Opinion: First email to the Nassau County District Court about my criminal trial.

Greetings Nassau County District Court,

I’m not sure who is going to receive these emails. Once I find out I will adjust the greeting as necessary. Before I get into everything about my criminal trial I would like to point out a few things that are very important.

I’m not trying to make a bad situation worse. I treat and will continue to treat everyone involved with this trial with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.

The police and their civilian team go into all my email and social media accounts often. They erase emails and other evidence. They also send messages pretending to be me. There is nothing I can do to stop them because I’m homeless.

If a disrespectful email is sent from any of my accounts please let me know and I will forward it to the New York FBI and NYPD Internal Affairs.

I’m representing myself in this case. I will quickly learn the basics so I can handle myself in a concise manner and move forward properly with the trial.

One last thing. People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. That includes the NYPD, Nassau County Police, and their respective civilian teams. I have gone through all the proper channels to get help from government agencies.

For example, NYPD Internal Affairs, Nassau Police Internal Affairs, Nassau County Executive’s Office, Nassau County County Attorney, Nassau County Comptroller, Nassau County District Attorney, Nassau County Human Rights Commission, NYC Department of Investigations, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, NYC Crime Stoppers, NYC District Attorney, US Attorney, New York Attorney General, NYC Public Advocate, Manhattan Borough President, New York FBI, NYC City Council, and others.

If anyone at the court has an email or phone number to any agency I can contact to report the police and their civilian teams harassing me please let me know. So far the only agency that has helped me at all is the NYC Comptroller’s Office. Albeit, it’s a slow process and hasn’t deterred the NYPD and Nassau Police from harassing me.

I started to travel to Jersey City to do my schoolwork by the water every once in a while and I was immediately robbed by the police and their civilian team out there too. I should be getting that police report soon as well as police reports from all the times I’ve been robbed in New York City. Usually, the police deny me police reports but I’ve been robbed dozens of times and some of them were so blatant and obvious it would have looked very bad for the NYPD if they denied a report. For example, wallet, bank cards, phones, etc., were stolen.

If you don’t have any additional agencies to contact it’s no big deal, I just thought I’d mention it.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine
