I blame the people in charge of the NYC budget for being cheap with CUNY in my humble opinion.

I would like to contact Title 9 and say that I don’t feel comfortable with student tutoring for Math and Language.
People I know pay women and men to harass me constantly, including women crashing into me and shoving their phones in my face while pretending they are under attack and fighting for their lives with 15 people supervising.
For example, it happened once on the subway so far today.
I’ve reported it to the US Attorney, FBI, District Attorney, and NYPD—they all blocked my phone number.
I reported it to hundreds/thousands of other government agencies nationwide. I’m waiting to hear back from them.
I would also like permission to request from the student tutors that everyone keep their last names and email addresses private.
I don’t want any of the student tutors contact information especially NOT last name, phone, and email.
I would also like to audio record the tutoring so there is no confusion about everyone acting professionally and respectfully.

In my humble opinion, I don’t think it’s fair for CUNY to force students onto each other when one slight misunderstanding between students can lead to a student being kicked out of college immediately.
I’m not even going to bring up the numerous unfortunate situations between students that happened here and other CUNY schools.

This has nothing to do with the stellar staff at Baruch College who I am forever grateful to for all the stellar support.
I would only go to a CUNY Graduate school I wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
I would not date and hang out with anyone from CUNY for a billion dollars in my bank account up front.
I treat everyone respectfully.
I network with people who don’t attend CUNY for my own safety.
Every CUNY staff member I’ve ever interacted with has been helpful and great.
I always treat all CUNY students professionally and respectfully.
I just don’t want any CUNY student’s personal information and contact information.
I’ve been robbed and had my property vandalized hundreds of times.
People have gone into all my email and social media accounts and impersonated me.
I don’t want to be responsible for things I can’t control because I’m living in the street homeless getting robbed once a month or more for years.
I could spend 1,000 more hours on this email, although I have to study.
I always treat everyone from HRA / TAG and CUNY EDGE with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.
This has nothing to do with Baruch College CUNY EDGE.
Baruch College CUNY EDGE is handling all my HRA documentation perfectly.
Every semester for the past four years I receive MetroCard money from HRA because I’m a full-time CUNY student who receives public assistance.
Last semester for the first time I didn’t receive the MetroCard money until a month after the semester started.
This semester, Fall 2023, it’s November 10, 2023, and I still haven’t started receiving my MetroCard money.
I would like permission to politely and respectfully contact the CUNY Edge offices at other CUNY schools and find out if this is a CUNY situation or if just certain students aren’t receiving their MetroCard money from HRA.
Again, this has nothing to do with Baruch College CUNY EDGE.
Baruch College CUNY EDGE handles my documents perfectly with HRA.

Baruch College CUNY EDGE submitted all my documents for Fall 2023 perfectly.
I mentioned the situation about the MetroCard and they said to contact HRA / TAG, which is the proper procedure.
This semester’s GPA will probably be about 2.5 to 3.0.
The total GPA should stay above 3.0 because I’m close to graduation.
First and foremost, I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.
Treating people respectfully at Baruch College is the most important thing at Baruch College.
Regardless of how anyone at Baruch College treats me, I treat everyone respectfully.
For the past four years, I’ve been unable to use the Baruch College/CUNY Wi-Fi consistently.
I’m creating several videos to show what’s going on.
I was just in the Baruch College library on the 4th floor.
It was September 25, 2023, at about 11 am.
There was only one other Baruch College student on the floor when my laptop was blocked from using the Baruch College Wi-Fi again.
There were a few people who work at the library walking around, plus one Baruch College student on the floor, and that was it.
I’m connected to the Baruch College Wi-Fi; it’s just not working.
The Baruch College Help Desk is great.
I don’t think this has anything to do with them.
I’m connected to the Baruch College Wi-Fi with several laptops.
None of them work on the Baruch College Wi-Fi, including the laptops loaned to me by Baruch College.
I have about 3 or 4 laptops I bought with student loans, plus I have access to laptops from the Baruch College library.
None of the above-mentioned laptops work properly when I use the Baruch College Wi-Fi.
If it wasn’t for a hotspot from a phone company, I would have failed out of CUNY due to lack of access to the Wi-Fi.
I’m allowed partial access to the Baruch College Wi-Fi.
Not enough to graduate.
In my opinion, a student can’t graduate from college in 2023 without consistent access to the college’s Wi-Fi.
If you’re too busy to respond, its no big deal.
I understand everyone is busy.
I’m making the best of the situation as always.
I have Wi-Fi from my mobile phone company to get me through.
Again, the most important thing for me is to follow the Baruch College/CUNY rules and protocol, plus treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students with the utmost respect at all times.
I’m taking Spanish 1 – SPA 1001 this semester, Fall 2023, at Baruch College.
The rule is a student isn’t allowed to take Spanish if they took Spanish for two years in high school.
I took two years of Spanish in high school.
I graduated high school in 1994.
I contacted the Chair of the Language Department and the Deputy Chair of the Spanish Department.
They said it was OK for me to take Spanish 1 and 2 at Baruch College to meet my language requirement for graduation because I took Spanish in high school so long ago (the 1990s).
I wanted to mention it to you to make sure it’s OK if I take Spanish to complete my language requirement.
I assume if the language department said it’s OK for me to take Spanish 1 and 2, then it’s OK.
I’m mentioning it here just to be extra careful and avoid any mishaps that would stop me from graduating.
I have responsibilities like everyone else except for the members of New York City law enforcement that harass me.
For example, I have schoolwork.
The members of New York City law enforcement that harass me, on the other hand, have billions of dollars in resources and can do whatever they want.
Additionally, New York City law enforcement has thousands of full-time and part-time staff that run scams all day long and don’t even think about helping anyone.
I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement and other police departments in New York and other states to rob, steal, scam, cover up crimes, etc.
Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight, so they have almost no chance of getting caught.
I know people that have been committing crimes with law enforcement since the 90s.
New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that manages my situation at Baruch College.
For example, New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that make sure I have Baruch College students harassing me every day at school.
I have Baruch College students crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, etc.
I just ignore them and walk away.
I don’t even report it for the most part because they know where all the security cameras are, and they avoid them.
I just figured out a scam that law enforcement ran on me to sabotage me for the Fall 2023 semester.
I can’t disclose everything because I’m still a student at Baruch College.
If I disclose everything here, law enforcement will use it against me.
There are a few things I’m very comfortable disclosing.
Law enforcement waited until 3 weeks before the start of the Baruch College Fall 2023 semester to cancel one of my easiest and most fun classes.
This is where law enforcement’s lies, scams, and sneakiness really shine through.
Law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team blow marijuana smoke and vape mist at me almost every day.
That drains almost all of my emergency.
It also wastes hours of my day because I have to visit emergency rooms and urgent cares every day to get checked out after law enforcement drugs me.
Law enforcement held back putting at least one class on the CUNY First booking system.
Then after law enforcement saw that I picked my classes and wasn’t checking the CUNY First system anymore, law enforcement put up classes that they know I would have signed up for.
Now I know for the future, I have to keep checking because law enforcement is running non-stop scams on me at Baruch College.
I wouldn’t even have a smartphone or laptop if it wasn’t for being a Baruch College student and student loans.
I owe everything to Baruch College forever.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.
That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.
Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything.
1 of my classes was canceled.
All the classes I’m looking at now are filled.
In another one of my classes, the professor was switched.
I lost half my Fall 2023 schedule.
This keeps happening to me almost every semester, if not every semester, for the past 3 years.
I’ll survive.
This has nothing to do with you and your team.
I have no idea why this keeps happening.
Even if I did know why this is happening, I’ll make the best of it.
What choice do I have?
I just wanted to mention it to you.
I know New York City is losing a ton of money because of a lack of tourism, people working from home, etc., and we are lucky to have a school.
There are a lot of people that could care less if CUNY disappeared.
No one cares about a homeless student losing his schedule every semester.
I’m just politely and respectfully pointing out what’s going on.
Every class that I want now is booked solid.
I could have switched the class with the changed professor earlier.
That was my bad.
Still, 2 out of 4 of my classes were either canceled or had major changes.
We’ll see what happens next semester.
Now I’m going to start keeping closer track of it.
I’m very appreciative to be a Baruch College student.
It’s just that I book a schedule, and the whole thing gets flipped around to my disadvantage every semester.
There is more to the story, although I’m going to keep it to myself out of respect for everyone’s busy schedule.
Plus, there are things that aren’t going to change, so there is no point in bringing it up.

The other professor, who is great and very fair with students, was pulled out of the class and replaced with a professor that Rate My Professors says is a tough grader.
I signed up for 2 backup classes because it’s the same price to sign up for 4 as it is for 6.
Furthermore, I knew this was going to happen because it happens every semester.
I never complain to anyone at Baruch College besides you via an email like this.
I consider this complaining for the sake of asking for advice and seeing if there is a solution.

For me, treating Baruch College staff, professors, and students respectfully is more important than anything.
The majority of Baruch College staff and professors are stellar.
I’ve navigated some interesting situations at Baruch College and LaGuardia Community College.
The key to my success at Baruch College was and is always to treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students politely and respectfully.
Regardless of how badly I’m ever treated on occasion at Baruch College, I always treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students with the utmost respect at all times.
I’m looking at the big picture.
No exceptions.
No matter what.
For example, Baruch College students crash into me, shove their phones in my face, harass me in the bathroom, and much more.
I’m sure most Baruch College students are great.
There are a number of Baruch College students harassing other students.
There was graffiti in the 6-floor vertical building bathroom today.
The same thing goes for Baruch College staff and professors.
I just act politely and respectfully and move away when allowed.
If something is very obvious and I see a security camera nearby, I’ll polietly and respectfully alert Baruch College security via email.
One time I reported a Baruch College student, and I don’t remember hearing anything further about it.
I’ve reported students for harassing me at BMCC and LaGuardia too, and I never heard anything further about it.
I understand that people are busy and they have to prioritize issues.
I’ve had a small number of Baruch College staff and professor treat me negatively.
Security guards trying to crash into me in the lobby of the library building for some reason.
I documented the time and date somewhere if you want to look at the security video.
I moved out of the way.
It’s no big deal.
A lot of people, not me, play that crash-into-people game in Manhattan.
It’s nothing new.
I always treat all security guards with the utmost respect at all times, regardless of how they treat me.
Apart from that one incident, they are all very nice.
Anytime I speak with a Baruch College security guard, on the rare occasion, I audio record the polite and respectful conversation with my phone to be safe.
I navigated the situations professionally, politely, and respectfully.
I’ve dealt with much worse than any abuse I’ve received at Baruch College, so I’m used to it.
I’m optimistic and in good spirits, as always.
I’ve proven myself to be a serious, polite, and respectful student at Baruch College, and I’m continuing on the same path.

Baruch College is very valuable to me.
I’m guessing the Baruch College students that are harassing me are trying to get me in trouble with the school.
Why else would they be harassing me?
The same thing used to happen at the public assistance job program.
There were people trying to pick fights with people to get them kicked out.
Most of the individuals at Baruch College are here to help each other and elevate their lives.
As is life, when there are tens of thousands of people in one organization, there are always going to be some looking to start trouble.
That’s nothing new.
It’s nothing I haven’t dealt with for decades.
I’m almost 47.
I don’t drink.
I don’t smoke.
I don’t party.
I don’t date.
I don’t have a criminal record.
I don’t do anything illegal.
That’s how I choose to live my life.
I’ve had many Baruch College students harass me in classes, inside the buildings, in the bathrooms, and off campus.
I have no idea who the students are, and even if I did, the best thing to do to someone harassing me is to be polite or ignore them.
I ignore anyone at Baruch College that is harassing me or act professionally or politely if it’s a situation I have to endure.
Life isn’t perfect.
I make the best of all situations.
I’ve had Baruch College students verbally attack me during mandatory in-class student groups.
I just take the abuse and act politely.
One time I sat down in a student group with 4 Baruch College students and me.
Within a minute of sitting down, the 4 Baruch College students started verbally attacking me.
I never spoke with any of the Baruch College students in the group before in my life.
I don’t know their identities.
Of course, it bounced right off me.
I’ve been physically attacked and robbed outside of Baruch College.
Words bounce off me.
I keep my cool when I’m physically attacked and robbed.
I’m used to it.
I don’t like it, although it’s nothing new.
I have so many police reports for being robbed in Manhattan from the NYPD I lost count.
My phone was stolen 3 times last semester.
I was robbed in Manhattan approximately 4 or 5 times last semester, Spring 2023.
I just get back up and keep trying to elevate my life.
Another time I was in a mandatory student pair with one Baruch College student.
The Baruch College student was verbally attacking me as usual.
At one point, the Baruch College student told me not to go to the bathroom so the student could continue verbally attacking me.
I went to the bathroom and acted politely and respectfully.
It seemed like the person was trying to pick a fight or start an argument with me.
My focus is treating people politely and respectfully, plus my career.
I have a few new strategies to document my polite and respectful Baruch College behavior that I wanted to mention that I’m excited about for Fall 2023 and beyond.
I purchased new laptops on the web with my student loans for a great price before the cost went up.
Now I have a little more ability to do more on the web.
I use 2 types of software to record my polite and respectful behavior at Baruch College.
I’m using them now.
They are called screencast and loom.com.
Anytime I’m at Baruch College, without exception, I alternate back and forth from screencast to loom.com
I may add a 3rd software into the mix now that I’m thinking about it.
Screencast and loom.com are recording my face at all times from my laptop camera.
Screencast and loom.com also record my laptop screen at all times.
I stop and start both screencast and loom.com every 10 to 20 minutes.
Therefore even if I lose a video clip, I have hours of polite and respectful behavior videos from every day at Baruch College showing that I’m acting professionally, respectfully, and politely at all times.
Screencast and loom.com can also record audio.
I’m not going to use screencast and loom.com to record audio at Baruch College.
I will only record video of myself and my laptop screen.
I hope that’s enough evidence to prove that I’m polite and respectful at all times at Baruch College.
I also create tons of little selfie videos of myself for social media that I’m constantly posting on the web.
Of course, when I create selfie videos, it’s just me.
There are no Baruch College students in the videos.
I could spend hours working on this email, although I’m going to stop now.
The most important things at Baruch College:
1. Treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.
2. Never cheat.
I would never use Artificial Intelligence to cheat.
I’m not an expert in AI, although I think students are going to be getting kicked out of schools a lot trying to use AI work as their own.

I don’t need AI to write or cheat.
3. Plagiarism of any kind is an immediate disaster.
Don’t need it.
Would never do it.
It can be easily detected.
4. Dating is one of the quickest ways to get kicked out of college.
I wouldn’t date anyone at Baruch College if someone offered me $10,000,000 for one date upfront in my bank account.
There are millions of people in Manhattan.
I’m not dating anyone.
If I were, it would be someone not connected to Baruch College that can go to Title 9 and get me kicked out of school in the blink of an eye.
In my opinion, a fraction of 1 percent of the crime committed by the NYPD and New York City law enforcement ends up in convictions.
People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.
I suspect the same people I know pay law enforcement in other jurisdictions and states to commit a variety of crimes.
Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, so it’s not a problem that I’m reporting them to hundreds of government agencies.

Law enforcement has drugged me dozens, if not hundreds of times during the last two years.
My GPA at Baruch College is 3.8, with about 8 classes left to graduate.
I think all I need is a 2.0 to graduate.
That’s living in the street homeless the entire time.
Law enforcement drugged me earlier today (July 30, 2023), and I went to an urgent care location.
After I left the urgent care, I started to study for school again.
Law enforcement had their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drug me again.
In a little while, I’ll be headed to one of my favorite hospital emergency rooms.
I’m well known by many urgent care locations and hospital emergency rooms because I’ve been there hundreds of times.
I always treat all the staff at hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares with the utmost respect at all times.
I never mention a word about law enforcement to anyone at the hospital emergency rooms or urgent cares.
If I see NYPD Police Officers at the hospital emergency rooms or urgent cares, I treat them respectfully.
I’m very concise and professional at all hospital emergency rooms and urgent care locations.
I tell them the same thing every time.
I say someone I don’t know blew some type of marijuana smoke or vape mist in my face, and I feel bad.
They take my vitals, give me a quick check-up, and I’m on my way.
Today is a double-drugging day, meaning that New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drugged me twice today.
Law enforcement has drugged me on my way to school before every exam I’ve ever taken at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College.
Law enforcement knows, and I know that they are going to be drugging me dozens, if not hundreds of times before I go to Baruch College during the 2023/2024 school year.
The only way to avoid law enforcement drugging me dozens or hundreds of times this year is for me to get the word out about law enforcement harassing me and get some help.
Assuming I don’t receive any help, law enforcement knows I’ll be going to emergency rooms and urgent cares constantly this school year.
School hasn’t even started, and law enforcement is already drugging me regularly.
I’m on public assistance or welfare.
I’m living on less than $600 per month.
That includes bills and food.
Homeless people have bills.
For example, phone bill, bicycle rental subscription, plus more.
I’m going to detail another scam that law enforcement is going to try to drag into the drugging.
The scam I’m about to detail, law enforcement was going to run on me last semester, although I documented it with the New York State Courts efile website, so law enforcement backed off.
That’s why I’m documenting it again now.

I suspect that after law enforcement drugs me dozens or hundreds of times this school year, and I go to the hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares an equal amount of times, law enforcement will think about forcing one or two of my classes to say that Mark Pine is acting erratically.
I have had so many Baruch College teachers, staff, and students harass me I lost count.
I have Baruch College teachers, staff, and students harassing me during classes, in the bathrooms, in the hallways, outside of school, in the subway, in the street, on the phone when I call NYPD 911, etc.
I ignore them.
I play along.
I make the best of it.
When law enforcement drugs me.
1. I feel bad.
2. I get tired.
3. I want to go to sleep.
4. I get hungry and thirsty.
5. I act like every other student.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College professionally and respectfully.
I always wear a hat and glasses, so you can barely even see me under there.
I’m taking pictures and record videos of myself every single day to prove I look and act ordinary.
Some of the videos I publish on social media, and some go into my cloud account.
One day, I’ll expose New York City law enforcement for harassing me.
In the meantime, I’m making the best of the situation.
There is no point in complaining because everyone has their own problems.
I’m reaching out to thousands of government agencies and non-government organizations to try and get help.
No one at Baruch College or CUNY can stop New York City law enforcement from harassing me.
I never mention law enforcement or anything negative to anyone at Baruch College or CUNY.
This message is more than 1,500 hundred words, and I wrote it in one sitting after New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team drugged me twice today.
Law enforcement can easily have 300 Baruch College teachers, staff, and students say anything they want about me.
If you look at the Baruch College security cameras, you will see me acting fine.
If you look at my videos and pictures, you will see me acting OK too.
My rule is to visit an urgent care or emergency room every time New York City law enforcement drugs me after school lets out.
If that means 3 to 5 times a week or 7 days a week, that’s my routine.
It’s well documented via credible sources on the web that law enforcement drugs people.
I’ve called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times to report New York City law enforcement.
The NYPD pretends they don’t know who I am.
10 billion dollars a year and 50 thousand people don’t know someone called NYPD 911 more than 10,000 times?
