NYPD lawsuit

January 26, 2020

I would like to sue the NYPD for $105,000.00

There are several reasons. I suspect people I know pay them to torture me.

I went to the NYPD 17th Precinct on January 23, 2020 at 2:48 AM I wanted to get a Police report because someone broke my laptop. I was denied by the Police officer at the front desk. I kindly asked him his shield number and he told me it’s 12106. I then spoke with the sergeant on duty and he also denied me a Police report for my broken laptop.

I went to the NYPD 19th Precinct on January 25, 2020 at 2:12 PM I wanted to get a Police report. At first I spoke with a cadet, not a Police officer. Then the sergeant walked over to the desk. He took a Police camera and put it in front of me on the table and said he was recording me. At that moment I felt like someone laced me with something.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I eat healthy. I’m an A student at CUNY.

I felt like someone drugged me. The NYPD has done this several times to me before. So now they plop a camera directly in front of my face and drug me at the NYPD 19th Precinct. I said I feel like someone just drugged me since I walked into this precinct. I said I’m leaving, I said I’m going to the hospital to see what’s going on and I walked out. Either two or three of the boys aka Police officers chased after me. They put me in handcuffs and took me back inside.

At that point, I knew I was going to the hospital. I acted one hundred percent respectful to the Police and EMT’s. They took me to the hospital. The hospital let me go in less than twenty minutes.

Of course, there is a lot more but I’ll stop it here for now.
