  • Opinion: Law enforcement and their off the books civilian lie and scam team harassing me at the gym. November 22, 2023. 7:15 PM.

    Greetings,

This has nothing to do with the gym where I belong or any of the gym staff.

Law enforcement is spending millions of dollars harassing me. People I know pay them to run scams on me.

For example, law enforcement pays civilian women and men who run scams
for them off the books to harass me almost every time I’m at the gym.

I ignore law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team.

I’m in Midtown. Manhattan, New York City.

    It’s November 22, 2023, at about 7:15 PM.

When I was about to enter the gym I saw a large number of people going
in and out of the gym at the same time.

I patiently waited for them to go before me.

Then when I walked into the gym there were two people standing by the door.

I politely said can I please walk around you to one of the people.

The person moved a little bit and that was it.

Then I started walking up the stairs into the gym.

I said to myself I want to see if the two people were just standing by
the door as I was walking in and the minute I walked past they moved.

Of course, that was the case.

The person I politely asked if I could walk around him of course
walked up to the person at the front desk to make up some lies about
me as per law enforcement’s blueprint and then walked out.

Law enforcement sometimes has 5 to 10 people or more harassing me at a
    time in the locker room.

Law enforcement has had their civilian lie and scam team harass me
hundreds if not thousands of times in the locker room.

    I just ignore them.

For example, law enforcement has people throw garbage and drug
paraphernalia around me, they shove their phones in my face, block me
from walking, crash into me, etc.

    I never say a word.

I just politely asked someone if I could walk around them in the lobby
of the gym and the person went running to the gym staff member at the
counter to tell on me as if the person was held up at gunpoint.

Law enforcement runs the exact same scams on me everywhere I go.

If you look at the security cameras it’s so obvious what just happened.

As soon as I’m about to walk in law enforcement has a bunch of people
ready to cut me off and crash into me.

Then after I patiently waited for them all to move, law enforcement has
two people line up by the door to play their little “he cut me off and
    is rude game.”

I politely ask to go around a person.

The second I’m out of view one of the people leaves and the other goes
    running to tell on me.

Law enforcement is spending unlimited millions of dollars running scams on me.

For example, law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team
harass me constantly at Baruch College, supermarkets, subway, etc.

There were people harassing me on the way to the gym and I was on the
phone with the Baltimore FBI bank robbery extension.

Of course, the FBI can care less about civilians being harassed by law
    enforcement.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the people I know that pay law enforcement
to run scams are paying some of them too.

The FBI has less oversight than the police if that’s possible, so why not?

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: My predictions pertaining to some of the scams law enforcement is going to run on me from now (November 19, 2023) until the end of January 2024.

    Greetings,

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

Therefore law enforcement pockets the cash and then spends millions of dollars of the government’s money running scams on me.

Law enforcement knows I get my next student loan payment at the end of January 2024.

Until then I receive my monthly money from the New York City welfare office.

When I try to find work law enforcement threatens or incentivizes people not to hire me.

Also, law enforcement is stealing my MetroCard money right now that I’m supposed to be receiving from the NYC welfare office.

Law enforcement is going to steal my phone at least 2 or 3 more times before the end of January 2024.

So far this year I’ve been robbed more than 10 times.

My phone has been stolen 5 times so far this year.

Law enforcement always steals my phones 2 or 3 times during the holidays.

Law enforcement is going to rob my next payment from the NYC welfare office toward my storage room where I keep my belongings.

Law enforcement already vandalized the storage room request for the approximately $68.

Law enforcement knows that the NYC welfare office gives me $240 per month in cash and they want to steal as much of it as possible.

If I don’t get the $68 from the NYC welfare office for my storage room then I’ll have to spend my food money so my belongings don’t end up in the garbage.

This has been going on for almost 10 years; it’s nothing new.

    Thank you for reading.

    Have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about law enforcement stealing my MetroCard money from the NYC welfare office. November 10, 2023.

    Greetings Dean,

I always treat everyone from HRA / TAG and CUNY EDGE with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.

This has nothing to do with Baruch College CUNY EDGE.

Baruch College CUNY EDGE is handling all my HRA documentation perfectly.

Every semester for the past four years I receive MetroCard money from HRA because I’m a full-time CUNY student who receives public assistance.

Last semester for the first time I didn’t receive the MetroCard money until a month after the semester started.

This semester, Fall 2023, it’s November 10, 2023, and I still haven’t started receiving my MetroCard money.

I would like permission to politely and respectfully contact the CUNY Edge offices at
other CUNY schools and find out if this is a CUNY situation or if just certain students
aren’t receiving their MetroCard money from HRA.

Again, this has nothing to do with Baruch College CUNY EDGE.

Baruch College CUNY EDGE handles my documents perfectly with HRA.

If the answer is yes, great, thank you.

If the answer is no, of course, I’m not going to contact other CUNY schools CUNY EDGE offices.

Please let me know if you have any additional idesdas.

Is there a student advocate or anyone else I can contact via email?

I’m also going to see if there are any City Council offices I can visit locally.

Baruch College CUNY EDGE submitted all my documents for Fall 2023 perfectly.

I mentioned the situation about the MetroCard and they said to contact HRA / TAG, which is the proper procedure.

    https://www.nyc.gov/site/hra/help/types-training-education.page

HRA / TAG told me there is a problem with the computer software at HRA.

I politely and respectfully asked if all NYC college students stopped receiving their
MetroCard money or if it was just a select group of students.

HRA / TAG I think responded by saying some students are receiving their MetroCard and some aren’t.

I could be wrong because they didn’t provide a definitive answer.

I also contacted HRA here and they are ignoring me:

    https://www.nyc.gov/assets/home/mail/html/mailhra.html

    Please advise if possible.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the NYC Comptroller’s Office on October 14, 2023 about my Notice of Claim to sue the Human Resources Administration (HRA).

    I’m not a lawyer.

    Greetings NYC Comptroller’s Office Staff,

First and foremost and more important than any of this, I always treat all NYC Comptroller’s Office staff and building staff with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.

Treating everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s Office and One Center Street respectfully is more important than any of this.

On September 21, 2023, I dropped off a notice of claim to sue HRA on the 12 fl floor at One Center Street.

One of the reasons is that HRA isn’t sending me my MetroCard money because the NYPD and New York City law enforcement are threatening the people at HRA not to send me my $100 per month or so MetroCard money.

Full time college students receiving cash assistance receive MetroCard money.

I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

Law enforcement told HRA to lie and say there is a problem with the computer software so they don’t have to send me my MetroCard money, although other students are receiving the money.

I just checked my mail and I still haven’t received the confirmation letter from the NYC Comptroller’s Office letting me know if there is going to be a hearing or if I can go ahead and sue HRA.

I just checked my online cloud account and someone went into my cloud account and erased my notarized copy of the HRA notice of claim that was stamped by your office on September 21, 2023 when I was there in person.

I’ll start over from scratch if you don’t have it. No big deal.

Also, there was a slight access situation when I was at your office at One Center Street on the 12th floor.

I went to the office where civilians can ask questions about their cases.

I rang that little bell in the office with a security camera pointing directly at it.

The people in your office said I have to slam the bell very hard or you won’t hear it.

I said wouldn’t that look disrespectful in the security cameras if someone is in that little office banging on that bell?

I just left and said I’ll deal with this later.

I’m also suing The City University of New York (CUNY) in the New York Court of Claims because they are allowing NYC law enforcement to run similar scams on me.

139678 – NYS Court Of Claims

I have an open lawsuit against CUNY and law enforcement is running more blatantly obvious scams on me at CUNY than ever and I’m going to prove it.

Law enforcement doesn’t care about evidence, they don’t care about oversight, they don’t care about lawsuits.

Law enforcement is running scams and they are confident they can clean up any mess after the fact because almost everyone is scared to death of them because they murder so many people and sabotage people.

These are a few they got caught for.

I suspect law enforcement doesn’t get caught for the majority of the people they murder.

Who is going to say something?

    Internal Affairs?

Please advise if you have my HRA notice of claim that I had notarized at 60 Centre St and brought to your 12 floor location on September 21, 2023.

If not, I’ll gladly start over on Tuesday.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College on October 10, 2023, about MetroCards for students receiving public assistance.

    Greetings Baruch College,

First and foremost, I always treat all parties involved in this situation (CUNY Edge/HRA/etc.) with the absolute utmost respect at all times. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I understand everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

    I’ll survive regardless.

In the past, full-time The City University of New York (CUNY) students on public assistance used to receive MetroCard money from the Human Resources Administration (HRA).

For the past four years, I’ve always received MetroCard money every week from (HRA).

If I’m correct, the public assistance students would receive the MetroCard money regardless if school was open or on break.

Then the MetroCard money was only given when school was open.

For some reason, last semester, the MetroCard money started a few weeks into the semester.

It’s October 10, 2023, over a month into the semester, and I’m not receiving the MetroCard money from HRA.

I’ve politely and respectfully asked Baruch College CUNY Edge about it, and they said they are waiting to hear from HRA.

I’ve politely and respectfully asked the people at Benefits Access Centers (BAC) – HRA located at 109 E 16th St, New York, NY 10003, regarding the situation.

They said they didn’t have any information.

Did HRA cut off all CUNY public assistance students from the MetroCard money?

Did HRA cut off all New York City public assistance full-time college students from MetroCards?

I’m guessing there are thousands of CUNY students who receive public assistance.

After all these years, are they cutting the MetroCard money?

Is there any way to find out if all CUNY public assistance students have been cut off from the MetroCard money?

I’m trying to find out if everyone was cut off or just some students.

I just had the idea while writing this note to contact other schools outside of CUNY to see if I can gather any information.

I’m going to call/email New York City colleges outside of the CUNY system starting tonight and see if they have any information.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to a stellar Baruch College professor asking for a later date for my homework.

    Greetings Professor,

I see that there are only two people presenting on November 7.

Can I please present that day too?

If not, it’s no big deal.

    I just wanted to inquire.

Regardless of the answer, I’m working on the speech right now in the library and all day tomorrow.

I was thinking a couple of extra weeks would be excellent because I have a lot of memorization to do for a couple of classes.

I have the essay we are being assigned this week.

    Plus, a few other projects.

Also, I’m living in the street homeless, and the cold is back.

Tomorrow, when school is closed, it’s difficult to find places to charge my devices without spending money.

Thanks to student loans, I have warm clothes.

Most homeless people can’t say that.

I’m wearing my winter coat right now.

It’s not that bad, although there is a lot of wasted time.

Everything takes longer when living in the street homeless.

I know not you and the staff at CUNY, although unfortunately, most people don’t have any compassion for homeless people because they think they are all drinking and on drugs.

I don’t drink, don’t smoke, no criminal record.

    Would rather starve than steal.

Homeless people can’t open a bank account.

Homeless people can’t get a PO Box.

The people who need a PO box more than anyone can’t get one.

There are a lot of homeless people like myself who are working or going to school like everyone else.

I’ve been living in the street my entire 40s, and I’m 47.

    I’m used to it.

    The glass is half full.

I’m making the best of it.

I know this isn’t law school.

I’m just making a little case for myself.

    I love class.

The readings you’ve assigned this semester have had a major positive impact on my thought process.

The readings make me slow down and focus.

    Please advise if possible.

    Again, it’s no big deal.

I’ll be ready for either due date.

If anyone asks why I was given the later date, I have no embarrassment at all if you say the real reason.

I’m living in the street homeless.

I don’t think anyone wants to trade places with me.

I believe in treating everyone respectfully at all times, no matter what.

Almost nothing embarrasses me at this point.

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Thank you again and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement runs dangerous scams in the street.

    Greetings,

You have to see this to believe this.

I’m more than happy to turn over my phone and bank records to share my location history with anyone who works for the government.

I have a lot of schoolwork, so I’ll make this quick.

    Yes, we need police.

    Yes, police help people.

There is a negative side to law enforcement that is much worse than most people realize.

When I walk and ride a bicycle around New York City, law enforcement has their off-the-books civilian lie and scam team harass me on the sidewalk and in the street.

Law enforcement has civilians standing in the street trying to cause accidents.

Law enforcement has civilians driving around trying to cause accidents.

Some of them are in commercial or livery vehicles.

Some of New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team members are just regular people driving around.

Law enforcement has civilians on bicycles and electric bicycles riding around trying to cause accidents and harassing people.

If anyone gets run over or hurt, it’s almost impossible to prove that law enforcement is running dangerous scams in the street.

All the people that law enforcement uses for the dangerous street scams don’t work for the government or law enforcement.

They are liars who will deny that they have any connection with law enforcement.

    A few more scams.

When law enforcement’s dangerous street scam team is on foot, they will stand in the street instead of on the sidewalk.

When law enforcement’s dangerous street scam team is driving, they will stop their vehicles in the crosswalk or intersection to try and cause accidents and harass people.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Message to the New York Courts about NYC law enforcement scamming me at Baruch College. I’m not a lawyer.

State of New York Court of Claims

    Claim no. 139678

    Mark Pine

    Claimant

    Vs

The City University of New York,

    Defendant.

    October 4, 2023

    Greetings Your Honor,

First and foremost, thank you for the opportunities to represent myself in your court.

The New York Courts and the New York City Comptroller’s Office are the only ones that helped me after, in my opinion, people I know started paying New York City law enforcement to tease me, sabotage me, harass me, rob me, run scams on me, blow drug smoke in my face, interfere with my education at Baruch College, and much more.

My mobile phone has been stolen four times in about the past six months.

I’ve been robbed dozens of times since law enforcement started harassing me.

These police officers don’t have anything to do with me.

They are innocent until proven guilty.

I’m just including this YouTube playlist, so if anyone reading this public document in the future tries to discredit me by saying the NYPD doesn’t include a criminal element, this YouTube playlist proves it does and its much worse than most realize.

If it wasn’t for the New York Courts, I suspect that New York City law enforcement would have spent millions of dollars to make up lies, and I’d have been kicked out of Baruch College months or years ago.

I suspect (know for a fact) that people I know very well pay law enforcement, state and federal, in several states to run scams and sabotage people.

NYPD internal Affairs doesn’t want to deal with it.

I can’t figure out if the FBI has any oversight besides 1 800 CALL FBI, which is picked up by civilians.

What can a civilian do to stop law enforcement from commiting crimes?

Thank you again for helping me remain a student to everyone at the New York State Court of Claims.

I always treat everyone at the New York Courts with the utmost respect at all times, regardless if I win or lose.

I have dozens of additional lawsuits I would like to file as soon as I obtain the money for the filing fees.

Currently, I’m living in the street homeless because law enforcement sabotaged my web marketing services.

HRA, the public assistance office, gives me about $300 per month in food stamps and about $240 per month in cash for bills.

I’m very grateful I don’t have to eat in soup kitchens.

    Plus, I get student loans.

Even if I win this lawsuit, it’s going to take years for me to get paid, if ever.

I wouldn’t have spent approximately a month of my food money to set this lawsuit in motion if there weren’t serious violations happening against me at Baruch College right now.

I’m in the Midtown Manhattan streets typing this note.

I take all the help from the government except for shelter.

I spent a few nights in a homeless shelter.

New York City law enforcement took control of my whole situation at the homeless shelter as they did at Baruch College.

Law enforcement had people harassing me in my room, in the food room, in the hallways, outside the homeless shelter, etc.

Law enforcement has been harassing me for almost ten years at this point.

The people I suspect (know) that pay law enforcement to harass me have been robbing and harassing me for decades.

Law enforcement threatens anyone who even thinks about helping me, telling everyone not to help me, not to hire me, etc.

I’ve had members of the NYPD walk into restaurants and businesses during job interviews.

I put up a website about law enforcement harassing me to try and get help from the public:

    markpine.com

I plan on having a long, polite, and respectful relationship with the New York Courts.

I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College, with less than eight classes left to graduate.

My GPA will go down before I graduate.

Hopefully, it will remain above a 3.0.

If not, it’s no big deal.

Even though I lost past lawsuits, “Mark Pine vs. The City of New York,” I was given the opportunity to document some of the scams that Baruch College/The City University of New York (CUNY) are helping and allowing New York City law enforcement to run on me at Baruch College.

I’m not mad at anyone at CUNY.

    I don’t take it personally.

I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times.

I never partage in any controversial conversations at CUNY.

I never mention law enforcement at CUNY unless it’s to praise law enforcement.

New York City law enforcement and their Baruch College/CUNY civilian lie and scam team are running more scams on me at Baruch College now than ever.

I have female Baruch College students crashing into me and pretending they are under attack on and off campus.

I have male Baruch College students doing the same thing and harassing me in the Baruch College bathrooms and everywhere else.

New York City law enforcement and their Baruch College civilian lie and scam team are still running every scam on me that I’ve ever documented in the “Mark Pine vs The City University of New York” exhibits.

New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any concern about oversight regarding harassing me.

NYPD Internal Affairs, Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, NYC FBI, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Office, the Secret Service, and many others all blocked my phone number after I called them to report law enforcement for harassing me.

I believe it’s the fiduciary duty of anyone at Baruch College to report to various government agencies that New York City law enforcement is forcing, threatening, or incentivizing them to run scams on me.

This lawsuit is against CUNY, not law enforcement.

I don’t take it personally that staff at CUNY are aiding and abetting New York City law enforcement to run scams on me.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

I never talk about law enforcement or anything negative at all with anyone at Baruch College.

I always treat everyone at the courts with the utmost respect at all times.

I’m not mad at anyone at Baruch College.

I’m used to law enforcement’s scams.

    Before I go any further:

This is my email signature on every email I send at Baruch College.

It’s protection from New York City law enforcement impersonating me and making up lies to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything.

I never partake in any controversial conversations at Baruch College under any circumstances.

When I’m at Baruch College, I never say anything controversial, not even close.

I’m always very cautious regarding the way I act at Baruch College because it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

I hope more people find out about how CUNY can help them elevate their lives the way it’s helping me.

If people saw how much Baruch College and CUNY did for me in the past three years, they would sign up.

Since I started at CUNY, everything I’ve said at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College is polite and respectful.

I never say anything at Baruch College to anyone that’s even close to being offensive or disrespectful.

If someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head and throws my laptop and phone out of the window, I won’t react negatively.

I will say thank you and walk away.

The same thing goes for the supermarket, coworking places, gyms, storage place, etc.

I’m 80% complete with my bachelor’s degree at Baruch College.

I’m set to graduate in the next 3 semesters.

My main goals at Baruch College are to treat everyone respectfully and graduate.

That is the end of my Baruch College email signature.

New York City law enforcement pays civilian women at Baruch College and other places to try and set me up as a stalker.

    It’s a great scam.

No one would believe law enforcement is doing that unless they saw it themselves.

For example, New York City law enforcement pays women to crash into me, pretend they are with me, shove their phones in my face, and many more scams.

I’ve called NYPD 911 thousands of times to cover myself.

For some reason, many of the NYPD 911 calls I’m making aren’t showing up in my phone records.

I’m talking with the phone company about the situation.

It would take me days or weeks to write up all the scams that New York City law enforcement are currently running on me at Baruch College.

For example, when it’s time to sign up for classes, New York City law enforcement waits for me to choose my schedule, and then they’ll add classes to the system that they don’t want me taking when they know I’m done looking.

I call the FBI bank robbery extension in multiple states to report that New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team are harassing me.

I call the FBI bank robbery extension to report that New York City law enforcement is running scams on me at the gym, Baruch College, Human Resources Administration, storage place, supermarkets, and many other places.

I’ve called and emailed the FBI bank robbery extension in multiple states thousands of times.

I call the FBI bank robbery extensions while New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team harass me in New York City.

    I’m 47 years old.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

Even though law enforcement won’t help me, at least it’s documented that New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team are ambushing me and running scams on me.

Law enforcement knows I’m one of the best in the country at reading their scams against me.

Someone can have millions of dollars, if law enforcement wants them it won’t help.

If law enforcement want to sabotage the person and the individual doesn’t know about the type of law enforcement scams on the way, the target/victim isn’t going to last long.

I’ve seen them do it numerous times.

Of course, law enforcement can do anything they want with me at the end of the day.

Thankfully, I still have a phone, food, and clothes.

Law enforcement is trying to take everything from me and have me walking around like the worst-looking homeless people you see in the street.

People I know are paying law enforcement good money to see that happen.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number, therefore they are going to stop it.

Or law enforcement would love to strip me down to nothing.

Law enforcement would love to get me in a cage.

I’d love to help expose them and clean up law enforcement too.

Right now, I’m blocked from accessing my Human Resources Administration Access HRA documents that show New York City law enforcement is adding people I don’t know to my public assistance case.

New York City law enforcement is adding addresses I don’t live in to my Access HRA account.

Now, I’m coincidentally locked out from accessing the documents.

Here is a screen share video of me being blocked from accessing the scam documents that New York City law enforcement added to my Access HRA  public assistance case: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21318249?key=900b980544628593851d28834591e992

I added one video to the exhibits showing New York City law enforcement remotely sabotaging my laptop at Baruch College.

I’m about to add several more screen-share videos of New York City law enforcement remotely sabotaging my laptop while I use the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

Even though law enforcement and the Baruch College staff are running many additional scams on me, I’d like to focus on how Baruch College is allowing law enforcement to sabotage my access to the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

Law enforcement has been sabotaging my access to the Baruch College Wi-Fi before the Wi-Fi for the school went down.

I don’t want to turn this lawsuit into a three-ring circus by using subpoenas for too many people at Baruch College.

I prefer to keep this lawsuit respectful and make the least amount of waves possible out of respect for the New York Courts and CUNY.

I love the Courts, Baruch College, and CUNY.

I’m using justanswer.com to guide me in this lawsuit.

I’m using awesomescreenshot.com and loom.com to record law enforcement remotely, sabotaging my laptop when I use the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

This is a lawsuit against The City University of New York.

I’m claiming that The City University of New York is allowing and helping law enforcement to run scams on me.

Namely, Baruch College is allowing law enforcement to use their spyware that law enforcement’s been busted for using many times to remotely sabotage my laptop at Baruch College.

I’ve started to provide screen share videos and will provide more videos showing exactly how law enforcement is remotely sabotaging laptop when I use the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

I’m going to try and find a cyber security expert(s) to back up my claims.

I have justanswer.com attorneys guiding me with this lawsuit for about $60 per month.

There are more scams I can prove, although I’m not going to turn this into a three-ring circus unless someone from Baruch College comes forward and admits what’s going on and law enforcement doesn’t silence the person.

The New York Court of Claims is the proper court for this lawsuit.

    I’m not wasting anyone’s time.

No one questions law enforcement when law enforcement prosecutes the same individual or entity five or even ten times.

There are thousands of examples of law enforcement and the government repeatedly charging the same person and entity way more than four times.

I don’t believe that anyone would dispute that.

For example, someone that’s been arrested for shoplifting a dozen times.

    It happens every day.

It’s no different with law enforcement.

There are scams that law enforcement is running every day regardless of how many times they get caught for the same thing.

I’m here to try and stop it, expose it, and clean it up.

If it was up to me I would double or triple the salaries of all law enforcement in the United States and tell them stop scamming or your fired.

I’m just lucky enough to have figured out a way to defend myself and expose law enforcement for how they are spending some of the government’s money to commit crimes instead of fight crime.

There is a security video at Baruch College right now that I’ve provided the exact date/time/location where to locate it with a Baruch College student that I don’t know harassing me right in front of the Baruch College security, and no one says anything.

I, of course, take the abuse as usual and don’t say a word.

The only thing law enforcement respects is the state and federal courts.

Law enforcement is running non-stop scams on me at Baruch College and everywhere else.

In the same way, law enforcement is remotely sabotaging my laptop via the Baruch College Wi-Fi, a small number of staff at the Human Resources administration are allowing law enforcement to run scams on me at HRA.

I personally like all the staff at Baruch College.

I personally like all the Baruch College security guards.

With that being said, there are at least one or two Baruch College security guards who see students harassing me in the Baruch College hallways in clear view of security cameras, and they’re covering it up because they know it’s connected to serious law enforcement scams.

Anytime I go anywhere law enforcement calls the security guards and tell them, watch him even though I’m 47 and don’t have a criminal record.

I’m not mad at the Baruch College security guards.

There are many more instances of Baruch College students harassing me in front of Baruch College security.

I don’t want to get any Baruch College security in trouble.

    I like them.

I think they are doing a great job besides the situation with me.

I have a lot of schoolwork.

I have a lot of things I can do to try and earn money on the web.

There is no reason for me to be suing The City of New York besides the fact that everything I’m saying is true and law enforcement is ruthless.

    One last thing.

I’m going to visit NYPD headquarters or wherever I have to go to round up all the police reports issued to me by NYPD Precincts.

My phone has been stolen four times this year and close to ten times total.

    My laptops have been stolen.

    My wallet has been stolen.

There are so many NYPD police reports from times I’ve been robbed and violated I lost count.

A person can’t obtain that many police reports without being a victim to professional scams and crime.

I’ll try and upload the NYPD police reports as exhibits by the end of the week if the NYPD will give me them.

I would guess that less than a fraction of one percent of the people in New York City can show ten NYPD police reports from being robbed.

Clearly there is something strange going on here.

Please let me know if you have any questions for me.

Thank you again for saving my education.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York City Human Resources Administration about law enforcement sabotaging me. October 1, 2023.

Greetings New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA),

Thank you very much for all the help.

I think that HRA is doing a great job.

I always treat all staff at HRA 16th St. NYC and everywhere else with the utmost respect at all times, regardless of how they treat me.

    I’m a full-time student at Baruch College.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

I’m 47 years old. I’ve been living in the street homeless for years, and I have zero criminal record with law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team constantly harassing me.

I’d say that is proof that I’m sharp, on top of my game, and making the best of the situation.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

NYPD Internal Affairs and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number so clearly they aren’t stopping New York City law enforcement from harassing me.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass me constantly. It’s been going on for years, including today.

For example, law enforcement threatens people not to help me, not to hire me, and to run scams on me.

I respect everyone’s opinion, whether they believe me or not.

The fact is that NYPD members have recently been arrested or convicted for murder, child abuse, domestic violence, drug dealing, and many more horrible crimes.

New York City law enforcement is running non-stop scams on me at Baruch College, the Human Resources Administration, the gym where I belong, supermarkets, the subway, and many other places.

I don’t blame any civilians for allowing New York City law enforcement to run scams on me.

For example, in my HRA Case, it says:

MARK PINE Current Lease 00034231898H 9/14/2023

The lease added to my HRA account is a New York City law enforcement scam.

    I don’t take it personally.

I’m not mad any anyone from HRA for helping law enforcement run scams on me.

New York City law enforcement had someone go into my Access HRA account and add an apartment lease.

I’m living in the street homeless.

I’ve been living in the street homeless for the past six years or longer.

I suspect that New York City law enforcement is forcing HRA to  add apartment leases to my Human Resources Administration case to sabotage my storage room so my storage bill doesn’t get paid.

I also suspect that New York City law enforcement is adding apartment leases to my New York City Human Resources Administration case to sabotage my student loans somehow.

I have other ideas why law enforcement is adding apartment leases to my HRA account. For example, maybe the persons address that was added to my HRA case is a drug addict or drug dealer, New York City law enforcement always teases me that they are going to murder me with drugs.

Maybe law enforcement is trying to get my whole HRA case dropped.

Please let me know if you require any information from me.

I will visit the New York City Human Resources Administration location at 109 E 16th St, New York, NY 10003, more often to try and fix this situation.

I never mention that people I know pay law enforcement to harass me and sabotage me to the staff at the Human Resources Administration Office at 109 E 16th St, New York, NY 10003.

I always treat everyone at the Human Resources Administration Office with the utmost respect at all times regardless of how they treat me.

New York City law enforcement has other public assistance recipients constantly harassing me at the HRA 16th St office.

I just ignore them. I’m used to it.

When mistakes are intentionally made to my Human Resources Administration account, I know it’s law enforcement running scams on me and that it’s nothing personal.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement can have any HRA employee fired if an HRA employee doesn’t take orders from New York City law enforcement.

New York City law enforcement does the same thing to me at Baruch College, the gym, supermarkets, and many other places.

For example, when I use the bathroom at the gym and Baruch College, New York City law enforcement has members of their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team harass me. For example, they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, place drug paraphernalia around me, place stolen items around me, throw garbage around me or at me, etc.

New York City law enforcement is amazing at running scams with their multi billion dollar a year budget.

New York City law enforcement also used to have people harass me constantly at the HRA job center offices before I started going to Baruch College. I’m not going to write the names of those places because they are non-government organizations and I don’t want to get sued for defamation.

Law enforcement runs scams with non-government organizations and hides behind the defamation laws.

My main focus right now is figuring out what is going on with the lease that was added to my HRA account.

The reason I even mention that I suspect/know that New York City law enforcement is forcing people at HRA to run scams on my HRA account is because I think that HRA is doing a very good job running HRA.

I know that of course mistakes happen when HRA is helping thousands of people, although this isn’t a mistake. It’s a perfectly planned New York City law enforcement scam.

In the last 6 months my mobile phone has been stolen four times.

In the last 6 months I’ve been robbed at least a dozen times.

In the last few years I’ve been robbed dozens of times.

I was issued police reports for some of the instances.

All the robberies are New York City law enforcement sending their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team to sabotage me.

Almost no one has been robbed that many times in Midtown Manhattan.

Again, I’m living in the street homeless.

I’m also not receiving the MetroCard money that students used to receive. I’m not sure if that is still something the government does.

I’ll patienly and respectfully stop by the HRA 16th St NYC office on Monday and however many times I have to go there to try and figure out what’s going on with the apartment lease being added to my case.

I do my Baruch College schoolwork while I’m at HRA 16th St NYC and New York City law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team blow vape mist and marijuana smoke in my face and then harass me.

I have a lot of schoolwork right now, so I will stop the note here.

Again, I always treat everyone at HRA in person and via email with the utmost respect at all times, regardless of how they treat me.

I’m not mad at anyone if they allow New York City law enforcement to run scams on me and sabotage me. It’s the Police. You have to do what they say, even if it’s illegal.

I don’t, although I’ve never seen anyone tell law enforcement no when they ask civilians to run scams.
