People I know pay the NYPD, New York City law enforcement, and other states law enforcement to run scams.
The civilians I know and their law enforcement crime partners made it very clear that they don’t have any concerns about government oversight.

I notified several of the NYPD 911 operators that I’m going to sue the NYPD, and one of the main things I’m reporting is the NYPD 911 operators are harassing me on the phone.

The NYPD 911 operators pretend they are sleeping when they pick up the phone.
The NYPD 911 operators tell me the police are on the way without asking for an address and hang up.
The NYPD 911 operators yell on top of me and hang up after 10 seconds.
The NYPD 911 operators do anything they can to harass me on the phone.
NYPD 911 also has students, staff, and professors from Baruch College pick up the phone and try to start arguments with me to pretend the arguments happened at school or on someone else’s phone.
I have called NYPD 911 to report the NYPD and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team for harassing me thousands of times.
I call NYPD 911 hundreds of times per week to report New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team for harassing me.

I told the NYPD 911 operators several times that I’m going to try to sue the NYPD myself.
I said if that happens, there is a chance some of the NYPD 911 calls with the NYPD 911 operators harassing me on the phone may play in court.
