People I know pay the New York City Police to harass me.
New York City law enforcement likes to play mind games with people they harass.
For example, hundreds of times when I go to supermarkets, New York City law enforcement will have women and men follow me around with non-service animal dogs and harass me.
Why people with dogs?
I don’t know.
That’s just what the Police do.
I just ignore the people.
Right now, I’m on 17th St between 3 and Irving St in Manhattan.
It’s June 9, 2023, at 11:54 AM.
I’m sitting on the steps in front of a school.
The entrance I’m sitting in front of is locked, so no one is coming in or out.
I’m waiting to go to the welfare office across the street.
There are a lot of people ahead of me in line.
That’s why I’m waiting outside.
Of course, New York City law enforcement has to harass me constantly.
New York City law enforcement ran one of their classic scams on me that they have run hundreds of times before.
A man with a dog walks up to me on a huge sidewalk, stops, and the dog starts going to the bathroom directly in front of where I’m eating lunch.
One or two feet away from me.
This is what I’m talking about when I explain that New York City law enforcement is training people how to harass and pick fights with people.
This is one of hundreds of scams that New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes female and male civilian lie and scam team run on me.
Also, New York City law enforcement pays civilians in regular clothes to drive around harassing people, bicycle around harassing people, and run around in the street harassing people.
If/when people get run over, no one will have any idea the person that caused the accident works for law enforcement.
