Greetings,

People I know pay the NYPD to harass me and others. The reason for this email is that they go into all my email and social media accounts every single day. If any disrespectful emails are sent to anyone at CUNY or HRA from any of my accounts please forward them to me so I can send them to the NYPD internal affairs. I hope it doesn’t happen but if it does it’s not me.

The NYPD will make up any lie to sabotage me. If I had any criminal record I would be out of here right now. I earned a 4.0 at CUNY last semester with 15 credits. That is with the NYPD torturing me. I don’t expect help from anyone. I’m going to get myself out of this mess. I’m reporting it because the NYPD is looking for any lie to sabotage me with CUNY, HRA, and everywhere else.

I’m always respectful to everyone at all times regardless of how they treat me. I have had some arguments with the NYPD on the phone but that is about it. I’m at school right now studying, even though classes are canceled until next week. I’m going for another 4.0 or at least 3.0. That is with the NYPD torturing me and plotting to starve me to death with unlimited resources. Believe me, I have taken hits from them that I will carry with me forever regardless of what happens. They made sure of that.

When I showed up to the Precinct I thought the door was locked. I tried to open it and it wouldn’t open. Then a Police officer came over and opened it. There was something making the door very difficult to open. When I walked into the precinct there was another person talking with the officer at the front desk so I sat on the bench. I was patiently waiting for my turn to explain why I was there. I was looking at schoolwork on my phone and eating almonds with no salt so I wasn’t making a mess. 

I am always very careful about how I act when I’m in a Precinct. They have security cameras video recording the lobby. Because it’s me, they are looking for any little thing to discredit me. The reason is that people I grew up with pay the top law enforcement in New York to torture people, including me. They have had several women try and hook up with me to set me up. They also have women and men try and pick fights with me all the time. Sometimes they will slam into me, they will sneeze directly into my face over and over and of course cough in my face. 

While I was waiting a few Police officers came around the desk. They were very rude and honestly, I got the impression if I didn’t leave quickly they were about to grab me. The Police officers from the NYPD 17th Precinct made it very clear they were not going to help me. The Police officer at the front desk was occupied. The three officers who traveled around the desk were looking at me like they were about to physically grab me. I have been physically thrown out of at least three other NYPD Precincts so it’s not that I’m making any of this up.

I have gone for Police reports at the NYPD 108th Precinct, NYPD Midtown South, NYPD Midtown North, NYPD 19th Precinct. NYPD 10th Precinct, NYPD 6th Precinct, NYPD 1st Precinct, and others. My civilian enemies who pay them have me shut down at every single NYPD Precinct that exists. The NYPD all commits crime together, that’s a fact. Thank God I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I eat healthily. I never eat at restaurants. That’s another blog post. 

People have broken several of my laptops and the NYPD 17th Precinct denied me Police reports for that too. I had pictures of the laptop broken. Also, I respectfully told the officer that the insurance company is not asking for the Police report. I just want to document that people I grew up with are constantly harassing me and destroying my property. If you look at my blog there are a lot of negative articles like this about how I’m being treated in New York City. I want to write about other topics but I also want to document the constant abuse I’m dealing with. 

I’m in the process of suing the NYPD. I try to keep the best records possible. I recorded the following details about the Police report I was denied tonight. 

NYPD 17th Precinct.

Denied Police report for woman attacking me in the subway. 

I was at the Precinct at 6:00 PM.

The Police officer who denied me the Police report is 25318. That is his badge number. 

The following is a email I sent to the United States Postal Inspection Service.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York law enforcement to torture me. It has been going on for a decade. One thing they do is throw my mail in the trash. They throw mail I send in the trash and they throw mail sent to me in the garbage. I’m going to purchase some type of mailbox rental in the next few months. In the meantime, I’m using the free mail acceptance at the James A. Farley Station.

Basically, if the person sending me the mail forgot to put my last name first and first name last would that result in my mail not being delivered? 

A company mailed me an envelope to the above address and it was lost. I believe it was stolen because my mail keeps disappearing over and over. There was an insurance check for a few hundred dollars in the envelope. The NYPD and New York law enforcement go wild when I get my hands anywhere near a penny. Even though they destroy all my property anyway, they don’t like me touching money. They knew I was expecting a check because they have me under 24-7 surveillance. 

I don’t have any criminal record, nor do I do anything illegal. They don’t care because they are being paid to harass me. They know I don’t do anything illegal. The Police have civilians who work for them, women and men, try and pick fights with me constantly. They make it very clear they are following me around. A person who works for the NYPD also stole my brand new unlimited monthly MetroCard. I reported it to the NYPD 17th Precinct and of course, they would not write up a criminal Police report. They would only write up that I lost the MetroCard. 

Another situation where I highly suspect the NYPD and New York law enforcement stole my mail is on two or three occasions when I had to send paperwork, not money, to the IRS. I always use my debit card when I go to the post office so there is evidence that I was there. After months or a year of going back and forth with the IRS, I finally made an appointment to visit the IRS office located downtown in New York City. I hand-delivered the paperwork and now they have it. 

Another instance of when I suspect the NYPD and New York law enforcement stole my mail involved the Human Resources Administration (HRA). I’m not sure what post office I sent the mail from, although I can look it up because I used my Chase Bank debit card. For this instance, I paid extra to send the paperwork certified mail. Needless to say, the paperwork never made it to HRA and I had to visit the HRA office over and over to fix the issue. 

I have two more checks being mailed to the James A. Farley Station address. One is from the insurance company and another one is from the college I attend. If there is anything anyone can do to please have the NYPD and New York law enforcement stop stealing my mail I would appreciate it.

According to Wikipedia defamation is “the oral or written communication of a false statement about another that unjustly harms their reputation and usually constitutes a tort or crime.” Furthermore, “slander is spoken defamation and libel is written defamation” (defamation page Wikipedia).

I grew up in Woodmere, New York. I also grew up in Westhampton, New York and now I’m in New York City. A group of the people I grew up around pay law enforcement to sabotage people, set people up, and torture people. This has been going on for decades. They are doing it to me right now. They torture me. 

The way it works is this. The civilians I know pay the Police and other law enforcement to ruin innocent people’s lives. Then the Police tap into the billions of dollars of unlimited United States Government resources to execute the plan. They use these resources to set people up and torture people. For example, they use incapacitating agents on me when I’m sleeping and then operate on me (incapacitating agent page Wikipedia). To illustrate, they injected me in the face and completely changed the way I look. This has been confirmed by doctors in New York.

Let’s get to the reason for this blog post. Again I’m not an attorney, I’m trying to figure this out myself. One thing I always say is that I try to be careful about what I write and say on the Internet the same as in life. It’s all fun and games until it isn’t. I don’t think the defamation rules are fair. I believe they should be updated. It’s ridiculous that I can’t publically name the people who pay United States law enforcement to torture me. 

They have me running to the emergency room. Dozens of times in the last couple of years. More than anyone else you probably know at 43 years young. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I eat healthily. I’m sharp as a tack. I don’t have a criminal record.

I want to name the civilians or regular people, mostly from New York, who paid and pay law enforcement to torture me. If there is a worse word than torture please let me know in the comments (without cursing) because they are doing that to me. New York law enforcement treats me like a science experiment. They have teenage girls follow me around and pretend I’m following them. That is in addition to women in their twenties and up that the NYPD and other law enforcement use to harass me. They have men try and pick fights with me constantly. They destroy and steal my property.

I have gone to the Police. I contacted Internal Affairs, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the FBI, the US Attorney, the District Attorney, I can keep going with dozens of more names. Maybe I didn’t speak with the correct person, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Regardless, it’s going on now as bad as ever. I have paperwork filed with the New York City Comptrollers office to sue the NYPD.

The United States Government won’t help me. The New York City government won’t help me. On top of that if I mention any one of the people’s names who are paying law enforcement to torture me I have to be concerned about being sued. The people who did this to me are very sneaky. They hide behind law enforcement. How can I possibly get enough evidence where I can confidently name them without being sued for defamation? They all have attorney’s on speed dial. To everyone reading this, what would you do? They have taken enough from me, the last thing I need is defamation lawsuits from the people who pay for me to be physically tortured. 

I believe they want to edit the audio they have recorded of me into a conversation with someone at my school. Or they just want to lie and say that someone from my school heard me saying something vulgar to the NYPD and they are so offended having heard it. I know this for a fact because the NYPD and the United States law enforcement has been harassing me for almost a decade. They know me inside and out and I know their scams.

The other thing that the NYPD is always trying to set me up for is leering and stalking women. The Police have so many civilian women or regular girls working for them you have to see it to believe it. When they pay men to harass me, it doesn’t surprise me. When the NYPD has teenage girls or women in their twenties or thirties following me around harassing me, it’s more effective. The reason is, in my humble opinion, is that no one would expect that women are doing this in New York City. These are girls who would have been completely normal if not for the United States government paying them exorbitant amounts of money to set people up. It’s one hundred percent, exactly like the movie Red Sparrow with Jennifer Lawrence. The only difference is that it’s in the United States. 

I always treat everyone at my school with respect at all times. For the most part, I keep to myself. I have never gotten out of line with anyone at my school. I have a perfect attendance record. At this moment I have a 4.0 GPA. As soon as I’m done posting this blog, I’m going to get something to eat and then study all day while the NYPD and their civilian sabotage team harasses me, teases me and tries to sabotage me.

NYPD lawsuit 

January 26, 2020 

I would like to sue the NYPD for $105,000.00 

There are several reasons. I suspect people I know pay them to torture me. 

I went to the NYPD 17th Precinct on January 23, 2020 at 2:48 AM I wanted to get a Police report because someone broke my laptop. I was denied by the Police officer at the front desk. I kindly asked him his shield number and he told me it’s 12106. I then spoke with the sergeant on duty and he also denied me a Police report for my broken laptop.
