I love X Storage. It’s the best service ever. The deal is amazing. A lot of people realize how awesome it is and a lot of people don’t realize the convenience of having storage.
Tonight I showed up at my storage location and there was someone blocking the hallway. There was no way to get by the person. I wanted to let you know how I handled the situation.
I didn’t say a word to anyone. I didn’t say a word to the person blocking the hallway. I didn’t say a word to your staff asking them to please ask the person to make space so people can get by.
I just turned around and left. That is the amount of respect that I have, had, and always will have for X Storage.
I’m not perfect. Most people are not perfect. For whatever reason, the person felt the need to block the entire hallway and that is fine with me. The world is not going to end because I can’t access my storage room for a few minutes or hours. I let things slide and move on to the next.
Your staff is doing an amazing job running the place. That’s it. I just wanted to let you know again, that I appreciate the service. Furthermore, I treat everyone at X Storage with the utmost respect at all times. That includes your staff and customers.
Personally, I would never block the hallway like that. Regardless, it’s no big deal. I just wanted to let you know how respectfully I carry myself in your establishment.
