  • Opinion: Email to the Nassau County District Attorney about security video at stores.

    Greetings Nassau County District Attorney,

There were several reasons that I was calling Nassau County 911 and Nassau County Police Headquarters.

I’m only going to focus on one of the reasons in this email.

People I know pay the NYPD and Nassau County Police to viciously harass me. They are still harassing me today.

One of the main reasons I was calling the Nassau County Police was to report that the Nassau County Police has their civilian scam team follow me into supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores, and harass me.

They physically attack me, they try and pick fights with me, they try and start arguments with me, they cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and do anything they can to upset me.

The Nassau County Police Department said I was calling them for no reason. I have rock-sold evidence to prove that is not true. I had several legitimate reasons for calling them.

My next court date is near the end of March, 2021. I was arrested last year.

There is no way that the Nassau County Police could have investigated people following me into stores and harassing me because they didn’t have my bank records. Without my bank records, there is no way to know what store I was at and at what time.

The reason I’m contacting you is that I don’t know how long the stores are going to hold on to their security video. It could be one month or a few months. Hopefully, it’s a year.

The longer we wait, the more evidence is going to disappear. How can anyone prove anything if the evidence is gone?

One thing that will be proved either way is that the Nassau County Police arrested me and never investigated anything.

They also verbally attacked me on the phone and are now trying to make the calls disappear by underreporting the number of times I called them.

Why would I have possibly been spending that amount of time calling the police if nothing was going on?

I was asking them to look at security videos at stores.

If we get access to the security video at stores I visited in Nassau County we can obtain footage of several instances of the Nassau County Police Department’s civilian scam team harassing me in stores. They are still doing it to me today.

This is only one of the reasons I was calling. I’m saving the rest because I’m waiting to hear from the court if I can represent myself.

I sent you my bank and phone records.

Please let me know if there is any way we can request the security video at stores so we can obtain the footage of Nassau County Police’s civilian team repeatedly following me into stores and harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: The reason I think New York City changed the hours that the subway is closed.

New York law enforcement has completely lost their minds. That includes the New York FBI, NYPD, Nassau County Police Department, and others.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency, call 911. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. I’m not a lawyer. I’m not a doctor. Verify all information yourself. This is my opinion. I don’t work for the government.

If you require information about COVID-19, you can find it here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

New York law enforcement is getting paid regardless if we all starve or not. Personally, I think they would prefer that a lot of us starve.

In my opinion, New York law enforcement talks with whoever is in charge and says, let’s close the subway for X hours per night. New York law enforcement can care less if we all drop dead.

Here are two examples of why I think that:

    1. Are there any neighborhoods that you would be cautious to walk through at night? Why? The United States goes overseas and secures some of the most dangerous places. Why can’t they secure America? Why should one person live in a safe neighborhood and another person is unsafe? One reason is that law enforcement and the bureaucrats who direct them can care less about us.
    2. When I walk around Midtown Manhattan at night, I don’t see enough NYPD officers in the streets, in their cars, etc. I think there are too many NYPD members drinking coffee and eating sandwiches at the precincts instead of patrolling the streets. How many police officers are being paid to sleep in the precincts at night? How many do you see in the street? You tell me.

If you are a regular productive person, you will probably have difficulty imagining what law enforcement is really up to. For example, tampering with people’s food, setting people up, having girls hook up with people and say they mistreated them, etc. That’s a big part of the day for some, not all, of law enforcement.

When New York City closed the subway from 1 AM to 5 AM they said it was to clean it. I will say that I did see a lot more cleaning than in the past. I just disagree that the subway had to be closed to be cleaned.

How many subway stations do they clean at the same time? Even at the height of the cleaning or now, I look into subway stations to see what’s going on at night and the majority of the time there is no one cleaning.

The reason I suspect New York law enforcement told the city to close the subway from 1 AM to 5 AM for so long is so more of the police can sleep at night. The police have a lot of people under surveillance. If people can’t move around the city, the New York FBI, NYPD, etc., don’t have to follow them around the city as much at night.

Also, civilians don’t know that regular people who work for the police conduct a lot of the surveillance done by the NYPD. The NYPD, NCPD, and others have a large number of civilians running around for them. I call them the NYPD civilian lie and scam team.

The NYPD has civilians they use to follow people around, pick fights with people to get them in trouble, rob people, and hook up with people and say they were assaulted. If I had to guess, the number of civilians that the NYPD has working for them off the record is in the tens of thousands. They are throwing our tax dollars in the garbage.

If you are doing anything illegal, I suggest you stop. The US government has so many informants working for them it’s not even funny. All ages, female, male, etc. The government has whole families working for them.

When I heard the subway will soon change the hours they are closed, I suspect I know why. Of course, it’s impossible to prove.

I’m not naming names because it’s not essential. I suspect high power business owners in New York City went to the powers that be and said, what the hell is going on? If you don’t open the subway, we will leave and take a lot of money out of the city.

New York law enforcement would have kept the subway closed from 1 AM to 5 AM forever if you let them. Now New York law enforcement has to spend more time following people like me around every night. People I know pay the police to harass me every day including today.

That’s just my theory. I don’t know this for a fact. Let me know if you agree or not.

  • Opinion: The NYPD has teenage girls following me around, pretending I’m following them, and acting like they are scared in Queens, New York.

    Greetings,

Anytime I take the 7 train into Queens, New York or any subway or bus in Queens, New York the NYPD and their civilian team snap into action.

People I know pay New York law enforcement and their large civilian scam team to physically attack me, sabotage me, pick fights with me, rob me, make up lies about me, and harass me non stop. There are hours of security video at stores in New York that back up my claims and I’m trying to obtain the video so I can expose them. I know I’m not the only person New York law enforcement is terrorizing.

In addition to having women and men constantly cutting me off, crashing into me, and trying to verbally pick fights with me; of course New York law enforcement has numerous girls in their teens and twenties follow me around and pretend I’m following them. The girls will shove their phones in my face, cut me off, crash into me from behind, anything they can to get the video they need to try and get me in trouble.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times. A lot more than 10,000 to be honest but I think 10,000 gets the point across. I have never blocked my number. My mobile phone is 917 815 5415.

No matter how bad anyone thinks United States law enforcement is, it’s 100X worse. The majority, not all, of people in power to stop them just look the other way because they know that US law enforcement kills people. If anyone wants I can send over articles from mainstream news websites backing up that claim. I have also seen New York law enforcement tamper with the food in several New York restaurants and supermarkets.

I don’t blame anyone for looking the other way. There is no one to tell. In my humble opinion, NYPD internal affairs, the Department of Investigations, the Civilian Complaint Review board, etc., are not enough. Also, is there even a group that looks into what federal law enforcement is up to?

New York law enforcement is paying teenage girls to follow me around, record me with their mobile phones, act like they are scared, physically attack me, while the NYPD and other New York law enforcement supervise.

If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. I’m not an attorney.

  • Email to Baruch College about access to study materials and being harassed.

    Greetings,

First and foremost I treat everyone at Baruch College CUNY with the utmost respect at all times, regardless if I get my way or not. That includes students, professors, and staff.

I love Baruch College. My professors are amazing. It’s the best opportunity for me.

The professor of the above class isn’t sharing the slides with the students. That’s fine. I can screen picture the slides as they pop up. The professor is great, that’s not the obstacle.

The issue is that people I know harass me beyond belief outside of school. They break my laptops, steal my phones, rip my clothes, attack me, go into all my email and social media accounts, and wreak havoc.

I can produce police reports where they take my debit card and steal my money. I can also show police reports where I have been robbed multiple times. Additionally, I have been denied police reports dozens of times by the NYPD.

I have been to NYC hospital emergency rooms dozens of times after being attacked. Thank God for welfare health insurance or I would owe hundreds of thousands of dollars. I’m sure the taxpayers are thrilled.

Even with all this, I have an optimistic attitude. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m confident if I stay on the right track everything will improve.

I understand there is probably nothing anyone at the school can do to help. All I’m saying is if I have the slides I will study them.

If people go into my Google Photos, laptop, email, etc, and erase the slides I can’t study. I’ll still pass but I won’t have a chance to earn an A or B.

I have contacted the New York FBI, NYPD, Department of Investigations, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, NYPD Internal Affairs, and others. They have not helped me at all.

The only one who helped was the New York City Comptroller’s Office. Albeit, it’s a slow process and the harassment continues.

I wouldn’t go back to a homeless shelter if the city offered me ten million dollars a night to sleep there so that’s not an option. I’m lucky I made it out of the last homeless shelter in one piece. I’m not trying to press my luck.

Furthermore, because I’m homeless it’s impossible to fully secure my possessions.

Please advise if you have any ideas for me.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Updated email signature at Baruch College to cover myself from the NYPD trying to have me kicked out of school.

Thank you and have a great day.

I always treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I love The City University of New York.

    ____________________________________________

I have been homeless for the past 5 years. I’m in good spirits and I’m making the best of it. I’m a professional at being homeless.

I earned a 3.975 GPA after 36 credits at LaGuardia Community College while homeless.

I don’t take all the credit for the GPA. The professors and staff at LaGuardia Community College are stellar. I will never forget how helpful they are for the rest of my life. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have earned all the As.

Before I was at CUNY I was in a HRA public assistance job program and it was horrible. I would sit around all day and stare at the clock. All the computers were always taken and my phone didn’t work in the building. It was like having the worst possible full time job and being paid about $100 per week. Remembering that job program makes me appreciate CUNY even more.

I grew up in the Hewlett Woodmere area on Long Island. I graduated from Hewlett High School in 1994. I also grew up in Westhampton, New York.

A few people I grew up with have been paying former New York law enforcement (NYPD, NCPD, etc.) private investigators for decades. This is a provable fact. There are articles on mainstream news websites that back up my claims.

99% of police officers are great people. I am always friendly and respectful to the police in person. I’m homeless so I interact with them all the time. For example, I always talk with the police when I go to Walgreens and Duane Reade.

I advise the police officers I speak with to get a New York State real estate salesperson license. I’m a homeless New York State licensed real estate broker.

I estimate that a fraction of one percent of police officers are criminals. Those are the ones that the people I grew up with pay. One of the services the people who I grew up with pay official law enforcement private investigators for is to harass people including me.

    Before I go any further, I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

I live squeaky clean. I refer to myself as Mark “squeaky clean” Pine. For example, I sent my 2020 Federal and New York tax return to the IRS in January 2020 by certified mail.

Now that I’m at CUNY I’m loving life. I have a mobile phone. I have a laptop. I have places to shower. I have a storage to keep my things. I have a little food. I just don’t have a roof over my head.

The law enforcement people who harass me know me inside and out and vice versa. I have rock solid evidence to back up everything I’m saying. For example, news articles in mainstream news websites.

I shared the articles with a few of the executives at CUNY and other government officials. For example the Department of Investigations, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, NYPD Internal Affairs, NCPD Internal Affairs, Speaker of the City Council, District 2 City Council, Manhattan Borough President, New York FBI, Nassau County Police Department, District Attorney, US Attorney, NYC Public Advocate, NYC Comptroller, New York State Comptroller, NYPD 13th Precinct, and others.

When the private investigators and the civilians who work for them harass me, I call the NYPD. I used to argue with them on the phone. I don’t argue with them anymore. There is no point. They aren’t helping me.

Of course the private investigators were given the audio of me arguing on the phone with the NYPD from years ago while I was being attacked and bullied. They want to take the audio and say those words were directed towards someone or multiple people at CUNY (student, professor, staff).

If anyone looks at the emails I have sent to the staff and professors at CUNY, you will see that I always treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

I have plenty of experience interacting with people. I have helped hundreds of individuals and companies around the country with web marketing. I’ve run Google Ads campaigns for companies, helped with social media, video production, etc. My former clients include doctors, attorneys, construction companies, retail businesses, etc.

It’s not that difficult to figure out how the police want to try and have me kicked out of school after dealing with them for years.

    1. They will lie and say “he said something rude to someone at Baruch College.” Then they will mix up my voice with that old audio. Believe me with billions of dollars, they do that. The NYPD budget is in the billions of dollars. The pensions are over a billion dollars per year.
    2. Something happens off campus that coincidentally involves Baruch College students and me. “Mark Pine ran into Baruch College students in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens, and X happened. We have 100 witnesses, photos and videos. He’s a menace!”
    3. “He sent a vulgar email to someone at school.” They will go into my email or social media and send some nasty emails to people.

The police have civilians who work for them crash into me and cut me off while recording me. I guess you would call it an ambush. They have done that alot. I’m not going to get into everything the police do to me because I don’t want to offend anyone.

The people I grew up with throw around tens of thousands of dollars like it’s pennies. The civilians I grew up with give the police a big budget to run scams so it’s no problem for them to recruit people.

I sent articles to the higher ups at CUNY that would make anyone say how is that person not in prison. Not only are the people I grew up with not in prison, they don’t have criminal records after being busted attacking people. #fact

They get people apartment rentals, cars, jobs, cash, etc. There is no denying that the civilians I grew up with are connected in New York, Florida, and other states. Unfortunately they use their contacts to sabotage people.

I know of a famous story in New York where the people who pay the police to harass me lent someone over a million dollars to sabotage the person. The whole story is documented in the press. I can’t mention the victims name because he would sue me for defamation.

They got the money back and ran the person into the ground. They tried to do the same thing to me years ago.

I know a lot more stories than this. For example, I know of a woman who is in jail for years that the police set up. I told NYPD internal affairs, NYPD crime stoppers, ect., they can care less.

The private investigators also might have people try and pick fights with me to try and get me to react. None of it is going to work.

A person can pour a can of paint on my head and I can care less. I’ll report it and that’s it. I never lose my cool. I’ve been through hell and back, I’m used to it.

There was a student at LaGuardia Community College who started yelling at me in the middle of class. I have no idea who the person is. I never said one word to the person in my life.

There was a camera in the classroom. I reported it to LaGuardia Community College Public Safety. They said the camera was broken. Then someone went into my email and erased some, not all, of the emails of me reporting what happened.

I have also contacted Public Safety at Baruch College, the main CUNY Public Safety Headquarters, Title 9 Coordinators, etc., and reported what’s going on.

I honestly believe that I started out school homeless and I’m going to be a millionaire from my startups before I graduate. That is why I’m walking on eggshells because CUNY has a massive positive impact on my life.

    I love CUNY.

The police also send messages and pretend it’s me. One time I was volunteering to get into expensive technology events. They went into my Facebook account and sent messages to the person I was volunteering for.

The people I grew up with have just as much money, contacts, and are equally as evil as almost any criminals you have read about in the news during the past few years.

I remember reading in a mainstream news website that someone who was convicted for harassing and attacking several people was hiring former law enforcement to cover up his crimes. That is why it took so long to convict the person. The people I grew up with are just as bad and do the same exact thing.

I now understand why victims sometimes wait years before coming forward and reporting their attackers. It’s because unless you have millions of dollars for an attorney, navigating the US government system as a victim is very time consuming. I literally spend a hundred hours per month defending myself against the people who harass me.

Instead of living off about $400 per month from HRA NYC public assistance, I get a lot more now because I’m at CUNY. For example, I receive thousands of dollars per year in my bank account in addition to the monthly money from the public assistance office.

I pay all my bills in advance when I receive the money. For example, mobile phone, etc. Not one penny goes to alcohol, smoking, vaping, partying, or anything like that.

I also had a job at school in the library before school went online.

With the help of the CUNY staff, I’m smart enough to earn a 3.975 at LaGuardia Community College. I was on the Dean’s List every semester.

The private investigators who my civilian tormentors pay are claiming I’m willing to jeopardize the blessing in my life that is CUNY.

I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect including students, staff, and professors. I mostly keep to myself at school.

I have articles on government websites and mainstream news websites backing up all the claims I made here. I’m not giving up. It’s all going to work out. If anyone reading this is able to live their life without anyone interfering, be thankful for that. I don’t have that luxury.

Having to constantly put out one fire after the next severely interferes with my productivity. I never email students so no student will ever read this.

This is an email I sent to all my professors about class groups.

    Greetings Professor,

First and foremost, I love CUNY. It’s the best opportunity ever. I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. That includes students, professors, and staff.

I have plenty of experience interacting with people from web marketing and real estate.

I also wanted to mention that I have been homeless for the past 5 years. Just in case there is mandatory interaction between students, I thought it was only fair for you and the students in my class groups to know.

I’m sure there are a number of students and their parents who wouldn’t want their child in groups and pairing up with homeless people.

I give you permission to announce to the class if there is anyone who wouldn’t mind being in a group with a homeless person, Mark Pine is homeless.

I’m not embarrassed at all. Hopefully, with the help of CUNY, I’ll have a roof over my head one day.

Because of CUNY, I have a laptop, phone, place to shower, MetroCard, food, clothes, etc. CUNY has given me a huge opportunity to get back on track.

I’m actually a homeless New York State licensed real estate broker.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I just have bad credit and no money. That’s it.

In my first year at CUNY, I earned a 3.975 GPA with 36 credits.

I sometimes sleep on the 7 train, buses, subway platforms, etc. I also study in the subway because I use the free WiFi.

I’m always friendly to the NYPD when they tell me to get off the steps.

Hundreds of NYPD officers know me because I’ve been homeless for so long. They couldn’t be more friendly. I talk with them often. I recommend they get a real estate salesperson’s license.

Just in case any group members see me around town, I’d like to be upfront with everyone so there is no surprise.

I did a little investigative journalism and found there are thousands of complaints from New York college students against New York college students every year. I want to take every precaution possible so I’m not part of it.

According to New York Post journalist Melissa Klein:

Cornell, NYU top list of New York colleges with most sexual violence complaints.

New York’s colleges recorded nearly 4,000 sexual misconduct complaints in 2018, with Cornell and New York University at the top of the list, new state data shows.

In general, more students at the public CUNY and SUNY institutions were found responsible for their actions in school disciplinary proceedings than at the state’s private schools.

    nypost.com/2020/01/11/cornell-nyu-top-list-of-new-york-colleges-with-most-sexual-violence-complaints/

I am going to continue to be a model student. I will be concise, professional, serious, and respectful, at all times when interacting with students.

I’m upfront and honest about everything. That is why I’m letting all my professors know I’m homeless just in case it affects what groups I’m placed in.

I have a place to keep clean clothes, shower, etc. I’m in great spirits. I’m making the best of it and enjoying life.

Please advise if you require any additional information.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about the laptop I was loaned.

    Greetings,

Baruch College / CUNY sent me a Dell Chromebook.

I was about to put it in my backpack and I saw a note that was enclosed. It explained penalties for damaging the laptop.

I wanted to find out how much money I will be responsible for if something happens to the laptop?

I’m homeless. People steal and destroy my property constantly. The odds are the laptop will ultimately end up broken or stolen.

Please let me know what will happen or what I will owe when the laptop is destroyed or stolen.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Request to represent myself in my Nassau County criminal trial.

    Greetings,

First and foremost I treat everyone involved in this case with the utmost respect at all times.

I asked the staff at the criminal court if I could represent myself. They said I have to ask the judge. They told me the court might order me to continue being represented by a public defender.

I would like to represent myself. I think you’re doing a good job. Albeit, I would prefer to interact directly with everyone.

Please let me know if you require any additional information and paperwork from me.

Please let me know the requirements to officially make the request with the court.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Message to a Baruch College staff member about class groups.

    Greetings,

I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. That includes you, students, staff, and professors.

I think you are great at what you do. I have the utmost respect for your position. It’s almost impossible to land jobs with the city as you have.

I’m trying to avoid having to interact with students. If my request is rejected, I will treat all the students in my class groups with the utmost respect and professionalism. I’ll be concise, just as I behave myself with you and the entire staff at CUNY.

There are thousands of complaints by students about students every year in New York colleges. That means there are a lot of students harassing students. I’ve reported students for harassing me at LaGuardia Community College.

If people realized what a big problem students interacting with students is, it would quickly be optional to break into class groups at college. I predict that it will become an option to get into class groups at some colleges in the next few years.

You told me it’s mandatory to get into class groups. That includes one on one unsupervised Zoom calls with students.

I respect your decision. I respect you. I love CUNY. I merely disagree with this one policy.

There is a small group of students at CUNY who are here to cause trouble. I’m trying to avoid it.

I might be homeless, but I live squeaky clean. I’m rebranding myself, Mark “squeaky clean” Pine.

I efiled my 2020 Federal tax return to the IRS in February. I’m about to mail the IRS a paper copy of my 2020 Federal tax return tomorrow as a backup just in case there is an issue with the efile.

That’s the squeaky-clean lifestyle I’m detailing. I file my taxes in February. I do it like that every year.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t interact socially with anyone at school.

I would never get on the phone with a student at college. I’d rather network outside of school so I don’t have to be concerned about issues that can lead back to school.

For example, the famous saying, don’t X where you eat. Now, after a year at school, it’s mandatory to get on the phone with students.

I started at CUNY broke, homeless, and without a computer. I believe I’m going to have a roof over my head one day soon. I can’t do it without the support of CUNY.

It’s not going to happen if I have students making unsubstantiated claims against me because I’m forced into class groups.

I respect your position. I appreciate everything you say. I’m looking for someone in New York / New York City who will change the policy. I’m going to contact the Manhattan Borough President, the City Council, and others.

I can not understand how thousands of complaints per year doesn’t lead to a change in policy.

Thank you again for the consideration. I hope to make you proud one day :-)

I want you to say, this guy was living in the street, and now he’s in an apartment thanks to LaGuardia Community College, Baruch College, and The City University of New York. Hopefully, the journalism graduate school or CUNY law too.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Greetings New York Courts,

First and foremost, I treat everyone at the New York Courts, Nassau County District Attorney, Nassau County Police, Nassau County Legal Aid, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything. I’m not trying to make a bad situation worse.

Attached to this email is my LaGuardia Community College / The City University of New York college transcript. I was there for a year and I just transferred to Baruch College.

    I have a 3.975 GPA after 12 classes and 36 credits. I’m on the Dean’s List.

I turned over my Chase Bank records to the Nassau County District Attorney. I never touch cash except to do my laundry.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. Not 1 penny was spent on alcohol, etc.

I turned over my college transcript to the Nassau County District Attorney. I have an A average.

I turned over my T Mobile phone records to the Nassau County District Attorney without them asking.

I don’t have any criminal record. I’m 44 years old. My birthday is August 15, 1976.

Why is the Nassau County District Attorney demanding a mental evaluation?

I was arrested at the Jericho Public Library while studying for school. I did what I was told from the minute I was arrested until the time I was released. I didn’t resist arrest at all. It’s all on security video.

I wasn’t disrespectful to anyone at the court or the police.

On what grounds are they demanding a mental evaluation? What did I do?

The Nassau County District Attorney NCDA is threatening “Cease & Desist” telling me to stop sending them evidence.

If the NCDA is trying a case, wouldn’t they want as much evidence as possible?

I’ve already disproven this case with the evidence I sent. I’m using the skills I learned at CUNY to win this case.

The NCPD and NCDA want me to throw away 99% of the evidence in this case. They are going to take 1% and spin it into a conviction. That’s why they are telling me to stop sending all the evidence about what happened.

I am being concise, professional, and respectful. I don’t take any of this personally. I know the NCPD is forcing this case on the NCDA. The NCDA doesn’t want this case.

The NCPD doesn’t want this case either but people I know are paying a few of them so they have no choice.

Whose interests are being represented with this type of behavior? What threat am I to the community or anyone? What threat have I ever been?

I was calling the NCPD to report that I was being harassed. There are phone calls when the staff at Nassau County Police Headquarters threatened me and tore me to shreds on the phone.

If those calls get out I’m famous. They will go viral on YouTube and social media. Even if it’s only tens of thousands of views, I’ll be locally famous.

My public defender told me it’s the law that the Nassau County District Attorney has to share all the calls with me. There is no way they are going to send me MP3s of the Nassau County Police Headquarters staff yelling at me and threatening me on the phone. Acting totally unprofessional.

My question is, what is their plan? I sent my phone records so they can’t say the calls weren’t made.

The Nassau County Police Department never investigated any of the crimes I reported. I sent them rock-solid evidence of crimes with credible witnesses. You will see it in the next email.

Police officers from the Nassau County Police Precinct 6 told me to stop calling Nassau County 911 and Nassau County Police Headquarters 5 days before my arrest.

    I never called since.

    Why was I then arrested?

I’m going to send you another email right after this that I just sent to the NCDA.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine

I always treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I love The City University of New York.

  • Email to the Nassau County District Attorney about sending them evidence directly.

    Greetings,

First and foremost, I treat everyone involved in this court case with the utmost respect at all times. That includes everyone at the court, Nassau County Legal Aid, and Nassau County District Attorney.

I am very happy with my free public defender. I treat him with the utmost respect and hold him in the highest regard. I’ve donated money to the Nassau County Legal Aid even though I’m on public assistance.

That is how much I appreciate them. I also shared some information about web marketing with my public defender that I thought might be useful at some point in the future.

I will try to send the majority of the evidence directly to my Legal Aid attorney.

I asked my public defender if it’s a suggestion to stop sending evidence directly to the Nassau County District Attorney or is it against the law for me to respectfully email evidence directly to the Nassau County Legal Aid attorney and the Nassau County District Attorney.

I asked my attorney the question a few times and he never said it’s illegal. I also asked the question to the Nassau County District Attorney via email and they never responded.

I sent my legal aid attorney my Chase Bank records and politely asked if he could forward them to the Nassau County District Attorney. He said no (I attached the email).

The Chase Bank records show a few things.

    1. I live squeaky clean. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

I never touch cash except to do my laundry.

Everything I do is tracked 100%.

    2. There is no second mobile phone. I sent you my T Mobile phone records without anyone asking.

The Nassau County Police Department and their staff are lying in the criminal complaint and saying I called from two numbers. The Chase Bank and other bank statements show there was no second mobile phone.

I’ll give you the password for my T Mobile account and I give you permission to check anything you like. The same goes for all my bank records, my email accounts, anything you would like to access I will give you the password, email you the statements, however is convenient for you.

I’m going to share the Chase Bank statements with you today via the web form. I also have a PayPal, CashApp, Bank of America account, Capital One Account, and I think that’s it. The Chase is the one I use the most.

I’m more than happy to share every statement from all the accounts with the Nassau County District Attorney. I have nothing to hide. I have no criminal record.

I am very happy with my legal aid attorney. I don’t want to represent myself. 99% of the work my public defender does for me is A+. I merely disagree about holding back crucial evidence.

Instead of going back and forth and wasting his time, I’m sending it directly to you. If it’s illegal for me to respectfully email evidence to the Nassau County District Attorney please let me know and I’ll stop.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Ever upward,

    Mark Pine.
