deals:
Just because I contacted you about the startups doesn’t mean we will be able to agree on a deal.
All information is subject to change.
You have to be an accredited investor to invest.
The reason I bring this up is because startups are risky.
That’s why I’m trying to launch dozens of startups, not only one startup because the odds are that all startups including mine are going to fail.
For example, people have created millions of mobile apps.
How many mobile apps are on your phone?
See what I mean?
There have been millions of websites created.
How many websites did you visit this month?
That’s why I say the odds are the majority of startups fail.
Business and investment scams.
I’ve seen a lot of business and investment scams in the news.
For example, investors loan people money to sabotage them.
People exaggerate and lie to raise money.
People try to use non compete clauses to sabotage people.
Investors earn massive returns and still sue.
I’m not trying to be negative, it’s the reality of the situation.
That’s why I do everything by the book.
My piece of mind is worth more than a billion dollars with a bunch of unnecessary drama.
I act as if law enforcement is in the room and watching every move I make.
I’m audio recording all calls with potential investors.
I will let everyone know at the beginning of the calls that I’m audio recording every call with potential investors so there are no misunderstandings.
People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me:
I don’t have a criminal record.
I don’t do anything illegal.
People I know are connected with law enforcement, and they have various law enforcement harass and sabotage people they don’t like without any legitimate reasons.
Law enforcement will tell you either not to help me or may ask you to help them try and sabotage me.
Get in touch:
For the last several years, NYC law enforcement chased away the majority of my contacts.
I’m making the best of it.
NYC law enforcement goes into all my accounts, sabotages them, and impersonates me.
Call, email, text me.
If that doesn’t work and you would like to help, be creative.
You have to be squeaky clean to invest in any of my startups.
If an accredited investor helps me against the wishes of New York City law enforcement, I suspect law enforcement will put the investor(s) under a microscope.
From my experience law enforcement will go through your finances and records without a warrant and look to see if you do anything illegal.
Law enforcement may contact people you know and pay them to make up lies about you.
United States law enforcement has multi billion dollar budgets with very little oversight.
In my opinion, New York City law enforcement chased away the majority of my web marketing clients so I don’t have the money or contacts to launch startups.
Therefore I have to find accredited investors or professional investment companies to pay for the incorporation and compliance.
I’m not letting New York City law enforcement and the people I know who pay them to harass me and others for no reason steal my dreams.
I’m making the best out of the situation.
Even though I complain about the US government and law enforcement, I treat all government employees politely and respectfully.
That includes in person, emails, etc.
That includes treating patrol police politely and respectfully.
