First and foremost I always treat everyone that works for the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times. Treating your team respectfully is more important than anything.
I treat everyone that works at your building on Centre Street with the utmost respect at all times.
I treat the attorneys and court reporters respectfully, etc.
New York City law enforcement’s favorite lie is to say Mark Pine is rude and Mark Pine smells. I don’t do anything illegal so that is what they have for me.
I just dropped off the errata sheet from my hearing to sue the NYPD with your office on the 12 floor, Centre Street.
I’m a pro se plaintiff.
I tried to notarize the errata sheet twice on Thursday, May 26, 2022, and Friday, May 27, 2022, at the clerk’s office at the 60 Centre Street, Manhattan courthouse. Both times the person refused.
I have no idea why. I’ve been there many times and never had an issue before. I always treat everyone at the courts with the utmost respect regardless of what is going on so I didn’t spend too much time questioning the rejection.
I’ll try to notarize the document again at another clerk’s office.
I also tried to speak with someone at your office on Friday, May 27, 2022, but there wasn’t anyone at the window across the hall from the window where I dropped off documents.
I’ll stop by again this week. Maybe I missed them because it was late in the afternoon.
As I stated in the last email I sent, if I’m too late returning the errata sheet for this lawsuit, it’s OK. New York City law enforcement harasses me every day so I can file another notice of claim to sue the NYPD any day.
I appreciate the help from your office. I am making the best of the situation.
I will continue to treat everyone at and connected with the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times.
First and foremost, I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect regardless of how they treat me. Believe me, it’s been a rough ride at times, and I always ignore people or just act polite when people treat me poorly.
Anytime someone treats me negatively I just assume that NYC law enforcement is telling the person to act that way.
NYC law enforcement runs scams and harasses me all day long. It’s 10 AM and so far today I’ve called the FBI and NYPD 911 dozens of times because NYC law enforcement has been harassing me since early this morning.
This morning I was just telling the FBI that I don’t believe they are going to help me, I’m just calling to cover myself.
For example, one of the best scams that NYC law enforcement runs is paying young women to crash into me and shove their phones in my face. There is no way a normal New Yorker or juror is going to believe their tax dollars are being spent that way.
That is why if any claim is ever made against me by a woman or man I can show my phone records with thousands of calls to the FBI, NYPD 911, US Attorney Southern District, Manhattan DA, etc.
Why would I make those calls if I was doing anything illegal?
I paid my phone bill a year in advance just in case thanks to Baruch College.
If a person makes those types of calls they can be subject to arrest. For example, I was arrested for calling the police in Nassau County to report I was being harassed and I had the charges lowered to a violation. The Nassau County Police and District Attorney still put me through hell.
In my opinion, I could have easily ended up in jail if I would have left it up to the public defender.
I was just having a polite and respectful conversation with the Baruch College security person at the front desk of the building on East 24 Street (vertical building).
May 28, 2022, at 9:45 AM.
The security guard was acting a little strange.
We were having a conversation and the person was staring in another direction, not at me.
I asked if the turnstiles were still malfunctioning, and the security guard said yes. Then I was told the vertical building is closed today.
I asked when it would be reopening.
The person said would you like to speak to someone else?
I said why would I want to speak with someone else?
It’s no big deal, it was just a little strange.
I’m used to people acting this way around me because as I said people I grew up with pay NYC law enforcement to harass me every day. NYC law enforcement run around to several places I go and tell people to run scams on me and treat me like garbage. I’m used to it.
I just take the abuse and treat people respectfully.
I will continue to treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect regardless of what curveballs anyone continues to throw at me.
In my spare time I’m trying to promote myself on social media to open up doors for my career. I’m not making excuses and I’m going to make it happen.
One annoying thing is that NYC law enforcement has people in plain clothes follow me around and play music in the background to ruin my videos. It’s been proven that law enforcement uses music to sabotage videos.
I’m also going to try and promote myself in other ways to try and open up doors so I can elevate my life and get off the street.
I have a good attitude, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t party so I have that going for me.
Also, I’m reaching out to various organizations, cold calling hedge funds for money, etc.
Baruch College CUNY is the best opportunity ever. I just need to do my part, elevate my situation and make the Baruch College family proud knowing they helped a homeless person that was being tortured by the police into an apartment.
I never mention a word about the police under any circumstances to anyone at Baruch College besides you via email.
I have a lawsuit moving forward against the NYPD and I’m about to sue the FBI next for not helping me.
People are paying the police to harass me. NYPD Internal Affairs aren’t helping me at all. In my opinion, the FBI should be helping me. It will be up to the judge to decide. I’m going to try to sue the FBI in Federal and State court.
Thank you and your team again for everything.
I understand that life isn’t perfect.
Baruch College is running a tight ship here. The professors are amazing. I’m actually enjoying the information I’m learning. I’m trying to figure out ways to monetize the knowledge.
I’m focusing on the positive and opportunities and not letting the police kill my spirit.
Please let me know how to appeal grades or who to contact if possible.
I don’t feel comfortable directly asking my professors about grades after they decide on a grade. Once a grade is given to me by a professor, I’m not going to contact the professor about it under any circumstances besides to say thank you. I’d rather just keep the grade they give.
Is the only way to appeal a grade via direct contact with a professor? If I can appeal a grade with a department I might.
I mentioned to two of my professors my case for various grades before they gave the grades.
For example:
First class: During one exam a student got sick and was violently coughing and running in and out of the classroom for more than 30 minutes. I respectfully mentioned to my professor that if I receive As on the second and third exam and a B+ on the first one because of the distraction from the student could that please be taken into consideration. I never missed any classes except for maybe a doctor’s appointment. I participated in every class.
Next class: I believe my grade is between an A- and an A in this class. I respectfully asked the professor if he could consider leaning towards the A for the following reasons. I participated in class. All my assignments were turned in. I never missed a class, if I did it was for a doctor’s appointment. In my humble opinion, my essays and homework showed I spent a lot of time learning the material.
Beyond that, I don’t feel comfortable asking my professors about it again. I respect whatever decision they make.
In my other two classes, I believe I earned either an A or A-, maybe B+.
The only reason I even care about grades more than passing is that I found out that if I want to go to CUNY graduate school, I need at least a 3.0.
To be perfectly honest, I hope I start earning money so I can get back into an apartment. If I’m still a full-time student after I graduate Baruch College that means I’m still going to be living in the street homeless.
My number one goal is to start working after I graduate from Baruch College or before I graduate and get an apartment.
I just want to try and get a 3.0 if possible so I have the option to attend a CUNY graduate school. If I don’t earn a 3.0, it’s no big deal. It might be a blessing in disguise, and I will get back into an apartment.
The number one most important thing is treating everyone at Baruch College respectfully. Without respect at Barch College, we have nothing.
All the professors and staff at Baruch College have a lot of students to support. There is no excuse for any student to be disrespectful to the Baruch College professors or staff.
When I make videos for social media, I always advise people not to use things as excuses to treat people disrespectfully. For example, unsatisfactory products and services. I apply that theory to all aspects of my life.
No one at Baruch College has to treat me respectfully for me to treat them respectfully. I don’t care if someone pours a can of paint over my head. I will ignore the person and walk away.
I will always treat everyone at Baruch College respectfully under all circumstances, no matter what.
Thank you for all your help and for allowing me the opportunity to try and seek justice. I can only imagine how many New Yorkers you service and support.
All the attorneys you connect me with are respectful and your team on the 12 floor is always as helpful as humanly possible.
Most NYC government agencies run and hide when I mention that NYC law enforcement is being paid by people I know to harass me (ie … just kidding).
First and foremost I always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s Office, the New York Courts, One Centre Street, the attorneys you connect me with, etc. with the utmost respect at all times.
Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.
Without respect we have nothing.
I can care less if someone pours a can of paint over my head, I will treat everyone connected to the courts and NYC Comptrollers Office with the utmost respect no matter what.
It is a major priority of mine to keep on excellent terms with the NYC Comptroller’s Office as it is a very valuable resource.
I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Therefore NYC law enforcement runs around the city telling people to lie and say Mark Pine is rude.
I’m 45 years old with no criminal record at all.
If the lawsuit about the NYPD 17 Precinct is back too late I’ll start over.
I was in the emergency room of several hospitals at least 10 times since I filed the Notice of Claim. If that helps me please let me know. If not it’s no big deal.
If you need me to turn over documents from the hospitals I can easily drop them off.
If we can keep moving with the NYPD 17 Precinct lawsuit that is great, I’m dropping off the paperwork today or tomorrow.
If it’s too late it’s no big deal. I’ll start over with a new Notice of Claim.
The NYPD harasses me every day so I can easily create a new Notice of Claim with a new incident and Notice of Claim.
I treat the attorneys and court reporters you connect me with the same way I would treat the Governor of New York if I met her. With the absolute utmost respect humanly possible.
I can care less if NYC law enforcement sabotages my every move from now until the end of time. I’ll keep treating everyone respectfully and doing my best to receive justice.
I’m a pro se litigant.
The attorney you connected me with gave me an errata sheet and the transcript.
I’m not sure where to have the errata sheet notarized.
The only place I see to have anything notarized is on the transcript. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to notarize the transcript or notarize the errata sheet.
I’m going to ask the court clerk to notarize the errata sheet because the transcript needed a few key updates.
If the court clerk at 60 Centre Street, NYC says no I’m going to drop all this off unnotarized and if I have to start over it’s no big deal.
I have the best and most understanding attitude that is humanly possible.
I understand life isn’t perfect therefore I make the best of all situations aka the cards I’m dealt.
First and foremost, thank you and your staff for the amazing help you provide to New Yorkers including myself. I always treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times.
I just uploaded my new storage bill on May 11, 2022. The bill is due by June 1, 2022.
I downloaded the bill PDF from the storage company on my phone. Then I took a screenshot of the storage bill PDF. Then I uploaded the picture storage bill PDF into the HRA app.
From my experience, the result is a perfectly clear copy of my storage bill reaches your staff.
For the past two or three months, I submit my storage bill and the check doesn’t go out until past the due date. Also, I have to email your office through the public web form every month or the check isn’t mailed to the storage company.
I’m not sure why that’s the case.
It seems like common sense that everyone on public assistance doesn’t have to visit their HRA center every single month. That would be a huge amount of extra work for your team.
I also can’t imagine that every month, all New Yorker’s on public assistance or SNAP (food stamps) have to contact your staff via this web form.
Please help me if you can figure out why I have to contact your office every month to have the check mailed to my storage company. I asked the good people at HRA 14 Street and they don’t know.
If there is anything else I have to do please let me know and I’ll do it immediatly.
Please advise.
Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings New York State Office of Higher Education,
New York City law enforcement had three women try to crash into me and harass me at Baruch College today May 7, 2022.
I emailed you the exact locations inside Baruch College, times, and dates earlier.
I left school and New York City law enforcement had their plain clothes team follow me right over to where I’m at without a care in the world about being caught.
I have an open lawsuit against The City University of New York right now: Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York. New York City law enforcement can care less.
New York City law enforcement has zero oversight and when it comes to harassing me they don’t care what evidence they leave in their wake.
For example, I just posted videos to social media showing that New York City law enforcement has blocked my phone from calling NYPD 911.
The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.
The NYPD blocked my phone number from calling all the precincts and NYPD Headquarters.
The New York FBI blocked my phone number.
The Albany FBI blocked my phone number.
Now NYPD 911 blocked my phone number. I’m not sure if the NYPD 911 is a permanent block or a temporary block while they are viciously harassing me in clear view of security cameras. Today isn’t the first time that New York City law enforcement has blocked me from calling NYPD 911.
I posted a video on YouTube and Twitter showing that my phone can call any number right now except NYPD 911.
When New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harass me like they are doing right this minute, I’ll call NYPD 911 so there is a record of the time, day, date, location, of where I’m being harassed.
I usually call NYPD 911 anywhere from dozens to hundreds of times per day off Baruch College campus, never in Baruch College.
In total, I’ve called NYPD 911 more than 20,000 times easily if I had to guess because NYC law enforcement has been harassing me every day for years. The NYPD 911 operators tease me and harass me on the phone.
In addition to NYPD 911 I call all 50 states FBI field offices and press the extension for a live bank robbery or kidnapping.
I have reported New York City law enforcement to the FBI field offices thousands of times. Lately, I call the FBI field offices dozens to hundreds of times per day when I’m outside of school and New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harassing me for hours on end.
So far the only FBI field offices to block my number are the New York City FBI and the Albany FBI. There might be a few others I’m not sure. The FBI hangs up on me a lot.
Right now I’m minding my own business trying to study and New York City law enforcement has their plainclothes team viciously harassing me in clear view of public and private security cameras. New York City law enforcement can care less.
New York City law enforcement just figures there is no way I’ll ever get the security video to prove that New York City law enforcement has people that work for them in plain clothes viciously harassing me every day.
I’m not mentioning a word about this to anyone at Baruch College.
Every single day when New York City law enforcement has women and men, students and staff, harassing me at Baruch College, shoving their phones in my face, teasing me, blocking me from walking, and crashing into me I just ignore it and walk away.
Please let me know if you have any advice for me.
I don’t have a criminal record at all. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party.
New York City law enforcement ran me into the ground and now they tease, rob, and harass me all day every day because people I know pay them to do it.
First and foremost, I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.
Treating everyone at HRA respectfully is more important than anything.
Thank you very much for the help. If it wasn’t for HRA I would have starved to death by now.
On 4/11/2022 I sent a perfectly clear copy of my storage bill to HRA via the mobile app.
My case number is X.
It seems that every month I submit my storage bill to HRA, it doesn’t get paid until I send an email to the Commissioner Department of Social Services.
I can’t imagine that every person who is having a storage room paid by HRA has to email the commissioner every month or visit HRA in person every month to have their storage room paid.
That would create an insane amount of unnecessary work for HRA.
Can someone please look into why this is happening to me every month?
Thank you and have a great day.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.
I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.
I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.
I would never say a word to a student in class if she/he literally poured a can of paint on my head.
I would say thank you and walk away. Then I would report it.
With that being said there was a student sitting directly across from me while I was giving the speech kicking his leg up and down for the majority of my speech and it was very distracting.
I could have put my head down and just sat there and read the speech, but I believe that we are supposed to look at the crowd.
I would never say a word to the student.
If someone offered me a million dollars to identify the student right now, I would have no clue what the student looks like. I just saw the persons leg kicking nonstop throughout my speech.
It caught me so off guard that it threw off my speech a little.
I listened to the recording, and it was OK, but it would have been much better.
I never had someone do that to me before when I was giving a speech. It was like the student was practicing to be a professional field goal kicker or soccer player.
I started getting used to it by the end of the speech and going forward if it happens again, I’ll be more used to it.
If I can go again, I would like to, if not it’s no big deal. I’m just asking.
I 10000% respect your decision either way.
Thank you and have a great day.
Mark Pine
Greetings,
I wanted to go on record with what happened today in class. Personally, I’m a little surprised that the student felt comfortable doing that in front of all the other students knowing how much we all worked on preparing our speeches.
It was like he was waiving his hand in my face during the speech except he was using his leg instead of his hand. It was very distracting.
If you have any advice for me, please let me know. If not it’s no big deal.
Currently I have a GPA and I think I have about 291 points out of 300 in the class right now.
I know my subject inside and out, it’s about being a New York State real estate broker and I’m a licensed broker.
I’ve been studying every day through spring break, and I was a little tired. When the person started swinging his leg around for the majority of my speech it totally knocked me off my game.
Now that I have experienced the student swinging his leg around like he was trying out for the NFL during 70% of my speech, I can be prepared for it next time and focus on something else.
More importantly than any of this is I always treat all students and staff with the utmost respect at all times. If someone does something I don’t like, I ignore the person.
Please advise with any feedback you deem appropriate.
Thank you and have a great day.
Mark Pine
This type of thing happens all the time to me at Baruch College. I don’t blame Baruch College. I blame New York City law enforcement.
Thank you very much for your consideration since the beginning of class. Now I know why you’re one of the most respected professors on the web. That’s why I signed up for the class in the first place.
Now that I have taken exam one I have an excellent understanding on how to prepare for the second exam.
I am going to study at least 1 to 3 hours per day every day starting tomorrow until the next exam. If necessary, I’m more than happy to study 3 to 5 hours per day if that’s what it takes.
Spring break is perfect to study because I’m going to be doing schoolwork every day and I don’t have to take breaks for classes.
If I’m correct tomorrow is the day you will assign exactly what poems and stories for the class to be ready to analyze for the exam. As it stands now I have the 2 stories and 3 poems we analyzed.
I have all the PDFs you posted printed out and I’m going to double check again tonight. I’m at school right now so I can print anything I might be missing.
I’m going to read and hand write the material over and over until I know it inside and out.
Mark Pine is stalking female Baruch College students.
Plagiarism.
My goal is to earn a C or D average. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn.
New York City law enforcement has audio of them and me arguing.
New York City law enforcement has audio of me reporting them.
New York City law enforcement has top-quality audio and video editors that can edit the audio of me and turn it into a conversation between a Baruch College student or staff member and me.
New York City law enforcement has already done that to me once already during my Nassau County criminal trial that I won. Technically I got a misdemeanor lowered to a violation.
Several Baruch College students have tried to pick fights with me.
Several Baruch College students have shoved their phones in my face and crashed into me.
Several Baruch College students have tried to start arguments with me during class.
I ignore them all.
I can care less if a Baruch College student poured a can of paint over my head, I would not react. I would still ignore them.
I have put a million hours into Baruch College, I’m not throwing it away for anyone. Also, the police torture me way worse than anything a Baruch College student or staff member could.
The best way to handle a hater is to ignore the person. The best form of revenge is success.
Revenge is not responding to someone that is clearly trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College.
Next, Mark Pine is stalking all the women at Baruch College.
I have called every FBI field office in America and reported that people I know pay New York City law enforcement to have women try to set me up as a stalker.
I have called every US Attorney in America and told them New York City law enforcement is trying to set me up as a stalker.
I have called the Manhattan District Attorney and told them New York City law enforcement is trying to set me up as a stalker.
Has anyone in the history of the United States called hundreds of government and law enforcement offices and then turned around and stalked women? What would be the logic behind that?
I’ve called the Secret Service in Brooklyn and told them people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to try and set me up as a stalker.
I’m also in the process of suing the NYPD and The City University of New York.
If I walked around school wearing a clown costume I couldn’t bring any more attention to myself in regards to the people who run Baruch College.
Finally, we have plagiarism.
I have turned in the majority of my homework days, weeks, and months in advance since I started Baruch College.
I always ask questions in class and via emails to my professors. If I legitimately plagiarized a student or an author, New York City law enforcement would find out about it and I’d be expelled from school in one second flat.
New York City law enforcement can harass me and sabotage me 24 hours a day and there is nothing I can do to stop them.
I’m making the best of it. I’m trying to get help outside of Baruch College and CUNY. For example, I make videos begging the public to help me.
When I’m at school I act like I’m on a job interview for the New York Attorney General’s Office.
I love Baruch College. The staff is amazing. I want to graduate.
If that’s not enough, I’m about to get $900 in my bank account because I’m a student at Baruch College.
In August, I’m about to get about $5,000 in my bank account because I’m a student at Baruch College.
That money is in addition to the welfare, public assistance, cash assistance, food stamps, SNAP, I receive.
I also have a job at school with RF CUNY that is going to pay me about $75 per week.
How many street homeless people in America or anywhere are receiving that type of money?
I might be dumb, but I’m not that dumb. Baruch College is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that has made my life 10X more comfortable even though I’m living in the street homeless. Contrary to popular belief, street homeless people have bills too.
I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record.
I have a storage room to keep my things and places to shower.
I’m street homeless because I have bad credit, no money, and evictions on my record. I don’t want to live in a homeless shelter.
I filed my 2021 taxes in January 2022.
I didn’t pay anything because I didn’t make anything. Nonetheless, it’s an example of how I live my life.
I wasn’t filing my taxes until the stellar staff at the LaGuardia Community College-CUNY financial aid office motivated me to get back on track with my taxes. I am forever grateful to them. The staff at CUNY is absolutely the best.
YouTube short about New York City law enforcement harassing me.
This is a sample of a typical email I send to the Baruch College-CUNY staff:
Thank you very much for the help the other day.
Greetings,
The support staff at CUNY is amazing. You and everyone else are as helpful as humanly possible and it’s appreciated. CUNY is the best college ever.
Do I have to do anything else to become a journalism major? Am I now a journalism major or do I need COM 1010 and Spanish first?
