  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement is drugging me to harass me and try to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    Greetings,

In my opinion, a fraction of 1 percent of the crime committed by the NYPD and New York City law enforcement ends up in convictions.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

I suspect the same people I know pay law enforcement in other jurisdictions and states to commit a variety of crimes.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, so it’s not a problem that I’m reporting them to hundreds of government agencies.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date.

Law enforcement chased away my web marketing clients, so here I am, making the best of it.

New York City law enforcement has a plain clothes civilian lie and scam team of thousands of women and men that run scams for them.

New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team don’t officially work for the government or law enforcement.

That would defeat the whole purpose of the scam team.

One of the many things New York City law enforcement uses their plain clothes lie and scam team for is to drug me.

For example, New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team blows marijuana smoke and vape mist in my face.

There are few benefits for New York City law enforcement drugging me.

    1. It slows down my productivity.

    2. It makes me want to go to sleep instead of spending my free time trying to expose New York City law enforcement for harassing me.

    3. It drains my energy for days.

New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team have drugged me hundreds of times over the years.

I’ve been to urgent care locations hundreds of times.

I’ve been to hospital emergency rooms hundreds of times.

My Medicade bill is probably in the millions of dollars.

In my opinion, many (not all) in law enforcement can care less about the taxpayer’s money and safety.

There are a few things I would like to clarify about New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drugging me with marijuana and who knows what else.

    1. I act customary.

    2. I might be a little more quiet than usual.

    3. It makes me want to go to sleep.

    4. It makes me hungry and thirsty.

I was a student at LaGuardia Community College for about a year.

Law enforcement drugged me dozens, if not hundreds of times on my way to LaGuardia Community College.

I earned a 3.975 GPA while living in the street homeless the whole time.

I’ve been a student at Baruch College for about 2 years.

Law enforcement has drugged me dozens, if not hundreds of times during the last two years.

My GPA at Baruch College is 3.8, with about 8 classes left to graduate.

I think all I need is a 2.0 to graduate.

That’s living in the street homeless the entire time.

Law enforcement drugged me earlier today (July 30, 2023), and I went to an urgent care location.

After I left the urgent care, I started to study for school again.

Law enforcement had their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drug me again.

In a little while, I’ll be headed to one of my favorite hospital emergency rooms.

I’m well known by many urgent care locations and hospital emergency rooms because I’ve been there hundreds of times.

I always treat all the staff at hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention a word about law enforcement to anyone at the hospital emergency rooms or urgent cares.

If I see NYPD Police Officers at the hospital emergency rooms or urgent cares, I treat them respectfully.

I’m very concise and professional at all hospital emergency rooms and urgent care locations.

I tell them the same thing every time.

I say someone I don’t know blew some type of marijuana smoke or vape mist in my face, and I feel bad.

They take my vitals, give me a quick check-up, and I’m on my way.

Today is a double-drugging day, meaning that New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drugged me twice today.

Law enforcement has drugged me on my way to school before every exam I’ve ever taken at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College.

Law enforcement knows, and I know that they are going to be drugging me dozens, if not hundreds of times before I go to Baruch College during the 2023/2024 school year.

The only way to avoid law enforcement drugging me dozens or hundreds of times this year is for me to get the word out about law enforcement harassing me and get some help.

Assuming I don’t receive any help, law enforcement knows I’ll be going to emergency rooms and urgent cares constantly this school year.

School hasn’t even started, and law enforcement is already drugging me regularly.

I’m on public assistance or welfare.

I’m living on less than $600 per month.

    That includes bills and food.

    Homeless people have bills.

For example, phone bill, bicycle rental subscription, plus more.

I’m going to detail another scam that law enforcement is going to try to drag into the drugging.

The scam I’m about to detail, law enforcement was going to run on me last semester, although I documented it with the New York State Courts efile website, so law enforcement backed off.

That’s why I’m documenting it again now.

Intermission: If anyone thinks this is far-fetched:

    1. That’s how law enforcement gets away with it.

    2. No one would believe that law enforcement is this corrupt.

    3. The things law enforcement does to me that I’m leaving out are 3X as outrageous as what you’re reading.

I suspect that after law enforcement drugs me dozens or hundreds of times this school year, and I go to the hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares an equal amount of times, law enforcement will think about forcing one or two of my classes to say that Mark Pine is acting erratically.

I have had so many Baruch College teachers, staff, and students harass me I lost count.

I have Baruch College teachers, staff, and students harassing me during classes, in the bathrooms, in the hallways, outside of school, in the subway, in the street, on the phone when I call NYPD 911, etc.

    I ignore them.

    I play along.

I make the best of it.

    When law enforcement drugs me.

    1. I feel bad.

    2. I get tired.

    3. I want to go to sleep.

    4. I get hungry and thirsty.

    5. I act like every other student.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College professionally and respectfully.

I always wear a hat and glasses, so you can barely even see me under there.

I’m taking pictures and record videos of myself every single day to prove I look and act ordinary.

Some of the videos I publish on social media, and some go into my cloud account.

One day, I’ll expose New York City law enforcement for harassing me.

In the meantime, I’m making the best of the situation.

There is no point in complaining because everyone has their own problems.

I’m reaching out to thousands of government agencies and non-government organizations to try and get help.

No one at Baruch College or CUNY can stop New York City law enforcement from harassing me.

I never mention law enforcement or anything negative to anyone at Baruch College or CUNY.

This message is more than 1,500 hundred words, and I wrote it in one sitting after New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team drugged me twice today.

Law enforcement can easily have 300 Baruch College teachers, staff, and students say anything they want about me.

If you look at the Baruch College security cameras, you will see me acting fine.

If you look at my videos and pictures, you will see me acting OK too.

My rule is to visit an urgent care or emergency room every time New York City law enforcement drugs me after school lets out.

If that means 3 to 5 times a week or 7 days a week, that’s my routine.

It’s well documented via credible sources on the web that law enforcement drugs people.

I’ve called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times to report New York City law enforcement.

The NYPD pretends they don’t know who I am.

10 billion dollars a year and 50 thousand people don’t know someone called NYPD 911 more than 10,000 times?

  • Opinion: On my way to the NYPD 1st Percent to try and obtain a police report on July 29, 2023 at 8 AM.

    Greetings,

If you are living your life, trying to elevate your life, and treating people respectfully, then you will have no idea what I’m talking about here.

New York City law enforcement has a massive group of individuals in the thousands of people that harass, sabotage, and pick fights with people for a living.

    I know it sounds ridiculous.

I don’t know what I would have thought if I didn’t see it for myself.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

When I call NYPD 911 to report them the operators harass me on the phone.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

New York City law enforcement has dozens of women and men in regular clothes harass me in Manhattan every week.

For example, they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, play loud music when I try to record videos, yell curses when I try to record videos, blow drug smoke in my face, and much more.

New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes lie and scam team consists of corporate executives, students, and every other type of individual you would find in New York City.

I ignore them when they harass me.

Today one got a small response out of me.

I was minding my own business early this morning, recording videos by the Hudson River.

A woman ran up to me and started yelling curses to ruin my video.

If law enforcement doesn’t have a vehicle nearby to play loud music to ruin my videos, they will sometimes have their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team yell curses to ruin my videos.

New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team have ruined thousands of videos I’ve tried to record during the past several years by playing music.

It was July 29, 2023, at about 6:30 AM.

I ignored the person yelling curses and kept moving.

A few seconds later, a man starts chasing after me, yelling, screaming, and trying to crash into me.

We had a few words back and forth.

I could tell that he was very happy that he had harassed me on behalf of New York City law enforcement.

We went our separate ways very quickly.

I don’t know the identities of the scam team.

If I see them again, I won’t recognize any of them.

Even if I do recognize any of them, I’m not saying a word to any of them.

The worst thing you can do to law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team is ignore them.

If any of New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team members approach me at Baruch College, the gym, etc., I will ignore them and walk away.

I don’t care if a lie and scam team member pours a can of paint over my head and starts cursing me out at Baruch College, the gym, etc.

I will ignore the person and walk away.

Baruch College, the gym, and all the other places I utilize in New York City are very valuable to me.

I’m not going to get banned from somewhere for arguing with New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team that will get a bonus.

Here is a little more insight into the scams.

New York City law enforcement has hundreds of people that run scams for them at Baruch College, my gym, and other places I go.

The people that run scams for New York City law enforcement at these places don’t officially work for the government and they don’t work for law enforcement.

The whole point of New York City law enforcement having civilians unofficially working for them is to have non-government employees available to run scams.

As I stated, if anyone reading this can imagine, I have dozens of women and men in regular clothes harassing me every week.

They harass me in stores, supermarkets, the street, at Baruch College, in the subway, and everywhere else.

Most of the people that harass me on behalf of law enforcement are trying to start arguments with me so they can go running back to Baruch College, the gym, and everywhere else.

They can claim that coincidentally, we had some type of negative interaction that was, of course, my fault, they coincidentally recognize me, and they want to report me.

According to New York City law enforcement Manhattan is just a tiny town where everyone knows each other that is filled with negative coincidences.

That is except when New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team are robbing the taxpayers every day.

For example, when New York City law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team harassing me in supermarkets, who do you think are paying for the groceries?

    You are.

    That’s it for now.

I’m headed to the NYPD 1st Precinct to try and get a police report.

I always treat all the NYPD police officers at the precincts respectfully, regardless if they grant me a police report or not.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement is paying their civilian lie and scam team to say that I smell.

    Greetings,

I’m going to run through my routine of how I stay clean.

I used to provide web marketing services for companies.

I was having a great experience.

Then people I know paid New York City law enforcement and law enforcement in other states to sabotage me.

People I know pay law enforcement for a variety of crimes.

I tried to report the NYPD and law enforcement to various New York City and United States government agencies, and they blocked my phone number.

I have been living in the New York City streets homeless for the past 7 years.

    I’m on public assistance (welfare).

I receive between $500 and $600 per month from the Human Resources Administration (HRA), the New York City public assistance office.

This is how I stay as clean as possible and smelling fresh while living in the street homeless.

    1. I wash my clothes 3 times per week.

I visit self-service laundromats that cost approximately $4 to $5 each time to wash my clothes.

That equals $15 per week and $60 per month.

    2. I never wear the same socks twice.

    I don’t wash my socks.

After I wear a pair of socks once, I throw them out.

I buy inexpensive socks for about $1 per pair.

    That costs $30 per month.

    3. I shower every day.

    I belong to a gym.

    4. I have tons of spray deodorant.

    It smells great.

I have enough spray deodorant for the next year or more.

    5. I shave my head completely bald, so I don’t have to wash my hair.

    6. I wash my backpack.

    7. I wear all rubber shoes and keep them clean.

    8. I located very inexpensive places to buy t-shirts and sweatpants.

    9. I have a storage room where I can keep clean clothes and my belongings in Midtown Manhattan.

The NYPD and New York City law enforcement has a plain clothes civilian lie and scam team that consists of thousands of people.

The lie and scam team includes women and men of all ages—corporate executives, students, etc.

They don’t officially work for the government or law enforcement.

New York City law enforcement uses their civilian lie and scam team to sabotage people and run scams.

New York City law enforcement has several members of the plain clothes civilian lie and scam team that belong to the gym I’m a member at, Baruch College, etc.

The last thing I’m going to say is about pets.

    I love dogs.

I live in Manhattan, New York City.

New York City law enforcement would like to say that I’m dirty, I smell, etc., and have 30 members of their plain clothes lie and scam team say I’m the worst thing they ever smelled.

What about people that own dogs?

    I never owned a dog.

How many times per day does a dog have to be taken outside to go to the bathroom in New York City?

Does a person that owns a dog give the dog a shower or bath every single time the dog goes back into the apartment after being walked?

If not, then what happens to all the dirt the dog picked up when walking around and rolling around in the horrid New York City streets?

Then the dog is rolling around in the person’s apartment, bed, etc., for the rest of the day.

Additionally, what is the deal with people’s sneakers and shoes?

People are walking around in the slimy Manhattan, New York City streets.

Then they walk into supermarkets, gyms, and many other places without taking their shoes off.

What happens to all the grime on their shoes?

Is someone following them around with a mop?

Do people take their shoes off in New York City businesses and walk around in their socks or barefoot?

The moral of the story is that we stay as clean as possible under the circumstances.

    Unfortunately, we aren’t all billionaires.

I always treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

In my opinion, treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I’m not judging anyone, although the reason you don’t hear about homeless people like me is because I blend in.

There are a lot of homeless people living in the street that you wouldn’t know are homeless.

    I don’t smell.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College right now, with about 8 classes left to graduate.

I’m making the best of my situation.

If anyone has ideas how I can legally get the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

Now I’m going to spend my $8 food budget (SNAP, food stamps) at Whole Foods or the Union Square Greenmarket.

I’m making the best of my situation and trying to elevate.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I suspect New York City law enforcement will run artificial intelligence and plagiarism scams at Baruch College during Fall 2023 and beyond.

I’m confident that New York City law enforcement has artificial intelligence and plagiarism scams waiting for me this semester at Baruch College.

    I’m a civilian.

    I’m not a lawyer.

I don’t work for the government.

If there is one thing I know, it’s New York City law enforcement scams.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.

New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team run scams on me constantly.

New York City law enforcement can’t flush money down the toilet quickly enough to run scams.

New York City law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about any government oversight.

I’m going on the record right now.

New York City law enforcement has full remote control access to my laptop and phone.

New York City law enforcement can control the speed of my laptop and phone.

New York City law enforcement can remotely freeze my laptop and phone.

It’s well documented by reliable sources that law enforcement has the ability to bypass most privacy and security features on phones and laptops.

Whatever privacy and security I have on my phone law enforcement can get through it like it isn’t there.

I have never cheated at Baruch College.

I will never cheat at Baruch College.

If I cheated at Baruch College, New York City law enforcement would know about it instantly.

New York City law enforcement is spending millions of dollars to try to get me kicked out of every place I go.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to rob, steal, run scams, etc.

People I know also pay New York City law enforcement to harass me and others.

I have written millions of words in the past few years.

There is a massive amount of cheating going on at Baruch College by the Baruch College students that run scams for law enforcement.

New York City law enforcement has told Baruch College professors to tell me to copy and past something and send it to them.

I copy and past it and note in the email the instructions from the professor.

Then the professor yells at me saying I was just supposed to copy and paste another students work and send it to the teacher without making any additional notes.

These are the types of scams I’m dealing with at Baruch College.

I act politely and pretend I don’t know what’s going on.

People I know have been paying law enforcement for decades.

    I know their scams.

Law enforcement tells some of my Baruch College professors to threaten the class about plagiarism and then order the class to read each other’s work.

I’ve had professors tell me to exchange my phone number, email, full name, and other personal details with female and male students in the class.

Then the professor ordered me to take pictures of teenage women in my classes and email it to the professor.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

Most people do whatever they request, so this is what’s been going on for the past 3 years at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College—professors, staff, and students with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention a word about law enforcement to anyone at Bauch College.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: When New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian scam team drugs me on my way to Baruch College, I continue to act normal, polite and respectful at school.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.
New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, so they run scams and commit felonies all day, every day.

New York City law enforcement has taken some of their billions of dollars and created a massive plain clothes civilian lie and scam team of regular people.

New York City law enforcement’s civilian scam team are working professionals, students, drug addicts, etc.

They don’t officially work for the government or law enforcement.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t date.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

Even when Baruch College professors, staff, and students harass me on behalf of New York City law enforcement, I either ignore them or act politely, play along, and pretend it’s not happening.

I started at LaGuardia Community College, and now I’m at Baruch College.

Both colleges are part of The City University of New York (CUNY).

I think I started at CUNY around 3 years ago.

New York City law enforcement has drugged me before every test I’ve ever taken at CUNY for the past 3 years.

New York City law enforcement also remotely slows down the speed of my laptop for every exam and class, so I can barely turn a page on the web.

Law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team sneak up on me and blow drug smoke in my face regularly.

They’ve done it hundreds of times, if not over 1,000 times.

    I lost count.

It’s not like in the movies or television.

When law enforcement drugs me, I don’t act much differently than usual.

Mostly I just want to go to sleep after law enforcement drugs me.

I have been to New York City urgent cares hundreds of times after New York City law enforcement drugs me.

I have been to New York City emergency rooms hundreds of times after New York City law enforcement drugs me.

    I’m on Medicaid.

I estimate it cost the taxpayers hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars.
    Today is July 26, 2023.

New York City law enforcement and their plain-clothes civilian lie and scam team are drugging me every day again.

Each day, I’m going to urgent cares and emergency rooms to get checked out to make sure I’m ok.

When I go to urgent cares and emergency rooms, New York City law enforcement will have members of their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team follow me into the medical establishments and harass me.

    Of course, I ignore them.

I always treat everyone that works in the hospital emergency rooms and urgent cares with the utmost respect at all times.

    I’m concise, and I don’t complain.

I don’t mention a word about law enforcement to anyone that works at the urgent cares or emergency rooms.

When they ask what’s wrong, I say that a stranger blew some type of drug smoke in my face.

I don’t say that people I know pay New York City law enforcement to drug me every single day.

New York City law enforcement drugged me this morning.

There are some security cameras at Baruch College.

    I’m here right now.

If anyone looks at the Baruch College security cameras and sees me walking around on July 26, 2023, at 1 PM, they will see me acting normally, just like every other person here.

I’m doing some work on my laptop.

When I leave here, I’ll be going to either an urgent care or an emergency room.

When I used to deliver food on a bicycle in New York City, law enforcement would drug me before every shift and then write me thousands of dollars in tickets.

New York City law enforcement has drug addicts and drug dealers constantly pretending they are with me.

I’m living in the street, homeless.

I’m on public assistance or welfare, whatever you would like to call it.

I receive about $15 dollars a day for food and bills.

I have a phone and some other bills.

I’m creating a video right now.

I’m recording myself typing this message.

This is a video of me typing on my laptop at Baruch College on July 26, 2023, at about 1:56 PM after New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes lie and scam team drugged me this morning.

@MarkPineLife YouTube video. I’m typing on my laptop at Baruch College on July 26, 2023.

New York City law enforcement has drugged me every day for the past week or so.

In my opinion, if anyone looks at me, I don’t look homeless.

I’m not acting any different than normal.

I put the video camera on an upward angle because there are students walking around in the background.

I’ll make videos of me talking after law enforcement drugs me too.

I think the budget with pensions for the NYPD is over 10 billion dollars a year.

    https://council.nyc.gov/budget/wp-content/uploads/sites/54/2023/05/NYPD.pdf

Can you imagine the scams law enforcement can run with billions of dollars?

Anyone that’s been a victim of police brutality like me knows what I’m talking about.

If anyone has any ideas how I can legally get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement is spending millions of dollars trying to get me kicked out of a gym, Baruch College, supermarkets, etc.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage, harass, tease, rob, drug me, and much more.

I’m making it my life’s work to expose United States law enforcement and clean it up.

I say pay law enforcement more so they can fight crime instead of committing crimes.

Make law enforcement a difficult job to get because of high pay.

I’ve documented many of the scams that law enforcement runs on me in the exhibits of my lawsuit Mark Pine vs The City University of New York.

    I’m not a lawyer.

I don’t know anything about the law.

Still, law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team keep running the same scams on me, so I continue documenting it.

People I know pay law enforcement to rob, steal, commit financial fraud, cheat on their taxes, etc.

In my opinion, if anyone that works for the government interferes, they are fired.

I’ve contacted hundreds of United States government agencies tens of thousands of times via email and on the phone.

I can’t find one person that works for the United States government to stop law enforcement from harassing me.

The only people that helped me at all are the New York State Courts and the New York City Comptroller’s Office.

Here is one of today’s scams courtesy of law enforcement.

I don’t know the identity of the person that was harassing me.

If I see the person, I won’t recognize him.

Even if I did recognize the person, I don’t care.

Law enforcement has people harass me constantly.

    It’s nothing new.

    I always ignore them all.

I was riding a bicycle on 7th Ave in Chelsea, New York City, on July 25, 2023, in the morning.

I was on my way to a supermarket.

I never eat in restaurants, only in supermarkets.

A man grabs me and pushes me while I’m riding the bicycle rental.

    That was it.

The person walked in one direction.

I kept riding the bicycle towards the supermarket.

I’m guessing that the person was trying to pick a fight with me on behalf of New York City law enforcement.

The person probably belongs to my gym, Baruch College, or other places I go.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to run around in regular clothes and try and pick fights with me.

    I just ignore them.

If a person reacts to that scam, law enforcement will have 100 witnesses, and they will all go running back to the places you go to get you kicked out.

People I know have been paying law enforcement to run these types of scams since the 1990s or earlier.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement had their plain clothes Baruch College student scam team harassing me at school today. July 24, 2023 about 5 PM.

    Greetings,

New York City law enforcement had their Baruch College student scam team harassing me at school today.

New York City law enforcement has a Baruch College student scam team that gets an automatic 3.0 or higher GPA without doing any work.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.

New York City law enforcement uses their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team and their Baruch College student scam team to harass me.

    I ignore them.

Today at about 5 PM, I was walking out of the Baruch College library.

    It’s July 24, 2023.

A female member of New York City law enforcement’s Baruch College student lie and scam team pulled one of New York City law enforcement’s classic scams.

It was the pretend you’re with Mark Pine scam.

New York City law enforcement pays women, men, drug addicts, drug dealers, etc., to pretend they’re with me.

New York City law enforcement has ambushed me thousands of times over the years.

When I was about to walk down the steps after I walked out of the Baruch College library, a woman ran behind me, either pretending that “Mark Pine cut me off and is rude” or the “I’m with Mark Pine scam.

I just moved out of the way.

I have no idea what the person looks like.

I have no idea who the person is.

I saw her out of the corner of my eye.

I don’t look directly at the Baruch College scam team if I don’t have to because I don’t care.

If someone is running scams for New York City law enforcement for a living, I say have fun.

That’s their punishment worse than what I could ever do to the person.

I interact with New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team all the time when they are harassing me around New York City.

The majority of the scam team are miserable.

A significant percentage of the interior space at Baruch College isn’t covered by security cameras.

Therefore New York City law enforcement and their student scam team know exactly when they are in the view of the Baruch College security cameras.

New York City law enforcement plans their scams accordingly.

There was additional harassment today, although that was the most obvious one.

The student just walked up the steps, didn’t go into the library, waited for me to start walking down the steps, and then ran behind me.

There were other students trying to crash into me.

New York City law enforcement keeps running the same scams on me over and over because they don’t have any oversight at all.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Some of the ways that New York City law enforcement are trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College during the Fall 2023 semester.

Greetings Higher Education Services Corporation, Office of Higher Education, FBI, NYPD, and others.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.

Treating people respectfully at Baruch College is more important than anything.

I never cheat on any tests, homework assignments, etc., at Baruch College.

I never talk about anything negative or controversial at Baruch College. That includes never talking about how New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team are constantly harassing me.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage me, harass me, tease me, rob me, etc.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all in the United States, so they don’t have the slightest concern about getting caught.

NYPD Internal Affairs and every internal affairs I’ve ever interacted with is a complete scam.

The FBI agents and police officers that get in trouble are a fraction of one percent of the crime that law enforcement is committing.

I’ve already documented all the ways that New York City law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of The City University of New York / Baruch College.

You can read about the scams New York City law enforcement is using to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College in the Mark Pine vs The City University of New York lawsuit exhibits.

    I’m not an attorney.

    I’m representing myself.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t date.

I treat everyone at Baruch College professionally and respectfully no matter what.

I don’t make friends at Baruch College.

I’m not looking to date any women at Baruch College.

I’m sure there are a lot of great people at Baruch College.

New York City law enforcement is constantly harassing me.

I find under the circumstances, it’s best to keep to myself.

New York City law enforcement has a civilian team of professors, staff, and students at Baruch College that are constantly harassing me.

I just play along and either ignore them or just act politely and pretend I don’t know what they are doing.

I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College, with 8 classes left to graduate.

These are some of the scams that New York City law enforcement has in store to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

New York City law enforcement has been running these scams on me already and will continue to run the same scams on me because they don’t have anyone stopping them.

    1. New York City law enforcement has female and male Baruch College students crash into me and shove their phones in my face.

That’s been done hundreds of times.

On campus, off campus, in the street, subway, hallways at school, bathrooms, etc.

    2. New York City law enforcement has Baruch College professors try to set me up for plagiarism and cheating scams.

For example, Baruch College professors will tell me to copy and paste something and email it to them.

I make a note on the material explaining the instructions.

Then the professor will yell at me, saying I was just supposed to send the material without notating that I was told to copy, paste, and send.

    3. New York City law enforcement has my professors put me into in-class student groups and pairs in classes.

Then the students in the groups will start asking for my phone number and email.

I politely and respectfully say I prefer to maintain my privacy.

Then the students in the in-class groups will complain about me and harass me the whole time.

I will pretend I don’t know what they are doing and just act respectfully and take the abuse.

    4. New York City law enforcement will have Baruch College professors send the whole class everyone’s contact information.

Then, New York City law enforcement will impersonate me and contact students from my classes.

I would never contact a Baruch College student in class or out of class unless it’s mandatory for a class group.

Anytime I interact with Baruch College students for a mandatory class group, I treat the student or students professionally.

    I only talk about school.

    I don’t joke around.

    I don’t socialize.

I just take the abuse and don’t respond when they harass me.

    5. New York City law enforcement has tens of billions of dollars with absolutely no oversight at all.

That leads to some hi-tech scams that are beyond most people’s imaginations.

Lucky for me, I know people that have been paying New York City law enforcement to commit crimes for decades, so I know their scams.

Law enforcement has thousands of hours of audio of me arguing on the phone with the FBI, NYPD 911, etc.

I’ve called the FBI bank robbery extensions and NYPD 911 over 20,000 times to report law enforcement for harassing me.

Law enforcement would like to take the audio of me reporting them and say it happened at Baruch College or on the phone with someone from Baruch College.

New York City law enforcement has people from Baruch College pick up NYPD 911 and 311, pretend they work for the New York City Police and argue with me on the phone.

Of course, law enforcement can have staff, professors, and students at Baruch College act as witnesses and back up any lie.

For example, New York City law enforcement would like to take audio of me arguing on the phone with law enforcement or complaining about law enforcement and edit the audio, video, or both into a new conversation between me and one or more people at Baruch College.

I never mention law enforcement to anyone at Baruch College.

New York City law enforcement could have 1,000 people at Baruch College back up any lie they want and act as witnesses.

New York City law enforcement has hundreds of Baruch College students running scams in return for an automatic 3.0 GPA or higher.

    6. Of course, New York City law enforcement always has Baruch College female students trying to set me up as a stalker.

If someone offered me a million dollars upfront to have a cup of coffee with a female Baruch College student, staff member, or professor, I would say no because I would think it was a law enforcement setup.

Dating is the quickest way to get kicked out of Baruch College.

Today is July 23, 2023, at 9 AM.

Law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team have already started harassing me today.

The last thing I’m thinking about is dating.

All I want to do is earn money so I can defend myself legally and properly sue law enforcement and others.

If I dated a woman, either she would have to say I did something improper or law enforcement would make her life a living hell.

Law enforcement are professionals at harassing people.

I’m making it my life’s work to expose United States law enforcement and try to clean it up.

    7. Law enforcement has Baruch College students start yelling at me during classes and then chase me around the school.

I ignore them and report it.

    I just run away.

    8. I don’t care if a Baruch College teacher, staff member, or student pours a can of paint on my head, curses me out, and throws my laptop and phone out the window.

I will say thank you and walk away.

Success is the only form of revenge for me.

    9. I’m sure New York City law enforcement has a million artificial intelligence scams planned for me this semester.

    I don’t cheat.

    I don’t need to cheat.

For example, I just checked, and this message is already over 1,500 words.

If you look at my Grammarly.com account, I’ve written millions of words.

I don’t have a problem writing or doing my schoolwork.

New York City law enforcement has full remote control access to my laptop and phone.

New York City law enforcement can see everything I do on my laptop and phone.

If I did anything illegal or cheated, New York City law enforcement would know right away.

New York City law enforcement blocks me from using the Baruch College Wi-Fi, and if they allow me to connect, it’s at slower speeds than everyone else.

There is more, although that’s enough for now.

If anyone has ideas on how I can legally get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Reporting the NYPD for harassing me to the CCRB on July 22, 2023.

    Greetings CCRB,

First and foremost, and more important than any of this, I always treat everyone from the CCRB with the utmost respect at all times.

Regardless of how anyone at the CCRB ever treats me, I will continue to treat all staff from the CCRB with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

It doesn’t seem that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement have any intentions to stop harassing me, so this will probably be going on for years.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

New York City law enforcement goes to government agencies and sabotages me—for example, HRA, CUNY, etc.

New York City law enforcement has a plain clothes civilian lie and scam team they use to harass me and sabotage me.

New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team shoves their phones in my face, crashes into me, cuts me off, blows drug smoke in my face, vandalizes my property, robs me, etc.

I don’t have a criminal record at all, and I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date.

I’ve been to the CCRB office a few times.

The CCRB told me to contact NYPD Internal Affairs.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

I went to the NYPD Internal Affairs office, and they said it’s closed to the public.

I’ll put together more information and send it later.

I just wanted to let you know what’s going on.

I created a website, markpine.com, all about law enforcement harassing me.

I’m also suing The City University of New York for allowing the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to run scams on me to sabotage me and try to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

For example, New York City law enforcement is running audio and video scams on me at Baruch College.

For example, law enforcement is planning and was planning to have a whole class of students, and professor say that Mark Pine had some type of outburst in class.

Then New York City law enforcement would edit up a bunch of audio with their billions of dollars paired with a bunch of witnesses.

I have been harassed so many times at Baruch College I lost count.

I always just act politely when it’s Baruch College professors and staff harassing me.

If it’s Baruch College students harassing me, I just act politely or walk away.

Staff and professors at Baruch College have also run scams on me to set me up for plagiarism.

I avoided it and just pretended I didn’t know.

Baruch College professors, staff, and students have verbally attacked me several times, and I just act polite.

I have been through severe harassment courtesy of the NYPD and New York City law enforcement.

I’m 8 classes away from graduating from Baruch College.

After I graduate, there is a chance I may attend a CUNY graduate school.

I don’t blame anyone at the CCRB for not helping me if you don’t have the ability to help me.

I don’t blame anyone at Baruch College for running scams on me at the request of the NYPD and New York City law enforcement.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement could have anyone at CUNY fired.

The NYPD and New York City law enforcement are easily spending millions of dollars running scams on me.

    I’m not an attorney.

    I’m a pro se litigant.

If you look at the exhibits from the case Mark Pine vs The City University of New York, you will see some of the scams that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement are running on me.

NYPD Internal Affairs and the New York City Department of Investigations are not helping me at all.

I’ve also reported New York City law enforcement to several additional government agencies, and they aren’t helping me.

I’m more than happy to turn over my phone records and bank records.

That would allow investigators to match locations where I’ve been to security cameras around New York City.

If that’s done, you will see New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team constantly harassing me.

New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team harasses me in the street, stores, supermarkets, gym, subway, at Baruch College, and everywhere else.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement has members of their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team picking up the phone at NYPD 911 and harassing me.

    Greetings,

Law enforcement has civilian women and men that don’t officially work for law enforcement picking up the phone at NYPD 911 and running scams on me.

That is why I always say 911 at the beginning and end of every sentence when I call NYPD 911.

Even with saying 911 at the beginning and end of every sentence, law enforcement still has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team running many scams on me when I call NYPD 911.

I’ve called NYPD 911 over 20,000 times easily.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement has second and third-generation New York City plainclothes civilian lie and scam team members running scams on NYPD 911.

New York City law enforcement has Baruch College students, staff, and professors (I don’t recognize their voices, I just know the scams), and people from other places I go (gym, coworking, supermarkets, etc.) picking up NYPD 911, pretending they are an NYPD 911 operator, and arguing with me, harassing me, insulting me, and yelling on top of me.

Law enforcement is trying to get snippets of conversations that law enforcement can edit into new conversations, say they happened in person or on a personal phone, and use to try and get me kicked out of places.

New York City law enforcement are spending millions of dollars to try and get me kicked out of every place I go.

New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

If anyone stands up to New York City law enforcement, they are fired, law enforcement will kill the person and say they killed themselves, etc.

Thank you and have a great day.
