  • Opinion: Update about my experience at The City University of New York 4/3/2023.

    Greetings,

The semester, Spring 2023, has one month left after Spring Break.

I’m done with the majority of my work for all my classes.

I’m going to get as much work as possible done during Spring Break too.

I was providing web marketing services for people, minding my own business.

People I know paid law enforcement and still pay them to chase away my clients and try to take everything from me.

That’s why I went to college at 46 years old.

I have been living in the street homeless for 7 years with law enforcement harassing me.

    I don’t drink. I don’t do drugs. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date.

NYC law enforcement runs one scam after the next on me at Baruch College.

    It’s daily abuse.

I just keep my mouth closed.

I take the abuse at Baruch College and just play along.

It’s what I’ve been doing for the past 3 years.

I don’t care if someone from Baruch College, student, staff, professor, etc. pours a can of paint on my head, throws all my belongings out the window, etc., I can care less.

I’m less than 10 classes away from graduation.

My GPA this semester is going to be between 2.1 and up.

I don’t care what my GPA is.

It’s a miracle that I’m able to go to school without any money.

Law enforcement has Baruch College staff, professors, and students running one scam after the next on me at Baruch College.

    I just play along.

I’m polite and respectful to everyone.

When Baruch College students harass me I just ignore them.

When Baruch College staff and professors run scams on me I just respond respectfully and politely.

I don’t blame anyone for running scams on me on behalf of law enforcement.

It can’t be denied that I’m 1 degree of separation away from many powerful members of law enforcement in New York and other states.

I’m making the best of it.

I don’t care what happens or how disrespectfully I’m treated at Baruch College, I’m just going to continue to take the abuse and graduate.

Law enforcement sends one person after the next to try and pick fights with me at Baruch College and everywhere else I go.

Law enforcement also sends me ridiculous emails from people at Baruch College trying to pick fights with me.

I just play along and respond politely and respectfully.

Law enforcement had a few Baruch College female students try and seduce me or hook up with me at Baruch College and outside Baruch College.

    I just ignored them.

The only option I have is to ignore all the scams NYC law enforcement keeps sending at me.

That’s what I’ve been doing and that’s what I will continue to do.

I never mention a word about law enforcement or anything of this nature to anyone at Baruch College.

If it wasn’t for the New York Courts — law enforcement would have had me tossed out of Baruch College.

The only reason I’m still able to get an education at The City University of New York is thanks to the New York Courts.

CUNY is great just not when law enforcement is running around behind the scenes running their usual tricks and scams.

Law enforcement also runs the same scams on me at HRA and other government agencies too.

I still treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times. They saved my life.

I would have starved to death if it wasn’t for HRA.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Notice of Claim to sue the Human Resources Administration for allowing NYC law enforcement to sabotage my public assistace case (3/20/23).

Notice Of Claim to sue the Human Resources Administration (HRA).

First and foremost I always treat the HRA staff and other public assistance recipients with the utmost respect at all times.

Treating the people at HRA respectfully if more important than any of this.

I always treat everyone at the New York Courts, NYC Comptroller’s Office, 60 Center Street, Clerk’s Office, Security Guards, etc. with the utmost respect at all times.

It’s not any of your fault that people I know pay some of the top law enforcement in the United States to sabotage and harass people including me.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass and sabotage me every day.

Now I’m living in the street homeless being harassed by law enforcement agencies with multi billion dollar budgets.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal.

I’m going to mention other government agencies in this Notice Of Claim although this Notice Of Claim is only to sue HRA.

For example, I’m going to mention the NYPD and New York City law enforcement because in my opinion, I suspect law enforcement is the reason I’m having the issue with HRA.

I think HRA is doing a great job.

There wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for law enforcement threatening HRA to sabotage my public assistance case.

In my opinion, law enforcement runs around behind the scenes at various federal, state, and city government agencies and sabotages me.

For example, the IRS just sent back my tax return saying they didn’t like my signature and I have to resign it. That’s after being told I can’t efile or drop off my tax return at the IRS office located at 290 Broadway, New York, NY 10007.

The motivation is because people I know pay law enforcement to sabotage and harass people.

In my opinion law enforcement is their own oversight and the NYC Department of Investigations, NYPD Internal Affairs, the CCRB and others don’t have any power over law enforcement. It’s vice versa.

In my opinion, any law enforcement that gets in trouble is approved by law enforcement.

Attached you will see a copy of my storage bill for April 2023.

Attached you will see that HRA received a perfectly clear copy of my storage bill more than a week ago via Access HRA.

The way the process works is qualifying people receiving public assistance are allowed to get an inexpensive storage room to keep their things if they are homeless like me or living in a shelter.

My storage room is about $40 per month.

Public assistance recipients upload a copy of their storage invoice every month via Access HRA and it’s paid.

I suspect that law enforcement tells HRA not to pay my storage invoice for a few reasons.

    1. To harass me.
    2. To sabotage me.
    3. To distract me.
    4. Law enforcement wants me to have to go to the HRA Benefits Access Center Lower Manhattan Address: 109 E. 16th Street, New York, NY 10003 in person. When I go to the center law enforcement will have people blow drug smoke in my face, shove their phones in my face, crash into me, block me from walking, they have women try and set me up as a stalker, and more. I just ignore it, take the abuse, and treat everyone respectfully.

I would like to sue HRA for $150,000.

I just paid my storage bill out of my cash assistance so my belongings don’t get thrown in the garbage. I would like to be reimbursed for that.

    Next.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

Full time students at Baruch College on cash assistance receive money every week from HRA for an unlimited MetroCard.

In my opinion, of course law enforcement went running over to HRA and told them not to give me my MetroCard money.

I finally started receiving the MetroCard money in March 2023 when I was supposed to start receiving it in January 2023.

HRA sent me about $100 to retroactively cover the weeks I didn’t receive the MetroCard money.

The MetroCard money is about $120 per month. I was owed over $240.

This isn’t a lawsuit against the NYPD or law enforcement.

I’m not saying everyone at HRA or the people in charge of HRA know about my situation I just detailed above.

I’m saying I believe that a few people at HRA out of the hundreds or thousands of HRA staff helped law enforcement sabotage my case.

I don’t blame them, law enforcement are scary.

This is a lawsuit against HRA for not reporting law enforcement for demanding that my HRA public assistance case be sabotaged regarding my storage and MetroCard.

In my opinion, most if not all of what I just wrote can be easily verified by the NYC Comptroller’s Office with a few phone calls.

    One more time.

I have a unique situation with people I know having the money and contacts to pay law enforcement to sabotage and harass me.

I don’t have any issue personally with anyone that works for the federal, state or city government.

I just want to be treated the same way as anyone else.

I have dozens if not hundreds of lawsuits planned as a reaction for law enforcement declaring war on me because people I know are paying them under the table.

Therefore I’m politely, patiently, and respectfully moving forward and going through the legal processes until I get law enforcement to stop sabotaging and harassing me.

I’m thinking long term regarding all the lawsuits.

I’m going to be respectfully interacting with the NYC Comptroller’s Office, New York Courts, and many others for years into the future due to the mess that law enforcement created for me.

Plus law enforcement is still harassing me and running scams on me today.

For example, law enforcement pays civilian women and men in regular clothes to blow drug smoke in my face, shove their phones in my face, crash into me, etc. I just ignore them.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the NYC FBI, NYPD Precincts and Internal Affairs, US Attorney NYC, and many others blocked my phone number and email. They aren’t helping me.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

  • Notice of Claim to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration.

    Mark Pine

    December 29, 2022.

First and foremost I always treat everyone from the New York Courts, HRA, the NYC Comptroller’s Office, etc., with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than any of this.

I’m going to be suing New York City for the rest of my life because New York City law enforcement is never going to stop teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me.

I would like to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) for $150,000.

HRA cut off my MetroCard money.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College CUNY.

Every week I receive money from HRA to purchase a one week unlimited MetroCard.

For some reason the MetroCard money is canceled for next week and going forward.

I contacted HRA about it on December 23, 2022. I received the following confirmation number.

Your City of New York Correspondence Number is #1-1-6078274

There is a chance that HRA cut off all student’s MetroCard money for the winter break or holiday.

If that’s the case then I’m wrong.

If all college public assistance students are receiving their MetroCard money during the winter holiday and only mine has been cut off then I’m going to sue.

I contacted a few government agencies about the HRA MetroCard money and no one has responded which seems a little strange.

I’m not 100 percent sure about this one because I don’t know anyone that goes to college in New York City that is on public assistance.

Law enforcement sabotages almost every move I make.

Rich people I grew up with pay the NYPD and others to tease, harass, and sabotage me every day.

I contacted the CCRB, NYPD IA, and the NYC DOI; they can’t stop New York City law enforcement from teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me every day.

That is why I want to be sure that I’m not the only public assistance student that had their MetroCard money shut off for the winter holiday.

I contacted the HRA Commissioner’s Office about the situation and didn’t hear back yet.

    I hope I’m wrong.

Could you imagine if out of all the college students in New York City that the NYPD or another law enforcement agency went to HRA and threatened HRA to shut off my MetroCard only?

New York City law enforcement has run scams like that on me several times before.

I’m about to sue the NYPD next month.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I’m about to sue The City University of New York again. July 26, 2022.

I always treat all staff, professors, and students at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention a word about the lawsuit to anyone at Baruch College.

There is no animosity attached to the lawsuit.

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me.

New York City goes behind the scenes at Baruch College and many other places and sabotages me. That’s why I’m suing.

I’m not an attorney. I’m representing myself. I plan on filing the lawsuit on my 46th birthday. August 15, 2022.

I would never do anything to jeopardize my great standing at Baruch College. I’m on the Dean’s List right now.

I’m utilizing the courts to present my case to a judge and have her or him decide if my claims have merit.

Baruch College has done a lot to help me. For example, in one month I’m about to receive about $5,000 in my bank account to pay my bills for the year.

The money is from student loans. The only reason I’m receiving the funds is because I’m a student at Baruch College.

Do you know how much money $5,000 is to a person that is living in the street homeless?

    It’s a lot.

I’m on public assistance or welfare. I receive about $600 per month to live on.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

In my opinion, people I know paid New York City law enforcement to sabotage my web marketing clients and now I’m homeless.

I have places to shower. I have a storage room to keep my belongings. I have clean clothes. I don’t think I look homeless. Albeit, I live in the streets.

The money from the welfare office keeps me alive.

The money from student loans allows me to have a laptop, phone, warm clothes, and more.

    I would never jeopardize that.

In my spare time I’m trying to find new web marketing clients and launch startups.

Thanks to the skills I’ve learned at Baruch College I believe I’ll be rich and famous.

New York City law enforcement pays Baruch College students to try and pick fights with me and I ignore them.

I don’t care what anyone does to me at Baruch College, you will never hear a negative word out of me there.

I sued Baruch College once before and I lost. This is going to be the second lawsuit.

I have learned a lot at Baruch College. I love Baruch College.

The reason I’m suing is there are a few things that I have questions about that I only believe can be answered with the involvement of the New York Court of Claims.

This way I don’t have to directly ask anyone that works at Baruch College. I can pose my questions to the court and Baruch College attorneys. The answers will be part of the court record.

If someone at Baruch College tries to sabotage me on the request of New York City law enforcement I don’t take it personal. I’m not upset with them.

In my view, New York City law enforcement can have anyone at Baruch College fired.

I would like to publicly thank everyone at the Bursar’s office, Financial Aid office, CUNY Edge, Dean’s Office, and all the professors. They are doing a great job

My lawsuit against Bruch College has nothing to do with the staff. The staff treats me like gold.

This lawsuit is about New York City law enforcement threatening people behind the scenes like they always do to sabotage me.

If you are thinking about college I recommend starting at a CUNY community college. They are awesome.

Again, I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. I highly recommend Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.

  • Email to CUNY Edge at Baruch College. July 21, 2022.

This is an example of how to treat people respectfully at all times. I wanted to share this email with the world to inspire additional respectful emails between humans.

    Greetings CUNY Edge,

July 27, 2022 at 10 AM is good for me if that is acceptable.

    A few quick things.

I dropped a class during summer 1 as I mentioned. Because I didn’t finish the class, the payment for the class became my responsibility.

Unfortunately and thankfully, I had been in the emergency room of the hospital twice during the class so I was excused from having to pay for the class which is awesome. That was very generous of Baruch College and The City University of New York.

Another great thing. I have been receiving my MetroCard money even though I’m not in school and I’m not working. Last summer because I wasn’t working for RF CUNY and I wasn’t taking classes my MetroCard money was cut. Needless to say, I’m not complaining.

I sent an email to RF CUNY and the Baruch College Dean about the RF CUNY fellowship program.

    This is it:

    Greetings RF CUNY,

CUNY Edge is as helpful as humanly possible.

CUNY Edge could not make keeping up with my Human Resources Administration documentation any easier.

I always treat everyone at CUNY Edge with the utmost respect at all times as I treat everyone that is connected with CUNY and Baruch College.

I’m 45 years old. I understand that life isn’t perfect. I just want to quickly bring something to your attention.

All the Baruch College students that are on public assistance are assigned hours by HRA to work for the RF CUNY fellowship program. The amount of hours can be anywhere from 0 hours per week to I suspect 20 or 30 hours per week.

As I stated CUNY Edge is as helpful and as great a resource as humanly possible. CUNY Edge is as great as it gets. This has nothing to do with CUNY Edge. CUNY Edge is just the messenger.

I don’t take it for granted how easy CUNY Edge makes it for students like myself on public assistance.

I have a suspicion that a number of colleges might be a lot more work and not as quick turnaround time for students on public assistance to submit their documentation to HRA.

I’m experienced enough to know that I have no idea who makes the policy for the RF CUNY fellowship program at Baruch College and CUNY.

Even if I did know I still treat everyone at CUNY, Baruch College, RF CUNY, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. That is regardless if I get my way or not.

    Here is the situation.

I was notified by CUNY Edge that some public assistance students are able to get RF CUNY fellowship program hours and others are not.

RF CUNY pays about $15 per hour if I’m correct. For someone like myself on public assistance that is a lot of money.

Plus working for the RF CUNY fellowship program doesn’t throw my HRA case into a tailspin like any other job would.

I could be 100% wrong and if I am I apologize for this note.

I suspect that there are students at Baruch College working 10, 20, and maybe more hours per week at Baruch College for the RF CUNY fellowship program.

Simultaneously, there are students such as myself that are designated by HRA to work 5 to 20 or more hours per week that are getting 0 hours from the Baruch College RF CUNY fellowship program.

In my humble opinion, I think it would be more fair if the hours were split up so that everyone receives some hours.

The last 4 semesters Fall 2021, Spring 2022, Summer 1, Summer 2, I’ve received 0 hours and I was assigned hours from HRA every semester.

I understand that I am not president of the universe. I’m not the CEO of RF CUNY. I’m not the Chancellor of CUNY. I’m not the Mayor of New York City.

If no one agrees with me it’s OK. Life goes on. I just want to bring this situation to your attention.

If you have any advice regarding this situation it would be appreciated.

Also, before I started CUNY I didn’t have a laptop. I didn’t have anything so I never forget how thankful I am for CUNY. I’m sitting in Central Park typing this message on a laptop that was given to me by Baruch College / CUNY. To not appreciate that would be insanity.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

I wasn’t going to mention the email to you but I thought since we were in communication about next week’s meeting, I thought to include the message in this note.

Clearly, I made sure to include how helpful CUNY Edge is.

The City University is all about inclusion so I just wanted to remind whomever is incharge that there are students being excluded.

Last but not least I’m working diligently to get off public assistance. I can’t say when it’s going to happen but in my spare time I’m using the tools (laptop, phone), and knowledge that I’ve accumulated from Baruch College and The City University of New York to try and elevate my situation. I have a feeling that my big break is around the corner.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about RF CUNY. July 14, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

First and foremost, you and your team are doing an amazing job running Baruch College. I love Baruch College. Especially for a street homeless person such as myself, it’s great to be part of the CUNY community.

Baruch College / The City University of New York is the best opportunity ever. That goes 10X for me.

Additionally, CUNY Edge is as helpful as humanly possible.

CUNY Edge could not make keeping up with my Human Resources Administration documentation any easier.

I always treat everyone at CUNY Edge with the utmost respect at all times as I treat everyone that is connected with CUNY and Baruch College.

I have an idea for a few additional two year schools that would be awesome. I’ll send you that note later.

If no one agrees with me it’s OK. Life goes on. I just want to bring this situation to your attention.

If you are too busy to respond it’s no big deal. If you have any advice regarding this situation it would be appreciated.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York City welfare office (HRA) on July 11, 2022.

    Greetings HRA,

First and foremost thank you for all the help.

I am a full time Baruch College student that has been living in the street homeless for the past five years.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

I always treat all the HRA staff and security guards with the absolute utmost respect at all times. Most of the welfare recipients are respectful with the HRA staff like myself but it’s still a demanding job for the HRA team and they are appreciated.

I’m not taking any classes this summer at Baruch College.

I was signed up for two classes and I dropped them both.

I dropped one summer class at Baruch College on June 13, 2022. I dropped the second Baruch College summer class a week or two later.

Fall 2022 I’m signed up for a full time schedule at Baruch College. That starts on August 25, 2022.

In the meantime I did all the preparation to work for RF CUNY at Baruch College although I don’t believe there are any job openings.

I went on a RF CUNY interview for the library and they said they had a large number of applicants for the position so they couldn’t hire me.

When I was at LaGuardia Community College before Baruch College I was able to obtain a job with RF CUNY very easily. I assume that’s because it’s a much smaller school.

At first I didn’t realize how competitive RF CUNY is at Baruch College so I was asking for the library. Now that I realize I might not be able to land a RF CUNY job at all I notified the CUNY Edge office I’ll take a job in any department.

The reason for this note is that classes don’t start again until August 25, 2022.

Due to the fact that there are no openings at RF CUNY I’m unable to find a job so I’m not working.

I’m still receiving the MetroCard money every week. If I’m not supposed to be receiving the MetroCard money I just wanted to point it out because I don’t want anything that isn’t mine. I always follow the HRA rules exactly as they are required.

I just recertified my public assistance case so I’m set until June 2023. I just don’t believe I’m supposed to receive the MetroCard money if I’m not working for RF CUNY and I’m off from school. That was my experience last summer.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about students blocking me from walking into the library. June 12, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

    June 11, 2022, 5:15 PM

    Library building lobby.

Yesterday, there were two women that looked like students blocking the entrance to the library on the second-floor landing.

I’m sure it was totally innocent and just a coincidence.

I will never and have never mentioned a word about NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at Baruch College besides you via email as per your instructions.

Anytime I see young women blocking an entrance or exit I think about how many times the police run that scam on me outside of school. If I try to carefully walk past them they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and go running to tell on me.

I always ignore everyone and don’t say anything.

Anytime I see women or men blocking entrances and exits I patiently wait until they move without saying a word like I just did.

It’s interesting that the school was 99.9 percent empty yesterday and there were two women blocking the entrance to the library when I was walking in. After they realized that I wasn’t going up the stairs to the library until they moved, they walked down the stairs and out of the building.

I did not say one word to them. I didn’t look in their direction for much time either.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about the police harassing me. June 11, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

I have the best schedule for Summer 1, Summer 2, and Fall 2022. I love all my classes.

I just wanted to reiterate that I’m not mentioning a word about the police harassing me every day including today to anyone at Baruch College besides occasionally you here via email. You told me that is the protocol and I’m following it as always.

I just wanted to thank you again if you helped me with X class. I’m not sure who helped me. It could have been either you or the Department Chair or both. All I know is that after I contacted you both things in that class became very normal.

I just had two court cases that involved the NYPD. I’m about to have one more.

The police are harassing me every day as they have been since before I started at LaGuardia Community College.

I dealt with it then and I’m dealing with it now.

I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me every day in any of my classes.

I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me or anything negative at all with any of my professors.

In my humble opinion, I just exposed the police twice in two court cases worse than they could ever imagine. The third case is already moving forward and this is going to be the best one.

The police know that a lot of people are starting to find out that they are harassing me every day and it’s only a matter of time before I get some help.

Me “winning” includes succeeding at Baruch College.

I have never had any desire to discuss the police harassing me with anyone at Baruch College.

I don’t care if the police attack me again on my way to Baruch College, I have never and will never mention a word about the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College.

I’m reaching thousands of people on social media and the web trying to get help.

I’m focused on trying to expose the police harassing me in court and on social media where I can ultimately reach millions of people.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t hang around bars or clubs. I live squeaky clean.

The police arrested me once and I won the case. In my opinion, they aren’t going to keep arresting me and having me win cases against them. I’m not a lawyer so who knows.

The NYPD’s strategy with me now is to get me kicked out of places I go in the city. For example, HRA, supermarkets, gym, Baruch College, etc.

That is why I’m walking on eggshells, tip-toeing around making sure I follow all rules everywhere I go.

I know if I continue to take the daily abuse from the police and stay on the course I’m on, eventually, I’ll get my life back.

All I need from Baruch College is an education. There is nothing anyone at Baruch College can do to help me with the police harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about summer classes, HRA, and the police harassing me. June 5, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

I’ve had dozens of conversations with the police and FBI about many of the topics covered in the class I’m taking this summer (phone records attached).

I have never and will never mention a word about the police harassing me in any Baruch College class.

I’m never saying a negative word about anything in any Baruch College class.

I’m only going to speak positively about the government, courts, and laws in class.

I’m not mentioning a negative word about the defamation laws that I have complained about to law enforcement dozens of times outside of school.

I’m strictly positive and professional in my classes.

I never mention a word about my personal life. I never mention a word that is negative.

You said only to contact you if I have any issues at Baruch College.

You told me not to contact the Chancellor and not to contact the Baruch College President. I haven’t and I won’t.

New York City law enforcement just tried to run a nice scam on me tomorrow morning.

New York City law enforcement sabotages me at HRA all the time. I never mentioned 1 word about it to the CUNY Edge office and I never will.

I just coincidentally received an email today that I have to interview with HRA or my welfare case is going to be closed.

Normally I would go running down to the HRA office on 14 St tomorrow morning. I would be waiting outside at 7 AM and be one of the first in. The police know that.

New York City law enforcement has people tear me to pieces on the welfare line on 14 St. Or maybe it’s just a coincidence.

I believe the police have people blow weed smoke in my face and harass me the entire time I’m on the welfare line waiting to get in.

I’m not going tomorrow because it’s my first summer class.

I’m not going to be harassed for two hours nonstop, while simultaneously people are blowing weed smoke in my face. Then I’ll show up to my first Zoom class high on weed after being harassed for two hours nonstop. That has happened to me so many times I lost count.

I’ll go to HRA on Wednesday when I don’t have a class and the police can harass me all morning on my day off from school.

Tomorrow morning I’m going to show up to Baruch College at 7 or 8 AM. I’m going to find a nice place to sit or stand in clear view of a security camera. I’m going to relax and start studying for class.

Tomorrow during class I’m going to keep my mouth shut. If I’m called on or if I feel like participation is necessary I will be positive and professional.

I will speak like the Baruch College President and the Chancellor are going to be sent a video of the class.

This is the email I coincidentally received from HRA just now:

The due date for your Cash Assistance case with case number ending in 898H is approaching. If you do not complete the interview on 06/14/2022 your case may close. Log in to your ACCESS HRA account at nyc.gov/ACCESSHRA to submit your recertification.

You can update your notification preferences at any time by logging into ACCESS HRA and selecting “Update” on your ‘Profile’ page.

No one from HRA ever called, HRA said we don’t have to go in, HRA said they probably won’t even interview me.

Coincidentally I received this email the day before class begins.

If I show up to HRA tomorrow morning, which I’m not, New York City law enforcement will chew me up and spit me out.

I’m getting off to a great start for the summer semester. I’m not letting them do it and I’m not going to HRA until Wednesday.

I’m about to email the Commissioner of HRA’s office about it right now too.

After the police sabotage my HRA case over and over which is well documented, the Commissioner’s Office cleans it up.

Thank you and have a great day.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings. I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York. My goal is to pass. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn. I have been living in the street homeless for five years so it’s a miracle that I’m able to attend college. I don’t care if someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head, I have never and will never say a disrespectful word to anyone at Baruch College under any circumstances. I’m walking on eggshells trying to go from homeless to home. In my spare time I’m cold calling hedge funds trying to launch startups and I promote myself on the Internet. Hopefully one day soon I can get back into an apartment. I believe in giving back even with my current situation living in the street homeless. One of the best things the government does in my opinion in addition to CUNY is the New York State Real Estate Salesperson’s License. During the last two decades, I have recommended thousands of people who are living check to check in New York City and the tri-state to obtain the license.
