The NYC police are harassing me without the slightest care in the world about getting caught.

I receive welfare in Manhattan New York City. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass me and the police won’t allow me to work. I’ve received welfare for almost ten years. The police have been harassing me for more than ten years. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. The NYPD pays civilian women and men to make up lies about me. I can even explain all the crazy things the NYPD does to me because I don’t want to jeopardize my social media accounts. I never argue with people on social media. I never respond to negative comments on social media. I block my comments on almost every social media website and app. The police pay people to harass me and try to start arguments with me on social media. It makes no sense although it’s the reality of the situation. The NYPD also pays civilian women and men in regular clothes to constantly pretend they are with me. I have no idea who these people are and I move away aquicklys  as possible. I’ve contacted thousands of government offices for years about the NYPD harassing me and the police are still harassing me today.
