  • Opinion: Baruch College kept me out of jail.

Now NYC law enforcement is making up lies to try and have me kicked out.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency, call 911. I’m not an attorney. If you need legal advice, talk with a lawyer. This is my opinion. Verify everything yourself.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass and sabotage me. They don’t care who I tell. They won’t stop.

Baruch College probably saved me from going to jail.

If NYC law enforcement got me in a cage, they would do horrible things to me, the food I eat, etc. If anyone in social media land doesn’t believe me, I’ll swing by the office of any major social media platform, and I’ll show you what NYC law enforcement has done to me.

NYC law enforcement wrote me thousands of dollars in tickets that I was able to pay thanks to my student loans and money I earned delivering food. That is before NYC law enforcement wrote me thousands of dollars in tickets for riding a regular bicycle while delivering food.

NYC law enforcement wrote me approximately 11 tickets on subways and busses. Do you know anyone that received that many tickets? I paid all but two. I just paid about $500 to the MTA.

    I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

Another way Baruch College saved me from almost having to go to jail was by affording me the ability to be able to pay for a legal website. I was able to ask attornies questions.

What happened was the Nassau County Police Department took audio of me that NYC law enforcement is in possession of. The audio is of me complaining about NYC law enforcement on the phone while they are attacking and teasing me.

Thanks to Baruch College I was able to pay my phone bill in advance for more than a year. If it wasn’t for Baruch College, I wouldn’t even have a phone. I’d be in jail.

Nassau County law enforcement bought a phone and said it was mine. Nassau County law enforcement edited the audio that NYC law enforcement has of me and created new conversations with people who work for Nassau County Police Headquarters.

The people at Nassau County Police Headquarters signed sworn statements that the calls were real.

The scam that Nassau County law enforcement ran on me is similar to the movie from 1989 called “Tango and Cash.”

Thanks to Baruch College I was able to pay for the website that allowed me to ask lawyers questions.

My public defender was trying to sabotage my case because he was hand-selected by NYC law enforcement.

The Nassau County District Attorney knew I was innocent and pretended they didn’t know.

I’ve been calling the NYC District Attorney and left messages asking for help.

Once NYC law enforcement saw that I figured out how to decently represent myself and that I wasn’t going to use their public defender, they let me go with a violation.

I’m going on the record and saying the judge was very fair. Everyone else involved was breaking the law in my nonattorney, civilian, opinion.

One of the reasons NYC law enforcement let me go is because they are going to try and use a similar scam to get me kicked out of Baruch College. They didn’t want me exposing them in the court record, and then they were going to turn around and use the same exact scam.

NYC law enforcement also is trying to get rid of my actual phone. Thanks to Baruch College, I was able to pay for 14 months in advance. My phone bill is paid over a year in advance.

I have called various law enforcement and government agencies thousands of times. If I didn’t, NYC law enforcement could have just had a few people shove their phones in my face, crash into me, etc., and make up lies and say he started with them.

I’m always respectful to the NYPD in person and everyone else who works for the government including everyone at Baruch College and CUNY.

My issue is not with any of you. It’s with the high-ranking members of NYC law enforcement that took money to ruin my life. I am trying to expose them legally. They aren’t happy about that.

New York City law enforcement is going to try and lie and say I was rude to several people at Baruch College. Of course, they will have several eye witnesses. It’s the same scam they use over and over. I’m not giving up.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement just had someone chasing me around a restaurant, saying he worked there when he didn’t and recording me with his phone. September 15, 2021.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day. NYC law enforcement sends people in plain clothes to try and pick fights with me and sabotage me one after the next. They harass me in the subway, in the streets, and in stores. I have reported it to various government agencies thousands of times.

I was just in a restaurant on 6 Avenue in New York City. I was minding my own business, waiting to pay for my food.

Someone who was not in any type of uniform starts yelling at me and chasing me around the restaurant. The person was recording me with his phone.

When he first started talking to me I said I’m waiting in line to pay. After he started getting agressive with me, I ignored the person. Also, I don’t think the person even worked there.

The man left the restaurant and came back in with two police officers a few minutes later. The police officers said come outside. I said I’m waiting to pay. I’m standing in line not saying a word to anyone. What did I do wrong?

The police officer again said some outside. I said, I already started eating the sandwich, I have to pay for it. Plus I’m standing here minding my own business. Not saying a word to anyone. What’s the issue?

The police officer said, I’m recording you. I said, OK, I’m not doing anything wrong and I don’t have a criminal record.

The cops finally agreed to let me pay. I paid and went outside with the two police officers.

We had a quck conversation and that was it.

I suspect the whole thing was a usual set up by New York City law enforcement. The person who said he worked at the restaurant probably is connected with my college, The City University of New York, or the gym I go to or something like that.

The police run scams on me like this every day.

If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion. Verify everything yourself.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement is editing audio of me reporting them into new conversations.

People I know are paying New York City law enforcement to try and ruin my life.

New York City law enforcement is editing audio of me reporting them to various government agencies.

NYC law enforcement is going to claim my words were directed towards professors, students, and staff at Baruch College.

NYC law enforcement already did the same thing to me several times before.

The same audio scam was used in the movie “Tango and Cash” from 1989. Can you imagine the technology they have today, compared with then?

New York City law enforcement will also have all the witnesses they need to back up their lies. I’m confident they will have video to go with their audio. Especially because I wear a mask the majority of the time.

New York City law enforcement has their plain-clothes sabotage team shove their phones in my face every day.

I’m always polite to the police when I see them in person. The members of NYC law enforcement that people I know pay the harass me aren’t interacting with the public. They are behind the scenes.

Use this information at your own risk. Verify everything yourself. If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion.

  • Opinion: Email to a supermarket about the NYPD and their civilian team harassing me while I shop for food.

    Greetings,

Rich people I know pay the top New York law enforcement and their civilian team to harass me 24/7. I just beat a multi-million dollar criminal case.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal. Most importantly, I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.

I have written to you once before about the NYPD and their civilian team harassing me in your supermarkets.

Around 2:30 PM this afternoon, a few members of the NYPD civilian lie and scam team (cointelpro workers) followed me into one of your locations.

When I walked up to the check-out line one of your staff was blocking me from walking to the cash registers. He said go, I said I’ll wait until you move, I don’t think we are supposed to be on top of each other. I’m very patient, I can wait.

Then after he moved I walked up to the register. Within seconds of walking up to the cash register, a female customer shoved her arm in my face. I didn’t say a word. I’m used to the NYPD and their civilian lie and scam team harassing me.

After I paid, the same member of your staff was again blocking me from walking out of the store. I patiently waited and he eventually moved. I didn’t say a word to him.

As I was walking out, a woman blocked me. This woman was one hundred percent a member of the NYPD civilian lie and scam team. After a few minutes, I very politely and respectfully said, I’m waiting for you to walk out.

The female member of the NYPD civilian lie and scam team started acting like she was under attack. Basically, the same exact way the teenage girls act that the NYPD has crash into me a few times per day.

    It gets better.

The NYPD’s budget is in the billions of dollars. They aren’t cheap in regards to running scams.

A male member of the NYPD civilian lie and scam team walks around me and starts consoling the woman as if she just got hit by a car. At this point, anyone watching the security videos could easily see what’s going on.

I always treat everyone respectfully regardless of how many scams they run on me. The NYPD and their civilian scam team are harassing me as I write this.

I will continue to treat your staff and customers with the utmost respect, regardless of how they act while I’m minding my own business, and shopping for food at your stellar supermarket that I love.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • I have to detail the cointelpro scam the NYPD and their civilian team just ran on me in the Grand Central subway.

I was just sleeping on the steps at the Grand Central subway when the NYPD and their civilian team ran a nice scam on me. The date/time of the incident was Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at about 12:15 AM.

I was comfortably sleeping on the steps in the subway. Two young adults, probably in their teens or twenties, sat down next to me. The Grand Central subway is not busy at all right now. It’s a large subway station. There were plenty of places to sit but now the staircase I’m on is blocked because of the two people sitting next to me.

They got my attention. I opened my eyes and saw them there. I didn’t say one word to them. The NYPD and their civilian team harass me constantly, so I’m used to it.

I said to myself, I can get up and move to another staircase but what’s the point, the NYPD and their civilian team will follow me to the next staircase and tease and harass me there. I just closed my eyes and turned my head and went back to sleep.

A few minutes later a police officer woke me up and said to move. Now, this is where the cointelpro scam begins.

When I stand up I see there are two NYPD officers and the two young adults that sat next to me blocking anyone from going up or down. I did not say a word to any of them. I just walked away.

One of the NYPD officers tried to crash into me when I was walking away. That is their signature move. I avoided him.

Also, the two young adults who I suspect might be members of the NYPD civilian lie and scam team were staring at me trying to get a negative look out of me.

The cointelpro scam was the NYPD was trying to make it look like there was some type of issue between the two young adults and myself. What they know about me is that I don’t react and I can care less.

Millionaires I know pay the police to harass lots of people and I’m one of them. It’s the reality of the situation and I’m playing the cards I’m dealt. There is no point in crying about it.

As far as the two young adults that were trying to pick a fight with me, I ignored them like always. The NYPD has tons of civilians running scams trying to pick fights with me constantly.

That’s how desperate the NYPD is to sabotage and set me up. They know I don’t do anything illegal. I never react when the NYPD has people physically attack me, spit in my face, rob me, destroy my property, shove their phones in my face, cut me off, crash into me, etc.

Now the NYPD’s strategy is to try and get a negative look out of me with a couple of civilians who work for them standing in front of me.

  • Opinion: Respectful email to Baruch College about the NYPD and their civilian team torturing and sabotaging me.

There are no names or identifying information in this post. The NYPD and their civilian team will probably update the post later to sabotage me because all they do is lie and scam. That’s their job. Google “cointelpro” if you would like to learn more about it.

    Greetings,

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, students, and security guards. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I love Baruch College and The City University of New York. It’s the best opportunity ever.

Any time I interact with you or anyone at CUNY I will treat you and everyone else with the absolute utmost respect and courtesy.

I’m 100% not contacting anyone at CUNY about the NYPD and their civilian team torturing and sabotaging me.

What are the rules moving forward? If I have an issue that I would respectfully like to bring up via email should I contact your email, X’s email, or neither?

Going forward I’m only going to contact agencies outside of CUNY looking for help with the police torturing and sabotaging me. I have no issue with that. The higher-ups at CUNY know that I’m claiming the NYPD and their civilian team are torturing me, there is no reason to contact them again about it.

I plan on applying to CUNY graduate school after I graduate from Baruch College. Am I allowed to mention to the CUNY graduate schools that they will probably be receiving negative emails or messages on social media from my email accounts courtesy of the NYPD and their civilian team to sabotage me from attending CUNY graduate school?

The NYPD and their civilian team have been running scams like that on me for years.

Or am I not allowed to mention that to CUNY graduate school admissions?

The NYPD and their civilian team can go into any one of my accounts, send one nasty email, and I’m blocked from attending CUNY graduate schools which in my opinion are the best graduate schools in New York City.

Also, I love CUNY. I have the utmost respect for you, the entire CUNY staff, the professors, and the students.

What I am about to tell you next does not mean that I don’t love and respect CUNY because I do.

I have started the process to sue Baruch College.

There is no animosity attached to this lawsuit. I merely don’t see any other way to try and figure a few things out without a third party involved, in this case, the New York Courts.

    I’m suing for three reasons.

    1. I want to be excused from having to get into small groups with students.
    2. I don’t understand why certain students are allowed to pick their classes three days before other students. Then when I go to select my classes the majority of the classes I want to take are full.
    3. I would like to respectfully challenge having a negative letter on my permanent record because I respectfully emailed two public safety offices, the President of Baruch College, and the Chancellor at CUNY.

I’m patiently waiting for your response.

All my professors are amazing. I told them I would gladly accept any reduction in my grade that they see fit because I’m respectfully avoiding small groups with students.

Thank God they all said it’s OK because I don’t want to fail a class. That doesn’t mean I will continue to be so lucky in the future which is why I want to see what the New York Courts think about the student groups issue.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: The reason I think New York City changed the hours that the subway is closed.

New York law enforcement has completely lost their minds. That includes the New York FBI, NYPD, Nassau County Police Department, and others.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency, call 911. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. I’m not a lawyer. I’m not a doctor. Verify all information yourself. This is my opinion. I don’t work for the government.

If you require information about COVID-19, you can find it here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

New York law enforcement is getting paid regardless if we all starve or not. Personally, I think they would prefer that a lot of us starve.

In my opinion, New York law enforcement talks with whoever is in charge and says, let’s close the subway for X hours per night. New York law enforcement can care less if we all drop dead.

Here are two examples of why I think that:

    1. Are there any neighborhoods that you would be cautious to walk through at night? Why? The United States goes overseas and secures some of the most dangerous places. Why can’t they secure America? Why should one person live in a safe neighborhood and another person is unsafe? One reason is that law enforcement and the bureaucrats who direct them can care less about us.
    2. When I walk around Midtown Manhattan at night, I don’t see enough NYPD officers in the streets, in their cars, etc. I think there are too many NYPD members drinking coffee and eating sandwiches at the precincts instead of patrolling the streets. How many police officers are being paid to sleep in the precincts at night? How many do you see in the street? You tell me.

If you are a regular productive person, you will probably have difficulty imagining what law enforcement is really up to. For example, tampering with people’s food, setting people up, having girls hook up with people and say they mistreated them, etc. That’s a big part of the day for some, not all, of law enforcement.

When New York City closed the subway from 1 AM to 5 AM they said it was to clean it. I will say that I did see a lot more cleaning than in the past. I just disagree that the subway had to be closed to be cleaned.

How many subway stations do they clean at the same time? Even at the height of the cleaning or now, I look into subway stations to see what’s going on at night and the majority of the time there is no one cleaning.

The reason I suspect New York law enforcement told the city to close the subway from 1 AM to 5 AM for so long is so more of the police can sleep at night. The police have a lot of people under surveillance. If people can’t move around the city, the New York FBI, NYPD, etc., don’t have to follow them around the city as much at night.

Also, civilians don’t know that regular people who work for the police conduct a lot of the surveillance done by the NYPD. The NYPD, NCPD, and others have a large number of civilians running around for them. I call them the NYPD civilian lie and scam team.

The NYPD has civilians they use to follow people around, pick fights with people to get them in trouble, rob people, and hook up with people and say they were assaulted. If I had to guess, the number of civilians that the NYPD has working for them off the record is in the tens of thousands. They are throwing our tax dollars in the garbage.

If you are doing anything illegal, I suggest you stop. The US government has so many informants working for them it’s not even funny. All ages, female, male, etc. The government has whole families working for them.

When I heard the subway will soon change the hours they are closed, I suspect I know why. Of course, it’s impossible to prove.

I’m not naming names because it’s not essential. I suspect high power business owners in New York City went to the powers that be and said, what the hell is going on? If you don’t open the subway, we will leave and take a lot of money out of the city.

New York law enforcement would have kept the subway closed from 1 AM to 5 AM forever if you let them. Now New York law enforcement has to spend more time following people like me around every night. People I know pay the police to harass me every day including today.

That’s just my theory. I don’t know this for a fact. Let me know if you agree or not.

  • Opinion: The NYPD has teenage girls following me around, pretending I’m following them, and acting like they are scared in Queens, New York.

    Greetings,

Anytime I take the 7 train into Queens, New York or any subway or bus in Queens, New York the NYPD and their civilian team snap into action.

People I know pay New York law enforcement and their large civilian scam team to physically attack me, sabotage me, pick fights with me, rob me, make up lies about me, and harass me non stop. There are hours of security video at stores in New York that back up my claims and I’m trying to obtain the video so I can expose them. I know I’m not the only person New York law enforcement is terrorizing.

In addition to having women and men constantly cutting me off, crashing into me, and trying to verbally pick fights with me; of course New York law enforcement has numerous girls in their teens and twenties follow me around and pretend I’m following them. The girls will shove their phones in my face, cut me off, crash into me from behind, anything they can to get the video they need to try and get me in trouble.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times. A lot more than 10,000 to be honest but I think 10,000 gets the point across. I have never blocked my number. My mobile phone is 917 815 5415.

No matter how bad anyone thinks United States law enforcement is, it’s 100X worse. The majority, not all, of people in power to stop them just look the other way because they know that US law enforcement kills people. If anyone wants I can send over articles from mainstream news websites backing up that claim. I have also seen New York law enforcement tamper with the food in several New York restaurants and supermarkets.

I don’t blame anyone for looking the other way. There is no one to tell. In my humble opinion, NYPD internal affairs, the Department of Investigations, the Civilian Complaint Review board, etc., are not enough. Also, is there even a group that looks into what federal law enforcement is up to?

New York law enforcement is paying teenage girls to follow me around, record me with their mobile phones, act like they are scared, physically attack me, while the NYPD and other New York law enforcement supervise.

If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. I’m not an attorney.

  • The ways I can imagine the NYPD would try to get me kicked out of Baruch College CUNY.

    1. The police could say I said something foul to a student, professor, or staff member. Of course, I would never do that. I have had several arguments with the police on the phone. I wonder if there would be any way for the NYPD with their multi billion dollar per year budget to use the audio they have of me arguing with them out of context? For example, use the audio of me arguing with the police and say the words were directed to someone at CUNY.

    2. The police could say that I was stalking a student. I’m 44. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. The police I deal with would still try and lie and say Mark Pine the 44 year old with no criminal record who is on the Dean’s List with all As is now going on a crime spree. It does make me think. Let’s say I’m on the phone with students because I’m being told that it’s mandatory by my teachers. Then let’s say I run into one or more of the students in real life. Then one or more of the students says this guy is following me or something like that. What would happen? The civilians I grew up with who pay New York law enforcement would pay a lot of money to anyone who could get me kicked out of school. Is the NYPD connected with any students at CUNY?

    3. Last but not least. The police go into all my email and social media accounts, sabotage them and impersonate me. Someone just went into my LaGuardia Community College email and erased a bunch of important emails.

  • I never touch cash except for laundry machines.

People I know from New York paid the New York FBI, NYPD, NCPD, and others to have me locked up or murdered.

They had a bunch of girls try and hook up with me and I didn’t fall for it.

They have children, girls, boys, women, and men try and pick fights with me dozens of times per day. I don’t fall for it.

Now they are trying to make up any lie to have me kicked out of college at CUNY. New York law enforcement has a ton of contacts at CUNY so they are running a few dozen scams on me setting which one will stick.

They are also planning on murdering me with drugs.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. New York law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team follow me around 24/7.

Because they are planning on murdering me with drugs, I have made it a point to stay away from cash. I never touch cash. The only time I ever touch cash is when I have to do my laundry. That is it.

I have a bank account at Chase Bank, Capital One, and Bank of America. If you look at any of my accounts you will see I never spend a penny on alcohol. You will also see I never touch cash.

New York law enforcement pays drug addicts and drug dealers to follow me around 24/7 and pretend they are my best friends. They will walk up to me and pretend they are with me. New York law enforcement records the whole thing.

This whole experience has made me realize what a scam the US government is. Also, it makes me wonder how many innocent are locked up. If I had to guess the number is in the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands nationwide.

I grew up in Hewlett/Woodmere, Long Island. Even though I’m half Jewish and half Christian, I had my bar mitzvah at Temple Israel in Lawrence, New York.

The reason I mention this is because I look at the US government the same exact way I look at Hitler and the Nazis. To me, they are equally as bad. If anything I think the US government has locked up and killed more innocent people than the Nazis.
