  • The NYPD keeps trying to have people I used to know Donnie Brasco me.

I’m not going to name names because I don’t want to be sued for libel. I don’t do anything illegal. I have no criminal record. I’m a full-time student who is also homeless. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I eat healthily. I’m respectful to everyone regardless of how they treat me. I tell people in my blogs it’s best to keep your cool at all times.

Donnie Brasco – Trailer from YouTube Movies

People I know pay the NYPD to torture me and others. It has been going on for years. I’m from Woodmere, New York, and Westhampton, New York. I live and go to college in New York City. Currently, I have an A average with a perfect attendance record. I sleep on benches when it’s warm. When it’s cold, I sleep in chairs on the subway platform in Midtown and the Upper East Side. I don’t take it personally that the NYPD harasses me. I don’t argue with cops I talk with. I am always respectful to the NYPD officers when they wake me up when I’m sleeping in chairs on the subway platform. They aren’t the ones who did this to me. The people who sabotaged me are the civilians I know who pay high ranking Police to torture me. Hopefully one day they will be locked up and I can sue them.

If I had a criminal record before this all started I would be finished right now. Luckily, I didn’t. The NYPD has tried every way under the sun to set me up. They are still going full steam ahead to make up any lie to sabotage me. They have women constantly trying to set me up. They also have women and men try to pick fights with me. I just take the hits and keep moving forward. I have a little money I get from welfare and student loans. My civilian enemies have millions of dollars and they pay the NYPD. Plus the NYPD and their civilian sabotage teams steals and destroys my property.

They will never stop trying to pretend I’m committing some type of crime. The other game they play is mental health. I have been through hell and back. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I stay in good spirits. It’s a fact that nationally the Police use lies about mental health to punish people they don’t like who aren’t breaking the law. They don’t want to put a criminal case on me and have me beat the case. They rather lie and say there is something wrong with me.

Because I grew up in an area where people have money, the NYPD keeps dangling civilians they are friendly with in front of me. They try to have people befriend me under the guise that they are going to help me in one way or another. I can care less if someone has $100 billion, is famous, and says all I have to do is show up and there is a check waiting for $1 million. I’m not showing up. My GoFundMe is gofundme.com/markpine360 FundRazr fundrazr.com/markpine360 you can give a gift through PayPal on the side of this blog.

I know what I need to do to get back on my feet. I have to build myself up on the web, keep blogging and vlogging. Also, I’m trying to crowdfund various startups. If any of my startups or blog starts getting traction, I’ll be on my way. In the meantime, because of what I’m going through with the NYPD, I’m very careful who I let into my circle. The NYPD keeps trying to Donnie Brasco me with one person after the next. People I used to know growing up, people who are from my parents’ generation, and others. It’s not going to happen. I’m going to lift myself out of this mess. If anyone helps me along the way, it’s going to be on my terms, no one else’s.

Thank you for reading. I love everyone. Have an amazing day.

  • Calling the NYPD to cover myself.

Calling the NYPD to cover myself.

People I know pay the NYPD to torture me. It has been going on for years. Internal Affairs is part of the package. They physically attack me. I have been to the emergency room dozens of times around Manhattan in the last few years. They steal and destroy my property. They write me thousands of dollars in tickets for anything you can imagine. I’m not saying names because I don’t want to be sued for libel but one of the civilians who pay the NYPD to torture me was allegedly caught committing felonies involving women and the NYPD let him go. I am under surveillance as I am writing this. The NYPD has me under 24-7 surveillance. The United States Government putting someone under surveillance is like you or me buying a cup of tea. It’s nothing.

    Credit: NYPD Internal Affairs https://www1.nyc.gov/site/nypd/bureaus/investigative/internal-affairs.page

I don’t blame the members of the NYPD. In my view it’s the United States Government. This has been going on for decades. The reason for this post is the NYPD and United States Government’s civilian sabotage team. The big joke on all of us is that the NYPD has a large number of civilians that they use to run all types of scams. Use your imagination. One of the scams is to have women follow me around, slam into me while recording my reaction, pretend I’m following them, things like that. The NYPD also has women and men pick fights with me, while the NYPD supervises. They are ruthless. Some of the NYPD’s civilian sabotage team actually looks llike they would have been normal if they didn’t sell their soul to the devil.

Credit: Civilian Complaint Review Board https://www1.nyc.gov/site/ccrb/index.page

There were a few cases I saw in the news that looked like the work of the United States Government and NYPD’s civiliain sabotage team setting people up. I’m not going to say who, I don’t want to be sued for defamation. The civilian sabotage team is good at picking fights with people. The NYPD will bring them into supermarkets after hours, stores, gyms, subways, schools, etc. and practice with them. Basically have them run drills like it’s the military. The only difference is they aren’t here to protect anyone. They are here to pick fights with targets and have people sabotaged, banned from places, thrown out of places, harass people, and of course have people thrown in prision.

Internal Affairs is a 100% scam. I still call them all the time because you have to touch every base. In my opinion, they are low level cops with no power who do what they are told. The highest rank I ever spoke with at Internal Affairs is detective and that is not a particularly high rank in law enforcement. Regardless of what the rank is, the NYPD moves as one unit. People pay for me to be tortured by them and no member of the NYPD or New York City government is going to help me.

Disclaimers: I’m a civilian. I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. If you have an emergency call 911. If you have legal questions call an attorney. I’m not a lawyer. Just because this is my experience, doesn’t mean it is going to be yours. Hopefully, most people will never have to deal with this.

Now let’s get to the calling to cover myself. When the NYPD and their civilian sabotage team start harassing me, like right now, I call various government numbers and law enforcement numbers to cover myself. I know for a one hundred percent fact they aren’t going to help me. I don’t take it personal. The NYPD are the biggest … in the city. I wouldn’t want them harassing me if I could avoid it. Now when I call 911, Police headquarters, Internal Affairs, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, Manhattan Borough President, Queens Borough President, Manhattan District Attorney, Queens District Attorney, United States Attorney, etc. I just say it’s a CCM call and then explain what that is.

Even though the NYPD did not succeed in having my locked op, I have been homeless for the last five years. I sleep in chairs on the subway platform in Midtown or on the Upper East Side. I pick subway stations in those areas that have lots of security cameras. I’m making the best of it. Also, the NYPD goes into all my online accounts and impersonates me. For example, they go into my social media accounts and erase followers, they go into this blog and make changes, and they go into my Google accounts. I have double verification on everything but they just take my phone when I’m sleeping. Currently, I’m going to community college and I have an A average with a perfect attendance record. I have been to the emergency room of the hospital several times. They gave me an EKG, took my vitals, etc. They said I’m OK. I also eat healthy. Thank you.

YouTube video, Caught on tape: NYPD officer points gun at crowd
from CBS Evening News. This officer has nothing to do with my situation with the NYPD. I’m using this video as an example of how out of control the NYPD can be at times. They help people too, just not me.
  • The NYPD keeps having the Human Resources Administration HRA throw my paperwork in the trash.

I know a lot of people don’t think there should even be a welfare system. It saved my life, so I’m glad there is a welfare system. If not for HRA I wouldn’t be eating. I grew up around rich people. Several of them pay the NYPD and other law enforcement to torture people, set people up, hire teenage girls to run scams, things like that. They had dozens of women try and hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it so they sabotaged my web marketing business and made me homeless. When I say they physically tortured me, that is an understatement. I’m not going to get into all the gory details in this post because its too early on Sunday morning.

YouTube video, A New Year’s Message from Department of Social Services Commissioner Steven Banks
    from NYC HRA.

Anytime I deal with the city or government the NYPD interfere. They throw my paperwork in the garbage and they have people follow me into every government office and try to pick fights with me. I’m always respectful to everyone and I ignore the people sneezing, coughing, spitting in my face and crashing into me on purpose. I had to send paperwork to the IRS and the NYPD kept throwing it in the trash. I finally had to visit the IRS at their office on Broadway located next to the FBI building. The NYPD throws my mail in the trash all the time and the USPS lets them.

The NYPD also sabotages me with the welfare office. They throw my paperwork in the trash and I have to keep going back to the welfare office on 14th Street in New York City over and over. If the Police didn’t sabotage my web marketing business, I would not be on welfare. I do everything exactly as requested by HRA. It doesn’t matter, they throw my paperwork in the trash on orders of the NYPD. Below is a letter I just sent to Mr. Steven Banks, the Commissioner of the Human Resources Administration. One more time, I’m always respectful to everyone regardless of how they treat me. I don’t blame them for throwing my paperwork in the trash. The NYPD are criminals who tamper with people’s food and a lot worse than that. I’m always respectful to the street beat cops who work for the NYPD. The members of law enforcement who my civilian enemies pay are not dealing with people on the street and at precincts. They are at Police Headquarters and above that.

    Greetings Mr. Steven Banks,

I’m always respectful to all HRA staff regardless of how they treat me or when they throw my paperwork in the garbage. Also, the time they dropped my case for no reason. I still showed everyone the utmost respect.

I have brought the official paperwork from the storage company where I keep my things to the HRA location on 14th Street in New York City at least 5 times. To be specific, The Waverly Job Center located at 12 West 14th Street, New York, NY, 10011.  As you know, I have waited for hours and hours to speak with someone each time.

I rented the cheapest storage I could find. $34 per month. If I didn’t use some of my student loans to pay a few months of my storage in advance, my belongings would be in the garbage right now. I don’t understand what I should do? Should I keep going back over and over? Is there someone else to speak with about this situation?

I want to include a few quick things. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I have no criminal record. I’m 43 years young. I go to college and I have an A average.

I grew up around several rich people in Woodmere, New York and Westhampton, New York. A number of the people I grew up with pay the NYPD and New York law enforcement to terrorize people including me. They sabotage me every chance they get and I’m wondering if the reason my paperwork keeps disappearing has something to do with that. I am in the process of suing the NYPD. I have filed paperwork with Comptroller Stringer’s office. I’m also trying to create public awareness about the situation.

Please advise what I should do. For now on each time I go to the Waverly Job Center, I am going to record a video around the corner about what I’m there for to document they make me show up over and over for the same thing. I’m confident it is not standard practice for people to have to show up to HRA eight times for the same exact thing.

Most importantly, I will continue to show everyone who works for the Human Resources Administration the utmost respect at all times. Please let me know if you have any advice for me with this situation.

Thank you and have a good day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • The NYPD has thousands of civilian women and girls running scams for them off the books.

If you are a normal person and this doesn’t make sense to you I understand. The government has billions and trillions of dollars and most of us civilians are living check to check. Imagine the evilest people you have ever met in your life having billions of dollars. That is what it’s like dealing with the government and law enforcement. For example, how many times have you heard the FBI wins ninety percent or more of its cases? Do you realize how hard it is to get a dozen people to agree on anything? The reason, in my opinion, the FBI wins so many of its cases is because people are scared to go against them (rightfully so), and they lie, cheat, and steal.

YouTube video, Ex Machina Official Teaser Trailer #1 (2015) – Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson Movie HD from Movieclips Trailers. The NYPD had dozens of girls and women try to set me up, now I want a robot girlfriend.

I grew up around several millionaires who pay the NYPD and New York law enforcement to sabotage people all day long. Whatever you believe that the United States Government and law enforcement would never do, is where they start. For example, having women run scams for them and having their civilian sabotage team bring young children and babies on surveillance missions to use them as cover. No normal person would believe the NYPD has civilians running around for them and on top of that, they bring babies in strollers.

No one also would have believed what NYPD Alberto Randazzo was up to until he was sentenced to twenty-eight years. I’m surprised the NYPD didn’t just fly him out of the country. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did after he was sentenced. I don’t see the NYPD putting one of their own in a cage for three decades. I’m not saying NYPD Alberto Randazzo has anything to do with what I’m talking about in this post. I’m just saying he is a good example of an out of control member of the NYPD. When the system is as broken as it has been for decades if not forever, you are going to attract a number of Alberto Randazzo’s (NYPD Alberto Randazzo on Justice.gov).

I don’t want anyone reading this to think I’m a negative person. Deep down I love everyone. I was living a normal, carefree life and people I grew up with paid law enforcement to torture me and toss me headfirst into the street. If I had any criminal record before this all started, I would be finished right now. The NYPD had dozens of women try to hook up with me to set me up. I grew up around so many people who have the NYPD on their payroll, I saw it happening from a mile away. In addition to that, I was already more focused on getting my life together than dating. I love women, although I made a commitment to myself that I wouldn’t jump into the dating pool until I reach financial freedom. After what the NYPD and their civilian sabotage girls have done to me, I might purchase a robot and date the machine when I have the money. That is unless my attornies tell me the NYPD has figured out a way to have the robots set me up.

YouTube video, Who is Police Commissioner Dermot Shea? from the NYPD. I don’t know if the commissioner knows about all the women the NYPD has running around pulling scams or not. I know because the NYPD uses the women to harass me and try to set me up. I can’t speak for what the commissioner knows or doesn’t know.

If you are a normal woman reading this I hope I’m not being disrespectful. The truth of the matter is that no one cares if a man says a woman is harassing him. If a woman says that a man is harassing her, the odds are the man is going to have legal issues. There are people who work for the United States Government, law enforcement, and private citizens who hire women to use that fact to scam people. If the government offered you an apartment, car, clothes, bank account full of cash, and tons of additional perks to run a few scams for them here and there, would you do it? If the answer is no, God bless you, I hope you receive all the gifts life has to offer. The fact remains the United States Government and law enforcement has an enormous number of women and men running scams for them. I’m not talking about the men too much in this post because I’m dealing with the NYPD sending one woman after the next at me to harass me. They also have women and men try to pick fights with me. They will pull fake-outs, crash into me, any possible scam you can imagine.

I’m writing this post from a chair on a subway platform on the Upper East Side in New York City. A couple a cops from the NYPD just walked by. I said hello and was very nice to them. My issue isn’t with the cops on the street beat, at precincts, or on the phone. My issue is with the people I grew up with who pay the NYPD to torture me and the guys they pay to torture me. Regardless I am not going to lose my cool with anyone. I have no criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I eat healthily. I don’t date.

YouTube video, What is NYPD Neighborhood Policing from the NYPD. They are walking around and talking to people. If you are doing anything illegal in New York just know the NYPD has so many civilians running around it would be a miracle if one of them doesn’t see what you are up to. That goes for everytype of crime. Yes that means you too white collar criminals! Street crime, forget it they have cameras all over the place and snitches. I’m not a lawyer or law enforcement. Use this information at your own risk. Talk with a lawyer if you have specific questions. I love everyone.

I have been homeless in New York City for the past five years. I have a place to shower and keep my things. As far as myself I’m undomiciled. I sleep in chairs on the subway platform in Midtown Manhattan with plenty of surveillance cameras around. That is as safe as I can make it for now. When it’s warm I sleep on benches in Midtown. I’m also a full-time student at a CUNY school. I’m making the best of it and I’m doing everything in my power to get a roof back over my head. My dream is financial freedom so I can blog, vlog, and work on my startups. I want to be a billionaire and have a positive impact on society.

  • I’m watching the YouTube Creators channel and sharing my views on it.

There are people who want to fly under the radar and there are people who want to be famous. I want to be known by everyone on the planet and have a positive impact on society. I love vlogging and blogging. I’m hesitant to give acknowledgment to companies because my ultimate plan is to go into every single business and make it better. In regards to what’s out there currently, if you are thinking about promoting yourself on the web with videos it might be worth your time to watch the videos on the YouTube Creators channel by YouTube.

When I think about the amount of time I have wasted watching celebrity interviews, I can’t for the life of me understand why. That goes double when I find resources like the YouTube Creators channel. Part of the information held within the channel is common sense, some of the information is positive reinforcement and a portion of the videos are pure inspiration. The channel is motivating the hell out of me. That doesn’t mean I’m going to succeed, it just means I’m ready to swing for the fences.

I have YouTube Premium for students. I have downloaded a number of the videos and I have watched them around the clock for a few days. I have a lot of more videos to watch, in the meantime, I wanted to share this find with you now. More important than an in-depth review is hey, you might want to check this out.

To illustrate, the YouTube Creator channel gives you tips about how to get started with your channel, equipment tutorials, video editing tutorials, all the way up to brand deals, super chat, selling merch, and subscriptions. Also, in my humble opinion, the YouTube Creator videos will give you ideas that you can apply to YouTube as well as the other social networks. Not everyone wants to aim for the stars, billions of views and things like that. I do and so do a lot of other people, although you might only want to showcase various products and services on YouTube and web video for a niche audience. Regardless if you want to go niche or knock it out of the park, you might want to flip through the YouTube Creators channel.

I was surprised at how thorough the videos are. It’s one hell of a free education on social media video. Again, I’m not guaranteeing results. I’m saying if you want to have a chance of making a success on the web, it’s good to know some of the rules. Also, keep in mind it’s good to speak with an attorney who specializes in this type of industry to limit your liability. People are throwing lawsuits around like it’s nobody’s business. You have to be careful what you say on the Internet and in real life. That’s also not including the government coming after you. We might have more opportunities to earn money and be creative, although simultaneously I feel like the world is stricter than ever. You can interpret that however you desire.

It’s all fun and games until it’s not. Watch out for the haters. You might be a normal and productive person, I hope you are. A woman or man who knows the difference between right and wrong and wants to have a positive impact on society like myself. For every normal person there is at least one hater, so protect yourself. Don’t steer the ship into the ground before it flys into orbit. Be careful what you upload to the web because people can download it and use it against you forever. I always like to show both sides of the coin. That is why I like this channel. It’s shows you people who are treating social media/web video like a professional business and it’s nothing to be played with.

I’m working on startups. I provide marketing for companies. I also want to evolve into a motivational speaker. The more I become known, the more people who are going to want to deal with me. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t curse. Therefore, I’m not concerned about my videos haunting me in ten years from now. Even if you never upload one video into YouTube, you could potentially enjoy the YouTube Creators videos. Message to young people. You might be into one thing right now. In 10 years from now, you might be a totally different person. Be careful what you upload because it can easily close doors on you in the future. I personally can care less about what I’m uploading. I’m promoting ideas with the hopes of inspiring people. I want to be a motivational speaker and have a positive impact on society. My goal is to create my own startups.

  • I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy.

I am by no means a professional at meditation. I like to meditate when I can, to try and figure out how to take my life to the next level. Sometimes when I meditate, minor petty issues I’m dealing with at the moment distract me from thinking about the big picture. One trick I want to share in this post is the I am happy, I am healthy, I am wealthy strategy. You can substitute those words for any words that work for you. When I’m trying to meditate and I’m distracted from meditating because I have a lot of errands to handle like most of us, I will slowly repeat those words. I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am a billionaire. I have financial freedom. For me, it works. It blocks out the errands that are distracting my meditation and allows me to focus on the big picture ideas that will hopefully help direct me towards my goals.

I’ll say the phrases over and over, either out loud or in my head. I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy. It gets me centered. Then I can direct my attention/mind in the right direction for me. A lot of the time when I’m trying to meditate lying down I fall asleep. Not all the time, but the majority of the time. I like to meditate in a bath or a shower. That is my absolute favorite time to meditate. Laying in bed or on a couch practicing meditation is fun too. The only issue is I eventually fall asleep. I like to share any idea that works for me in the hope that I will inspire people in any small way that might help in one way or another. You can also search the phrase meditation music on YouTube. They have a lot of music labeled meditation music. I have found a few relaxing music meditation videos that I enjoy.

While I’m on a roll, I also like to search the web and pretend I have a billion dollars to spend. I think about what I would do to help people, things I would purchase, and where I would live. I’ll go onto various residential real estate websites and search through the most expensive homes for sale in New York City. In a perfect world, I will own several homes in New York City and Long Island, New York where I’m from. I would like to own a few full-floor condos with open views. I would also like to own a few townhouses so I can have my own building. Once I have all that and I can test them out, I’ll learn what type of living has the best vibe for me. Townhouse, hi-rise or combination of the two.

I think about companies I would start, lawyers I would hire, and various ways I will spend my time if I had millions or billions of dollars. I also focus on how I can maximize my current situation with the limited resources I have. My goals are to reach financial freedom, have a positive impact on society, and earn billions of dollars. I have absolutely no idea what the effects of mediation are, I just know that I like it.

  • The NYPD keeps running scams on me in the subway and everywhere else.

The NYPD keeps running scams on me in the subway and everywhere else.

People I know from New York pay the NYPD to torture me. The NYPD has regular people who work for them off the books pick fights with me, tease me, attack me, destroy my property, and harass me while the NYPD supervises. I don’t react. I just let them harass me. The NYPD has made me homeless. They tried to set me up and have me locked up but it didn’t work. The NYPD was successful in making me homeless.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I eat healthily. I go to school. I’m making the best of it. When its cold outside I have to sleep in chairs on the subway platform. Most homeless people like to sleep on the subway, I believe because it’s heated. I don’t sleep on the trains, I’d rather sleep in chairs on the subway platform. I usually sleep in chairs on the subway platform in Midtown or on the Upper East Side.

The NYPD has their civilian sabotage team harass me constantly. They will have girls and women they use to set people up sit next to me and pretend like there is something going on when I’m trying to mind my own business and sleep. The NYPD will plant drug paraphernalia and alcohol bottles around me and take pictures. The NYPD will also have people kick me and slam into me when there are security cameras everywhere.

I was just written a ticket for sleeping on the subway platform at the new subway station on East 86th Street and Second Avenue. One thing I find strange is that the Police officer from NYPD Transit District 4 asked me what my old addresses were. The Police officer wrote the address 153 East 67th Street, New York, NY, 10065 on the ticket. I never lived at that address. God only knows why they wrote that address. These are the types of scams the NYPD and New York law enforcement run on me non stop. They also wrote I refused to give my mobile phone number when I was never asked. The NYPD already has my mobile phone number, why would I refuse giving it to them?

I have contacted dozens of New York City government offices to report the NYPD harassing me. It’s been made very clear they are not going to help me at all. I’m not giving up and I’m making the best of the situation. Hopefully one day the NYPD will stop torturing me or I will get an apartment so I’m not such an easy target for them. I have stopped eating in restaurants because the NYPD has had multiple restaurants tamper with my food. I only purchase food at supermarkets. The NYPD has also had several girls and women try and hook up with me to set me up and I turned them down. Now they have young girls cut me off and slam into me while recording me with their cell phone while I’m minding my own business. I have called to report it thousands of times, unfortunately the New York City government lets the NYPD do whatever they want. Whenever there is evidence against the NYPD or New York law enforcement, they destroy it. They can care less about the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. It’s a big joke to them. Thank you for reading and have a good day.

  • Making the best out of a bad situation.

I’ve had it good and bad. Currently, I’m dealing with a mess of epic proportions. Before I get into the mess, I want to share positivity. Regardless of how bad you might have it, you only have one life to live. Make the best of it. Why do certain people have relatively easy and carefree lives to live and others are dealing with hell seven days a week? I have no idea. I guess the world is like that for some reason.

Before I go any further. Disclaimers: Use this information at your own risk. I’m not a doctor. I’m not a lawyer. Results are not guaranteed. All information is subject to change.

My opinion is do not turn to smoking, do not turn to alcohol, do not turn to partying, and try to eat as healthy as possible. When the future is uncertain, people might stop taking care of themselves. Believe me, you want to live. The older you get the more you realize you want to stick around on this earth as long as possible. I’m 43 years young and I want to live regardless of how much negativity I have to deal with on a daily basis.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I eat healthily. I started out life in a decent place. Nassau County on Long Island. I went to Hewlett High School and I grew up in Woodmere, New York. I didn’t have any money growing up but my family took care of everything. Food, clothes, etc. I never had a great relationship with my parents. About 10 years ago my life was turned upside down. I was providing web marketing services for companies and everything was moving in the right direction. The sky was the limit. Hopefully, it still is.

To make a long story short people I know paid the NYPD and New York law enforcement to torture me. Thank God I do not have a criminal record. If I had a criminal record before the people who I know paid the NYPD to torture me, I would be in prison right now. I’m always polite to everyone in person, including the Police, even though they torture me. There is no point in giving people a reason to lie and say you’re out of control. When I was growing up I would see people complain about the Police on TV every once in a while. Now that I see first hand how dirty the Police play I can not believe it. The average person has no idea how evil the Police are. Of course, if you have an emergency call 911. Just because this is my experience doesn’t mean it will be yours. I’m just making the point that the Police will set you up in a New York minute regardless if you are innocent or not and not lose one second of sleep about it.

The reason I share this with you is that I know others have it as bad as me. You might be living in an unsafe situation, you might be broke, you might be in a shelter, you might be homeless, you might be in a relationship that isn’t beneficial for you. I’m not sure about other states but as evil and corrupt as New York is they do have a lot of services if you go bust financially. They have food stamps, cash assistance, shelters, job placement, free job training, free clothes from churches, and things like that.

I’m homeless right now. I was assigned to a homeless shelter in Jamaica, Queens. I wouldn’t go back there if you offered me $10 million dollars to sleep there for one night. That’s not because the shelter was so bad, it is because the Police were harassing me there 24-7. I’m a Midtown and Upper East Side person. I sleep in chairs on the subway platform when its cold and I sleep on benches outside when it’s warm. Come to think of it there were some shootings around the shelter in Jamaica, Queens. Still, besides the Police and their civilian sabotage team harassing me, I felt safe. On a scale of one to ten of safety, I felt like a six.

The library has free computers to use. There are benefits from the government. If money is not the issue, I’m telling you right now think long term. All the stuff in the news about global warming and climate change might be real but it doesn’t mean throw your life away. Believe me, rich people aren’t. I was watching videos on YouTube about the effects of alcohol and smoking on the body. For the most part, the effects are negative. There are videos also saying how a little bit of alcohol is beneficial for the body. Again, I’m not a doctor. Talk with a doctor if you want specifics. I stay away from alcohol, I don’t drink at all. In my opinion, it’s a waste of money.

If you are frustrated, make the best of it. Seek out the help you need. Again, I’m not sure about other places, in New York there is a lot of support available for people. For example, I get food stampes, cash assistance, student loans, and additional benefits. It’s not that much in total but it’s enough to survive. I’m broke and homeless and I’m going to college. I’m making the best of my situation.

If you are comfortable or rich and you are having problems don’t throw your life away with partying. I promise you, you will regret it. My dream is financial freedom. I want to have a nice secure place to live. Money for food. I want to be able to spend my time how I desire without having to work a job I don’t want to do just to survive. In a perfect world, I’d like to blog, vlog and work on my startups.

The Police and their civilian sabotage team tease and harass me constantly. I’m not turning to drinking or smoking. I don’t fight back either. The other day I was attacked by someone who works for the Police. She started pushing me around the subway and stole my brand new unlimited monthly MetroCard out of my wallet. If I would have fought back there would be ten witnesses saying I started it. That I know for a fact. I went to the NYPD 17th Precinct for a Police report and they said no. Big surprise.

At the end of the day, you have to make the best out of your situation. To everyone who is trying to lift themselves up out of a nightmare situation all over the world don’t give up. I am rooting for you. Don’t throw your life away. I have seen numerous people throughout the years lift themselves up from almost nothing and now they are living comfortable and productive lives. Time is going to fly regardless. Do everything you can to set yourself up for a better life and at least you can say you tried. Don’t sabotage yourself because of frustration.

  • I’m working on a startup to try and create opportunities for people.

I’m working on a startup to try and create jobs and opportunities for people. The plan is to give people the ability to sell products locally that are for the most part being sold in stores. I want to supply products to individuals that are in high demand. For example, shirts, pants, dress socks, sports socks, underwear, and other products that I work out are legal to sell. The aim is to provide local sellers with various products that are the same quality as you find in stores for less money. People can sell products from their homes, from tables on the sidewalk, from churches, and other places we figure out.

YouTube video for direct sales startup crowdfunding.

Before I go any further, disclaimers: Use this information at your own risk. Results are not guaranteed. All information is subject to change. I’m not an attorney. This is not an investment opportunity. This is a high-risk startup.

I’m going to have attorneys guiding me to make sure I follow the laws and limit liability. My thought process is if I remove the retail rents that companies have to pay from transactions, I can sell products at a lower price. In addition to retail rents, stores have to pay insurance, electricity, the staff, and additional bills. If I provide the products directly to local independent contractors or small business owners, I remove a lot of the overhead. I buy sports socks all the time and they are expensive. I think the cost is about $10 and up for 6 pairs of sweat socks.

What is the actual cost of the socks? Let’s say I can get the same exact socks for $1 for six pairs. I sell them to my network for $3. Then they sell them to the public for $5. I have no idea what the actual numbers are. I’m using socks as an example. The numbers seem reasonable. I will go through thousands of products to figure out what has the best margins and is in the highest demand. Would you rather buy products from local people and support the local economy, while simultaneously saving money for the exact same quality items? Or would you rather buy the same products from a company where the majority of the money goes to a billionaire somewhere and they can care less if you drop dead?

There is nothing wrong with working for minimum wage. I’ve done it. Most of us have done it. The minimum wage and slightly above should not be the only option. This country was founded on small businesses. I want to help create thousands of small businesses. People who can make their own hours, work for themselves, and build up their own clientele. There are too many areas where everyone is living check to check, working for a huge company for minimum wage. The employees are replaceable in one second flat and in some cases the big company can care less about them.

I’m trying to figure out how to remove the big company from the equation. Let’s remove the huge corporation from the picture. While we are at it, let’s remove the retail rent and landlord from the transaction. Those two alone are a massive expense. Add in insurance and other bills and I will be able to prove my sellers the opportunity to sell awesome products into the community for lower prices than they are paying now.

I want to provide people the opportunity to be their own boss. I want to help people save money on items that are almost mandatory to buy. Why do I need a huge corporation to purchase socks? They are making them all over the place. Factories can’t unload them fast and cheap enough. Most factories would rather do business with a fair person like me instead of a large corporation putting them under pressure the whole time.

Of course, this is in the early stages and I’m going to have to work out all the details. If this startup by some miracle works, the large companies who I take workers and sales from are going to have me put under a microscope by the government and law enforcement. I’m ready for it and I’m prepared for it. You see little guys like me pop up and start talking about change. The next thing you know they are hauling the person to prison. That is not going to happen with me.

I’m the perfect person to run this operation. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I have no criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I do everything by the book. I want to have a positive impact on society. I love everyone. I always act like the Police, FBI, and IRS are watching my every move. In my humble opinion, everyone should act like that. Who wants to lose sleep that something you did in the past is going to be discovered. The government and law enforcement has unlimited technology and resources.

Why would anyone give to my crowdfunding for nothing in return? The reason is that she or he believes in my mission. Without knocking anyone too much, I believe people need more options. You have multi-billion dollar companies working on high-tech solutions to the future’s problems. What about all the people who are broke, living check to check, and working in dead-end jobs right now? What happened to the American Dream? Is the best we can figure out for everyone is to work for a huge company for minimum wage?

I want to give people something to get excited about. I want to analyze everything that people buy and figure out the best products we can sell locally without the stores and large corporations. There can be the main website that lists the sellers who want to be listed, where they are located, what products they have and things like that. I’m working on getting it off the ground. If I remove the retail rent, the landlord, the huge corporations, the waste, and mailing things one at a time back and forth, I believe people are going to pleasantly surprised at the real cost of items. I wouldn’t sell my soul for all the money in the world. I’m a good person. I want to have a positive impact on society. I want to try and make as many people happy as possible. I’m trying to figure out how to create opportunities for people who no one else is thinking about. We are allowing big corporations to take all the money out of our communities and getting nothing in return. I don’t buy into that system. Thank you for reading and have an amazing day.

  • I keep seeing a notification from YouTube saying keep comments respectful and to follow our community guidelines.

If everyone is seeing this message and it’s not directed towards me then great. Please let me know in the comments. Also, I just left a post on the YouTube help community forum. I know the rules of the Internet and social media. I don’t understand why I’m getting this message. On Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin I can see all my activities. Meaning I can go back and look at all the comments left from my account. I don’t believe I can see the comments left from my account on YouTube.

I want to make blogging and vlogging my full-time job. I would not jeopardize that by leaving inappropriate comments under anyone’s videos. If I don’t like a video, I keep it to myself. I only leave comments when I have something positive to add. You can look at my Twitter right now and see I never leave any negative comments on anyone’s posts or profile. If this warning is there to remind everyone not to leave bad comments OK. But if this warning is being shown on my profile because there have been negative comments from my account I would like to know.

I’m seeing a message from YouTube saying Remember to keep comments respectful and to follow our Community Guidelines. I don’t leave negative comments under anyone’s YouTube videos, so I’m trying to figure out what is happening.

I grew up around rich people and some of them pay the New York City Police Department and other law enforcement to tease, harass, and sabotage me. They go into my email and various social media accounts and impersonate me when I’m sleeping. They are able to do it because I have been homeless for the past five years. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I have no criminal record. I’m just broke with bad credit. Also, the Police sabotage every move I make. People think all homeless people are bad and it’s not true. There are a lot of normal and hard-working homeless people. I’m a full-time student and I’m trying to make it on the Internet.

Any time I try and record a vlog the Police will have people start yelling curses and blasting music to ruin my video. Anyway, I can’t stop the Police from going into my account. I would like to know what negative comments have been left from my account if any. I have a feeling there must have been some negative comments or why else would I keep seeing this notification? If it wasn’t for the Police sabotaging me, I would be in the millions of views right now. Instead, I have 1,000 views on my channel and the Police are leaving negative messages from my profile trying to get me kicked off of YouTube. They are that petty and then some.

With the little money I have, I subscribed to the student version of YouTube premium and regular Google G Suite. That is how important the Internet is to me. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you.
