  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about being put on probation for one semester.

    Greetings,

Thank you for the information. As per our discussion, I’m not going to submit any more student grievances under any circumstances.

I’m not contacting public safety under any circumstances. The only time I will interact with public safety is to say hi or thank you as I’m walking on and off-campus. I am always very polite to the public safety officers. They are very nice.

There is nothing that can happen at Baruch College that would ever make me submit another student grievance or contact public safety again after receiving a probation letter.

I’m going to continue to keep to myself in regards to students. I will continue to treat all staff, professors, students, etc. with the utmost respect at all times anytime I interact with anyone.

If someone pours a can of paint over my head, I will say thank you and then go wash it off. I’m not kidding. I love Baruch College, I want to stay.

I look forward to another successful semester at Baruch College.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I’ve stayed out of trouble for 45 years, even with being street homeless for the last five years.

I’m glad to follow the rules at Baruch College and CUNY.

Just to clarify this letter of probation is for submitting two student grievances:

A student tried to purposely crash into me in clear view of a security camera at Baruch College.

I suggested that more security cameras at Baruch College might make the school safer for students. I also suggested students have access to their attendance record in CUNY First.

I have the utmost respect for you and everyone at CUNY, although I don’t necessarily agree that I deserve to be on probation and I look forward to next semester when I’m off probation. I will be very cautious about how I proceed moving forward at Baruch College.

I assume there is nothing I can do to appeal this decision?

I am literally now walking on eggshells at Baruch College. I earned a 3.975 GPA at LaGuardia Community College. I have a 4.0 GPA at Baruch College. Now I’m one misstep away from being thrown out of school.

I’m going to continue to steer clear of interacting with students because that is where the majority of complaints come from at colleges. That is unless I’m working for RF CUNY.

I’m not sure how being on probation might affect my eligibility to work for RF CUNY, so I might not have to worry about that until next semester. I’ll lose money although it’s a small price to pay. The most important thing is to get back on track and off probation.

I will continue to treat all my professors and the staff with the utmost professionalism and respect. The staff at CUNY are doing a fantastic job of providing the absolute best opportunity for students. The City University of New York is a New York City treasure.

I’m hoping to start generating money and get off welfare before I graduate.

If anyone looks at the emails I have sent to professors (I give all CUNY staff permission to look into my Baruch College email account) since I started at CUNY years ago, I go above and beyond to be courteous at all times. I take the high road in all situations.

I am going to use the opportunity provided by Baruch College to elevate my standing in life.

    Thank you again.

I’m back to my studies. Today is non-stop Grammar lessons.

    Have a great day.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement has the NYPD 911 operators whisper when I call to harass me.

People I know pay members of New York City law enforcement to harass me every day.

I call NYPD 911 everyday when the police send people in plain clothes to tease me, harass me, shove their phones in my face, attack me, cut me off, and crash into me.

I contacted the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the Department of Investigations, Internal Affairs, and many others. They aren’t helping me.

If you have an emergency call 911. This is my experience, hopefully it won’t be yours.

When I call NYPD 911, the NYPD has the 911 operators harass me on the phone.

    1. The NYPD 911 operators yell hello and sir so I can’t report what the police are doing to me.
    2. The NYPD has the 911 operators whisper when they pick up the phone to harass me. I say to the NYPD 911 operators, why are you whispering on a recorded law enforcement phone call? Are the police telling you to harass me? NYC law enforcement is going to turn around and say the audio of me asking why the NYPD 911 operators are whispering was directed to people at Baruch College.
    3. The NYPD has people that work for Baruch College and CUNY pick up NYPD 911 and pretend they are 911 operators. Then they try and pick fights with me on the phone so they can say the call happened at school.

I’m under attack from New York City law enforcement.

They have threated to murder me with drugs.

They use incapacitating agents on me and cut me when I’m sleeping. They especially like to cut my arms, hands, and feet.

NYC law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

NYC law enforcement is friends with a lot of people at Baruch College and The City University of New York. I suspect in addition to the audio scams, NYC law enforcement is going to try and get a few people at Baruch College to lie and say we have some chance encounter somewhere in the city and I did something bad.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement just had someone chasing me around a restaurant, saying he worked there when he didn’t and recording me with his phone. September 15, 2021.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day. NYC law enforcement sends people in plain clothes to try and pick fights with me and sabotage me one after the next. They harass me in the subway, in the streets, and in stores. I have reported it to various government agencies thousands of times.

I was just in a restaurant on 6 Avenue in New York City. I was minding my own business, waiting to pay for my food.

Someone who was not in any type of uniform starts yelling at me and chasing me around the restaurant. The person was recording me with his phone.

When he first started talking to me I said I’m waiting in line to pay. After he started getting agressive with me, I ignored the person. Also, I don’t think the person even worked there.

The man left the restaurant and came back in with two police officers a few minutes later. The police officers said come outside. I said I’m waiting to pay. I’m standing in line not saying a word to anyone. What did I do wrong?

The police officer again said some outside. I said, I already started eating the sandwich, I have to pay for it. Plus I’m standing here minding my own business. Not saying a word to anyone. What’s the issue?

The police officer said, I’m recording you. I said, OK, I’m not doing anything wrong and I don’t have a criminal record.

The cops finally agreed to let me pay. I paid and went outside with the two police officers.

We had a quck conversation and that was it.

I suspect the whole thing was a usual set up by New York City law enforcement. The person who said he worked at the restaurant probably is connected with my college, The City University of New York, or the gym I go to or something like that.

The police run scams on me like this every day.

If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion. Verify everything yourself.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about a disciplinary meeting. September 14, 2021.

    Greetings,

    Thank you for the information.

First and foremost, I’m never going to use the student grievance form again under any circumstances.

You are making it very clear you don’t want me using the student grievance form and I want to be in great standing with the staff at Baruch College.

The whole staff at Baruch College and CUNY are doing a fantastic job running the school. CUNY is the best opportunity ever.

I wanted to point out that I understand your doing your job. I have the utmost respect for you.

I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes at Baruch College.

I don’t blame you for the disciplinary action because there is no way for me to know who is behind this.

I hold you in the highest regard.

As I stated, I will not use the student grievance form again even though every student grievance I made was about situations at Baruch College that I believe was appropriate.

In the past week, I submitted two student grievances.

I submitted a student grievance that I believe there should be more security cameras inside Baruch College buildings.

In the same student grievance, I requested real-time access for CUNY students to their attendance records.

If the professors are taking attendance electronically, I thought it might be easy to make the information sharable for each student. That way everyone knows where they stand during the semester from an attendance standpoint.

The other student grievance I submitted was about a student that I felt purposely tried to crash into me.

All CUNY websites say enough is enough in regards to harassment. I felt like I was being harassed.

There was a security camera in clear view of the incident. Were you able to view the video? I provided the time, date, and location. All classes were canceled that day so the school was 99% empty.

Both student grievances were a few sentences in length in total.

The opportunity that The City University of New York is beyond the best opportunity ever.

During the mandatory meeting, I’m not going to be doing too much talking.

I’m going to be respectfully answering your questions and listening to your instructions.

I’m going on the record right now that I have had people go into my CUNY email accounts that are on double verification and erase a bunch of emails.

I have also had issues with people sabotaging my social media accounts and other web-based accounts that are all on double verification.

The reason I mention that is if a student grievance is submitted with my name on it in the future it was not me.

This is a very serious warning. We are on the same page.

    I’m street homeless and on welfare. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record.

I want to stay out of trouble and get a roof over my head. I don’t want to be homeless forever.

I do not want to jeopardize the opportunity I have received from Baruch College.

I’m 45 years young. I know that there are always factors regarding the inner workings of organizations that no one on the outside can have the slightest knowledge about unless they work there.

I have a feeling that this proceeding was not initiated by you.

If it was that’s OK too, although I don’t think it was.

I hope to make you proud of me one day. There have been remarkable success stories from individuals who have graduated from CUNY. I would like to be one of those stories.

I’m working on ideas about how to create a nonprofit to help people living in poverty like myself.

Being a student at Baruch College gives me the credibility and resources I need to take my situation to the next level. Specifically, I didn’t even have a laptop before I joined CUNY.

There are a lot of productive homeless people just like me. Homeless people have a bad reputation. There are a lot of us that work and go to school.

I have an eviction on my record and bad credit. No one is renting me an apartment and I don’t have the money anyway. Thanks to Baruch College I’m working on changing that.

This semester, I have the best professors and schedule. The staff at the CUNY Edge office is amazing.

I don’t care if someone crashes into me, pours a can of paint over my head, and snaps my laptop in half. I’m never submitting another student grievance.

I would like to put this behind me and prove to you and everyone at Baruch College/CUNY what a gift CUNY is for New York City. I would like to use the platform to gain an education and go from homeless to home.

Will you be recording the meeting?

Am I allowed to record the meeting?

If you say no, I won’t.

One last thing I would like to include is about student groups and student privacy.

Every time I respectfully ask to be excused from having to get into small groups and pairs with students and work on my own, I’m told no.

I can only imagine what would happen if a student made an unsubstantiated claim against me because of a class group.

I have been repeatedly harassed by students since my first semester at LaGuardia Community College and at Baruch College.

I have no idea who any of the people that harassed me are. I never said a word or reacted to any of them. I just reported it.

I read there are thousands of complaints in New York Colleges from students against students every year.

I read that CUNY is spending a lot of money on lawyers to defend staff and professors from allegations and lawsuits brought on by student accusations.

I would like to be my own group or pair the few times it happens in my classes. Student interaction is a small percentage of the work for most classes.

There are several mainstream news articles that the complaints from students against students at colleges is out of control. One of the articles has a professor from CUNY confirming it.

I submitted a student grievance about wanting to maintain my privacy from students and not having to get into groups and pairs with students. No one ever responded to me about the student grievance.

I’m a people person. I like people, although I prefer to network outside of Baruch College because there are too many complaints from students against students every year.

If a student made any type of unsubstantiated claim against me, I couldn’t even imagine how big of a distraction that would be.

Why are student groups mandatory when there are so many issues arising from student interaction? If a student wants to maintain their privacy, it’s such a small part of the class, I don’t see why that can’t be an option.

That goes double for me. If I’m in a small group or pair with a student and the student makes an accusation about me, who is anyone going to side with? I’m homeless.

Another issue I can see arising is if a student in a small class group or pair ran into me outside of school and made a claim about me.

I’m available anytime tomorrow or Thursday.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement is editing audio of me reporting them into new conversations.

People I know are paying New York City law enforcement to try and ruin my life.

New York City law enforcement is editing audio of me reporting them to various government agencies.

NYC law enforcement is going to claim my words were directed towards professors, students, and staff at Baruch College.

NYC law enforcement already did the same thing to me several times before.

The same audio scam was used in the movie “Tango and Cash” from 1989. Can you imagine the technology they have today, compared with then?

New York City law enforcement will also have all the witnesses they need to back up their lies. I’m confident they will have video to go with their audio. Especially because I wear a mask the majority of the time.

New York City law enforcement has their plain-clothes sabotage team shove their phones in my face every day.

I’m always polite to the police when I see them in person. The members of NYC law enforcement that people I know pay the harass me aren’t interacting with the public. They are behind the scenes.

Use this information at your own risk. Verify everything yourself. If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion.

Thank you and have a great day.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.

I love Baruch College and The City University of New York.

    It’s the best opportunity ever.

My goal is to attend Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY or another CUNY graduate school after I graduate from Baruch College.

In my spare time, I’m working on charitable and entrepreneurial ventures.

I am working on raising money from professional accredited investors to create a nonprofit that will help people obtain state-issued licenses.

For example, a real estate salesperson’s license. I have to consult with attornies and make sure it’s legal.

I’m also working on trying to create several entertainment and media-based projects.

For example, a broadway show, television, and movie project about digital identity theft.

For example, people editing audio of innocent victims into new conversations to get them in trouble.

People editing videos of innocent victims to set them up.

People using video cameras to sabotage victims.

    People erasing evidence.

People impersonating others with email and social media.

It’s all about the ways people are using digital technologies to sabotage innocent victims.

I would like to create awareness to try and help save people’s lives.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about avoiding controversial conversations at school. August 22, 2021.

    Greetings Baruch College,

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I love Baruch College and The City University of New York.

    It’s the best opportunity ever.

I wanted to follow up about the warning letter I received last semester. I’m not sure how the process works.

I requested to see a copy of one email I sent to anyone at Baruch College that was inappropriate.

In regards to not emailing the security office, the Baruch College President, and the CUNY Chancellor, of course, I immediately stopped after receiving the warning letter.

No matter what type of dangerous behavior I witness going forward I will not report it to campus security. I might email the Dean or I will report it to law enforcement outside of school.

No one at Baruch College is responsible for the drama I’m dealing with that I was reporting. I’m making the best of it.

A perfect example of not talking about police drama at school is an assignment I just received for one of my classes. One of my professors just posted the assignments for this semester.

The first or second assignment is about someone who is being tortured by the police. Of course, the NYPD has thousands of hours of audio of me talking about all of these subjects.

I have called law enforcement and government agencies thousands of times including several times today.

I will not be sharing any of my personal experiences about people I know paying New York City law enforcement to torture me with any of my classes, professors, students, Baruch College staff, etc.

The issues between the police and myself only have one solution and that’s money. I need money so I’m not such an easy mark for them. I need to figure out how to earn money outside of school.

I don’t need to get kicked out of Baruch College for talking or emailing about the police and their civilian team harassing me every day. I contact government agencies outside of school every day. There are appropriate places to discuss these topics and that is only outside of school.

When the assignment regarding this article is discussed in my class, I’m not going to say one negative word about the police. Moreover, I’m not going to say one word about people I grew up with in NYC, Nassau County, and Suffolk County paying New York City law enforcement to harass me every day including today.

Even with all the drama, I’m making the best of it. I’m looking forward to seeing what doors Baruch College can open up for me.

In my spare time, I’m working on startups and non profits. With a little luck, I’ll have a roof over my head one of these days and I’ll owe all my success to Baruch College.

Getting thrown out of school will keep me homeless forever. That’s not my idea of a good time.

Please advise regarding a copy of an inappropriate email when you are available.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the Queens Library at Hunters Point about the NYPD and their civilian scam team harassing me.

    Greetings,

I have no criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team to harass me every day. They run around town and order people to say I’m rude and I smell.

One of your security guards tried to pick a fight with me already. I didn’t fall for it.

Then today I was sitting at a table, minding my own business. Two security guards walk up to me pretending like there is some type of problem.

I look up. One of the security guards says the room closes at 5:45. I said I thought it closes at 6. No big deal. I packed up my things and left.

The security video shows two security guards standing over me pretending like there is something wrong.

I don’t take it personally because if they don’t do what the police say, the police will have them tossed into the street in one second flat.

I mind my own business. I treat everyone respectfully.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about interacting with students.

    Greetings Professor,

First and foremost, I treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes professors, staff, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I understand that everyone is doing their best and CUNY is a great school.

Everything you’re saying makes perfect sense. I respect and understand your position.

I believe that my point of view is compelling as well.

    1. This is my situation. There are some students, including me, that are not allowed to choose their classes at the same time as other students. The students in my category have to wait 3 days after other students choose the classes they want.

By the time I’m allowed to choose the classes I want, a lot of them are already filled up. Therefore I am very limited with the classes that are available now.

    2. I have had several students at Baruch College and LaGuardia Community College single me out, insult me, and yell at me for reasons that I don’t know.

I never partake in controversial conversations at school. I also have no idea who any of the students are.

I did not respond. I reported the students to security and they told me the video cameras were broken. I was also told not to contact security again.

    3. I am in the process of speaking with City Council offices and other city/government agencies to try and be excused from having to get into groups with students.

The process is going to take time. It’s not going to happen by this semester.

    4. There are thousands of complaints from students against students and students against professors and staff in New York every year including several at CUNY.

In addition to many people who are banned from CUNY, I think there are some facing criminal charges.

I can’t even believe the number of complaints is as high as it is but it’s true.

There have even been professors and staff from CUNY quoted in the mainstream press about the alarmingly high number of complaints from students against students and students against professors and staff.

There have been mainstream media coverage of issues between students at Baruch College that I’m not going to name here out of respect for the victims.

Just to let you know a little bit about me. If someone poured a can of paint on my head at Baruch College or CUNY I would not say a word.

I love Baruch College. It’s the best opportunity ever. Baruch College has opened doors for me.

As I mentioned in a previous email I have been living in the street homeless for 5 years. I don’t like the shelters. I hope with the inspiration provided by Baruch College that I have a roof over my head one day soon.

So far at LaGuardia Community College, I had a 3.975 GPA with 36 credits. Clearly, I was not disruptive, I was a model student.

At Baruch College last semester I earned a 4.0 GPA with 12 credits. I believe my professors would say I was a positive contribution to my classes. With that being said I did not interact with any students.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record. I have places to shower and keep clean clothes.

I’ll be respectful to everyone as I always am. If you have to give me an F for keeping to myself I understand. I don’t take it personally.

On Rate My Professors all the students say you’re as good as it gets. That’s why I’m excited to take your class, even if it earns me an F and it’s the last class I take because I failed out of Baruch College.

I’d prefer to fail out of school because of a grade than having a student make up lies about me for unknown reasons.

One time at LaGuardia Community College I was in a classroom with a security camera. A student stands up in the middle of class and starts yelling at me.

I have no idea who the person is. I picked up my things and moved to the other side of the room. If I had any interaction with the student in a student group or any conversation the student could have made up any lie they want about me and it would be their word against a 45-year-old homeless person.

Another time at Baruch College a student started insulting me during a Zoom class. I ignored the person.

I didn’t even have a laptop when I started at LaGuardia Community College, I was living in the street, and I earned all As.

If a student asks me a question in your class I will respectfully say I don’t know and go back to minding my business.

I’m confident there are a lot of CUNY parents that would not want their children breaking into groups with 45-year-old homeless people who live in the street.

I mostly sleep on subway platforms. I’m going to avoid sleeping anywhere near Baruch College so no one from there sees me. Sometimes I sleep on the steps at the 77 St subway and places like that. Not 68 St because that’s Hunter College :-)

I promise I have never, nor will I ever be disruptive. If you have to fail me I respect your decision.

I did interact with students when I was working at the LaGuardia Community College library. I never had any issues. There were security cameras and I was helping students print their essays.

This is a tiny fraction of the articles about this topic. There is a CUNY Professor quoted in the first article. I would contact him and thank him but they told me I’m not allowed so I’m not.

Let’s say I’m talking with a student in class. A few weeks later I run into the student in the subway or the student sees me sleeping on the floor in the subway or something like that. Let’s say the student says I think that homeless guy from my class is following me.

What’s going to happen to me?

Who is going to stand up for me?

CUNY is spending millions of dollars for lawyers right now to defend teachers and staff from student accusations. It’s public information.

Anyone can say what they want about me. I’m respectful but I’m not interacting with students unless it’s to respectfully say I don’t know or I’m working for RF CUNY the HRA job program at Baruch Collge.

One thing about me is I am never disruptive and I’m never disrespectful.

I like people. I’m a people person. I’m just not socializing with students at Baruch College when there are thousands of complaints from students against students and students against professors and staff every year at New York colleges.

In regards to participating in class, I love to participate in class, with the teacher.

I used to provide web marketing services to companies for about $1,000 per month for each customer.

I came across people all the time who needed my help but didn’t have the money. I helped dozens of people without charging them.

My goal in life is to be happy, successful, and have a positive impact on my community. I’m not going to get from homeless to that position by partaking in risky behavior.

It’s clear that at New York colleges, everyone needs to move cautiously because there are thousands of people connected with New York Colleges, that have to fend off complaints every year.

Baruch College is all I have so I have to protect it.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about the NYPD paying civilians to harass me.

    Greetings Baruch College,

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I love Baruch College and The City University of New York. It’s the best opportunity ever.

Rich people I know are paying New York City law enforcement and their civilian team to harass me. There is absolutely nothing anyone at CUNY can do to help me.

I never mention a word of this to anyone at Baruch College.

I never get involved in conversations about controversial topics in my classes.

On Friday, I visited the Civilian Complaint Review Board at 100 Church Street in New York City (attached). I would like to alert Baruch College why I was there.

Before I get started, as I stated in my last message to you, I am one thousand percent following the guidelines you laid out for me regarding the chain of command at Baruch College.

You’re the only person I’m contacting at Baruch College and CUNY about people I know paying the NYPD and their civilian team to physically attack me, rob me, destroy my property, have teenage girls follow me around and pretend they are under attack, have women and men pick fights with me in stores, make up any lie they can to have me kicked out of Baruch College, throw dirt and garbage bags at me, etc.

The NYPD hatched a plan to quietly have me thrown in jail in Nassau County Long Island. The Nassau County Police arrested me last year and I have been defending myself in court ever since.

The first thing I did was respectfully alert the court that I would be representing myself. I politely told everyone, I’m passing on the public defenders.

Next, I let everyone know that we would be having a judge or bench trial. The police and their civilian team have bragged to me that they can supply the jury in cases that are important to them.

The evidence that the police had in my criminal case was audio of me from years ago, recorded while the police and their civilian team were physically attacking me, that ultimately sent me to the emergency room at hospitals several times.

The NYPD and their civilian team physically attacked me today. They also broke my arm and ribs.

The NYPD and Nassau County Police edited the audio they have while attacking me into conversations. Then they called people from a phone that they bought, with the edited conversations.

That’s what billions of dollars and not enough oversight buys.

I won the case. I still have zero criminal record at 44 years young. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal. I treat everyone respectfully. Even the people that get paid by the police to harass me.

After what the police put me through dating is out of the question. It wouldn’t matter if I was dating women, men, etc. The NYPD would torture the person. When I’m no longer homeless, I’ll buy pets.

Cointelpro is a series of negative coincidences. That’s US law enforcements bread and butter. For example, something negative happens to me off-campus that coincidentally involves a student, staff member, or professor from Baruch College.

Or there is some phone call that is taken out of context. For example, the NYPD has civilians who don’t even work for the police pick up government phones and pretend they work for the police. Then they have the people try and pick fights with me on the phone.

I had a 3.975 GPA after 36 credits at LaGuardia Community College. I was considered an honor student and was on the Dean’s List. So far I’m doing well at Baruch College and loving it.

According to the NYPD I’m smart enough to earn those grades but dumb enough to jeopardize the best opportunity for me in the city (CUNY).

I’m a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and I’m a web marketing professional.

The NYPD and their civilian team immediately approach individuals who are considering doing business with me and tell them not to work with me.

The NYPD and their civilian team have sabotaged hundreds of real estate and web marketing deals of mine on a conservative estimate.

The NYPD and their civilian team went into overdrive harassing me since I won the criminal case.

    For example:

    1. People followed me into X store next to the Baruch College campus last Friday. They were trying to pick a fight with me, cutting me in line, the usual NYPD civilian team scams.
    2. Individuals who work for the police followed me into a supermarket a few blocks away from campus and were cutting me in line, harassing me, shoving their hands in my face, and someone threw an unlit cigarette at me.
    3. Next, I was walking on East 34th Street and 3rd Avenue in New York City last Friday. A teenage girl wearing spandex and a short shirt ran in front of me so I would stop video recording the city with my phone. I do video tours of New York City with my smartphone for social media.

I stopped recording. Then in front of a store on East 34th Street and 3rd Avenue in New York City a girl wearing a very short skirt, also a teenager, started taking pictures or videos of me while acting like she was under attack. The NYPD has ambushed me like that so many times I can’t put a number on it.

Why am I reporting this to you? It’s less than 10 blocks from Baruch College. Also, the people the NYPD are using to harass me are in their teens and twenties. College age.

The NYPD or anyone can make up any lie about me that they want. The difference now is that I just beat a fabricated case that proves the police are trying to set me up.

The criminal case I just won also shows the types of scams that law enforcement is using against people.

There was no victim in my criminal case. The Nassau County Police said they were the victim.

The Nassau County Police said that when the NCPD and their civilian team were harassing me and I called to report it, the calls were illegal.

One time police officers from the NCPD 6th Precinct met me in the street. We had a nice conversation. Eveyone was respectful to each other.

For them to turn around and say they were a victim to me is absurd.

The criminal case was the Nassau County Police, NYPD, and the Nassau County District Attorney vs me.

They all have almost unlimited money and resources. I have nothing. I represented myself and beat the case.

I also stayed on top of all my schoolwork while this was going on.

There are a few public places I can charge my laptop and phone.

One of the places I charge my devices all the time is Murray Hill Mews Public Plaza on East 37th Street and 3rd Avenue in Manhattan.

I’m at the Murray Hills Mews Public Plaza 7 days a week.

I also charge my devices in Long Island City. There is a library by the water with outdoor outlets.

The only issue with LIC is the NYPD has so many girls who work for them harass me on the subways over there it’s ridiculous. By the time I get there, I’m ready to take a nap.

It’s doubtful that the NYPD is going to arrest me again and have me beat two cases in a row. Eventually, the press and social media are going to find out what the NYPD is doing to me.

I’m already getting thousands of hits on the internet exposing the police for what they are doing to me. It’s only a matter of time before someone comes out of the woodwork and puts an end to the NYPD abusing me.

Instead of arresting me, the NYPD will keep coming at me with one scam after the next. For example, I have been calling NYPD 911 dozens of times per day while the NYPD and their civilian team have been harassing me around the clock.

I’m not mentioning this to anyone else.

    1. A student started yelling at me for no reason at LaGuardia Community College in a classroom with a security camera. I contacted security and they said the camera was broken. Then someone went into my email that is on double verification and erased the emails. I did not react at all. I don’t care if a student punches me in the face I will not react. I’ll just email you and maybe the police.
    2. A student was harassing me right in front of the doors at BMCC. I contacted everyone over there and no one responded. I went to the public safety office and they never followed up. I did not react at all to the student that was harassing me for no reason.
    3. A female student grabbed me around the waist at LaGuardia in front of security cameras. I ran away. I didn’t report that one right away, because I was new at school and I was already dealing with so much drama from the police I’m used to it.
    4. There have been other instances but I only mention the ones that are caught on video.

I’m about to file a lawsuit against the NYPD. I’ve already gone through the process with the New York City Comptroller’s office. I had a hearing with an attorney for New York City and I approved the transcript.

All I have to do is file the NYPD lawsuit with the court at 60 Centre Street.

The NYPD and the people I grew up with that pay them to sabotage people are trying to get me thrown out of Baruch College. That is their number one plan right now.

I went to the Civilian Complaint review board yesterday. The CCRB investigator told me she would refer my case to NYPD Internal Affairs. I have been in contact with NYPD Internal Affairs since 2015. They are not helping me at all.

The main point of this email is that the NYPD has teenagers harassing me within blocks of Baruch College.

The NYPD has billions of dollars a year to play with. This is one of the ways they spend the money.

This is why I keep to myself at school. I treat all staff and professors with the utmost respect at all times. I keep to myself in regards to students.

The times I have interacted with students I was respectful and concise. I don’t get into any personal conversations with students or anyone at school.

I used to work at the library at LaGuardia Community College. I would help students print their homework to give to their professors.

I have the utmost respect for the job you are doing at Baruch College.

I have the utmost respect for everyone at Baruch College including staff, professors, students, etc.

I’m walking on eggshells until I have enough money where the police can’t just wipe the floor with me every day and I can legally sue and expose them for what they are doing to me and many others.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine
