Opinion: NYC law enforcement and their civilian team are teasing and harassing me that they are going to murder me with drugs or give me a heart attack.
I’m waking up with my arm covered in cuts and spots (see above).
If anyone knows how I can legally get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me please let me know.
I’ve contacted 1,000 United States government offices and they won’t help.
