  • Opinion: I’m calling NYPD 911, the FBI bank robbery extension, and the DOJ extension zero hundreds of times per day.

Greetings FBI, NYPD, NYPD Internal Affairs, and others,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.

New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes constantly teasing and harassing me.

For example, they rob me, vandalize my property, blow drug smoke in my face, cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, etc.

Law enforcement has students and staff from Baruch College CUNY pick up NYPD 911 calls and try to start arguments with me on the phone.

I ignore the people that law enforcement sends to harass me.

Law enforcement also pays women in their teens and twenties to crash into me and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their lives.

That is why I call NYPD 911, the DOJ extension zero, and the FBI bank robbery extension hundreds of times per day.

This way my location is constantly being documented.

Also, if I don’t constantly call NYPD 911, the FBI and the DOJ, New York City law enforcement harasses me much worse than when I do call.

For example, New York City law enforcement will pay women and men to get in front of me, stand in a single file line while holding their phones like they are under attack and block me from walking, crash into me over and over, etc.

When I start calling NYPD 911 over and over, New York City law enforcement’s civilian plain clothes lie and scam team will eventually move out of the way.

If I don’t call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team will drag out their teasing and ambushes much longer.

Also, New York City law enforcement gives automatic As and Bs to their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team members that go to Baruch College and harass me at school.

And of course, there is cheating going on at Baruch College CUNY.

I once reported a professor giving the answers to an exam to a student during the exam at Laguardia Community College CUNY and the staff I told could care less.

They didn’t ask for any details or anything.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I suspect New York City law enforcement, including the NYPD, are threatening the people at the Human Resources Administration not to pay my storage invoice.

    Greetings HRA,

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me constantly. It’s nothing new. I’m used to it.

I always treat everyone at HRA 16th St with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention to anyone at HRA 16th St that people I know pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage every move I make at Baruch College, HRA, supermarkets, and everywhere else.

Every month I upload a perfectly clear copy of my storage invoice into Access HRA.

Every month my storage invoice doesn’t get paid.

Then I have to go to HRA 16th St in person with the storage invoice, and then it gets paid.

Again, I’m not saying a word to anyone at HRA 16th St about law enforcement sabotaging me.

I suspect law enforcement is telling people at HRA not to pay the invoice.

Yesterday morning I brought my storage invoice to HRA 16th St.

I was as polite and respectful as humanly possible.

I just looked at Access HRA, and there is no record that my storage invoice was brought in to HRA 16th St yesterday.

So now what’s happening is I upload my storage invoice, and nothing happens.

Then I go into HRA on 16th St, and nothing happens, so I have to keep going back to HRA 16th St over and over.

Yesterday the people at HRA 16th St said that the “system was down” and they would upload my storage information after I left.

    It was never uploaded.

So now I’m going to go back again today.

I will continue to treat your staff as politely and respectfully as humanly possible.

It’s not their fault that law enforcement is being paid to run around the city and threaten people to sabotage me at every place I go.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

    Thank you.

  • Opinion: I suspect I may have information about a few people that law enforcement murdered and didn’t get caught.

    Greetings,

My dream is that I can get some of the law enforcement people that are harassing me locked up one day.

There are a few people that I suspect law enforcement murdered and got away with it.

I’m more than happy to provide the information I have to anyone from the government that wants it.

It’s documented that New York City law enforcement has murdered several innocent people in the last five years, so my information, if correct, would just add to that.

Let’s not pretend that the NYPD hasn’t recently murdered innocent people.

Law enforcement has been harassing me for years.

I’ve learned a lot about their lies and scams.

    It’s not that complicated.

For example, I suspect that when law enforcement wants to kill someone, they have a few ways of doing it.

    1. They will murder the person with drugs.

    2. They will murder the person during a robbery.

    3. They will run the person over.

    4. They will say the person killed themself.

    5. They will let someone out of prison who would have been serving life just to kill someone and then put the person back in jail.

I created a website markpine.com, all about law enforcement harassing me.

  • Opinion: Email to government agencies about never calling New Jersey 911 and the New Jersey Police under any circumstances.

    Greetings,

I’m on the PATH train headed to Newport now.

Law enforcement already has their regular clothes female and male civilian lie and scam team running their usual tricks and scams on me.

I’m not calling 911 when I’m inside New Jersey.

I’m not calling the police when I’m in New Jersey.

I’m going to call the DOJ extension 0 and 4.

I might call a few FBI offices.

I might leave a few messages for US Attorney Offices.

If my phone calls the New Jersey Police or New Jersey 911 that means I’m sleeping and law enforcement or their civilian lie and scam team has my phone.

I will be doing Baruch College CUNY schoolwork today in New Jersey while law enforcements civilian lie and scam team teases and harasses me as usual.

    Sent from my phone.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement pays people to have their dogs go to the bathroom one foot away from me when I’m eating lunch.

    Greetings,

People I know pay the New York City Police to harass me.

New York City law enforcement likes to play mind games with people they harass.

For example, hundreds of times when I go to supermarkets, New York City law enforcement will have women and men follow me around with non-service animal dogs and harass me.

    Why people with dogs?

    I don’t know.

That’s just what the Police do.

    I just ignore the people.

Right now, I’m on 17th St between 3 and Irving St in Manhattan.

    It’s June 9, 2023, at 11:54 AM.

I’m sitting on the steps in front of a school.

The entrance I’m sitting in front of is locked, so no one is coming in or out.

I’m waiting to go to the welfare office across the street.

There are a lot of people ahead of me in line.

    That’s why I’m waiting outside.

Of course, New York City law enforcement has to harass me constantly.

New York City law enforcement ran one of their classic scams on me that they have run hundreds of times before.

A man with a dog walks up to me on a huge sidewalk, stops, and the dog starts going to the bathroom directly in front of where I’m eating lunch.

One or two feet away from me.

This is what I’m talking about when I explain that New York City law enforcement is training people how to harass and pick fights with people.

This is one of hundreds of scams that New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes female and male civilian lie and scam team run on me.

Also, New York City law enforcement pays civilians in regular clothes to drive around harassing people, bicycle around harassing people, and run around in the street harassing people.

If/when people get run over, no one will have any idea the person that caused the accident works for law enforcement.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York State Department of State Division of Licensing on June 6, 2023.

Greetings Department of State Division of Licensing,

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

My real estate brokers license number is 10351209497.

I always treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

I’m making the best of the situation.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

Law enforcement offers professional sabotage services to high-net-worth individuals.

Lucky me, people I know have been paying law enforcement to run scams for decades.

And, of course, people I know are paying law enforcement to harass, sabotage, and tease me.

In my opinion, law enforcement doesn’t have any serious oversight.

If it were up to me, I would double or triple the salary of all law enforcement and tell them no more scamming.

I would double or triple the salaries of all government employees.

Unfortunately, the situation is what it is.

Law enforcement has women and men professionally harass me.

Law enforcement trains women and men how to harass people.

Law enforcement had several women try to befriend me and “hook up” with me to set me up.

    I didn’t fall for it.

I just ignored them and walked away.

Law enforcement has women trying to set me up as a stalker.

Law enforcement will have women crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and pretend they are fighting for their life.

Law enforcement has women and men tease me, harass me, and try to pick fights with me.

Law enforcement has people in regular clothes blow drug smoke in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and much more.

Law enforcement has students harassing me during class at Baruch College CUNY.

For example, during class, a Baruch College CUNY student will sit in front of me and start jogging in place for 45 minutes.

The Southern District of New York US Attorney’s Office, Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, New York City FBI, Secret Service, Pentagon Military Security, NYPD Internal Affairs, and dozens or hundreds of other government agencies blocked my phone number for calling to report the situation.

I’m making the best of it.

    I’m not giving up.

Law enforcement is trying to take everything from me, including my real estate broker’s license.

I haven’t been active lately, although, eventually, I plan on getting back into real estate.

I’m going on the record now that in regards to real estate, I will be doing everything by the book as always.

When conducting real estate business, I will always treat all people that contact me, prospective clients, clients, brokers, salespeople, etc., with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.

Law enforcement is spending millions of dollars to sabotage every move I make.

For example, law enforcement has talented video and audio editors working for them.

Law enforcement has thousands of hours of video and audio of me from over the years.

For example, when I call NYPD 911 the people that pick up the phone harass me on the phone.

I’m confident New York City law enforcement would love to use some of that audio and say it happened during a real estate transaction, at Baruch College CUNY, or some other place law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of or banned from.

Law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes harass me in stores, in the supermarket, in the street, in the subway, and everywhere else.

Law enforcement has a sabotage strategy for every situation.

You have to see it to believe it.

Law enforcement sabotages me at government agencies.

I have called NYPD 911 thousands of times.

I have called the FBI in all 50 states thousands of times.

I don’t call the US Attorney’s Offices during the day.

I leave messages for all 50 states’ US Attorney’s Offices at night to report law enforcement for harassing me.

Again, I’m making the best of the situation, and I’m not giving up.

I just wanted to alert the New York State Department of State Division of Licensing that I appreciate the opportunity to be a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement and the NYPD have New Jersey 911 picking up NYPD 911 to try and set me up.

Sometimes I go to New Jersey for the day to work on my laptop.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement and other law enforcement to viciously harass me.

Law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, cut me off, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, and much more.

They don’t have the slightest concern about getting caught or any oversight.

I was robbed in Manhattan at least four times in the past two months.

I have police reports from the NYPD for two of the robberies.

I have called NYPD 911 and the FBI tens of thousands of times from my phone 917 815 5415.

I’m never calling 911 from outside of New York City again.

I’m never calling the police from outside New York City again.

I suspect that New York City law enforcement has people that work for New Jersey 911 picking up NYPD 911 to try and set me up.

When I call NYPD 911 the women and men that pick up the phone harass me.

I think New York City law enforcement and New Jersey law enforcement want to get audio of me arguing with women and men that work for New Jersey 911.

Then when I’m taking a nap in New Jersey, law enforcement will take my phone and call 911.

If anyone doesn’t believe that this type of thing goes on search the web for things NYPD police officers have been arrested for recently. Murder, drug dealing, domestic violence, child abuse, and much more.

In my opinion, that’s not even one percent of the crime that is actually taking place.

    It’s that bad.

    It’s worse than you think.

    I don’t have a criminal record at 46.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

I’m never calling 911 or the Police from outside of New York City ever again.

The NYPD also has students and staff from Baruch College CUNY pick up NYPD 911 and try to start arguments with me on the phone.

There have been times that I called NYPD 911 from inside of New York City and the call forwarded to New Jersey 911.

The people that picked up the phone for New Jersey 911 asked if I wanted them to forward my call to NYPD 911.

They did that so my phone records would show a long phone call with New Jersey 911.

This note is dedicated to all the innocent people locked up all over the world.

I hope one day you trade places with all the crooked cops.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement is remotely sabotaging me from connecting to the internet.

    Greetings,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to tease me, harass me, sabotage me, rob me, vandalize my property, and much more.

Right now, I’m trying to renew my real estate broker’s license.

I have to watch a bunch of videos.

New York City law enforcement has the technology to completely take over my laptop and phone remotely.

For example, New York City law enforcement can block my phone and laptop from connecting to the internet.

For example, if New York City law enforcement is feeling generous enough to allow me to connect my phone and laptop to the internet at all, New York City law enforcement has control over what the speed of the Wi-Fi will be.

Also, New York City law enforcement will crash the web pages on my laptop and phone over and over.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement is spending millions of dollars harassing me.

New York City law enforcement sabotages me from using the web at Baruch College CUNY.

New York City law enforcement sabotages me from using my own internet access that I pay for with my welfare money and student loans.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: I’m still calling NYPD 911 hundreds of times per day. I have a new strategy when interacting with the women and men that pick up the phone for NYPD 911.

    Greetings,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to tease me, harass me, sabotage me, and rob me.

New York City law enforcement has teasing people, sabotaging people, setting people up, robbing people, and more—down to a science.

New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

When I walk around New York City, take the subway, or ride a bicycle around New York City, law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team ambush me and harass me.

I used to try and explain the situation to the women and men that pick up the phone for NYPD 911.

I now discovered a new and improved strategy for when I call NYPD 911.

Now when I’m walking, taking the subway, or riding a bicycle around New York City, instead of speaking with the people that harass me on the phone when I call NYPD 911, I just call and don’t speak at all.

Why would I call NYPD 911 and not speak at all?

    I’m just a civilian.

I’m not a law enforcement expert.

I suspect that when I call NYPD 911, my location, the time, date, etc., is recorded somewhere.

Therefore when I call NYPD 911, it’s documenting where I’m at.

When I call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team goes into sneaky mode.

When I call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team is more cautious.

If I don’t call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team harasses me much more aggressively than when I call NYPD 911.

For example, New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team will shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, crash into me, block me from walking, try to make me crash with vehicles, etc.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

The NYC US Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

The Secret Service blocked my phone number.

The Pentagon security blocked my phone number.

ATF headquarters blocked my phone number.

The US Marshalls blocked my phone number.

    I’m 46 years old.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t date.

    I don’t party.

I’ve called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times over the years.

Every time I call NYPD 911, the women and men that answer the phone harass me on the phone and pretend they don’t know the situation regarding why I’m calling.

Every law enforcement agency in New York City and many nationwide blocked my phone number.

I’ve called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times during the past seven years.

Also, if anyone listens to the times I call NYPD 911, it’s clear that the people picking up NYPD 911 know who I am.

There is no reason to speak with them anymore.

I don’t blame anyone from the government for not trying to stop NYC law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team from harassing me.

    I’m just covering myself.

From now on, when I call NYPD 911 hundreds of times per day, I’m not speaking.

I’m just going to call NYPD 911, and after either they hang up or I hang up, I’ll call back.

I just rode a bicycle from Midtown to Baruch College CUNY.

I called NYPD 911 over and over the whole way without saying a word.

The NYPD’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team actually harassed me less than they normally would if I didn’t call.

The money that is going into law enforcement and what we are getting in return is ridiculous.

I have no idea where the money is going and why so many areas are unsafe.

All I know is that if I don’t call NYPD 911, the NYPD has their regular clothes, civilian lie and scam team aggressively ambush and harass me over and over.

If I call NYPD 911, the NYPD still has their regular clothes civilian lie and scam team harass me, although they are more cautious and sneaky.

If anyone has any ideas on how I can get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me besides spending $30,000,000 on lawyers that I don’t have, please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: The women and men that pick up NYPD 911 are harassing me on the phone.

    Greetings,

People I know pay the NYPD and other law enforcement to harass me.

For example, law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, pretend they are handing me things, pretend I’m stalking them, blow drug smoke in my face, vandalize my property, rob me, and much more.

Law enforcement has people running around me with luggage and bags pretending there are drug deals going down.

Law enforcement has teenage women and women in their twenties crash into me and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their lives.

Law enforcement has men constantly shoving their phones in my face, crashing into me, pretending they are with me, and many more scams.

When I’m walking around New York City minding my own business, law enforcement will have women and men in regular clothes line up around me, block me from walking, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and many more scams.

When law enforcement has their plain clothes lie and scam team harass me, I call the Department of Justice extension zero, NYPD 911, and the FBI in all 50 states.

I also leave messages for all 50 states US Attorney’s Offices after they are closed.

I don’t call the US Attorney Offices when they are open because I just leave them messages and leave it up to them to get back to me.

When I call NYPD 911 I get the feeling that my calls are being routed to specific NYPD 911 people that already know the situation about the police harassing me.

The women and men that pick up NYPD 911 when I call pretend they don’t know why I’m calling.

There is no way to know for sure how many times I’ve called NYPD 911 from my phone 917 815 5415.

I’m guessing I’ve called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times.

The US Attorney’s Office for New York City blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Every NYPD Precinct blocked my phone number.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

Many other government agencies blocked my phone number.

NYPD 911 blocked my phone number. Then I contacted my phone company telling them my phone is blocked from calling NYPD 911, and eventually, I was able to call again.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

The NYPD runs so many scams on me I lost count.

The NYPD sometimes forwards my NYPD 911 calls from inside New York City to New Jersey.

Today June 1, 2023 I called NYPD 911 from inside New York City.

The 911 operator picked up the phone differently than NYPD 911.

I asked is this NYPD 911.

The person said no, it’s New Jersey.

I said I’m in New York City and hung up the phone.

    I only call NYPD 911.

I was arrested in Nassau County for calling 911.

The charge was lowered to a violation.

I’m never calling 911 from outside New York City again.

I don’t care what is happening.

Someone else is calling 911 from their phone or no one is calling.

I repeat, I’m never calling 911 from outside of New York City again.

I’m not calling 911 in Westchester, NY.

I’m not calling 911 in New Jersey.

I’m not calling 911 anywhere outside of New York City.

    I don’t care what’s going on.

Law enforcement can not be trusted.

    I learned my lesson.

I’m never calling 911 from outside New York City again.

I call NYPD 911 inside of New York City more than 100 times per day while New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team harassing me.

If I’m ever outside of New York City when law enforcement’s civilian plain clothes regular clothes female and male lie and scam team starts running their usual tricks and scams on me, I’ll call the FBI.

If it’s after hours, I’ll leave messages for US Attorney’s Offices reporting it.

I’m never calling 911 from outside of New York City again.

I’m never calling the police from outside of New York City again.

If I need the police, I’ll go to a precinct.

If there is a more urgent situation, I’ll call the FBI.

In my opinion, the NYPD 911 women and men that answer the phone when I call think they are above the law.

The NYPD 911 women and men that pick up the phone when I call harass me on the phone.

    My number is 917 815 5415.

Listen to the calls if you don’t believe me.

The women and men that pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911 yell on top of me.

The women and men that pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911 run many other scams on me when I call.

I suspect that the NYPD has the women and men that pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911 harass me on the phone to try and get a negative reaction out of me.

Then I suspect that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement edit the phone calls with the NYPD 911 woman or man that answered the phone or someone else acting normal.

That is the level of the scams that New York City law enforcement is running.

The average person that isn’t familiar with this world of law enforcement scams doesn’t stand a chance.

I grew up in New York, where there are many people paying law enforcement to run scams for them, so I picked up how to defend myself by accident.

Thank you and have a great day.
