  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about the police harassing me. June 11, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

I have the best schedule for Summer 1, Summer 2, and Fall 2022. I love all my classes.

I just wanted to reiterate that I’m not mentioning a word about the police harassing me every day including today to anyone at Baruch College besides occasionally you here via email. You told me that is the protocol and I’m following it as always.

I just wanted to thank you again if you helped me with X class. I’m not sure who helped me. It could have been either you or the Department Chair or both. All I know is that after I contacted you both things in that class became very normal.

I just had two court cases that involved the NYPD. I’m about to have one more.

The police are harassing me every day as they have been since before I started at LaGuardia Community College.

I dealt with it then and I’m dealing with it now.

I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me every day in any of my classes.

I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me or anything negative at all with any of my professors.

In my humble opinion, I just exposed the police twice in two court cases worse than they could ever imagine. The third case is already moving forward and this is going to be the best one.

The police know that a lot of people are starting to find out that they are harassing me every day and it’s only a matter of time before I get some help.

Me “winning” includes succeeding at Baruch College.

I have never had any desire to discuss the police harassing me with anyone at Baruch College.

I don’t care if the police attack me again on my way to Baruch College, I have never and will never mention a word about the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College.

I’m reaching thousands of people on social media and the web trying to get help.

I’m focused on trying to expose the police harassing me in court and on social media where I can ultimately reach millions of people.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t hang around bars or clubs. I live squeaky clean.

The police arrested me once and I won the case. In my opinion, they aren’t going to keep arresting me and having me win cases against them. I’m not a lawyer so who knows.

The NYPD’s strategy with me now is to get me kicked out of places I go in the city. For example, HRA, supermarkets, gym, Baruch College, etc.

That is why I’m walking on eggshells, tip-toeing around making sure I follow all rules everywhere I go.

I know if I continue to take the daily abuse from the police and stay on the course I’m on, eventually, I’ll get my life back.

All I need from Baruch College is an education. There is nothing anyone at Baruch College can do to help me with the police harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York City Comptroller’s Office about suing the New York City Police (NYPD). May 30, 2022.

    May 30, 2022.

    50-H HEARING PINE, MARK BLA# 2021PI035531

    015-220

Greetings New York City Comptroller’s Office,

First and foremost I always treat everyone that works for the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times. Treating your team respectfully is more important than anything.

I treat everyone that works at your building on Centre Street with the utmost respect at all times.

I treat the attorneys and court reporters respectfully, etc.

New York City law enforcement’s favorite lie is to say Mark Pine is rude and Mark Pine smells. I don’t do anything illegal so that is what they have for me.

I just dropped off the errata sheet from my hearing to sue the NYPD with your office on the 12 floor, Centre Street.

    I’m a pro se plaintiff.

I tried to notarize the errata sheet twice on Thursday, May 26, 2022, and Friday, May 27, 2022, at the clerk’s office at the 60 Centre Street, Manhattan courthouse. Both times the person refused.

I have no idea why. I’ve been there many times and never had an issue before. I always treat everyone at the courts with the utmost respect regardless of what is going on so I didn’t spend too much time questioning the rejection.

I’ll try to notarize the document again at another clerk’s office.

I also tried to speak with someone at your office on Friday, May 27, 2022, but there wasn’t anyone at the window across the hall from the window where I dropped off documents.

I’ll stop by again this week. Maybe I missed them because it was late in the afternoon.

As I stated in the last email I sent, if I’m too late returning the errata sheet for this lawsuit, it’s OK. New York City law enforcement harasses me every day so I can file another notice of claim to sue the NYPD any day.

I appreciate the help from your office. I am making the best of the situation.

I will continue to treat everyone at and connected with the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times.

Thank you and have a great day.

    May 26, 2022

    50-H HEARING PINE, MARK BLA# 2021PI035531

    015-220

    Greetings NYC Comptroller’s Office,

Thank you for all your help and for allowing me the opportunity to try and seek justice. I can only imagine how many New Yorkers you service and support.

All the attorneys you connect me with are respectful and your team on the 12 floor is always as helpful as humanly possible.

Most NYC government agencies run and hide when I mention that NYC law enforcement is being paid by people I know to harass me (ie … just kidding).

First and foremost I always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s Office, the New York Courts, One Centre Street, the attorneys you connect me with, etc. with the utmost respect at all times.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

    Without respect we have nothing.

I can care less if someone pours a can of paint over my head, I will treat everyone connected to the courts and NYC Comptrollers Office with the utmost respect no matter what.

It is a major priority of mine to keep on excellent terms with the NYC Comptroller’s Office as it is a very valuable resource.

I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Therefore NYC law enforcement runs around the city telling people to lie and say Mark Pine is rude.

I’m 45 years old with no criminal record at all.

If the lawsuit about the NYPD 17 Precinct is back too late I’ll start over.

I was in the emergency room of several hospitals at least 10 times since I filed the Notice of Claim. If that helps me please let me know. If not it’s no big deal.

If you need me to turn over documents from the hospitals I can easily drop them off.

If we can keep moving with the NYPD 17 Precinct lawsuit that is great, I’m dropping off the paperwork today or tomorrow.

If it’s too late it’s no big deal. I’ll start over with a new Notice of Claim.

The NYPD harasses me every day so I can easily create a new Notice of Claim with a new incident and Notice of Claim.

I treat the attorneys and court reporters you connect me with the same way I would treat the Governor of New York if I met her. With the absolute utmost respect humanly possible.

I can care less if NYC law enforcement sabotages my every move from now until the end of time. I’ll keep treating everyone respectfully and doing my best to receive justice.

    I’m a pro se litigant.

The attorney you connected me with gave me an errata sheet and the transcript.

I’m not sure where to have the errata sheet notarized.

The only place I see to have anything notarized is on the transcript. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to notarize the transcript or notarize the errata sheet.

I’m going to ask the court clerk to notarize the errata sheet because the transcript needed a few key updates.

If the court clerk at 60 Centre Street, NYC says no I’m going to drop all this off unnotarized and if I have to start over it’s no big deal.

I have the best and most understanding attitude that is humanly possible.

I understand life isn’t perfect therefore I make the best of all situations aka the cards I’m dealt.

Please advise with any feedback you can.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York State Office of Higher Education about New York City law enforcement viciously harassing me inside Baruch College.

Greetings New York State Office of Higher Education,

New York City law enforcement had three women try to crash into me and harass me at Baruch College today May 7, 2022.

I emailed you the exact locations inside Baruch College, times, and dates earlier.

I left school and New York City law enforcement had their plain clothes team follow me right over to where I’m at without a care in the world about being caught.

I have an open lawsuit against The City University of New York right now: Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York. New York City law enforcement can care less.

New York City law enforcement has zero oversight and when it comes to harassing me they don’t care what evidence they leave in their wake.

For example, I just posted videos to social media showing that New York City law enforcement has blocked my phone from calling NYPD 911.

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.

The NYPD blocked my phone number from calling all the precincts and NYPD Headquarters.

The New York FBI blocked my phone number.

The Albany FBI blocked my phone number.

Now NYPD 911 blocked my phone number. I’m not sure if the NYPD 911 is a permanent block or a temporary block while they are viciously harassing me in clear view of security cameras. Today isn’t the first time that New York City law enforcement has blocked me from calling NYPD 911.

I posted a video on YouTube and Twitter showing that my phone can call any number right now except NYPD 911.

When New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harass me like they are doing right this minute, I’ll call NYPD 911 so there is a record of the time, day, date, location, of where I’m being harassed.

I usually call NYPD 911 anywhere from dozens to hundreds of times per day off Baruch College campus, never in Baruch College.

In total, I’ve called NYPD 911 more than 20,000 times easily if I had to guess because NYC law enforcement has been harassing me every day for years. The NYPD 911 operators tease me and harass me on the phone.

In addition to NYPD 911 I call all 50 states FBI field offices and press the extension for a live bank robbery or kidnapping.

I have reported New York City law enforcement to the FBI field offices thousands of times. Lately, I call the FBI field offices dozens to hundreds of times per day when I’m outside of school and New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harassing me for hours on end.

So far the only FBI field offices to block my number are the New York City FBI and the Albany FBI. There might be a few others I’m not sure. The FBI hangs up on me a lot.

Right now I’m minding my own business trying to study and New York City law enforcement has their plainclothes team viciously harassing me in clear view of public and private security cameras. New York City law enforcement can care less.

New York City law enforcement just figures there is no way I’ll ever get the security video to prove that New York City law enforcement has people that work for them in plain clothes viciously harassing me every day.

I’m not mentioning a word about this to anyone at Baruch College.

Every single day when New York City law enforcement has women and men, students and staff, harassing me at Baruch College, shoving their phones in my face, teasing me, blocking me from walking, and crashing into me I just ignore it and walk away.

Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

    I don’t have a criminal record at all. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party.

New York City law enforcement ran me into the ground and now they tease, rob, and harass me all day every day because people I know pay them to do it.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement is remotely accessing my laptop to harass me.

Disclaimers: Use this information at your own risk. If you have an emergency call 911. I’m not a computer expert. This is my opinion. I’m not a lawyer.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass me every day.

One of the things NYC law enforcement does is remotely access my laptop.

NYC law enforcement has done this with a few different brand laptops on several different Wi-Fi connections.

    1. NYC law enforcement sometimes slows down the Wi-Fi I’m on to any speed they want. I have no idea how they do it. I’m not saying they do it all on Wi-Fi. They do it on some.
    2. NYC law enforcement can remotely shut down my laptop and it won’t turn on until they feel like it. I have about four laptops total, different brands.
    3. NYC law enforcement will play around with the cursor. When I press the cursor, NYC law enforcement remotely flicks it around to harass me.
    4. NYC law enforcement sends emails and messages from my email and social media accounts remotely. I believe that’s called impersonating me.
    5. NYC law enforcement remotely accesses my emails in real-time. I’ll write a couple-sentence email. Before I press send, NYC law enforcement will remotely add spelling errors into my emails to make me look bad. NYC law enforcement also does this with documents.

There is more. I’ll update later.

  • Opinion: Email to my bank about NYC law enforcement debit card scam. March 8, 2022.

    Greetings Bank,

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me every day. I just had a hearing set up by the NYC Comptroller’s Office to sue the NYPD so we’ll see how that goes. The hearing and upcoming lawsuit hasn’t stopped NYC law enforcement from harassing me every day.

Before I get into it, I just wanted to say I’m a very happy customer and I always treat all your staff with the utmost respect at all times in person and on the phone. ‘

I don’t care if one of your staff poured a can of paint over my head I would just walk out and go take a shower. I wouldn’t argue with them.

    I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

NYC law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of every place I go.

NYC law enforcement was just running a scam on me that I wanted to ask you about. If you don’t know the answer I understand, it’s no big deal.

I was just trying to pay a company on their website. NYC law enforcement is desperately trying to get me banned from entering this particular business. The company’s website kept rejecting my debit card when I tried to pay them.

NYC law enforcement set it up so that my card was blocked by this company because NYC law enforcement wanted me to call the company.

How did NYC law enforcement block my debit card from working on the company’s website when the website was functional for anyone else trying to use it? How did NYC law enforcement block only my debit card?

For example, lets say I go to a supermarket. I swipe my debit card. The supermarkets credit card system blocks my card from paying. It works for everyone else. How can that be done? The supermarket scenario is just a hypothetical situation. I just wanted to be clear about what I’m asking. The other scenario happened today.

I started sending you a message about NYC law enforcement blocking my card from paying this one company. My debit card was working perfectly everywhere else besides this one company.

While I was sending a message to you through the bank’s website, I also called the company.

NYC law enforcement had a nice scam waiting for me when I called. Long story short I had to call back a second time and the company was able to charge my card.

The reason NYC law enforcement wanted my debit card blocked from paying that company is that NYC law enforcement wanted me to call the company.

NYC law enforcement has thousands of hours of audio of me complaining about NYC law enforcement on various government phone numbers. NYC law enforcement edits the audio of me complaining about NYC law enforcement and reporting NYC law enforcement and says the words were directed towards people at private companies, the people at the college I attend, things like that.

My question is this, how does NYC law enforcement block a charge coming from my debit card at one company when my debit card is working everywhere else? Meaning if I go to use a website, and my debit card is rejected, how is NYC law enforcement doing that?

I understand if you don’t want to tell me because your bank might be tight with NYC law enforcement and wants to stay on good terms with NYC law enforcement. I highly suspect, if you or anyone helps me at all NYC law enforcement will not be happy.

Please provide any information you can. If you don’t want to get involved, I understand. I love your bank and I am as happy as can be with the service and value.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: New scam that NYC law enforcement ran on me right now. March 8, 2022.

    Here we go again.

I just tried to pay my bill on a company’s website.

The website wouldn’t take my debit card.

I called up and asked for support.

This is where the scam comes in.

I was talking with the first customer service person about to give my card information. In the middle of the call the person said, I can’t hear you and hung up.

I suspect the reason the person hung up was because NYC law enforcement told her to hang up so they can lie and say I was rude.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me every day. They tried to set me up and lock me up thousands of times. It didn’t work so now NYC law enforcement (New York FBI and NYPD) run around and tell people to lie and say Mark Pine is rude and smells. That’s what billions of dollars a year to NYC law enforcement buys us. Ideas such as that one.

I called back and the next person took my card, and the bill was paid.

NYC law enforcement will take audio they have of me complaining about NYC law enforcement and edit it into new conversations with people at that company.

NYC law enforcement will lie and say the audio of me complaining about NYC law enforcement was directed at people at that company.

These are the types of scams that NYC law enforcement runs on me all day long.

I don’t take it personal when regular people try and sabotage me on behalf of NYC law enforcement. I understand most people don’t want to deal with the drama.

I will continue to treat everyone at that company with the utmost respect at all times.

    Thank you.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement has people blowing vape smoke in my face almost every day.

    Here is the situation. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m 45 and I don’t have a criminal record at all.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me every day.

One of the things NYC law enforcement does to harass me is drug me. NYC law enforcement has members of their plain clothes lie and scam team sneak up on me and blow vape smoke in my face. They have done it hundreds of times.

Disclaimers: I’m not a doctor. If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. This is my opinion.

After NYC law enforcement has their lie and scam team blow vape smoke in my face I go to various emergency rooms in New York City.

Every time I’ve gone to any emergency room and said someone blew vape smoke in my face they test my blood or urine to see what’s going on. This has been going on for years.

Every time the hospital says the blood and urine is 100% clean. No drugs or alcohol.

Tonight February 18, 2022, a hospital gave me back the drug test and said it tested positive. I asked if I could speak with a doctor and see what was going on and they said no and to get out immediately. The people at the hospital started to be very rude for no reason and they started insulting me.

I immediately pressed record on my phone recorder just in case they had plans to lie and say I was rude to get me banned from the hospital.

Now that I have the audio backed up in Google Vault. I can show that the hospital staff was insulting me and I continued to treat them with the utmost respect at all times.

Once I realized I couldn’t see a doctor and the people who I was asking for help weren’t helping me, I just left. The hospital is a very good hospital. I don’t care that a few of the staff insulted me and tried to pick a fight with me. I just continue to act respectfully because I’m going back to the hospital again in the future.

Now I’m at a different hospital. Again I’m not giving names because I don’t want to get sued for defamation.

I’m going to tell the NYC hospital I’m at now that someone blew vape smoke in my face when they are checking me in. I’m also going to respectfully and politely ask for a drug test. I don’t care if its blood, urine, etc.

If they say no at that point I’m going to show them the other test from the other hospital with a positive. I’ll say that I never do drugs but I have had people that I don’t know blow vape smoke in my face and this is the first time I’ve had a positive after many times of being tested and I want to know what’s going on.

Regardless if this hospital helps me or not I’m going to treat everyone here with the utmost respect the same way I treated everyone at the other hospital with the utmost respect.

  • Opinion: Controversial conversations at Baruch College. February 11, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Next week in one of my classes we are reviewing a book that contains controversial writing about the US government, FBI and police. I’m going on the record right now I’m not saying one negative word ever at Baruch College about the US Government, FBI, and police.

Outside of school/CUNY is a different story. I’ll complain all day long when I’m outside of school to people that are NOT connected with CUNY.

Last semester I would skip classes when I knew there was going to be a discussion about a controversial topic.

This semester I want to have a 100 percent attendance record so I’m not skipping any more classes. I’m just going to keep 100 percent quiet. If the professor calls on me for an answer it’s going to be I love the US government, I love the FBI, and I especially love the police. Everyone is doing their best with what they have to work with.

Outside of school I’m launching lawsuits against all of them. I don’t have any points to get across to anyone at CUNY besides I respect everyone with the utmost respect humanly possible.

My goals are to continue to treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times and only talk about school never anything personal.

    Graduate from CUNY.

Have a positive impact on society.

Get back into an apartment so I don’t have to sleep in the subway.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Email to the Queens Public Library about the NYPD harassing me. January 11, 2022.

Disclaimers: This is my opinion. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. If you have an emergency call 911. Please verify everything yourself.

    Greetings Queens Public Library,

Long story short, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me every day.

I just wanted to go on the record right now. Anytime I’m at any of the Queens Public Library locations I keep to myself. If for some reason I interact with your staff I am concise, respectful, and only answer the questions they ask me.

I never speak with any nonstaff at the Queens Public Library. I keep to myself.

I have a hearing about suing the NYPD that was set up by the New York City Comptroller’s office coming up in a couple of months. That is how serious the situation is between the NYPD and me.

A member of the NYPD could walk into the Queens Public Library right now and I would not say one word to the person unless asked. I’m not looking to make a bad situation worse. I respectfully interact with NYPD patrol cops often.

Members of the NYPD and their regular clothes lie and scam team runs around the city and tries to sabotage me every day.

The NYPD and their scam team tell people to say Mark Pine is rude, he smells, and he has outbursts.

The reality of the situation is the exact opposite. I treat everyone with the utmost respect and I keep to myself. I shower every day and I clean my clothes regularly.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine
