Yesterday, there were two women that looked like students blocking the entrance to the library on the second-floor landing.
I’m sure it was totally innocent and just a coincidence.
I will never and have never mentioned a word about NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at Baruch College besides you via email as per your instructions.
Anytime I see young women blocking an entrance or exit I think about how many times the police run that scam on me outside of school. If I try to carefully walk past them they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and go running to tell on me.
I always ignore everyone and don’t say anything.
Anytime I see women or men blocking entrances and exits I patiently wait until they move without saying a word like I just did.
It’s interesting that the school was 99.9 percent empty yesterday and there were two women blocking the entrance to the library when I was walking in. After they realized that I wasn’t going up the stairs to the library until they moved, they walked down the stairs and out of the building.
I did not say one word to them. I didn’t look in their direction for much time either.
I have the best schedule for Summer 1, Summer 2, and Fall 2022. I love all my classes.
I just wanted to reiterate that I’m not mentioning a word about the police harassing me every day including today to anyone at Baruch College besides occasionally you here via email. You told me that is the protocol and I’m following it as always.
I just wanted to thank you again if you helped me with X class. I’m not sure who helped me. It could have been either you or the Department Chair or both. All I know is that after I contacted you both things in that class became very normal.
I just had two court cases that involved the NYPD. I’m about to have one more.
The police are harassing me every day as they have been since before I started at LaGuardia Community College.
I dealt with it then and I’m dealing with it now.
I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me every day in any of my classes.
I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me or anything negative at all with any of my professors.
In my humble opinion, I just exposed the police twice in two court cases worse than they could ever imagine. The third case is already moving forward and this is going to be the best one.
The police know that a lot of people are starting to find out that they are harassing me every day and it’s only a matter of time before I get some help.
Me “winning” includes succeeding at Baruch College.
I have never had any desire to discuss the police harassing me with anyone at Baruch College.
I don’t care if the police attack me again on my way to Baruch College, I have never and will never mention a word about the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College.
I’m reaching thousands of people on social media and the web trying to get help.
I’m focused on trying to expose the police harassing me in court and on social media where I can ultimately reach millions of people.
I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t hang around bars or clubs. I live squeaky clean.
The police arrested me once and I won the case. In my opinion, they aren’t going to keep arresting me and having me win cases against them. I’m not a lawyer so who knows.
The NYPD’s strategy with me now is to get me kicked out of places I go in the city. For example, HRA, supermarkets, gym, Baruch College, etc.
That is why I’m walking on eggshells, tip-toeing around making sure I follow all rules everywhere I go.
I know if I continue to take the daily abuse from the police and stay on the course I’m on, eventually, I’ll get my life back.
All I need from Baruch College is an education. There is nothing anyone at Baruch College can do to help me with the police harassing me.

New York City law enforcement had three women try to crash into me and harass me at Baruch College today May 7, 2022.
I emailed you the exact locations inside Baruch College, times, and dates earlier.
I left school and New York City law enforcement had their plain clothes team follow me right over to where I’m at without a care in the world about being caught.
I have an open lawsuit against The City University of New York right now: Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York. New York City law enforcement can care less.
New York City law enforcement has zero oversight and when it comes to harassing me they don’t care what evidence they leave in their wake.
For example, I just posted videos to social media showing that New York City law enforcement has blocked my phone from calling NYPD 911.
The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.
The NYPD blocked my phone number from calling all the precincts and NYPD Headquarters.
The New York FBI blocked my phone number.
The Albany FBI blocked my phone number.
Now NYPD 911 blocked my phone number. I’m not sure if the NYPD 911 is a permanent block or a temporary block while they are viciously harassing me in clear view of security cameras. Today isn’t the first time that New York City law enforcement has blocked me from calling NYPD 911.
I posted a video on YouTube and Twitter showing that my phone can call any number right now except NYPD 911.
When New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harass me like they are doing right this minute, I’ll call NYPD 911 so there is a record of the time, day, date, location, of where I’m being harassed.
I usually call NYPD 911 anywhere from dozens to hundreds of times per day off Baruch College campus, never in Baruch College.
In total, I’ve called NYPD 911 more than 20,000 times easily if I had to guess because NYC law enforcement has been harassing me every day for years. The NYPD 911 operators tease me and harass me on the phone.
In addition to NYPD 911 I call all 50 states FBI field offices and press the extension for a live bank robbery or kidnapping.
I have reported New York City law enforcement to the FBI field offices thousands of times. Lately, I call the FBI field offices dozens to hundreds of times per day when I’m outside of school and New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harassing me for hours on end.
So far the only FBI field offices to block my number are the New York City FBI and the Albany FBI. There might be a few others I’m not sure. The FBI hangs up on me a lot.
Right now I’m minding my own business trying to study and New York City law enforcement has their plainclothes team viciously harassing me in clear view of public and private security cameras. New York City law enforcement can care less.
New York City law enforcement just figures there is no way I’ll ever get the security video to prove that New York City law enforcement has people that work for them in plain clothes viciously harassing me every day.
I’m not mentioning a word about this to anyone at Baruch College.
Every single day when New York City law enforcement has women and men, students and staff, harassing me at Baruch College, shoving their phones in my face, teasing me, blocking me from walking, and crashing into me I just ignore it and walk away.
Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

New York City law enforcement ran me into the ground and now they tease, rob, and harass me all day every day because people I know pay them to do it.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.
I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.
I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.
I would never say a word to a student in class if she/he literally poured a can of paint on my head.
I would say thank you and walk away. Then I would report it.
With that being said there was a student sitting directly across from me while I was giving the speech kicking his leg up and down for the majority of my speech and it was very distracting.
I could have put my head down and just sat there and read the speech, but I believe that we are supposed to look at the crowd.
I would never say a word to the student.
If someone offered me a million dollars to identify the student right now, I would have no clue what the student looks like. I just saw the persons leg kicking nonstop throughout my speech.
It caught me so off guard that it threw off my speech a little.
I listened to the recording, and it was OK, but it would have been much better.
I never had someone do that to me before when I was giving a speech. It was like the student was practicing to be a professional field goal kicker or soccer player.
I started getting used to it by the end of the speech and going forward if it happens again, I’ll be more used to it.
If I can go again, I would like to, if not it’s no big deal. I’m just asking.

I wanted to go on record with what happened today in class. Personally, I’m a little surprised that the student felt comfortable doing that in front of all the other students knowing how much we all worked on preparing our speeches.
It was like he was waiving his hand in my face during the speech except he was using his leg instead of his hand. It was very distracting.
If you have any advice for me, please let me know. If not it’s no big deal.
Currently I have a GPA and I think I have about 291 points out of 300 in the class right now.
I know my subject inside and out, it’s about being a New York State real estate broker and I’m a licensed broker.
I’ve been studying every day through spring break, and I was a little tired. When the person started swinging his leg around for the majority of my speech it totally knocked me off my game.
Now that I have experienced the student swinging his leg around like he was trying out for the NFL during 70% of my speech, I can be prepared for it next time and focus on something else.
More importantly than any of this is I always treat all students and staff with the utmost respect at all times. If someone does something I don’t like, I ignore the person.

This type of thing happens all the time to me at Baruch College. I don’t blame Baruch College. I blame New York City law enforcement.
Thank you very much for your consideration since the beginning of class. Now I know why you’re one of the most respected professors on the web. That’s why I signed up for the class in the first place.
Now that I have taken exam one I have an excellent understanding on how to prepare for the second exam.
I am going to study at least 1 to 3 hours per day every day starting tomorrow until the next exam. If necessary, I’m more than happy to study 3 to 5 hours per day if that’s what it takes.
Spring break is perfect to study because I’m going to be doing schoolwork every day and I don’t have to take breaks for classes.
If I’m correct tomorrow is the day you will assign exactly what poems and stories for the class to be ready to analyze for the exam. As it stands now I have the 2 stories and 3 poems we analyzed.
I have all the PDFs you posted printed out and I’m going to double check again tonight. I’m at school right now so I can print anything I might be missing.
I’m going to read and hand write the material over and over until I know it inside and out.

It’s not my professors. I suspect it’s another professors.
It just seems a little strange to have a video camera pointing at the class from a podium. It’s one of the video cameras that people buy when they want to upgrade the video camera on a computer or laptop.

I did not mention a word to my amazing professor about this because I highly suspect it’s not his video camera.
I am loving the information I’m learning in this class. It’s actually fun. I feel like I’m almost taking an acting class.
I just turned in discussion board homework 3 and I’m working on the speech.

I try to maintain my privacy from students when possible due to the alarming number of complaints from students against students in New York colleges every year. If I’m correct the number is in the thousands just in New York every year.
There has been New York education staff saying the situation is out of control.
I have literally had students start to yell and scream at me in the middle of CUNY classes that I have absolutely no idea who they are and never said one word to the person. Nor have I ever made one statement in a class that was even borderline controversial.
It’s also been stated that students that don’t have wealthy parents, such as me, who can cut the check to lawyers to fend off false or true accusations are the ones who get in trouble when complaints are logged against them.
If I have to share my full name during the speech of course I’ll gladly do it. Your one of my favorite professors, the class flies by. If I’m allowed to use just my first name or change my last name, I would prefer that if possible. If not it’s no big deal I just wanted to ask.
Next week in one of my classes we are reviewing a book that contains controversial writing about the US government, FBI and police. I’m going on the record right now I’m not saying one negative word ever at Baruch College about the US Government, FBI, and police.
Outside of school/CUNY is a different story. I’ll complain all day long when I’m outside of school to people that are NOT connected with CUNY.
Last semester I would skip classes when I knew there was going to be a discussion about a controversial topic.
This semester I want to have a 100 percent attendance record so I’m not skipping any more classes. I’m just going to keep 100 percent quiet. If the professor calls on me for an answer it’s going to be I love the US government, I love the FBI, and I especially love the police. Everyone is doing their best with what they have to work with.
Outside of school I’m launching lawsuits against all of them. I don’t have any points to get across to anyone at CUNY besides I respect everyone with the utmost respect humanly possible.
My goals are to continue to treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times and only talk about school never anything personal.
Graduate from CUNY.
Have a positive impact on society.

I’m at school studying for my classes. I just returned from the post office on 23 Street. I sent X the exact same PDF that I sent to you.
As far as I’m concerned the probation appeal process is over. From now until the end of the semester I will continue to walk on eggshells like I always do.
Today I was walking into the Baruch College verticle building at about 8 AM. My Baruch College ID wasn’t working and the security guards let me in.
For anyone that isn’t even something worth mentioning. For me, I have to watch every interaction very carefully. The reason is that NYC law enforcement has been harassing me and sabotaging me worse than ever.
When my student ID didn’t work, I said to myself this is all I need. If one of the security guards says I was rude, I’m gone. And of course, it was a coincidence that my card wasn’t working. Of course, that would never happen here. I’m just saying that’s how my mind works.
Even with all this, I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t vape, etc. The abuse I take from NYC law enforcement is intense. I have been to the emergency room of the hospital several times this semester from NYC law enforcement harassing me. I don’t need therapy, I need an apartment, money, and law firms.
I never mention any of this to anyone at CUNY. I don’t even like mentioning it to you but I feel like every so often its good to cover myself because NYC law enforcement is so good at running scams and sabotaging people including me. It’s a miracle they haven’t figured out a way to get me kicked out of CUNY.
I know NYC law enforcement is drooling that I’m on probation. They almost got rid of me last semester when they arrested me. I beat the case and got a 4.0 GPA with 12 credits. They have been harassing me every day since I had the charge dropped down to a violation.
That’s why when I contact hundreds of government agencies nationwide to get help from NYC law enforcement harassing me I don’t blame them for turning their heads the other way and pretending I don’t exist. NYC law enforcement doesn’t play around. When they want something it’s not up for negotiation.
Thank you again for helping me with the appeal process. In regards to school, I’m so far ahead of the game this semester that it feels great. I’m literally studying for Spring 2022 classes today. I’m about to buy one of the textbooks for next semester next week and I have a few sample pages of it already. Instead of wasting my time watching celebrity interviews like I usually do in my spare time, I’m going to study math and Spanish.
I’m also going to start to document via video how I live in the subway in an effort to raise awareness and try and get help from the general public. I have a place to shower and keep clean clothes. Cold nights I live on subway platforms. I have never been more confident that I’m going to get back into an apartment one day soon thanks to HRA and CUNY.
I’m going to make you and the whole CUNY family proud one day and I’ll make sure to always let everyone know that the only reason I was able to get back on my feet is thanks to HRA and CUNY. Two of the most amazing organizations in New York City. The staff here is as good as it gets and the opportunity is beyond words.
I just signed up to take Elementary Spanish 1 next semester (Spring 2022). I’m going to start to study Spanish now in my spare time.
CUNY First doesn’t say who my professor will be. I saw your name on the website so therefore I decided to contact you regarding how I can prepare for Elementary Spanish 1.
If I’m correct we have about a month or so of free time between Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. I’m going to study 5 to 10 hours per day every day during that month for all my Spring 2022 classes before they start so I’m familiar with the material when classes begin.
Is there any specific type of Spanish that I should be studying?
Is this the textbook?
