First and foremost, I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.
Treating everyone at HRA respectfully is more important than anything.
Thank you very much for the help. If it wasn’t for HRA I would have starved to death by now.
On 4/11/2022 I sent a perfectly clear copy of my storage bill to HRA via the mobile app.
My case number is X.
It seems that every month I submit my storage bill to HRA, it doesn’t get paid until I send an email to the Commissioner Department of Social Services.
I can’t imagine that every person who is having a storage room paid by HRA has to email the commissioner every month or visit HRA in person every month to have their storage room paid.
That would create an insane amount of unnecessary work for HRA.
Can someone please look into why this is happening to me every month?
