  • Opinion: This year at Baruch College CUNY I’m receiving over $10,000 in my bank account from student loans to pay my bills. Law enforcement is looking for any lie to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    Greetings,

This year at school, I’m receiving over $10,000 in my bank account from student loans to pay my bills.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to tease me, harass me, and sabotage me.

Law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about any oversight.

I have eight classes left at Baruch College CUNY to graduate.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I’m 46 years old.

Because Baruch College is so inexpensive and my financial situation, I receive a massive refund from my student loans.

Of course, I’ll owe a bunch of money after graduation.

Law enforcement is spending millions of taxpayer dollars to sabotage and harass me.

Law enforcement has absolutely no regard at all for the taxpayer’s money.

For example, law enforcement is tapping into an almost unlimited budget to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

Law enforcement has a Baruch College student scam team that is constantly harassing me.

Law enforcement’s Baruch College student scam team gets an automatic 3.0 GPA or higher without doing any schoolwork.

Law enforcement has Baruch College students harassing me during classes, in the hallways, in the bathroom, outside of the school, and everywhere else that I left out.

I just want to go on the record right now about my plans.

I’m making the best of the situation.

I’m trying to figure out how to earn money in my spare time with law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team teasing me, harassing me, and sabotaging me constantly.

Law enforcement has had their student scam team harassing me since I started at The City University of New York years ago.

Law enforcement doesn’t care how much evidence they leave in their wake.

Law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team continue harassing me without any concern about anyone that works for the government interfering.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t date.

I’m going to use the money from my student loans refunds as I always have.

I’m going to pay for everything I need for school.

The rest I’m going to use to pay my essential bills as far in advance as possible.

For example, I pay my phone bill years in advance.

I pay my gym bill in advance.

No matter how many times I detail all the scams that law enforcement is running on me to try and get me kicked out of every single place I go, including Baruch College, law enforcement continues running the same scams on me over and over.

This is my email signature on every email I send at Baruch College.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything. I never partake in any controversial conversations at Baruch College under any circumstances. When I’m at Baruch College I never say anything controversial, not even close. I’m always very cautious regarding the way I act at Baruch College because it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. I hope more people find out about how CUNY can help them elevate their lives the way it’s helping me. If people saw how much Baruch College and CUNY did for me in the past three years they would sign up. Since I started at CUNY, everything I’ve said at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College is polite and respectful. I never say anything at Baruch College to anyone that’s even close to being offensive or disrespectful. If someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head and throws my laptop and phone out of the window, I won’t react negatively. I will say thank you and walk away. The same thing goes for the supermarket, coworking places, gyms, storage place, etc. I’m 80% complete with my bachelors degree at Baruch College. I’m set to graduate in the next 3 semesters. My main goals at Baruch College are to treat everyone respectfully and earn a 2.0 GPA so I can graduate.

Mark Pine Baruch College CUNY signature on every email.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I’m going to explain how law enforcement is cheating the grading system at Baruch College CUNY. Law enforcement gets Baruch College CUNY students that law enforcement chooses, As and Bs, without doing any work.

    Greetings,

I’m going to explain how law enforcement is cheating the grading system at Baruch College CUNY.

Law enforcement gets Baruch College CUNY students that law enforcement chooses, As and Bs, without doing any work.

I’m not saying every Baruch College professor or staff member knows about all the cheating with grades at Baruch College CUNY. They don’t.

It’s a select group at Baruch College CUNY that knows about all the cheating with grades that I’m not naming publicly.

Privately I’m more than happy to name them to law enforcement if law enforcement ever gets any oversight that they don’t have now.

Law enforcement has hundreds of students at Baruch College CUNY right now that run scams for law enforcement. For example, they harass me.

This is how law enforcement cheats the grading system and gets them all As and Bs without doing any studying.

Law enforcement sets up a small group of Baruch College CUNY professors to “take care” of law enforcement’s student scam team.

The professors teach the class like normal.

The only difference is law enforcement supplies all the essays and the answers to all the tests, so the students get automatic As and Bs.

This way, if anyone ever asks law enforcement’s scam students about school, they will at least be able to generally explain the basics of the course and material.

Law enforcement’s scam students don’t have to study thousands of hours per semester like everyone else.

One day when people find out this is going on they are going to be shocked.

If there is so much of this going on at Baruch College CUNY, I can’t only imagine how much of it is going on nationally.

I’m sure every once in a while law enforcement’s scams students will do a little school work, although it’s not even 1/4 of what all other Baruch College CUNY students are doing.

This is not a reflection of the whole school Baruch College CUNY and it’s students.

The majority of Baruch College CUNY staff, students, and professors are not involved in any cheating.

I would guestimate that about a few hundred Baruch College CUNY students are involved in the law enforcement grade cheating scam and less than ten professors total.

There is no way to know for sure because law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight.

I’ve seen cheating at LaGuardia Community College too.

I reported it. I’m not sure what happened.

Then law enforcement has teachers accuse me of cheating when I can’t even turn a page on my laptop without law enforcement approving it.

I can’t turn a page on my laptop using the Baruch College Wi-Fi unless I’m using one hand to record my laptop screen with my phone to show that law enforcement is blocking me from using the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I’m calling NYPD 911, the FBI bank robbery extension, and the DOJ extension zero hundreds of times per day.

Greetings FBI, NYPD, NYPD Internal Affairs, and others,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.

New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes constantly teasing and harassing me.

For example, they rob me, vandalize my property, blow drug smoke in my face, cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, etc.

Law enforcement has students and staff from Baruch College CUNY pick up NYPD 911 calls and try to start arguments with me on the phone.

I ignore the people that law enforcement sends to harass me.

Law enforcement also pays women in their teens and twenties to crash into me and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their lives.

That is why I call NYPD 911, the DOJ extension zero, and the FBI bank robbery extension hundreds of times per day.

This way my location is constantly being documented.

Also, if I don’t constantly call NYPD 911, the FBI and the DOJ, New York City law enforcement harasses me much worse than when I do call.

For example, New York City law enforcement will pay women and men to get in front of me, stand in a single file line while holding their phones like they are under attack and block me from walking, crash into me over and over, etc.

When I start calling NYPD 911 over and over, New York City law enforcement’s civilian plain clothes lie and scam team will eventually move out of the way.

If I don’t call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team will drag out their teasing and ambushes much longer.

Also, New York City law enforcement gives automatic As and Bs to their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team members that go to Baruch College and harass me at school.

And of course, there is cheating going on at Baruch College CUNY.

I once reported a professor giving the answers to an exam to a student during the exam at Laguardia Community College CUNY and the staff I told could care less.

They didn’t ask for any details or anything.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about using my school email for a side project.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Everything is going great at school.

    I love school.

I’m 95% done with all my schoolwork for the semester.

My number one goal in life is to earn money so I can get an apartment.

In my spare time I’m trying to earn money.

Just in case I don’t earn any money, I’m staying on top of all my schoolwork.

In regards to school, I would like to attend any CUNY graduate school.

If I don’t get accepted into any CUNY graduate school it’s no big deal. It was fun while it lasted. I’m lucky to have gotten this far.

I’m not going to be graduating from Baruch College for another year or so.

If possible I will try to attend the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

I have a plan and I just wanted to mention it to you upfront.

I plan on creating a little blog and video channel to present to the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

I doubt the blog and video channel will ever earn any money because there is so much competition and I will need so many views that it’s doubtful I’ll reach that level.

The reason I’m mentioning this to you is because I plan on contacting people for interviews from my Baruch College email and this isn’t a Baruch College assignment.

This is something extra to use to try and get into the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

Any email I send, anytime I interact with anyone, anything I post on the web I will make sure is respectful and professional.

I don’t want to contact people from a generic email.

If I contact people as a Baruch College journalism student I will get better results because many people in New York City respect CUNY including me.

I have all the respect in the world for the Baruch College student news websites, although I want to interview people on video and post it to the web about the topics I want to cover.

For example, topics about New York City, careers, etc.

Also by some miracle if I can earn or raise money from the project, I want to own it.

Please advise if it’s OK for me to use my Baruch College email for the project.

If I don’t hear from you I’ll assume it’s OK.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the Baruch College Dean about not being able to use the Wi-Fi at school properly.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Anytime I’m at Baruch College using the Baruch College Wi-Fi it’s very difficult to bring up websites on my laptop and turn pages on websites.

For example, I can’t bring up any websites, documents, or anything for that matter unless I wait several minutes and sometimes hours.

For example, it can take 3 minutes to bring up the Baruch College website.

It can take 30 minutes to turn one page on any website.

Therefore I’ve started to document what’s going on with my 5 laptops when I’m using the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

For example, I’ll record my laptop screen with my phone.

I already have several videos showing what’s going on and I’m making more.

I always make sure that when I record my laptop screen with my phone that there is something behind my laptop.

For example, right now I’m standing up using my laptop on the 10th floor vertical building ledge in the hallway.

Another good place to record my laptop screen is in the little desk areas in the Baruch College library where the desks are sort of boxed in and surrounded with the separators.

I’ve noticed a strange thing since I started recording my laptop screen.

There will be times, every day, where I can not bring up any website or turn one page on the web when using the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

Then I will start recording my laptop screen with my phone and the laptop will start moving again albeit at 80% to 90% reduced speeds from how it used to be.

I never record my laptop screen unless there is something behind the screen.

Sometimes when I record my laptop screen, standing up at the ledges in the hallways, Baruch College students will crash into me from the sides but I just ignore them.

I’m used to having Baruch College students cut me off, crash into me, and shove their phones in my face.

I just ignore the Baruch College students when that happens and move away without saying anything.

If anyone has any ideas about using the Baruch College Wi-Fi please let me know.

When I have a little more video showing exactly what’s going with me using the Baruch College Wi-Fi or not using it, I’ll send it over if anyone can look at it.

I’ll also politely and respectfully see what guidance the Help Desk can provide.

I understand everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

I’m making the best of the situation too.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement has more audio scams on the way to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    Greetings NYC FBI and NYPD,

NYC law enforcement runs one scam after the next on me.

NYC law enforcement does not have any oversight at all in my opinion.

    No law enforcement does.

For every member of law enforcement that gets in trouble there is a huge number of them getting away with the same thing every day.

It’s a fluke for a member of law enforcement to get in trouble for anything.

I just interviewed people that work for the NYC government for a journalism homework assignment.

The homework is not ever being published anywhere on the web.

One more time for the record.

All the interviews are recorded with Tape A Call.

I’m not ever contacting any of the people I interviewed that work for the NYC government again.

If I ever see any of them in person by some miracle I will treat them with the utmost respect at all times.

I wouldn’t recognize them if I saw them.

NYC law enforcement has years of audio of me arguing, complaining, and reporting law enforcement.

Law enforcement can easily have amazing audio editors edit my audio into new conversations with anyone they want.

NYC Law enforcement has billions of dollars, tens of thousands of employees, and they run scams that are beyond anyone’s imagination.

One more time, I treated everyone I interviewed for my podcast homework with the utmost respect on the phone.

I’m never contacting any of them ever again.

If I ever see any of them I will treat them with the utmost respect.

I can feel law enforcement cooking up the next scam on me.

I’m 46 with no criminal record.

I record vlogs outside of college complaining about the government.

That has nothing to do with Baruch College.

I also complain about law enforcement harassing me all the time.

Law enforcement can easily have the people that work for the government that I interviewed for a Baruch College homework assignment pick up the phone when I call the FBI or NYPD 911, pretend they work at the FBI or NYPD, and argue with me on the phone.

I don’t remember what any of them sound like.

    I only have one phone.

Of course law enforcement takes my phone all the time when I’m sleeping.

I’m about to take a nap in a few minutes.

I am grateful that the people that work for the government spent time with me on the phone.

The only thing I’m focused on in addition to treating everyone at and connected with Baruch College respectfully, is making money so I can hire attorneys to sue the government for allowing law enforcement to harass me every day without any oversight besides the New York Courts and NYC Comptroller—when it’s supposed to be NYPD Internal Affairs, NYC DOI, etc.

There are plenty of videos on the web of me complaining about the government.

I never complain about the government to anyone at Baruch College or connected with Baruch College in any way.

Law enforcement can easily take the audio from any of of the videos and create a fabricated conversation with any of the people that I just interviewed for a Baruch College homework assignment.

I call NYPD 911 and the FBI every day when law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team are harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Today April 26, 2023, the NYPD was running scams on me in person.

    Greetings NYPD Internal Affairs,

Usually the NYPD sends women and men in regular clothes to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, blow marijana smoke in my face, etc.

When I call NYPD 911 the NYPD has the people that pick up the phone for NYPD 911 run scams on me and harass me on the phone.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times in the past 7 years.

I have given NYPD 911 my name, number, email, date of birth, social, etc.

Today April 26, 2023, early in the morning the NYPD was running scams on me in person and on the phone.

I’m not sure the exact time but it was after 1 AM in the morning.

I was sitting outside in the Hudson Yards area trying to use my laptop.

Law enforcement started remotely blocking me from using my laptop like they always do.

Law enforcement can remotely block me from using my laptop.

Law enforcement remotely blocks me from using my laptop at Baruch College.

    I called NYPD 911.

NYPD 911 started running scams and harass me on the phone as they always do.

While I’m trying to report to NYPD 911 that law enforcement is remotely blocking me from using my laptop, I made it very clear that I only want to report the NYPD on the phone, I don’t want to meet the NYPD in person.

What is a patrol cop going to do if people I know are paying the NYPD tens of thousands of dollars or more under the table to harass me?

Two members of the NYPD showed up in person to the outdoor tables in the Hudson Years area sometime between 1 AM and 4 AM.

The NYPD officers in uniform said that they were there because I was calling NYPD 911.

I said I told NYPD 911 I don’t want to meet with the NYPD in the street.

I told the NYPD officers that I’ve been to several NYPD precincts and they won’t help me at all.

The NYPD officers said they were from the NYPD 10 Precinct in Chelsea, New York City.

One of the NYPD officers in uniform told me he was from or living in Nassau County, Long Island.

I immediately asked the NYPD 911 officers if they could turn on their body cameras.

The 2 NYPD officers said no, they would not turn on their body cameras.

I got some video from when the 3 of us were standing there.

We spoke for a while about people harassing me and that was it.

    The NYPD officers left.

I’ve been to the NYPD 10 Precinct before to report people robbing me and harassing me.

I was denied police reports from the NYPD 10 Precinct at least 3 separate times.

People I know have been paying the NYPD to harass me for years.

The NYPD is claiming they have about 55,000 employees with 19,000 civilians and 36,000 law enforcement.

What the NYPD doesn’t tell you is how many people they have running around in addition to that.

The NYPD has a lot of women and men that run scams for the NYPD part time, off the books.

For example, the NYPD has women and men that set people up as stalkers and for sexual harassment.

The NYPD has people that start fights to get people in trouble.

The NYPD has their civilian lie and scam team harass me constantly.

That is why I pick up the phone and call the FBI and NYPD 911 and ignore the civilian woman and men that the NYPD sends to harass me.

I can write 100,000 more words about this topic but I have schoolwork.

I’m more than happy to share my phone records and bank records with any government agencies if they would like to investigate people I know paying law enforcement to harass me.

The only time I can turn a page on the web with my laptop is when I hold my phone recording my laptop screen with one hand and I use my laptop with the other hand.

If I’m not constantly recording my laptop screen with my phone—I can’t turn a page on the web.

Even when my laptop does work the speed of any laptop or computer I use is down 80% compared from before law enforcement started harassing me.

Please advise if you would like any additional information from me.

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Notice of Claim to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration.

    Mark Pine

    December 29, 2022.

First and foremost I always treat everyone from the New York Courts, HRA, the NYC Comptroller’s Office, etc., with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than any of this.

I’m going to be suing New York City for the rest of my life because New York City law enforcement is never going to stop teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me.

I would like to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) for $150,000.

HRA cut off my MetroCard money.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College CUNY.

Every week I receive money from HRA to purchase a one week unlimited MetroCard.

For some reason the MetroCard money is canceled for next week and going forward.

I contacted HRA about it on December 23, 2022. I received the following confirmation number.

Your City of New York Correspondence Number is #1-1-6078274

There is a chance that HRA cut off all student’s MetroCard money for the winter break or holiday.

If that’s the case then I’m wrong.

If all college public assistance students are receiving their MetroCard money during the winter holiday and only mine has been cut off then I’m going to sue.

I contacted a few government agencies about the HRA MetroCard money and no one has responded which seems a little strange.

I’m not 100 percent sure about this one because I don’t know anyone that goes to college in New York City that is on public assistance.

Law enforcement sabotages almost every move I make.

Rich people I grew up with pay the NYPD and others to tease, harass, and sabotage me every day.

I contacted the CCRB, NYPD IA, and the NYC DOI; they can’t stop New York City law enforcement from teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me every day.

That is why I want to be sure that I’m not the only public assistance student that had their MetroCard money shut off for the winter holiday.

I contacted the HRA Commissioner’s Office about the situation and didn’t hear back yet.

    I hope I’m wrong.

Could you imagine if out of all the college students in New York City that the NYPD or another law enforcement agency went to HRA and threatened HRA to shut off my MetroCard only?

New York City law enforcement has run scams like that on me several times before.

I’m about to sue the NYPD next month.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Email to CUNY Edge at Baruch College. July 21, 2022.

This is an example of how to treat people respectfully at all times. I wanted to share this email with the world to inspire additional respectful emails between humans.

    Greetings CUNY Edge,

July 27, 2022 at 10 AM is good for me if that is acceptable.

    A few quick things.

I dropped a class during summer 1 as I mentioned. Because I didn’t finish the class, the payment for the class became my responsibility.

Unfortunately and thankfully, I had been in the emergency room of the hospital twice during the class so I was excused from having to pay for the class which is awesome. That was very generous of Baruch College and The City University of New York.

Another great thing. I have been receiving my MetroCard money even though I’m not in school and I’m not working. Last summer because I wasn’t working for RF CUNY and I wasn’t taking classes my MetroCard money was cut. Needless to say, I’m not complaining.

I sent an email to RF CUNY and the Baruch College Dean about the RF CUNY fellowship program.

    This is it:

    Greetings RF CUNY,

CUNY Edge is as helpful as humanly possible.

CUNY Edge could not make keeping up with my Human Resources Administration documentation any easier.

I always treat everyone at CUNY Edge with the utmost respect at all times as I treat everyone that is connected with CUNY and Baruch College.

I’m 45 years old. I understand that life isn’t perfect. I just want to quickly bring something to your attention.

All the Baruch College students that are on public assistance are assigned hours by HRA to work for the RF CUNY fellowship program. The amount of hours can be anywhere from 0 hours per week to I suspect 20 or 30 hours per week.

As I stated CUNY Edge is as helpful and as great a resource as humanly possible. CUNY Edge is as great as it gets. This has nothing to do with CUNY Edge. CUNY Edge is just the messenger.

I don’t take it for granted how easy CUNY Edge makes it for students like myself on public assistance.

I have a suspicion that a number of colleges might be a lot more work and not as quick turnaround time for students on public assistance to submit their documentation to HRA.

I’m experienced enough to know that I have no idea who makes the policy for the RF CUNY fellowship program at Baruch College and CUNY.

Even if I did know I still treat everyone at CUNY, Baruch College, RF CUNY, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. That is regardless if I get my way or not.

    Here is the situation.

I was notified by CUNY Edge that some public assistance students are able to get RF CUNY fellowship program hours and others are not.

RF CUNY pays about $15 per hour if I’m correct. For someone like myself on public assistance that is a lot of money.

Plus working for the RF CUNY fellowship program doesn’t throw my HRA case into a tailspin like any other job would.

I could be 100% wrong and if I am I apologize for this note.

I suspect that there are students at Baruch College working 10, 20, and maybe more hours per week at Baruch College for the RF CUNY fellowship program.

Simultaneously, there are students such as myself that are designated by HRA to work 5 to 20 or more hours per week that are getting 0 hours from the Baruch College RF CUNY fellowship program.

In my humble opinion, I think it would be more fair if the hours were split up so that everyone receives some hours.

The last 4 semesters Fall 2021, Spring 2022, Summer 1, Summer 2, I’ve received 0 hours and I was assigned hours from HRA every semester.

I understand that I am not president of the universe. I’m not the CEO of RF CUNY. I’m not the Chancellor of CUNY. I’m not the Mayor of New York City.

If no one agrees with me it’s OK. Life goes on. I just want to bring this situation to your attention.

If you have any advice regarding this situation it would be appreciated.

Also, before I started CUNY I didn’t have a laptop. I didn’t have anything so I never forget how thankful I am for CUNY. I’m sitting in Central Park typing this message on a laptop that was given to me by Baruch College / CUNY. To not appreciate that would be insanity.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

I wasn’t going to mention the email to you but I thought since we were in communication about next week’s meeting, I thought to include the message in this note.

Clearly, I made sure to include how helpful CUNY Edge is.

The City University is all about inclusion so I just wanted to remind whomever is incharge that there are students being excluded.

Last but not least I’m working diligently to get off public assistance. I can’t say when it’s going to happen but in my spare time I’m using the tools (laptop, phone), and knowledge that I’ve accumulated from Baruch College and The City University of New York to try and elevate my situation. I have a feeling that my big break is around the corner.

Thank you and have a great day.
