I have responsibilities like everyone else except for the members of New York City law enforcement that harass me.
For example, I have schoolwork.
The members of New York City law enforcement that harass me, on the other hand, have billions of dollars in resources and can do whatever they want.
Additionally, New York City law enforcement has thousands of full-time and part-time staff that run scams all day long and don’t even think about helping anyone.
I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement and other police departments in New York and other states to rob, steal, scam, cover up crimes, etc.
Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight, so they have almost no chance of getting caught.
I know people that have been committing crimes with law enforcement since the 90s.
New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that manages my situation at Baruch College.
For example, New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that make sure I have Baruch College students harassing me every day at school.
I have Baruch College students crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, etc.
I just ignore them and walk away.
I don’t even report it for the most part because they know where all the security cameras are, and they avoid them.
I just figured out a scam that law enforcement ran on me to sabotage me for the Fall 2023 semester.
I can’t disclose everything because I’m still a student at Baruch College.
If I disclose everything here, law enforcement will use it against me.
There are a few things I’m very comfortable disclosing.
Law enforcement waited until 3 weeks before the start of the Baruch College Fall 2023 semester to cancel one of my easiest and most fun classes.
This is where law enforcement’s lies, scams, and sneakiness really shine through.
Law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team blow marijuana smoke and vape mist at me almost every day.
That drains almost all of my emergency.
It also wastes hours of my day because I have to visit emergency rooms and urgent cares every day to get checked out after law enforcement drugs me.
Law enforcement held back putting at least one class on the CUNY First booking system.
Then after law enforcement saw that I picked my classes and wasn’t checking the CUNY First system anymore, law enforcement put up classes that they know I would have signed up for.
Now I know for the future, I have to keep checking because law enforcement is running non-stop scams on me at Baruch College.
Right now, I’m sitting in a Manhattan emergency room.
I’m going to emergency rooms and urgent cares every day to get checked out after New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team drug me.
I’ve been to emergency rooms because of this hundreds of times.
I’ve been to urgent cares because of this hundreds of times.
Besides law enforcement drugging me, I don’t drink.
I don’t smoke.
I don’t do drugs.
I don’t have a criminal record.
Please advise if anyone has any ideas how I can get New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team to stop harassing me every day.
2. They record me with their phones when I’m minding my own business not bothering anyone.
3. They crash into me.
4. They have young women play made you look with me.
For example, a woman will slam or drop something.
When I go to look what’s going on, it’s a teenage woman that runs scams for law enforcement bent over wearing workout clothes with people recording me looking.
Then the same woman will crash into me and shove her phone in my face at 5 different locations around New York City.
5. They blow drug smoke in my face.
6. They rob me.
7. They vandalize my property.
8. They sabotage my food.
9. They run around and drive around in the street when I’m walking and riding a bicycle, trying to cause accidents.
10. Much more.
NYPD Internal Affairs knows, and they can care less.
I contacted groups that are supposed to be the oversight for the FBI, and no one responded.
I contacted the Department of Justice, and no one responded.
People I know have been paying law enforcement to run scams since the 1990s.
I’m going on the record right now.
Law enforcement is spending millions of dollars to try and get me kicked out of every place I go.
Law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team harass me inside and outside of Baruch College, the gym, supermarkets, the subway, stories, etc.
I always ignore them.
Law enforcement has people harass me in the gym’s locker room constantly.
I ignore them.
If you say one word to New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team, you will be either arrested or kicked out of every place you go.
The NYPD will side against you regardless of what the evidence is in front of them.
I’m not a lawyer.
Use this information at your own risk.
If you have any emergency, call 911.
I’m just a blogger.
This is all my opinion.
If any member of New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team approaches me at Baruch College, the gym, etc., and says they recognize me from somewhere and have a problem with me, want to be friends with me, etc., I’m ignoring the person and walking away.
I don’t care if someone pours a can of paint on my head and curses me out.
I’m walking away.
If someone turned over their life to the negative energy in the universe, and that’s how they survive, I say have fun.
That’s their punishment.
In my opinion, the worst thing you can do to New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team is ignore them.
The lie and scam team is being paid to start arguments with people.
Greetings New York City Police Commissioner’s Office,
I seriously suspect that people I know pay New York City law enforcement, including the NYPD, to harass me.
Every NYPD precinct blocked my phone number.
I reported New York City law enforcement for harassing me to NYPD Internal Affairs, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, U.S. Attorney’s Office – Southern District of New York, the New York City FBI, NYPD Crime Stoppers, and many more.
Mark Pine is stalking female Baruch College students.
Plagiarism.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.
Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.
I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.
I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.
My goal is to earn a C or D average. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn.
New York City law enforcement has audio of them and me arguing.
New York City law enforcement has audio of me reporting them.
New York City law enforcement has top-quality audio and video editors that can edit the audio of me and turn it into a conversation between a Baruch College student or staff member and me.
New York City law enforcement has already done that to me once already during my Nassau County criminal trial that I won. Technically I got a misdemeanor lowered to a violation.
Several Baruch College students have tried to pick fights with me.
Several Baruch College students have shoved their phones in my face and crashed into me.
Several Baruch College students have tried to start arguments with me during class.
I ignore them all.
I can care less if a Baruch College student poured a can of paint over my head, I would not react. I would still ignore them.
I have put a million hours into Baruch College, I’m not throwing it away for anyone. Also, the police torture me way worse than anything a Baruch College student or staff member could.
The best way to handle a hater is to ignore the person. The best form of revenge is success.
Revenge is not responding to someone that is clearly trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College.
Next, Mark Pine is stalking all the women at Baruch College.
I have called every FBI field office in America and reported that people I know pay New York City law enforcement to have women try to set me up as a stalker.
I have called every US Attorney in America and told them New York City law enforcement is trying to set me up as a stalker.
I have called the Manhattan District Attorney and told them New York City law enforcement is trying to set me up as a stalker.
Has anyone in the history of the United States called hundreds of government and law enforcement offices and then turned around and stalked women? What would be the logic behind that?
I’ve called the Secret Service in Brooklyn and told them people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to try and set me up as a stalker.
I’m also in the process of suing the NYPD and The City University of New York.
If I walked around school wearing a clown costume I couldn’t bring any more attention to myself in regards to the people who run Baruch College.
Finally, we have plagiarism.
I have turned in the majority of my homework days, weeks, and months in advance since I started Baruch College.
I always ask questions in class and via emails to my professors. If I legitimately plagiarized a student or an author, New York City law enforcement would find out about it and I’d be expelled from school in one second flat.
New York City law enforcement can harass me and sabotage me 24 hours a day and there is nothing I can do to stop them.
I’m making the best of it. I’m trying to get help outside of Baruch College and CUNY. For example, I make videos begging the public to help me.
When I’m at school I act like I’m on a job interview for the New York Attorney General’s Office.
I love Baruch College. The staff is amazing. I want to graduate.
If that’s not enough, I’m about to get $900 in my bank account because I’m a student at Baruch College.
In August, I’m about to get about $5,000 in my bank account because I’m a student at Baruch College.
That money is in addition to the welfare, public assistance, cash assistance, food stamps, SNAP, I receive.
I also have a job at school with RF CUNY that is going to pay me about $75 per week.
How many street homeless people in America or anywhere are receiving that type of money?
I might be dumb, but I’m not that dumb. Baruch College is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that has made my life 10X more comfortable even though I’m living in the street homeless. Contrary to popular belief, street homeless people have bills too.
I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record.
I have a storage room to keep my things and places to shower.
I’m street homeless because I have bad credit, no money, and evictions on my record. I don’t want to live in a homeless shelter.
I filed my 2021 taxes in January 2022.
I didn’t pay anything because I didn’t make anything. Nonetheless, it’s an example of how I live my life.
I wasn’t filing my taxes until the stellar staff at the LaGuardia Community College-CUNY financial aid office motivated me to get back on track with my taxes. I am forever grateful to them. The staff at CUNY is absolutely the best.
YouTube short about New York City law enforcement harassing me.
This is a sample of a typical email I send to the Baruch College-CUNY staff:
Thank you very much for the help the other day.
Greetings,
The support staff at CUNY is amazing. You and everyone else are as helpful as humanly possible and it’s appreciated. CUNY is the best college ever.
Do I have to do anything else to become a journalism major? Am I now a journalism major or do I need COM 1010 and Spanish first?
I’m enjoying analyzing the material for the class.
I’m reading the information you handed out during the last class.
I’m also studying X, so I know the story inside and out.
I wanted to contact you to make sure I didn’t miss any assignments or homework.
I assume we’ll have homework about the poems, etc.
I just wanted to reach out because I wanted to double-check that there hasn’t been any homework or assignments since the beginning of class. I was looking through my notes and I didn’t see anything so far.
I’m not complaining, I just want to make sure I’m up to date with all my schoolwork.
Please advise, if possible, if not I’ll ask you after class this week.
First and foremost I treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.
Second and foremost, I’ll gladly, happily, and respectfully do anything that you assign to the class.
I was working on the homework right now and I had a thought that I wanted to ask you outside of class.
Would it be possible to request that all communication and work between my podcasting partner and myself be done in the classroom on Tuesdays?
I would prefer not to share any of my personal information with students for the sake of privacy and security. I would also prefer to interact with my podcasting partner(s) in a supervised classroom instead of an unsupervised location.
I’m a very social people person outside of school, although at school I have my guard up due to several experiences I’ve had with students since starting at CUNY two years ago.
When interacting with students, I treat them with the utmost respect. I only talk about schoolwork. I don’t joke around at all. I don’t talk about anything controversial.
I just wanted to include that I love this class. The material is awesome. I think you’re a great professor and that you have designed a class that is very beneficial for students.
I’ll do anything you tell me to do. I just wanted to let you know what’s on my mind just in case any accommodations can be made. Also, I didn’t want to approach you with this on the fly in class. I thought it would be better to bring this up via email in advance so you can answer when you are available.
The thought of meeting with students off-campus and sharing personal information is very scary for me due to the astronomical amount of complaints from students against students in New York colleges.
Between you and me I’m street homeless. I don’t think that many parents would want their children sharing personal information and meeting with street homeless people outside of the classroom.
Also, my personal data/information isn’t secure at all. I have been robbed four separate times in the past two months. People stole my phone four separate times in Midtown Manhattan in the past four months.
I have woken up with my phones and laptops missing so many times over the years I lost count. Then when I get my phone back I see people have gone into my accounts and sent messages, erased things, uploaded pictures into my accounts, contacted people, and everything else you can imagine.
I have so many police reports reporting all the times I’ve been robbed that I literally lost count because I’ve been street homeless for five years.
On a positive note, I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Homeless people have a bad reputation so I like to include that when I mention that I’m homeless.
In regards to schoolwork I’m moving full steam ahead. I almost always turn in homework on time or early. I don’t care about grades at all. Luckily I’ve been on the Dean’s List for the past four or five semesters.
In regards to student loans and the welfare office, all I need is a C or D. I’m happy to earn As and Bs although I’m at Baruch College to learn and elevate my situation which is what I’m doing.
Also, the welfare office tells everyone that if a man looks at a woman if it’s determined to be leering, all food and benefits will immediately be discontinued, and the person will have to eat at soup kitchens. I have eaten at some soup kitchens in New York City and to be honest I’d rather eat dog food, it’s probably safer. If I’m correct, Baruch College has a leering policy as well.
That is why I would feel more comfortable in a supervised atmosphere. Also, I’m glad I remembered to mention to you that I’m street homeless because I don’t want any parents to complain to the school and cause anyone any grief.
I’m not embarrassed about being street homeless at all. From a legal standpoint if you would like to announce to the class that Mark Pine is street homeless is there anyone that wouldn’t mind being in a group with him. There is a good chance that students could see me sleeping in the subway so there is no point trying to hide it.
Thanks to CUNY and HRA I have places to shower, keep my things, wash my clothes, etc. Unfortunately, I don’t like living in homeless shelters so I have to sleep in the subway or on benches when it’s warm.
I’ll be honest I’m in better spirits now than I was when I was living on the Upper East Side, always behind on my rent. Of course, my number one goal is to get back into an apartment, I’m just saying living in an apartment that I couldn’t afford wasn’t the most fun I’ve ever had. At least now I don’t have that hanging over my head twenty-four hours per day.
I make videos on social media talking about how I’m street homeless. I’m trying to raise awareness about how there are a lot of homeless people like myself that just have bad credit and no money. We work. We go to school. We are trying to elevate our situation.
The general public thinks every homeless person is pushing a shopping cart yelling at an imaginary friend. Plus, drunk and on drugs. I have met many homeless people that have normal jobs and are trying to elevate their situation.
I’m more than happy to pair up with any student you assign. I’m just a little cautious about having unsupervised contact with students outside of class.
Please let me know if you require any additional information from me and any feedback would be appreciated. Regardless of what the decision is, I’ll make the best of it like I always do and I’ll continue to treat everyone professionally and with the utmost respect.
The final scam NYC law enforcement is trying to use to have me kicked out of Baruch College is the “he had an outburst at school scam.”
It’s exactly like the movie “Tango and Cash” from 1989. In the movie, people take audio out of context and edit it to get Tango and Cash in trouble.
People I know have been paying NYC law enforcement to harass me for years. NYC law enforcement has their scam team shove their phones in my face, crash into me, spit in my face, sneeze in my face, cough in my face, and cut me off, while shoving their phones in my face.
I take the abuse because I have no choice. The only thing I know I can do is call and report NYC law enforcement to various government agencies.
NYC law enforcement is planning on taking the audio of me reporting them outside of school, along with videos of their scam team shoving their phones in my face over and over, and saying the whole thing happened at Baruch College.
NYC law enforcement will have so many witnesses to back up their lies, it’s not even funny. NYC law enforcement has thousands of people unofficially working for them exactly for situations like this. NYC law enforcement has people whose job it is to serve as witnesses and lie.
NYC law enforcement has been harassing me for years. I am more than happy to share my phone and bank records with anyone who works for the US government. They can match the locations where I’ve been to security cameras around Manhattan. They will see NYC law enforcement’s regular clothes hate/lie/scam team harassing me hundreds of times in stores, the street, and the subway.
I never mention a word about the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College. I’m respectful to the staff, security, and professors at Baruch College.
Anytime I interact with anyone at Baruch College I only talk about school, I’m respectful and professional.
I keep to myself in regards to students. The only time I speak with students is in mandatory student groups which are very rare. When I speak with students I only talk about school and I’m respectful and professional.
People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me several times per day. I have reported NYC law enforcement to hundreds of government agencies and I’m still being harassed.
The agencies I’ve reported NYC law enforcement for taking money under the table to harass me include the US Attorney Southern District’s office, Manhattan District Attorney’s office, NYPD Internal Affairs, Civilian Complaint Review Board, Department of Investigations, and hundreds of others.
NYC law enforcement knows I have contacted hundreds of government agencies thousands of times to report them for harassing me.
NYC law enforcement is desperately trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College. I mentioned it to one of the executives at Baruch College and was told there is nothing that Baruch College or CUNY can do to help me. Therefore I dropped it. I never mention a word about NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at Baruch College.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.
Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College.
I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York. My goal is to earn a C or D average. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn.
If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion. Use this information at your own risk.
I have no idea if it’s legal or not but in my spare time, I call random companies and organzations that I find on Google and leave them voice mail messages. I keep track of who I call so I only leave one message for each company or organization.
I’ll call companies at night and leave a message on their voice mail. I’ll say, “Hi my name is Mark Pine. Allegedly people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to harass me. I’ve contacted several government agencies and they aren’t helping me. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I keep track of every company I call so I’ll only leave this one message.”
I have three days left at Baruch College until the end of the semester. I already finished all the work for one of my classes. I have the majority of the work done for the remaining three classes I’m taking.
I’m literally walking on eggshells. I’m being as cautious as humanly possible. I’m treating everyone with the utmost respect. I’m barely talking at all unless a Baruch College staff member or professor speaks with me.
I just found out for some reason I’m about to get a direct deposit next week from Baruch College for about $1,000.
Then in February and March of 2022, I’m going to receive about $7,000 from Baruch College student loans in my bank account to take care of necessities.
Not bad for a street homeless person that’s been on welfare for the past five years.
New York City law enforcement is gearing up to claim that for some reason “He’s going to throw that all away to have an outburst in class.”
I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.
When NYC law enforcement has students they are connected with cut me off, crash into me, and shove their phones in my face, I ignore them and don’t say a word. I don’t report it, I just ignore them.
I can care less about grades. I just want to pass. When I try and study, NYC law enforcement has their scam team sneak up on me and blow vape and other types of smoke in my face. They have done that hundreds of times.
I’m always respectful to the NYPD when I see them in person. My civilian enemies that pay NYC law enforcement to torture me aren’t paying cops that are interacting with the public. My civilian enemies are paying high-ranking law enforcement that are running scams behind the scenes.
NYC law enforcement also has girls follow me around and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their life with people all over the place, security cameras, and NYC law enforcement supervising.
I’m not saying that NYC law enforcement doesn’t keep us safe because they do to some extent. I’m saying that in my opinion, keeping us safe doesn’t excuse this type of behavior. Also, in my opinion, the CCRB, IA, and DOI should be completely revamped.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement and their plainclothes sabotage team to harass me every day.
Disclaimers: This is my opinion. Use this information at your own risk. If you have an emergency call 911. I’m not a lawyer. If you need legal advice talk with an attorney.
I know a lot of NYC law enforcement’s scams, the same way they know me inside and out.
NYC law enforcement has tons of audio of me reporting them while they are viciously harassing me.
NYC law enforcement wants to use the audio of me and say the conversation originated in a Baruch College classroom.
At LaGuardia Community College I earned a 3.975 GPA while living in the street with NYC law enforcement harassing me the whole time.
At Baruch College I earned a 4.0 GPA last semester living in the street.
In my opinion, the bar is so low for NYC law enforcement to ruin someone’s life and severely sabotage them.
I’ve been a model student for four semesters. NYC law enforcement has had several students harass me at college and try to pick fights with me. I ignored them all.
Now NYC law enforcement wants to take audio of me reporting them and say I had some type of outburst in a class.
I’m homeless. Thank’s to Baruch College CUNY I have laptops, phone, clothes, place to shower, etc. I receive a few thousand dollars per semester in student loans that I use for bills.
I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record.
NYC law enforcement has all the witnesses at Baruch College that they need.
They are thinking if they can sell that I had some type of outburst in class.
For the record. Since this semester has started I’ve already began turning in homework that is due in October and November. It’s still September.
Every email I’ve ever sent to a professor and staff at Baruch College has been beyond respectful.
NYC law enforcement has already edited the audio of me that they plan on using to lie and say I had an outburst in class.
All these blog posts are supposed to be going into multiple cloud backups that can’t be erased. These blog posts are dated and being shared to social media.
I have had students at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College physically attack me and I didn’t react at all. I don’t even report it anymore. I just take it. There is nothing else I can do.
I have had staff at Baruch College send me disrespectful and insulting emails on behalf of NYC law enforcement that NYC law enforcement probably wrote. I responded with the utmost respect at all times regardless.
Even with NYC law enforcement trying to sabotage my every move at Baruch College like they do everywhere else, it’s still the best opportunity for me until I figure out how to earn money.
I don’t take it personal when civilians try and sabotage me on behalf of the police. They have no choice. If they say no, NYC law enforcement will make their lives a living hell.
What would you do if NYC law enforcement asked you to fire me? Let’s say I was providing web marketing for you or let’s say I was cleaning your apartment every week. A member of NYC law enforcement shows up to your home and says we want you to fire Mark Pine. We don’t want him earning any money.
What would you do if some gangster looking police officers made that request while looking down at you?
