  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement has more audio scams on the way to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    Greetings NYC FBI and NYPD,

NYC law enforcement runs one scam after the next on me.

NYC law enforcement does not have any oversight at all in my opinion.

    No law enforcement does.

For every member of law enforcement that gets in trouble there is a huge number of them getting away with the same thing every day.

It’s a fluke for a member of law enforcement to get in trouble for anything.

I just interviewed people that work for the NYC government for a journalism homework assignment.

The homework is not ever being published anywhere on the web.

One more time for the record.

All the interviews are recorded with Tape A Call.

I’m not ever contacting any of the people I interviewed that work for the NYC government again.

If I ever see any of them in person by some miracle I will treat them with the utmost respect at all times.

I wouldn’t recognize them if I saw them.

NYC law enforcement has years of audio of me arguing, complaining, and reporting law enforcement.

Law enforcement can easily have amazing audio editors edit my audio into new conversations with anyone they want.

NYC Law enforcement has billions of dollars, tens of thousands of employees, and they run scams that are beyond anyone’s imagination.

One more time, I treated everyone I interviewed for my podcast homework with the utmost respect on the phone.

I’m never contacting any of them ever again.

If I ever see any of them I will treat them with the utmost respect.

I can feel law enforcement cooking up the next scam on me.

I’m 46 with no criminal record.

I record vlogs outside of college complaining about the government.

That has nothing to do with Baruch College.

I also complain about law enforcement harassing me all the time.

Law enforcement can easily have the people that work for the government that I interviewed for a Baruch College homework assignment pick up the phone when I call the FBI or NYPD 911, pretend they work at the FBI or NYPD, and argue with me on the phone.

I don’t remember what any of them sound like.

    I only have one phone.

Of course law enforcement takes my phone all the time when I’m sleeping.

I’m about to take a nap in a few minutes.

I am grateful that the people that work for the government spent time with me on the phone.

The only thing I’m focused on in addition to treating everyone at and connected with Baruch College respectfully, is making money so I can hire attorneys to sue the government for allowing law enforcement to harass me every day without any oversight besides the New York Courts and NYC Comptroller—when it’s supposed to be NYPD Internal Affairs, NYC DOI, etc.

There are plenty of videos on the web of me complaining about the government.

I never complain about the government to anyone at Baruch College or connected with Baruch College in any way.

Law enforcement can easily take the audio from any of of the videos and create a fabricated conversation with any of the people that I just interviewed for a Baruch College homework assignment.

I call NYPD 911 and the FBI every day when law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team are harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Today April 26, 2023, the NYPD was running scams on me in person.

    Greetings NYPD Internal Affairs,

Usually the NYPD sends women and men in regular clothes to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, blow marijana smoke in my face, etc.

When I call NYPD 911 the NYPD has the people that pick up the phone for NYPD 911 run scams on me and harass me on the phone.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times in the past 7 years.

I have given NYPD 911 my name, number, email, date of birth, social, etc.

Today April 26, 2023, early in the morning the NYPD was running scams on me in person and on the phone.

I’m not sure the exact time but it was after 1 AM in the morning.

I was sitting outside in the Hudson Yards area trying to use my laptop.

Law enforcement started remotely blocking me from using my laptop like they always do.

Law enforcement can remotely block me from using my laptop.

Law enforcement remotely blocks me from using my laptop at Baruch College.

    I called NYPD 911.

NYPD 911 started running scams and harass me on the phone as they always do.

While I’m trying to report to NYPD 911 that law enforcement is remotely blocking me from using my laptop, I made it very clear that I only want to report the NYPD on the phone, I don’t want to meet the NYPD in person.

What is a patrol cop going to do if people I know are paying the NYPD tens of thousands of dollars or more under the table to harass me?

Two members of the NYPD showed up in person to the outdoor tables in the Hudson Years area sometime between 1 AM and 4 AM.

The NYPD officers in uniform said that they were there because I was calling NYPD 911.

I said I told NYPD 911 I don’t want to meet with the NYPD in the street.

I told the NYPD officers that I’ve been to several NYPD precincts and they won’t help me at all.

The NYPD officers said they were from the NYPD 10 Precinct in Chelsea, New York City.

One of the NYPD officers in uniform told me he was from or living in Nassau County, Long Island.

I immediately asked the NYPD 911 officers if they could turn on their body cameras.

The 2 NYPD officers said no, they would not turn on their body cameras.

I got some video from when the 3 of us were standing there.

We spoke for a while about people harassing me and that was it.

    The NYPD officers left.

I’ve been to the NYPD 10 Precinct before to report people robbing me and harassing me.

I was denied police reports from the NYPD 10 Precinct at least 3 separate times.

People I know have been paying the NYPD to harass me for years.

The NYPD is claiming they have about 55,000 employees with 19,000 civilians and 36,000 law enforcement.

What the NYPD doesn’t tell you is how many people they have running around in addition to that.

The NYPD has a lot of women and men that run scams for the NYPD part time, off the books.

For example, the NYPD has women and men that set people up as stalkers and for sexual harassment.

The NYPD has people that start fights to get people in trouble.

The NYPD has their civilian lie and scam team harass me constantly.

That is why I pick up the phone and call the FBI and NYPD 911 and ignore the civilian woman and men that the NYPD sends to harass me.

I can write 100,000 more words about this topic but I have schoolwork.

I’m more than happy to share my phone records and bank records with any government agencies if they would like to investigate people I know paying law enforcement to harass me.

The only time I can turn a page on the web with my laptop is when I hold my phone recording my laptop screen with one hand and I use my laptop with the other hand.

If I’m not constantly recording my laptop screen with my phone—I can’t turn a page on the web.

Even when my laptop does work the speed of any laptop or computer I use is down 80% compared from before law enforcement started harassing me.

Please advise if you would like any additional information from me.

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Complaint to the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General on April 20, 2023.

    Greetings DOJ,

In my opinion, people I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

For example law enforcement goes around to various NYC government agencies I interact with and sabotages me.

Law enforcment sabotages me with The City Univeristy of New York, the Human Resources Administration, and many others.

Law enforcement also has women and men in regular clothes blow drug smoke in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, try and pick fights with me, follow me into businesses and harass me, and much more.

The NYPD will not help me.

NYPD Internal Affairs will not help me.

The NYC Department of Investigations will not help me.

I’ve contacted dozens or hundreds of other New York City, New York State, and Federal government agencies and they won’t help me.

The FBI is well aware of the situation.

I would like to make a formal complaint againt the FBI.

The FBI located in New York City blocked my phone number.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office – Southern District of New York blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number and email.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Every NYPD Precinct blocked my phone number.

    I’m 46 years old.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party.

I’m a student at Baruch College at The City University of New York.

    I’m not a lawyer.

I’m currently representing myself pro se in a civil lawsuit agaist CUNY.

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York.

If you look at the exhibits from the case you will see some of the scams that law enforcment is running on me.

In my opinion people I know have been paying law enforcment to sabotage people, harass people, and cover up crimes for decades.

The FBI knows about it. I told them several times.

In my opinion it’s the FBI’s fiduciary duty to help me if people I know are paying the NYPD and there is no legitimate oversight to stop it.

If you look on the web at what the NYPD has been up to lately it’s clear that they are completly out of control.

Either the FBI is being negligent by not stopping the NYPD and others from harassing me or the FBI is being paid to sabotage and harass me and others as well.

    I’m confident it’s the latter.

Why else would they block my phone number?

I spend most of the time in Manhattan. There are security cameras all over the place.

I would like to share my phone records and bank records with a government agency that can investigate the situation.

If anyone matched the locations where I’ve been to security cameras, they would see me being harassed constantly.

    Please help.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement remotely adds spelling and grammar errors into my emails and documents.

When I’m typing emails and documents, law enforcement will remotely access my laptop and phone and remotely add spelling and grammar errors into my emails and documents.

For example, I can write a three-sentence email.

When I’m done reading the email to make sure there aren’t any mistakes, law enforcement will remotely access my laptop and add one or two spelling and grammar errors into the email before I press send to make me look bad.

They do the same thing with documents and anything else I’m typing.

  • Opinion: Email to an NYPD Police Officer that contacted me about someone stealing my phone on April 3, 2023.

    Greetings Officer,

I always treat police officers respectfully in person.

I have no issue with any police officers personally.

    I respect what you do.

With that being said, let’s not conveniently leave out any details.

T Mobile wasn’t asking for a police report for the lost/stolen phone.

I just wanted to document that I’ve been robbed so many times in New York City that I lost count.

In my opinion, people I know pay various law enforcement, former law enforcement, and civilians to harass me, sabotage me, and run scams on me.

I’m not going to type a book here.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

I don’t date women or anyone, for that matter.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I live squeaky clean.

If you look up my name in the NYPD computer system, you will see I’ve been robbed several times.

In my opinion, people I know pay others to harass me.

Who is going to investigate that?

I wish it weren’t the case, although I understand why the NYPD and New York FBI don’t want to get involved.

I’m doing my best to get the word out to non-government organizations to try and get help.

I have no idea why you are contacting me.

To be honest, I don’t care.

If my response is mandatory, I’ll do it.

If it’s not mandatory, let’s just stop playing games because respectfully you’re not helping me.

In my opinion, people I know pay your bosses to run scams.

That doesn’t mean I’m anti law enforcement.

If it was up to me, I say triple the salary of every person in America that works for the government.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

The New York FBI, Manhattan District Attorney, and the US Attorney for New York City all blocked my phone number.

    People know who I am.

    You aren’t helping me.

If I see you around Manhattan, it’s 100% respect.

If this conversation isn’t mandatory, I’m politely and respectfully ending it now.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to US Government Agencies on December 26, 2022 at about 10 AM. New York City law enforcement basically kidnapped me right now. I’m on the 3 train uptown.

    Greetings US Government Agencies,

I was taking the number 3 subway from Downtown to Midtown in New York City.

In my opinion, law enforcement knocked me out with drugs like they always do.

I woke up on the train and now we are at a stop that has a lot of crime and drugs.

Now law enforcement won’t move the train.

    The train is stopped.

There is no announcement and no explanation why we are not moving.

I’m on the 3 train uptown somewhere in New York City.

    Please help.

Law enforcement is harassing me around the clock.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement has people blowing vape smoke in my face almost every day.

    Here is the situation. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m 45 and I don’t have a criminal record at all.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me every day.

One of the things NYC law enforcement does to harass me is drug me. NYC law enforcement has members of their plain clothes lie and scam team sneak up on me and blow vape smoke in my face. They have done it hundreds of times.

Disclaimers: I’m not a doctor. If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. This is my opinion.

After NYC law enforcement has their lie and scam team blow vape smoke in my face I go to various emergency rooms in New York City.

Every time I’ve gone to any emergency room and said someone blew vape smoke in my face they test my blood or urine to see what’s going on. This has been going on for years.

Every time the hospital says the blood and urine is 100% clean. No drugs or alcohol.

Tonight February 18, 2022, a hospital gave me back the drug test and said it tested positive. I asked if I could speak with a doctor and see what was going on and they said no and to get out immediately. The people at the hospital started to be very rude for no reason and they started insulting me.

I immediately pressed record on my phone recorder just in case they had plans to lie and say I was rude to get me banned from the hospital.

Now that I have the audio backed up in Google Vault. I can show that the hospital staff was insulting me and I continued to treat them with the utmost respect at all times.

Once I realized I couldn’t see a doctor and the people who I was asking for help weren’t helping me, I just left. The hospital is a very good hospital. I don’t care that a few of the staff insulted me and tried to pick a fight with me. I just continue to act respectfully because I’m going back to the hospital again in the future.

Now I’m at a different hospital. Again I’m not giving names because I don’t want to get sued for defamation.

I’m going to tell the NYC hospital I’m at now that someone blew vape smoke in my face when they are checking me in. I’m also going to respectfully and politely ask for a drug test. I don’t care if its blood, urine, etc.

If they say no at that point I’m going to show them the other test from the other hospital with a positive. I’ll say that I never do drugs but I have had people that I don’t know blow vape smoke in my face and this is the first time I’ve had a positive after many times of being tested and I want to know what’s going on.

Regardless if this hospital helps me or not I’m going to treat everyone here with the utmost respect the same way I treated everyone at the other hospital with the utmost respect.

  • Opinion: Controversial conversations at Baruch College. February 11, 2022.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Next week in one of my classes we are reviewing a book that contains controversial writing about the US government, FBI and police. I’m going on the record right now I’m not saying one negative word ever at Baruch College about the US Government, FBI, and police.

Outside of school/CUNY is a different story. I’ll complain all day long when I’m outside of school to people that are NOT connected with CUNY.

Last semester I would skip classes when I knew there was going to be a discussion about a controversial topic.

This semester I want to have a 100 percent attendance record so I’m not skipping any more classes. I’m just going to keep 100 percent quiet. If the professor calls on me for an answer it’s going to be I love the US government, I love the FBI, and I especially love the police. Everyone is doing their best with what they have to work with.

Outside of school I’m launching lawsuits against all of them. I don’t have any points to get across to anyone at CUNY besides I respect everyone with the utmost respect humanly possible.

My goals are to continue to treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times and only talk about school never anything personal.

    Graduate from CUNY.

Have a positive impact on society.

Get back into an apartment so I don’t have to sleep in the subway.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Baruch College kept me out of jail.

Now NYC law enforcement is making up lies to try and have me kicked out.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency, call 911. I’m not an attorney. If you need legal advice, talk with a lawyer. This is my opinion. Verify everything yourself.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass and sabotage me. They don’t care who I tell. They won’t stop.

Baruch College probably saved me from going to jail.

If NYC law enforcement got me in a cage, they would do horrible things to me, the food I eat, etc. If anyone in social media land doesn’t believe me, I’ll swing by the office of any major social media platform, and I’ll show you what NYC law enforcement has done to me.

NYC law enforcement wrote me thousands of dollars in tickets that I was able to pay thanks to my student loans and money I earned delivering food. That is before NYC law enforcement wrote me thousands of dollars in tickets for riding a regular bicycle while delivering food.

NYC law enforcement wrote me approximately 11 tickets on subways and busses. Do you know anyone that received that many tickets? I paid all but two. I just paid about $500 to the MTA.

    I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

Another way Baruch College saved me from almost having to go to jail was by affording me the ability to be able to pay for a legal website. I was able to ask attornies questions.

What happened was the Nassau County Police Department took audio of me that NYC law enforcement is in possession of. The audio is of me complaining about NYC law enforcement on the phone while they are attacking and teasing me.

Thanks to Baruch College I was able to pay my phone bill in advance for more than a year. If it wasn’t for Baruch College, I wouldn’t even have a phone. I’d be in jail.

Nassau County law enforcement bought a phone and said it was mine. Nassau County law enforcement edited the audio that NYC law enforcement has of me and created new conversations with people who work for Nassau County Police Headquarters.

The people at Nassau County Police Headquarters signed sworn statements that the calls were real.

The scam that Nassau County law enforcement ran on me is similar to the movie from 1989 called “Tango and Cash.”

Thanks to Baruch College I was able to pay for the website that allowed me to ask lawyers questions.

My public defender was trying to sabotage my case because he was hand-selected by NYC law enforcement.

The Nassau County District Attorney knew I was innocent and pretended they didn’t know.

I’ve been calling the NYC District Attorney and left messages asking for help.

Once NYC law enforcement saw that I figured out how to decently represent myself and that I wasn’t going to use their public defender, they let me go with a violation.

I’m going on the record and saying the judge was very fair. Everyone else involved was breaking the law in my nonattorney, civilian, opinion.

One of the reasons NYC law enforcement let me go is because they are going to try and use a similar scam to get me kicked out of Baruch College. They didn’t want me exposing them in the court record, and then they were going to turn around and use the same exact scam.

NYC law enforcement also is trying to get rid of my actual phone. Thanks to Baruch College, I was able to pay for 14 months in advance. My phone bill is paid over a year in advance.

I have called various law enforcement and government agencies thousands of times. If I didn’t, NYC law enforcement could have just had a few people shove their phones in my face, crash into me, etc., and make up lies and say he started with them.

I’m always respectful to the NYPD in person and everyone else who works for the government including everyone at Baruch College and CUNY.

My issue is not with any of you. It’s with the high-ranking members of NYC law enforcement that took money to ruin my life. I am trying to expose them legally. They aren’t happy about that.

New York City law enforcement is going to try and lie and say I was rude to several people at Baruch College. Of course, they will have several eye witnesses. It’s the same scam they use over and over. I’m not giving up.

  • Opinion: NYC law enforcement is editing audio of me reporting them into new conversations.

People I know are paying New York City law enforcement to try and ruin my life.

New York City law enforcement is editing audio of me reporting them to various government agencies.

NYC law enforcement is going to claim my words were directed towards professors, students, and staff at Baruch College.

NYC law enforcement already did the same thing to me several times before.

The same audio scam was used in the movie “Tango and Cash” from 1989. Can you imagine the technology they have today, compared with then?

New York City law enforcement will also have all the witnesses they need to back up their lies. I’m confident they will have video to go with their audio. Especially because I wear a mask the majority of the time.

New York City law enforcement has their plain-clothes sabotage team shove their phones in my face every day.

I’m always polite to the police when I see them in person. The members of NYC law enforcement that people I know pay the harass me aren’t interacting with the public. They are behind the scenes.

Use this information at your own risk. Verify everything yourself. If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion.
