  • Opinion: Email to the New York State Office of Higher Education about the NYPD trying to sabotage me at Baruch College.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency call 911. I’m not a lawyer. Use this information at your own risk. Verify everything yourself. This is my opinion.

Greetings Deputy Commissioner and Office of the Deputy Commissioner,

    Office of Higher Education: NYSED

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, maintenance crew, and students.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.

I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.

My goal is to earn a C or D average. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

I never mention a word about people I know paying law enforcement in New York City to harass me to anyone at Baruch College or CUNY.

Every once in a while I might mention something to the Baruch College Dean via email. That is very rare though.

NYC law enforcement has a plainclothes lie and scam team that they use to do some of their dirty work. This can be proven with access to security cameras in New York City.

NYC law enforcement has dozens of Baruch College students that are members of their plainclothes lie and scam team.

I have offered to share my phone and bank records with NYPD Internal affairs, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the Department of Investigations, the US Attorney Southern District, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, and many others.

The hope is that a government agency will match my locations to security cameras using my phone and bank records. Then security video can be recovered of NYC law enforcement’s plainclothes lie and scam team harassing me every day at Baruch College and outside of Baruch College.

NYC law enforcement has students at Baruch College harass me every day. For example, NYC law enforcement has female and male students block me from walking, cut me off, crash into me, and shove their phones in my face while acting like they are fighting for their lives and under attack.

NYC law enforcement has students and staff at Baruch College harassing me in the subway, in the street, at school, and in my classes.

For example, people in plain clothes will sneak up on me every day before school and blow vape smoke in my face.

Then during class at Baruch College between one and three people either directly in front of me or beside me will swing their legs around or bounce up and down in their chairs for the majority of the class.

Surprisingly, not one student in my classes has ever mentioned a word about it. Of course, I never said anything. If anyone thinks they can concentrate on work with that abuse, I’ll sit next to you in a chair and show you what they do while you try and be productive.

In my view, there is no way that NYC law enforcement could be placing students that they are connected with in my classes without the help of someone at Baruch College CUNY.

Another issue I have with Baruch College is the lack of security cameras inside the buildings.

Baruch College claims to care so much about sexual harassment and students’ safety yet if there is an altercation between students it will most likely be one student’s word against another as if we are living in the early to mid-1900s in the pre-technology era when it was much easier for law enforcement to set people up.

I’d be in jail right now in those days. For example, if 15 women who work for NYC law enforcement take the video of them shoving their phones in my face and say Mark Pine was following me; technology might save me.

To illustrate, I can show my phone records when I called every US Attorney in the United States, I called every FBI field office in the United States, I called the US Attorney Southern District’s Office hundreds of times until they blocked my phone number, I called the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office after hours and left thousands of messages, etc. Would someone that is stalking women do that and give his exact location, date of birth, etc., over and over?

I have been to the emergency room of New York City hospitals over one hundred times after being attacked by New York City law enforcement’s plainclothes lie and scam team.

NYC law enforcement’s lie and scam team has already drugged me for the first time today.

In total, NYC law enforcement and their lie and scam team have drugged me hundreds of times almost every day since I started at CUNY two years ago.

NYC law enforcement used to be able to discredit me and say it’s a conspiracy theory until my Nassau County Criminal Case (Case No: 2020CR364503).

The case was criminal alright. The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office and NCPD both knew I was innocent and they could care less. The only witnesses in the case were some of the civilians that work at Nassau County Police Headquarters.

Even though they are government employees, I’m not going to say exactly what I uncovered during the pre-trial phase of my Nassau County misdemeanor criminal case.

I uncovered something about the Nassau County Police before my trial that in my non-attorney opinion was a huge corruption and theft. Ironically, a few members of Nassau County Police Internal Affairs are part of it. I say “are” instead of “were” because it’s ongoing.

Needless to say, the Nassau County District Attorney offered me a violation because it was about to be a huge embarrassment documented for eternity in the case law or court record.

In my opinion, that arrest and the documentation that exists turned the fantasy into a reality. It was as sloppy and weak a case as can be in the history of false arrests.

NYC law enforcement’s lie and scam team broke my shoulder about a year ago when one of them was chasing me on West 57 St in Manhattan.

This is the scam that New York City law enforcement is trying to use right now to get me kicked out of Baruch College (2/22/2022).

The irony of this situation is that I’ve already detailed all the lies and scams that NYC law enforcement is using to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College. Unfortunately, NYC law enforcement has repackaged it and they are coming at me strong this weekend and this week.

I don’t care about grades although I do currently have a 3.8 GPA after about 2 years full-time at The City University of New York.

This Saturday or sooner I’m about to receive $4,000 in my bank account for student loans.

How many street homeless people on welfare on the planet are going to see that amount of money legally in their bank account this week? If I had to guess, not even a fraction of one percent.

NYC law enforcement has been harassing me non-stop since the first day I was at The City University of New York.

The thought that they would try and say that Mark Pine had some type of outburst in class or at Baruch College when I’m doing as well as I am in addition to receiving a large amount of money this week makes me wonder how many innocent people NYC law enforcement has set up on criminal charges and or sabotaged.

Not everyone can take the amount of abuse I take on a daily basis without reacting. For example, NYC law enforcement purposely has men that are smaller than me spit in my face, shove their phones in my face, crash into me and do anything they can to try and pick fights with me. I’m smart enough to know that if I even look the wrong way in one of their directions that I will be arrested.

NYC law enforcement knows me inside and out better than anyone on this earth.

I also know NYC law enforcement better than about 90 percent of civilians or more. The number might be 99.9 percent.

This is the scam that NYC law enforcement is using on me right now and this week to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College:

I normally sleep in chairs on the subway platforms in Manhattan or on seats on the subway. There is a huge homeless crackdown going on now to get homeless people out of the New York City subway system.

NYC law enforcement is going to try and say the pressure of the homeless subway crackdown led to some type of outburst in one of my Baruch College classes.

I’m going on the record right now, I can care less. I’ve been homeless for five years. Wherever I’m allowed to sleep, I’ll sleep. I’m staying in New York City.

If anything, I’m very comfortable right now. Maybe this will motivate me to work harder to get into an apartment. I wouldn’t go back to another homeless shelter if the government offered me a billion dollars per minute upfront.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. NYC law enforcement drugs me all the time so I have to include that.

In my opinion, I’m getting very close to getting a roof back over my head. A lot of people are starting to find out that Mark Pine is being viciously harassed by the NYPD and other NYC law enforcement.

Plus that I’m homeless living in the street. Then they hear me talking about it on social media and I’m sharp as a tack and a student at Baruch College. It doesn’t add up.

Plus in my opinion, New York City is going to rebound in the coming months and years in regards to the number of people. It’s only a matter of the right individual or organization finding out about me and this nightmare might not be over but I’ll be off the street.

NYC law enforcement is being paid by people I can’t mention here to sabotage and discredit me. If I mention the people I know who pay the NYPD to harass me, I will be sued for defamation.

In addition to the Nassau County arrest, I have been written at least $3,000 or more worth of tickets while being homeless from New York City. I paid them all. They were never expecting that.

    1. I would like to know how New York City law enforcement is placing students in my classes to harass me.
    2. I would like access to view the security camera footage of students harassing me inside Baruch College and in front of the buildings.
    3. I would like more security cameras inside the Baruch College buildings and stairwells to protect all the students and future students.

I’m not mentioning a word of this to anyone at Baruch College.

I’m only talking about school at Baruch College.

I’m treating everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

I keep to myself in regards to students at Baruch College unless it’s a mandatory in-class group.

    Please help.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: The lawsuit I filed against CUNY.

The City University of New York Lawsuit

Disclaimers: I’m not a lawyer. Verify everything yourself. I’m a pro se plaintiff suing The City University of New York in the New York Court of Claims. The case is ongoing. The claim number is 137416.

    January 16, 2022

I would like to sue The City University of New York for $150,000.00 for intentional tort.

Before I get into the information that is within the ninety days requirement of evidence for filing a lawsuit, I would like to include a few things that I believe are important about this situation.

There is absolutely no animosity or negativity from me towards The City University of New York (CUNY).

One reason for this lawsuit is to secure my future at The City University of New York as a student and eventually graduate student.

I love The City University of New York. The student support staff, the professors, the maintenance team, the security guards, and the students are as good as it gets. I am very appreciative to be part of the CUNY family.

The United States Government and the New York Government have done a fantastic job setting up the CUNY platform to help people like myself succeed.

When I started at CUNY I didn’t have a phone. I didn’t have a laptop. I didn’t have anything. I was living in the street homeless with about $5 per day for food given to me from the public assistance office (Human Resources Administration).

I’m still living in the street homeless. Contrary to popular belief about homeless people I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I have and would starve before I would steal.

Now thanks to CUNY, student loans, and HRA, I have laptops. I have phones. I have places to shower. I have clothes. CUNY and HRA saved my life.

I have been full-time at CUNY for five semesters. My GPA is 3.875. I have been on the Dean’s List every semester.

There were a couple of semesters where my GPA was a 4.0 while living in the street homeless.

In addition to my past success at CUNY, because I’m 45 years old and have had decades to think about school strategies, I have already started studying for the most difficult classes months or years before they begin so I can continue to enjoy learning.

For example, I have already started studying for Math and Spanish months and years before I plan on taking them.

Studying in advance makes it a lot easier. I believe that proves my dedication and respect for CUNY and my education.

CUNY didn’t show up on my doorstep, I showed up on theirs. CUNY was doing just fine without me. I haven’t done anything for CUNY, they have done everything for me.

That is why I always treat everyone at CUNY with the absolute utmost respect at all times. That is regardless of what is going on.

I don’t care if someone at CUNY pours a can of paint on my head, punches me in the face, and snaps my laptop in half. I will walk away without saying a word and report it to the Manhattan District Attorney or NYPD.

I never bring up a word about anything going on in my life with anyone at CUNY besides the Dean via email.

I never partake in any controversial conversations at CUNY.

I never socialize with anyone, female or male, at CUNY. When I’m at CUNY I only talk about school. I never talk about anything else.

I would not ever hit on or try to date any woman at CUNY. After what the NYPD and NYC law enforcement has put me through with women I can’t imagine ever dating again.

If I do every date again, the only thing I know for sure is that it’s won’t be any woman connected with CUNY.

Now let’s get to the negativity.

People I know are paying the NYPD and other New York City law enforcement to try and get me kicked out of CUNY right now today.

Right now on January 24, 2022, my phone number is blocked from calling NYPD headquarters, NYPD Internal Affairs, all the NYPD Precincts.

The New York FBI blocked my phone number.

The US Attorney Southern District Blocked my phone number.

The Civilian Complaint Review Board has not helped me at all.

The Manhattan Borough President’s office hasn’t helped me at all.

The New York City Public Advocates office hasn’t helped me at all.

In the last ninety days, I have had my cell phone stolen 4 separate times in Midtown Manhattan.

The NYPD told me they made police reports for three of the phones, the NYPD 1 Precinct refused to give me a police report for the fourth phone.

The following are the strategies that NYC law enforcement is using right now and in the past ninety days to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

The NYPD is blocking me from taking courses I need to graduate at CUNY. The NYPD just goes to whoever is in charge of schedules and takes away certain classes I need to graduate and/or the NYPD has members of their student team fill up the classes I need before I’m able to sign up for the classes.

The NYPD has it set up at CUNY where their student team can sign up for classes before any other students are allowed to sign up.

There are several CUNY staff, CUNY professors, and CUNY students helping NYC law enforcement try and sabotage me at CUNY.

I’m going on the record right now and saying I don’t take it personally that CUNY staff and CUNY students are working with NYC law enforcement to sabotage me and trying to get me kicked out of school over a bunch of lies.

NYC law enforcement harasses me every day. I can’t blame anyone for trying to avoid being abused by NYC law enforcement.

Also, I believe that NYC law enforcement has the ability to have almost any staff member at CUNY fired if the CUNY staff member doesn’t do what NYC law enforcement tells her/him.

Therefore if a member of the CUNY staff tried to help me, it wouldn’t accomplish anything, and she/he might end up having to sleep in a chair on the subway as I do. I can’t blame anyone for trying to avoid that fate.

That is why I don’t have any animosity towards anyone at CUNY even the staff and students that are trying to sabotage me and get me kicked out of CUNY on behalf of NYC law enforcement.

I never mention a word about the staff, students, and professors, trying to sabotage me at CUNY to their faces, even when it’s totally obvious. I just play along and keep quiet.

Here are the scams NYC law enforcement is using right now and in the past ninety days to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    1.       NYC law enforcement will/has forced my professors to pair me up with a woman or several women in my classes at Baruch College. Then NYC law enforcement will make the woman/women and me share all our personal information. For example, full name, email, phone number, etc.

Then NYC law enforcement will remotely access my phone or laptop or both or wait until I’m sleeping and look the woman/women from school up from my devices.

Then NYC law enforcement will send messages to the women through social media, email, etc. that are totally inappropriate.

I would never speak with any student, female or male, outside of school or in school unless it’s mandatory for a class.

Anytime I have to interact with students when it’s mandatory I only talk about school and I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

NYC law enforcement has taken all the fun out of college for me.

I’m scared to talk with anyone out of fear that NYC law enforcement is going to order the person to make up lies about what I said.

NYC law enforcement has students, staff, and professors, that they are connected with cut me off, crash into me, and hold their phones in my face like they are under attack when I’m minding my own business carefully walking through the halls.

I respectfully keep to myself in regards to students at my college. I’m a people person. I enjoy meeting people. Under the circumstances, I find it best to keep to myself at Baruch College.

If you look at my social media, several posts say that NYC law enforcement will not stop harassing me please help.

I don’t think it would be appropriate to speak with students, professors, staff, or anyone at CUNY / Baruch College about NYC law enforcement harassing me.

I’m definitely not trying to meet or date any women at CUNY or anywhere for that matter at this time.

    2.       NYC law enforcement will have a professor assign some type of out loud reading in front of the whole class. The reading will get me to say some crazy things that I would never say that are totally inappropriate. For example, NYC law enforcement likes to use racist material in these types of circumstances. NYC law enforcement also likes to try and get me to say things about conspiracy theories.

It’s already happened and I respectfully declined. Now NYC law enforcement is forcing me into situations where I have to follow their instructions.

Then the professor will say she/he never assigned me to say the crazy things they made me say. The whole entire class, professor, everyone will say they are terrified of me, and no one is coming back to school until I’m gone.

    3.       NYC law enforcement will have students, staff, and professors crash into me, cut me off, and shove their phones in my face, on and off-campus. Then the students will say Mark Pine is stalking the person, picking fights with the person, Mark Pine is a menace, etc.

    4.       NYC law enforcement will have a professor talk about a controversial topic. Then NYC law enforcement will get the professor and the whole class to lie and say Mark Pine had some type of outburst in class.

Then NYC law enforcement will edit some of the audio of me reporting NYC law enforcement on the phone while NYC law enforcement was harassing me and say the audio was directed towards students, staff, and professors at Baruch College CUNY.

    5. NYC law enforcement has several hundreds of hours of audio of me complaining about them on various government agencies’ voicemails.

NYC law enforcement can and has easily edited the audio and say the audio was directed towards people at CUNY / Baruch College.

If taken out of context the audio would be totally inappropriate for CUNY and this courtroom.

For example, I have made comments on district attorneys’ and US Attornies’ voicemails that were pertinent to my ongoing battle with NYC law enforcement. The statements I left on the district attornies and US attornies voicemails would be totally inappropriate for this courtroom and CUNY.

I believe in the United States Government and New York State judicial system.

I know we need police or we would all be dead. Still, that’s no excuse for the NYPD to take money to ruin my life. Whenever I interact with the NYPD in person I treat them with the utmost respect at all times.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Controversial conversations at Baruch College. February 11, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Next week in one of my classes we are reviewing a book that contains controversial writing about the US government, FBI and police. I’m going on the record right now I’m not saying one negative word ever at Baruch College about the US Government, FBI, and police.

Outside of school/CUNY is a different story. I’ll complain all day long when I’m outside of school to people that are NOT connected with CUNY.

Last semester I would skip classes when I knew there was going to be a discussion about a controversial topic.

This semester I want to have a 100 percent attendance record so I’m not skipping any more classes. I’m just going to keep 100 percent quiet. If the professor calls on me for an answer it’s going to be I love the US government, I love the FBI, and I especially love the police. Everyone is doing their best with what they have to work with.

Outside of school I’m launching lawsuits against all of them. I don’t have any points to get across to anyone at CUNY besides I respect everyone with the utmost respect humanly possible.

My goals are to continue to treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times and only talk about school never anything personal.

    Graduate from CUNY.

Have a positive impact on society.

Get back into an apartment so I don’t have to sleep in the subway.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Email with Baruch College about the NYPD being paid to sabotage me.

    Greetings Baruch College CUNY,

    Thank you for your concern.

I never shared or mentioned my social media profile with anyone at Baruch College. Maybe someone searched my name.

I never mention a word about the police harassing me with anyone at Baruch College.

I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times.

I filed a Notice of Claim with the NYC Comptroller’s Office to sue the NYPD. I have a hearing set up by the NYC Comptroller’s Office to sue the NYPD (attached).

After the hearing, I will efile a pro se lawsuit against the NYPD in the New York County Supreme Court.

Thanks to CUNY I have an account with justanswer.com. For $60 per month, I can ask attorneys unlimited questions.

Justanswer.com saved me from going to jail when I was falsely arrested in Nassau County. Instead of allowing my public defender to send me to jail, I represented myself with attorneys consulting me on justanswer.com.

Also, I think the judge was impressed and surprised when I requested a bench trial instead of a jury trial. The DA and Police weren’t expecting that move. I could tell they wanted the jury.

I trust a judge more than I trust a jury. A lot of people think they have a better chance with a jury than a judge, I side with the judge.

I’m also in contact with the NYC Public Advocate’s Office, Manhattan Borough President’s Office, NYPD Internal Affairs, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the New York City Department of Investigation, and many others.

I’m contacting organizations and agencies outside of CUNY for help with the NYPD harassing me.

I’ll gladly do anything you request. I have the utmost respect for you. You and your staff are as good as it gets. Baruch College is amazing. I’m going to go from homeless to an apartment because of Baruch College one day.

When I see the occasional person complain about Baruch College on Yelp or Google Reviews, I say to myself, what more could Baruch College possibly be doing for us students?

I have been provided the best support since the day I started at LaGuardia Community College and the stellar support has continued at Baruch College.

I love Baruch College. It’s a privilege to attend Baruch College. That is why I’m walking on eggshells at Baruch College at all times.

If you want to have a phone call about me looking for help outside of CUNY because the police are harassing me of course I’ll speak with you anytime that is convenient for you. I just want to let you know that I don’t have anything I would like to share besides answering your questions.

I will gladly and respectfully answer any questions you have for me although there is no new ground that we are going to cover. You know my story inside and out at this point in time. You know my story better than most of my family and the people I grew up with.

All my professors are amazing. I love my classes. I have a 3.875 GPA. I’m a 10X better student than when I started.

I’m about to receive $4,000 in my bank account as a student loan refund. Life is great compared to before I started at CUNY. I have laptops, phones, clothes, places to shower, etc.

I’m used to the police harassing me at this point. I’m doing everything I can to legally get them to stop.

I’m making the best of the situation and trying to elevate my situation every day. There is nothing new that is happening that hasn’t been covered in the emails I’ve sent you months ago about my living situation and being harassed by the police.

Please let me know when you would like to speak. Friday would be best because I don’t have classes that day.

Hopefully, in the future, I would prefer to discuss with you how I’m sharing the study strategies I’m learning at Baruch College with students all over the city and helping them succeed at school. For example, obtaining coursework months and years before taking the classes and starting to study for classes before they begin. I believe there is a huge number of parents and students that would utilize that idea if they heard it. I’m going to try and share it with them. My goal in life is to have a positive impact on society and be successful.

If you want to skip the call we can do that too because we have already gone over everything that is on my social media about the police trying to sabotage me. I actually feel bad because if anything I’ve taken up too much of your time for one student. Moving forward when I’m interacting with you, I would prefer for it to be about positivity, how much I appreciate attending Baruch College, and how I found a home.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency call 911. I’m not a lawyer. Use this information at your own risk. Verify everything yourself. This is my opinion.

  • Opinion: Email to NYC HRA about NYC law enforcement trying to sabotage me on January 13, 2022.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. Results aren’t guaranteed. Verify everything yourself.

Greetings New York City Human Resources Administration Commissioner,

First and foremost I always treat everyone at New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.

I understand that everyone at HRA is doing their best.

HRA saved my life after people I know paid NYC law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to sabotage my web marketing business and run me into the ground.

NYC law enforcement tried to have me locked up. That didn’t work although NYC law enforcement was easily able to make me homeless.

My web marketing clients appreciated my services but not enough to deal with the drama from NYC law enforcement.

If it wasn’t for HRA I would have starved to death. I can’t thank you enough for feeding me and helping me pay some bills to keep me functioning on some level.

I can’t go to soup kitchens because NYC law enforcement is friends with some of the kitchens. Some, not all, NYC soup kitchens allow NYC law enforcement to sabotage the food of people that NYC law enforcement doesn’t like. I’m not trying to figure out which ones are which. I’ve seen NYC law enforcement and their regular clothes lie and scam team messing around with the food with my own eyes at multiple soup kitchens plus I’ve eaten the tainted food.

Here are the reasons for my inquiry to you right now:

    1. I receive $33 every Monday on my HRA public assistance card to purchase a MetroCard. On Monday, December 27, 2021, and every Monday since I haven’t received the money to purchase the MetroCard.

With the generous way that the federal government has been supporting poor people such as myself, I would be surprised if the federal government is telling HRA to stop paying for people’s MetroCards during a short recess from school. Especially for the individuals that are already signed up for the following semester.

What I think is going on is NYC law enforcement is up to their usual tricks and scams. I suspect that NYC law enforcement told HRA to stop paying for MetroCards during the break so they can provide MetroCards to all the people who are affiliated with them and they can block people that NYC enforcement doesn’t like such as me from receiving MetroCard money.

I am respectfully requesting to be reimbursed for the MetroCards I’ve had to buy for the past few weeks. Every MetroCard I’ve purchased was either with my HRA card or my debit card so I can easily prove the MetroCards were purchased.

    2. The next reason I would like to speak to someone from HRA either in person, via email, or on the phone is about the possibility that NYC law enforcement will get me thrown out of Baruch College CUNY.

I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. Anytime I interact with anyone at Baruch College I only talk about school and I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

Needless to say, it doesn’t matter what I do. People I know pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage me and harass me.

The bar is so low for NYC law enforcement to sabotage me it’s not even funny. Realistically, what am I going to do? All I can do is sue and New York City has the best legal information money can buy and I’m homeless and on welfare.

Let me give you a quick example of how I suspect NYC law enforcement is going to try to have me kicked out of Baruch College.

    1. NYC law enforcement will pair me up with a woman or several women in my classes at Baruch College. Then NYC law enforcement will make everyone share all their personal information. I respectfully keep to myself in regards to students at my college. I’m a people person. I enjoy meeting people. Under the circumstances, I find it best to keep to myself at Baruch College. If you look at my social media, almost every post is NYC law enforcement will not stop harassing me please help. I don’t think it would be appropriate to speak with students, professors, staff, or anyone at Baruch College about NYC law enforcement harassing me.

    2. NYC law enforcement will have a professor assign some type of out loud reading in front of the whole class. The reading will get me to say some crazy things that I would never say that are totally inappropriate. It’s already happened and I respectfully declined. Now NYC law enforcement is forcing me into situations where I have to follow their instructions. It’s well documented that law enforcement uses these types of scams. Then the professor will say she/he never assigned me to say the crazy things they made me say. The whole entire class, professor, everyone will say they are terrified of me, and no one is coming back to school until I’m gone.

    3. NYC law enforcement will have students who unofficially work for them “off the record” crash into me, cut me off, and shove their phones in my face, on and off-campus. Then the students will say Mark Pine is stalking me, picking fights with me, Mark Pine is a menace, etc.

    4. NYC law enforcement will have a professor talk about a controversial topic. Then NYC law enforcement will get the professor and the whole class to lie and say I had some type of outburst. Then NYC law enforcement will edit some of the audio of me arguing with NYC law enforcement on the phone while NYC law enforcement was attacking me and say the audio was directed towards students, staff, and professors at Baruch College CUNY.

I’m doing everything I can legally to try and hold on at Baruch College. The reality of the situation is that there is a small chance that NYC law enforcement will succeed in their pursuit of having me kicked out of Baruch College.

If NYC law enforcement succeeds in having me kicked out of Baruch College I will be back in the welfare job program.

I’m not naming names because I don’t want to be sued for defamation. Let’s just say that I suspect NYC law enforcement has complete control over me when I’m in the welfare job program. Also, NYC law enforcement visits any company that is thinking about hiring me and tells the companies not to hire me.

Also, without naming names, NYC law enforcement has staff at the welfare job center and other “clients” like me harassing and teasing me every day at the welfare job program.

Before I was at Baruch College I would have loved a job making around $400 per week after taxes working 30 to 40 hours per week. I’m working 80 to 100 hours per week between my work at Baruch College and dealing with one disaster after the next that NYC law enforcement creates for me on a daily basis.

I would like to know how can HRA try to protect me from NYC law enforcement if by some unfortunate circumstance I end up back in the welfare job program?

It’s very clear that once again, NYC law enforcement has complete control over the welfare job program in regards to blocking someone such as myself from getting help.

I applied to hundreds if not thousands of jobs while I was in the welfare job program and I was never hired for any of them. I would have been as happy as can be working in the fast-food industry. Unfortunately, no one would hire me.

My goal is to graduate from Baruch College so hopefully, I won’t be back in the welfare job program. I’m also trying to figure out how to earn money to get off welfare although anytime I start moving forward NYC law enforcement scares everyone away from doing business with me.

I have almost no credibility because I’m homeless. The little credibility I can claim is that I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t party, I don’t date, and I don’t have a criminal record. Furthermore, I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College/LaGuardia Community College/CUNY after 4 full-time semesters living in the street homeless with NYC law enforcement harassing me the whole time.

Please provide any feedback you deem appropriate.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Notice of Claim to sue the New York City Police (NYPD). I’m bringing it to the New York City Comptroller’s Office tomorrow.

Greetings New York City Comptroller’s Office,

Thank you for all the assistance and information you have provided for me. I understand it’s a huge city and a lot to handle.

First and foremost and more important than anything I always treat everyone at the New York City Comptroller’s office with the absolute utmost respect at all times. That includes everyone at the hearings too that doesn’t necessarily work directly for the New York City Comptroller’s office.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. Everyone is doing their best under the circumstances. To give anyone an attitude is pure insanity.

This is my second notice of claim against the NYPD. The claim number for my first claim against the NYPD is: 2020PI003657

I didn’t get a chance to file a lawsuit against the NYPD after my first hearing set up by the New York City Comptroller’s office because of schoolwork and everything that’s been going on for the past year. I think if I fall below a C at CUNY my public assistance and student loans might be in jeopardy.

I’m ready to move forward with my lawsuit against the NYPD now.

I would like to sue the NYPD for $150,000.00

People I know pay the NYPD and their civilian team to harass me and sabotage me.

I would be happy to name the people who pay the police to harass me, I just want to be careful that I don’t get sued for libel, slander, or defamation. People I know supply apartments, products, services, and money to the NYPD and their civilian team.

The NYPD blocked my phone number from calling any of the NYPD Precincts, NYPD Internal Affairs, and NYPD headquarters.

The NYPD has the NYPD 911 operators try and pick fights with me on the phone when I call NYPD 911. I would like to sue for that reason and additional reasons.

I’m more than happy to turn over my phone records, bank records, and any information I have that might assist with the notice of claim and lawsuit.

The NYPD has rejected me for several police reports in person and on their NYPD web portal.

I can walk into almost any NYPD Precinct right now and say I would like a police report. The NYPD would say for what?

I would say people I know are paying people to sabotage and harass me. The NYPD would say you’re not getting a report for that. The NYPD would not look at any of my evidence.

I’ve been rejected from obtaining police reports at the NYPD 1 Precinct, NYPD 108 Precinct, NYPD 6 Precinct, NYPD 14 Precinct, NYPD 18 Precinct, NYPD 10 Precinct, NYPD 13 Precinct, NYPD 17 Precinct, NYPD 19 Precinct, NYPD 20 Precinct, and others.

I have emailed the public email addresses listed on several NYPD Precinct pages and they never respond.

I would also like to sue the NYPD because the NYPD 13 Precinct denied me from obtaining a police report on March 6, 2021, at around 2 PM.

When I entered the NYPD 13 Precinct three police officers were talking to me at the same time. One police officer was in front of me, one was behind me, and one was on the side of me. I said, who am I talking to? All three of them continued talking with me the whole time.

I asked if I could show my electronic evidence to back up my claims and they said no. I have mainstream news website articles, emails, pictures, videos, etc.

Another time I was rejected for a police report was:

Example: Reference Number: REF_1900097     Mon, May 17, 11:26 PM

Someone took my phone when I was taking a nap at the Hudson River Park and scratched the screen.

I suspect whoever took my phone also verified themselves into accounts I have on double verification so they can get in later. For example, my Baruch College email, my Facebook account, and my Google account.

    For the record, I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record.

I have been homeless living in the street for about five years because the NYPD and their civilian team sabotaged the web marketing and real estate services I provide. I’m a New York State licensed real estate broker. My license is still active.

Even though I’m homeless I look presentable. I have places to shower. I also have a little storage room to keep my belongings paid for by HRA.

I’m living my life very cautiously because the NYPD and their civilian team have stolen, destroyed, vandalized, and sabotaged most of what I have. They are trying to finish me off and I’m trying to regain what I had and more.

My Amazon.com account shows that I have to buy the same essential items over and over way more than what would be considered normal wear and tear. The reason is that the NYPD and their civilian team steal and destroy my property.

I have additional online accounts that prove the exact same thing. I would be happy to provide access or copies of the pages from any and all of my personal accounts. I have nothing to hide. I am one hundred percent transparent.

The NYPD and their civilian team switch the masks I buy with lower quality masks that make me feel sick. The reason is that they are spending millions of dollars ambushing and harassing me. They want my full reaction, they don’t want pictures and videos of me wearing a mask.

Right now the NYPD and their civilian team are trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

I was at LaGuardia Community College for three semesters. I earned a 3.975 GPA with 36 credits. So far at Baruch College, I have a 4.0 GPA with 12 credits.

I’ve been on the Dean’s List every semester I’ve been at Baruch College. You don’t hear about homeless people like that too often in the news.

The NYPD has people they are connected with from Baruch College follow me into stores, follow me in the street, and follow me in the subway.

I call the people who run scams for the NYPD, the NYPD’s civilian team.

The NYPD has people crash into me from the front and behind when I’m getting on and off the subway. This can be confirmed by matching up NYPD 911 calls I made with the security cameras located in the subway. I know the police match up those types of things when they are looking to lock someone up.

The NYPD’s civilian team cuts me off and tries to crash into me in the street, subway, and in stores, while video recording me with their phones.

I can match up NYPD 911 calls with the store’s security videos. I can also match my Chase Bank debit card and public assistance benefit card purchases with the store’s security videos.

It might take a subpoena or some type of court/government order to obtain the security videos from the stores. I have started contacting stores about this matter.

I suspect the NYPD is planning on having a few of their civilian team members lie and say they had some type of altercation with me either at Baruch College or nearby.

The NYPD has already had a few students at Baruch College try and pick fights with me. I have no idea who any of the individuals are. I ignored them all.

I reported every incident to CUNY public safety and they ignored me or said the security cameras were broken that day.

The other method I suspect the NYPD is planning on using to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College is an audio scam.

The scam I’m about to detail is the same exact scam another New York police department used against me in a misdemeanor criminal case that I won.

The NYPD has audio of me arguing with members of the NYPD on the phone.

I suspect the NYPD is planning on editing the audio they have of me arguing on the phone with members of the NYPD and say the arguments were directed towards staff, professors, and students at Baruch College.

About a month or two ago someone called me from Baruch College about ten times in a row. I emailed someone at Baruch College about it and the person said there was no way someone from Baruch College called me that many times in a row.

I didn’t pick up the call from Baruch College because I know that the NYPD is trying to use audio scams to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

I can keep going for hours. Hopefully, this is enough for another hearing. I’m available anytime you set up the next hearing.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Email to the New York City Human Resources Administration about losing my public benefits card.

    Greetings Department of Social Services,

I have received a few letters in the mail warning me that I might be in trouble for losing my public benefits card.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to everyone at the New York City Human Resources Administration. The help I receive from HRA is a lifesaver.

I’m 44 years young and I have been homeless for about five years. I tried living in the shelters but I didn’t like it.

For about the last year and a half, I have been attending The City University of New York.

First I was at LaGuardia Community College. I earned a 3.975 GPA after 36 credits.

Now I’m at Baruch College. I’m in my first semester and things are going very well.

I have been robbed several times and had my wallet stolen. A few times I reported it to the police and there should be police reports on the NYPD computers.

    I don’t have a criminal record at all. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

One time I went to HRA for a new public benefits card. HRA gave me a temporary card. After I went back to get the permanent card, I received a letter saying I’m in trouble for losing cards.

I have been robbed of clothes, laptops, smartphones, and anything else you can imagine. I will continue to try and be as careful as possible.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve my standing with HRA. I do everything exactly as HRA requests. I treat the staff at all HRA locations with the utmost respect at all times.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • The NYPD and their civilian team are looking for any lie to get me kicked out of Baruch College. 4/20/2021

I was told by Baruch College that we were allowed to pick our Fall 2021 classes on April 5th, 2021. I believe that was the date, I’m not sure.

All I know is when I went to pick my classes the online system at Baruch College wouldn’t allow me to sign up for classes. I politely and respectfully contacted the staff at Baruch College and asked what was wrong.

The staff at Baruch College told me that only certain students can pick their Fall 2021 classes on April 5, 2021. They said I would have to wait for three days until the other students were done choosing which classes they wanted first.

Three days later when I went to choose my classes the majority of online classes I wanted to sign up for were already filled by the students who were given early access to choose the classes they wanted.

That means I’m going to be on campus at Baruch College during Fall 2021.

I’m writing this quickly because I have a 12-page essay due soon and a bunch of other homework.

People I know pay the NYPD and their civilian team to torture me, attack me, rob me, destroy my property, follow me into stores and pick fights with me, and run every cointelpro ambush and scam on me that was ever created since the 1960s.

The NYPD blocked my phone number from calling any NYPD precinct, NYPD headquarters, NYPD internal affairs, New York FBI, US Attorney in Westchester, etc.

People I know have paid the NYPD and their civilian team to have me kicked out of Baruch College.

This is how they are going to try and do it.

    1. The NYPD and their civilian team are going to have people crash into me, cut me off, try to start arguments with me, etc. anytime I’m anywhere near Baruch College. They started doing it already.
    2. The NYPD and going to have girls cut me off, crash into me, etc. over and over to try and obtain video or photos that make it seem like I’m doing something wrong.
    3. The NYPD and their civilian team are going to take audio they have of me from years of physically attacking me and say I said something nasty to someone at Baruch College. The NYPD has a budget in the billions of dollars. They will edit audio conversations to get innocent people in trouble. They also edit videos to get innocent people in trouble.
    4. The NYPD is going to try and have Baruch College take away my college email and erase all the evidence out of it.

If you Google cointelpro those are the exact same scams that the NYPD runs all day every day in New York City.

I’ve decided that respectfully it would be best to 100% avoid any communication with students at Baruch College. I respectfully notified my professors that if I have to have my grades reduced I understand.

There are thousands of complaints from students about students every year in New York colleges. Also, I have had several students try and pick fights with me at CUNY already. I ignored them all. Needless to say, I treat all my professors with the utmost respect at all times. If I said or emailed one word to a professor or staff at Baruch College or CUNY that wasn’t one hundred percent respectful, I would be out of college in one second flat.

The NYPD and their civilian team are harassing me as I write this post.

  • Opinion: Respectful email to Baruch College about the NYPD and their civilian team torturing and sabotaging me.

There are no names or identifying information in this post. The NYPD and their civilian team will probably update the post later to sabotage me because all they do is lie and scam. That’s their job. Google “cointelpro” if you would like to learn more about it.

    Greetings,

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, students, and security guards. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I love Baruch College and The City University of New York. It’s the best opportunity ever.

Any time I interact with you or anyone at CUNY I will treat you and everyone else with the absolute utmost respect and courtesy.

I’m 100% not contacting anyone at CUNY about the NYPD and their civilian team torturing and sabotaging me.

What are the rules moving forward? If I have an issue that I would respectfully like to bring up via email should I contact your email, X’s email, or neither?

Going forward I’m only going to contact agencies outside of CUNY looking for help with the police torturing and sabotaging me. I have no issue with that. The higher-ups at CUNY know that I’m claiming the NYPD and their civilian team are torturing me, there is no reason to contact them again about it.

I plan on applying to CUNY graduate school after I graduate from Baruch College. Am I allowed to mention to the CUNY graduate schools that they will probably be receiving negative emails or messages on social media from my email accounts courtesy of the NYPD and their civilian team to sabotage me from attending CUNY graduate school?

The NYPD and their civilian team have been running scams like that on me for years.

Or am I not allowed to mention that to CUNY graduate school admissions?

The NYPD and their civilian team can go into any one of my accounts, send one nasty email, and I’m blocked from attending CUNY graduate schools which in my opinion are the best graduate schools in New York City.

Also, I love CUNY. I have the utmost respect for you, the entire CUNY staff, the professors, and the students.

What I am about to tell you next does not mean that I don’t love and respect CUNY because I do.

I have started the process to sue Baruch College.

There is no animosity attached to this lawsuit. I merely don’t see any other way to try and figure a few things out without a third party involved, in this case, the New York Courts.

    I’m suing for three reasons.

    1. I want to be excused from having to get into small groups with students.
    2. I don’t understand why certain students are allowed to pick their classes three days before other students. Then when I go to select my classes the majority of the classes I want to take are full.
    3. I would like to respectfully challenge having a negative letter on my permanent record because I respectfully emailed two public safety offices, the President of Baruch College, and the Chancellor at CUNY.

I’m patiently waiting for your response.

All my professors are amazing. I told them I would gladly accept any reduction in my grade that they see fit because I’m respectfully avoiding small groups with students.

Thank God they all said it’s OK because I don’t want to fail a class. That doesn’t mean I will continue to be so lucky in the future which is why I want to see what the New York Courts think about the student groups issue.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: I have been warned in writing by Baruch College.

I’m not going to say by who because it doesn’t matter. I was told in writing by people at CUNY to stop reporting to the Chancellors Office, Baruch College Presidents Office, and Public Safety that the NYPD and their civilian team are torturing me.

All I have left on this earth that the NYPD and their civilian team didn’t take from me is the opportunity I have at Baruch College.

I’m not contacting anyone at CUNY ever again to report that the NYPD and their civilian team are torturing me.

If the NYPD and their civilian team go into my email and send emails to get me in trouble I can’t control that.

There are several ways the NYPD and their civilian team can get around the double verification on my email. I’m homeless, it’s not that difficult. They probably have devices verified into all my accounts right now.

The NYPD and their civilian team have a yearly budget in the billions of dollars with very little oversight.
