I’m a web marketing and online advertising project manager for small and medium businesses.

For example, I connect clients with video creators, Public Relations companies, web developers, ads specialists, etc.

In some cases I handle basic marketing myself.

For example, I’m familiar with WordPress, Google Ads, social media, Canva, etc.

I meet with clients and discuss their marketing goals.

For example, some clients want to improve their presentation.

Presentation includes website, graphic design, text on website, corporate videos, and organizing all the information.

Presentation also includes training people who work at companies how to keep track of the marketing so there is always someone at the company with a vested interest who knows where everything is located.

To illustrate, passwords, account information, etc.

Some clients are interested in promotion or bringing in more customers.

In that case the first thing I do is make sure the customer is organized.

This way the customer has a clear picture of where everything is pertaining to marketing, online account access, and what resources they are signed up for, etc.

That includes domain names, website hosting, social media accounts, etc.

Then I’ll bring in resources such as professionals to create and edit videos.

Graphic designers if necessary.

Public relations companies.

Either I can handle the online advertising (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) or we can bring in experts that I can oversee.

For example, a company or individual that is Google Ads certified.

There are strategies for Google Reviews (of course you have to follow guidelines created by Google, Yelp Reviews (of course you have to follow the rules), social media strategies, etc.

Another service I provide is to work with companies, interview them about what they do, and create a bunch of text for their websites and social media explaining their company.

Of course if someone wants to AI everything and just go after a massive amount of targeted traffic that works for me.

I can try to slam customers into people’s businesses via online advertising and do a minimum amount of improving their presentation.

That’s the most fun.

Of course results are not guaranteed.

There are a lot of factors outside of my control.

For example, competition, economy, negative reviews, etc.

Reputation management is a nightmare and there isn’t an easy solution.

I have experience with the disaster of RM.

I see the whole marketing picture.

I go through every detail and work with clients to try and make the best decisions.

I bring clarity and confidence to web marketing clients.

I like for clients to be as involved with the process as much as possible.

If a client wants me to spill all the secrets and resources for them to utilize with their existing team, that works for me too.

I’ve done that.

I’ve worked with companies to improve their domain names.

I get involved with a lot of decisions that go beyond traditional marketing expectations.

I’ve done hundreds of transactions on digital platforms.

Customers paid me for marketing and I’ve only had one charge back for $250.

That person and I are friends again and on excellent terms.

I genuinely like the person.

Business owners and managers are slammed running their businesses.

I step in and manage the entire marketing picture like I’m the owner.

I share all the secrets, strategies, contacts, etc., with clients.

I want clients feeling like they received a massive value from me.

I configure everything in the customers or companies name so the client owns everything and has easy access to all their accounts if I’m not around or someone else takes over.

I put the client first.

I can’t tell you how many times clients take over accounts and manage it themselves after I give them some pointers and get them on the road.

My job is to stay one step or several step ahead of the web marketing.
