  • I trust judges, not juries.

    Greetings New York Courts,

Someone keeps going into the pages of my website and added spelling and grammar errors into the pages.

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at the courts with the utmost respect at all times no matter what.

That includes everyone from the second I walk in the building.

I have jury duty in a week or so.

    I’ll be there early.

    I’ll be polite and respectful.

People I know have been paying the NYPD for more than 30 years to steal money and sabotage people.

The NYPD is spending millions of dollars paying civilian women and men in regular clothes to constantly harass me.

NYPD Internal Affairs has very little power over high level law enforcement.

The CCRB told me to call NYPD Internal Affairs.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

I suspect a couple of the NYPD officers that killed themselves were actually killed.

The NYPD also has audio of me talking about how I suspect the NYPD riggs juries.

I don’t think anyone who works about the courts knows about it.

I don’t think anyone who works at the courts is involved.

I suspect law enforcement figured out how to get people into jury pools on their own.

For example, I suspect that the NYPD used a portion of their multi billion dollar a year budget to figure out how to recreate jury envelopes.

If a person searches the web for “FBI controversies” or “NYPD corruption” they will see scary behavior.

The NYPD has audio of me talking about law enforcement rigging juries in videos that I never published on social media.

The NYPD loves to take audio out of content.

For example, the NYPD would love to say that the audio from me talking in videos I never published about how I suspect the NYPD riggs juries happened in court.

The NYPD wants to get me banned from the courts so I can’t sue the NYPD, HRA, and others.

I would never say a negative word about the court in court.

Let’s put things in perspective here.

Members of the NYPD are getting convicted of crimes constantly.

For example, murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, prostitution, contract hits, domestic violence, etc.

Some of the crooks at the NYPD don’t respect anything including juries. They kill people.

It’s mostly low level cops getting in trouble.

High level cops don’t do anything illegal?

I filed several notices of claims with the NYC Comptroller’s office to pro se sue the NYPD, HRA, and others.

I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know anything about the law.

I have dozens of lawsuits I plan on filing due to the NYPD spending millions of dollars harassing me for years and hundreds of government offices covering it up.

I plan on suing several government offices for breaching their fiduciary duty by not helping people who are being harassed by the NYPD and the NYPD’s off the books civilian lie and scam team.

I always treat everyone inside the courthouse with the utmost respect at all times.

I’m going to be pro se suing the government and others for the rest of my life.

The only oversight for the NYPD is to sue the NYPD in court.

That’s the only chance anyone like myself has who is being harassed by the NYPD.

That is why the NYPD plans on taking the audio of me from outside the courthouse and say it happened inside the courthouse.

I’ve survived for years with the NYPD spending millions of dollars harassing me.

If I was ignorant enough to say I think juries are rigged in a courthouse I wouldn’t last five minutes with the NYPD harassing me.

For example, when the NYPD has their civilian scam team harass me they have someone blow drug smoke in my face while they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, vandalize my property, rob me, and much more.

The NYPD issued me more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim.

I’ve been robbed, harassed, and had my property vandalized in Manhattan hundreds of times.

My laptops, phones, and tablets have been stolen dozens of times in the past three or four years.

I always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s office and building with the utmost respect too because:

    1. I’m a nice person.
    2. I’m going to need notice of claims forever.

Taking someone’s audio out of context is the oldest trick in the book.

I think the NYPD has rigged juries.

I live in a world of NYPD corruption.

    I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

All I see from the NYPD is lies, scams, and coverups.

I’m not saying a negative word about the courts in the courthouses ever.

If you look up the New York Court of Claims lawsuits:

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York

You will see all the times I sued CUNY.

I treated everyone respectfully and I lost every time I pro se sued.

    I love the courts.

The courts are one of the best things in America.

If I see a District Attorney and US Attorney in court I will treat her/him with the utmost respect at all times.

Even if they are prosecuting me when they know for a 100% fact I’m innocent and it’s a set up.

    I trust judges. I don’t trust juries.

I was charged with a misdemeanor which was lowered to a violation. I requested a bench trial. Once again, I trust judges not juries.

I treat all the court clerks and court security guards with the utmost respect at all times.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Notice of claim to sue the NYPD on October 16, 2024.

I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know anything about the law.

    October 16, 2024.

    Mark Pine

    (917) 815-5415   m@markpine.com

    450 Lexington Ave. Unit 1375

    New York, NY 10163

I would like to sue the NYPD for $510,000.

The dates of incidents are within 30-60 days. Included below.

    Greetings NYC Comptroller’s Office,

I always treat everyone at One Centre St, the NYC Comptroller’s office, the courts, the lawyers representing NYC, etc., politely and respectfully, that is more important than anything.

The NYPD are always bribing and threatening people to lie and say “Mark Pine is rude, let’s get him kicked out of every place in Manhattan.”

I have to be careful how I describe this because I don’t want to get sued for defamation. The NYPD runs multi million dollar scams with civilians and then hides behind the defamation laws.

People I know have been paying the NYPD for more than thirty years to steal money, run scams, harass people including me, cover up crimes, and much more. It’s going on today worse than ever. I gave their names to the NYPD.

The Manhattan FBI, NYPD Internal Affairs, Manhattan District Attorney’s office won’t help me, they all blocked my phone number. I’ve contacted hundreds of government and law enforcement offices in New York about the NYPD harassing me and they won’t help. That includes NYPD Internal Affairs, CCRB, and DOI.

First the NYPD spent millions of dollars trying to get me locked up. For example, the NYPD had/has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, yell at me, rob me, blow drug smoke in my face, the NYPD has civilian girls try to have sex with me, the NYPD has civilian women crash into me, shove their phones in my face, start yelling and screaming pretending they are being attacked, plus many more scams.

I’ve been issued more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim. The only reason the NYPD issues me any police reports at all is because they know I know how to report them with a Notice of Claim and with the New York Courts even though I’m not an attorney.

    I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

Now the NYPD is spending millions of dollars trying to get me kicked out of every supermarket, store, school, gym, subway, and everywhere else.

The NYPD doesn’t have any concern about oversight because there isn’t any. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule and in my view that’s a fraction of one percent of the crimes the NYPD commits. For every NYPD Alberto Randazzo, NYPD Michael Valva, NYPD Sean Armstead, NYPD Yvonne Wu, etc., there are endless crimes the NYPD is getting away with committing.

NYPD Internal Affairs, CCRB, DOI, and every other NYC and NY government office and agency doesn’t have control over the NYPD. The DOJ has no control over NYPD corruption and is scared of most NYPD. The NYPD will pretend everyone who works for the government are their best friends as long as they keep quiet about the NYPD corruption.

The NYPD has more money, more power, and they control a lot of votes in local elections where hardly anyone votes (police unions, family, friends, civilian scam team, etc.).

I always treat everyone who works for the NYC government with the utmost respect at all times.

The NYPD is a multi billion dollar a year government agency with zero oversight. The only legitimate oversight for the NYPD is to sue them in court and that costs millions of dollars.

Of course I don’t have millions of dollars. I’m suing the NYPD pro se. That’s why the NYPD can care less about me suing them and they have women and men in regular clothes harassing me today.

The big secret is that the NYPD has a huge off the books (civilians who don’t officially work for the government or law enforcement) female and male civilian scam team. The NYPD’s civilian team runs around in regular clothes harassing people and running many other scams.

I have provided the time, date, and location of me being harassed by the NYPD’s civilian scam team to multiple NYPD Precincts. The NYPD always covers it up because the women and men work for the NYPD off the books running scams.

    Dates:

    1. Supermarket – Date: 10/14/24 Time: 13:38 – NYC law enforcement had a woman harassing me when I was in line minding my own business. The woman in regular clothes who runs scams off the books for the NYPD cut me in line and was trying to start an argument with me. She was also setting up a situation where she could say “Mark Pine is rude, let’s ban him from buying food.” I politely said I’m waiting to pay and that was it. I didn’t report this to the NYPD.
    2. I was issued a police report from the NYPD 13 Precinct for this situation. Date: October 10, 2024. Time 10 AM. Incident Location: East 39th St and Lexington Ave in Manhattan. I was riding a Citi Bike on East 39th St and Lexington Ave in Manhattan. A woman runs into the middle of the street, grabs the front of the bicycle I’m riding, says something, and then runs off. I reported the woman for harassment. She looked regular like everyone else. Didn’t look homeless. She was dressed casual, not formal. This type of thing has happened to me in one form or another hundreds of times in New York City.
    3. The NYPD 1 Precinct issued me a police report for this harassment. Time: 4:51 PM Date: 9/29/2024 Location: Supermarket and Time: 10 AM Date: 10/3/2024 Location: supermarket. When I go to supermarkets, I have a lot of women and men in regular clothes harassing me. For example, when I go to supermarkets I have women and men in regular clothes crashing into me, cutting me off, shoving their hands and phones in my face, yelling and screaming at me, blowing vape smoke in my face, pretending they are with me, and much more. This has nothing to do with any staff that works at supermarkets. The people who harass me constantly at supermarkets are customers. I don’t know the identities of the civilians who are harassing me in supermarkets and I ignore them.

Someone is remotely adding spelling and grammar errors into this document as I’m writing that I have to keep fixing. For example, someone changed the address on the one of the supermarkets and I had to correct it.

Someone keeps changing when I write the NYPD to NYC law enforcement and I have to keep updating it.

It’s well documented from reputable new sources that United States law enforcement has the ability to remotely access and control people’s laptops, phones, and tablets.

The NYPD has hundreds of women and men who run scams in regular/plain clothes for the NYPD off the books, not official employees, who belong to the gyms where I’m a member. Go to school at Baruch College. Shop at the same places as me, etc.

The NYPD pays the women and men in regular clothes who run scams for them off the books (don’t work for the government or law enforcement officially. Civilian scam team.) harass me at the places where we all belong, report me, and complain about me. I ignore them.

The NYPD pays the women and men who run scams for them off the books to harass me around the city and then run to the places I go and say they coincidentally saw me somewhere and they want to report me.

The NYPD and their civilian scam team are trying to get me kicked out of every place I go.

I can write 1000s of pages detailing the scams that the NYPD runs on me using some of their multi billion dollar a year budget with zero oversight.

The CCRB told me to call NYPD Internal Affairs. NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

I’ve contacted over 1,000 United States government offices about the NYPD harassing me because people I know pay them to harass me and none of them have helped besides the New York Courts and the NYC Comptroller’s office. Nonetheless, the NYPD and their plain clothes, off the books, civilian team are still harassing me today without a care in the world about getting caught.

When the NYPD has women and men in regular clothes harass me at the gym, supermarkets, stores, Baruch College, etc., I ignore them or I’m polite and I move away.

The NYPD has thousands if not tens of thousands of women and men that don’t officially work for the government or law enforcement who run scams from them in regular clothes.

I will probably never date again. The NYPD has had so many women try to set me up as a stalker and try to set me up for sexual assault I lost count.

At least over 100 women who run scams for the NYPD in their teens and up tried to hook up with me and or tried to set me up as a stalker. For example, the NYPD pays women in regular clothes to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and start yelling and screaming. It’s happened so many times I lost count.

The solution to all this is to raise the salaries of all United States police officers by a major amount and put in some real oversight at the same time.

United States Police Internal Affairs is a fraud. I always treat all patrol police respectfully when I go for police reports regardless of how I’m treated and regardless if I’m issued a police report or told no.

  • I’m inviting you to watch New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes, female and male, civilian lie and scam team harass me.

Greetings Manhattan, New York City, and world,

    I’m serious.

If you would like to watch New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes civilian lie and scam team harass me in Manhattan, this is your invitation.

I post my location on http://X.com/MarkPineLife every day.

You can watch New York City law enforcement pay women and men of all ages in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, sneeze in my face, yell and scream at me, plus much more.

If you are watching New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team harassing me in Manhattan, don’t speak with or touch the scam team.

Law enforcement is supervising and they will lock you up.

Don’t speak with me either because I’ll think you are running scams for NYC law enforcement.

If you want you can contact me by phone, email, social media, or any other way.

  • Email to the New York City Comptroller’s office about my NYPD lawsuit on May 22, 2024.

    I’m not a lawyer.

I don’t know anything about the law.

    Greetings NYC Comptroller’s Office,

Thank you for all your help with my NYPD Notice of Claim documents.

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s office, everyone at the courts, everyone who works at One Centre, etc., with the utmost respect at all times.

Treating everyone respectfully is more important than any of this.

    Without respect, we have nothing.

If everyone is flying off the handle, NYC will be in chaos.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me constantly.

NYPD Internal Affairs can care less.

The NYPD has begrudgingly issued me 27 NYPD Police reports and counting from all the times I’ve been a crime victim in Manhattan.

New York City law enforcement spent a fortune to try and lock me up.

    It didn’t work.

    I have no criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

Now NYC law enforcement is spending millions of dollars to try and get me kicked out of every place I go including your office.

That is why I’ll be the most cautious, polite, and respectful person who has ever entered your office.

I’m going to have to stop by a few times because I’m about to get my documents together to sue the NYPD.

Thank you again and have a stellar day.

  • The famous in-class Baruch College leg bounce.

The famous in-class Baruch College leg bounce.

    Greetings,

Right now, I’m sitting in class.

    I’m not saying a word.

Two students, one female, one male, sitting next to me are kicking imaginary field goals over and over for 30 minutes at a time from their desks in class.

This is at a business school that is very difficult to get into.

One student is sitting directly next to me and the other student is sitting right behind him.

They are kicking imaginary field goals over and over.

I have no idea who the students are.

    I’m ignoring them.

This has been going on in almost all my classes for the last four years; it’s nothing new.

For the past four years I have dozens of Baruch College students crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, harassing in the bathroom, in the subway stations near school, and much more.

I have no idea who any of them are and I never say a word to any of them.

    I just move away.

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team to harass me constantly.

Of course, NYC law enforcement has Baruch College students harassing me during class.

Again, I have no idea who they are, I’m not looking at them, I’m not saying a word.

I just see them out of the corner of my eye.

The best thing you can do to someone whose job is to start arguments and fights with people on behalf of law enforcement is to ignore them, and that’s what I do.

    Disclaimers:

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes Baruch College staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything.

I never partake in any controversial conversations at Baruch College under any circumstances.

When I’m at Baruch College, I never say anything controversial, not even close.

I’m always very cautious regarding the way I act at Baruch College because it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

I started my own content/journalism enterprise with the information I’ve learned at Baruch College.

    So far, it’s earned $5.10.

I have new revenue streams opening up.

    Hopefully, the number will increase.

I would like for more people to find out about how CUNY can help them elevate their lives the way it’s helping me.

If people saw how much Baruch College and CUNY did for me in the past three years, they would sign up.

Since I started at CUNY, everything I’ve said at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College is polite and respectful.

At Baruch College, I never say anything that’s even close to being offensive or disrespectful to anyone.

If someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head and throws my laptop and phone out of the window, I won’t react negatively.

    Believe me, it’s been tested.

I will say thank you and walk away.

The same thing goes for the supermarket, coworking places, gyms, storage place, etc.

My main goals at Baruch College are to treat everyone respectfully and graduate.

I want to clarify a little further because this is so important.

I’m not giving any opinions in Baruch College classes or to anyone at Baruch College about controversial local, national, or global current events.

Anyone at CUNY can say anything they would like.

    I’m not.

There are plenty of topics to speak about that aren’t controversial.

    I respect everyone’s opinions.

Even if a topic isn’t controversial, I’m still very cautious about people’s feelings.

Anyone can say anything they want at Baruch College to me or in front of me.

You won’t hear a complaint from me.

I’m not saying a word about anything even close to controversial.

Again, if a Baruch College student says every negative thing they can think of about me to my face, takes all my belongings, and throws them out the window of the vertical building, I will say thank you and walk away.

When I’m at Baruch College, I act like I’m under a microscope at all times.

There are plenty of places on the internet and outside of Baruch College where I can talk about anything I would like.

I don’t have any desire to discuss anything close to controversial with anyone at Baruch College.

I never have, and I never will.

I don’t socialize with anyone from Baruch College in or outside of Baruch College.

I’m polite, professional, and respectful to Baruch College students when I’m placed in mandatory in-class student groups.

Once class is over, I respectfully keep to myself due to the massive number (thousands every year) of complaints from New York college students against New York college students.

I never share any personal contact information with anyone at Baruch College.

Respectfully, I’m not discussing any controversial local, national, or global current events with anyone at Baruch College.

I’m not complaining about anything to anyone at Baruch College.

Anyone at Baruch College can say anything they want to me or in front of me, and I’m not saying a word.

While I’m inside Baruch College, I’m only discussing topics that aren’t controversial.

For example, I like how New York City repaved many of the streets.

For example, I like the idea pertaining to developing apartments in the Financial District while simultaneously protecting New York City from future storms.

Treating people respectfully is the most important thing for me at CUNY.

I hope everyone reaches their goals.

The only person I’m competing with is myself.

In my spare time I’m trying to raise money from professional accredited investors.

I’m working on a movie about people who take audio and video out of context with witnesses to get people in trouble.

For example, people take audio and video from once place to another place with witnesses to get people kicked out of places.

I’m also working on raising money for a bunch of additional startups.

If it works out I give a massive amount of credit to the professors and staff at CUNY, including Baruch College and LaGuardia Community College.

  • Opinion: law enforcement’s down jacket heat reduction scam.

    Greetings,

From my experience law enforcement has a scam for almost every situation.

NYC law enforcement has billions of dollars and zero oversight.

I suspect some of law enforcement’s oversight may have killed themselves.

For years now when I buy down winter jackets, law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team will either steal them, vandalize them, or remove all the warmth from them.

I just put on a brand-new winter coat that I bought with my student loans.

I never wore the coat once.

When I put it on I noticed it was about half the thickness as when I originally bought it around the body.

I’m sitting inside now with the winter jacket zipped up for the past couple of hours and there is absolutely no heat at all.

Law enforcement has perfected methods of removing the heat from down coats.

    Another win for law enforcement.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I won’t eat any food that has to be handed to me.

    Greetings,

I always treat people who work at supermarkets with the absolute utmost respect at all times because I only eat food from supermarkets.

People I know pay law enforcement to sabotage people’s food.

I know that 99.9% of people would say no if law enforcement asked them to sabotage people’s food.

I’m not trying to find out if a person is part of the 0.01%.

If law enforcement wants to sabotage someone’s food they will send a restaurant hundreds or thousands of customers, offer cash on the spot, or possibly take over the rent for the whole restaurant.

Law enforcement has endless billions of dollars in New York City.

I think retired members of the NYPD collect more than 3 billion dollars per year.

That is why I always treat everyone at supermarkets with the utmost respect at all times no matter what.

I was just at a supermarket in the financial district.

I stayed until it was almost closing time.

Security walked up to me and said they were closed.

    I said no big deal.

The second security started talking to me, I immediately started the audio recorder on my phone because if I don’t audio record every conversation I have with people outside of Baruch College law enforcement pays people to say Mark Pine is rude and ban me from every place in New York City.

I only have about half the conversation with the security guard at the supermarket on January 15, 2024 because law enforcement remotely shut off my audio recorder.

Law enforcement has full remote control access to my laptops and phones.

Google “FBI Spyware” for more details about that.

I always treat everyone who works at supermarkets with the utmost respect at all times.

I know that 99.9% of restaurants are amazing, none the less I wouldn’t eat at a restaurant if it was free because law enforcement would ask the restaurant to please allow them to sabotage my food.

If anyone doesn’t believe law enforcement sabotages people’s food, I hope law enforcement never has you in their sights because you won’t last 10 minutes.

Law enforcement pays teenage women to try and have sex with me.

Of course I didn’t fall for it because I’m not in prison.

Law enforcement pays teenage women to crash into me and pretend they are being attacked.

Who would believe that goes on?

Law enforcement pays women and men of all ages to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, blow drug smoke in my face, and much more.

Law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about anyone who works for the United States government interfering.

I’m not saying everyone at the US government goes along with law enforcement’s scams.

I’m just saying that law enforcement isn’t concerned about people who work for the US government knowing that some law enforcement are breaking the laws. Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement rented several rooms at the storage place where I belong to harass me.

Law enforcement rented several rooms at the storage place where I belong to harass me.

I always ignore law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team or just treat them respectfully at the storage place.

This has nothing to do with the storage company or any of the storage company staff.

A few days ago I showed up to my storage room and some of my clothes were stolen including a $300 winter coat I bought with my student loans.

Today I showed up to the storage place January 14, 2024 in the morning.

First, there was a male customer walking back and forth in and out of the main storage door.

I patiently waited for him to walk away.

Then a female customer walked up and I let her go before me.

The woman started hiding behind a column in the storage lobby by the elevators.

Once she saw I wasn’t going in until she moved, she got on the elevator.

When I was trying to leave the storage place, a woman went in front of me.

She put a pushcart in the electric doors, propped the doors open, and walked off.

At that point, I called corporate at the storage company because no one is supposed to leave a pushcart propping open the locked main entrance electric doors.

I didn’t say a word to the woman.

    I didn’t touch the pushcart.

Eventually, the woman came back and moved the pushcart.

Now there are two push carts left haphazardly on the inside of the electric doors.

A separate customer immediately walks up and leaves another push cart blocking the main entrance electric doors outside of the main elevators.

I politely and respectfully called corporate and let them know what was going on.

I didn’t say a word to the customers.

    I carefully walked out.

When I was walking to the bicycle rental dock around the corner another person cut me off on the sidewalk and came inches of crashing into me when the street was 90% empty and there was all the space in the world to walk.

In my opinion people I know pay law enforcement to harass me in New York City.

Law enforcement pays and trains regular people, women and men of all ages who have jobs or go to school, to harass people including me.

For example, the civilian lie and scam team crashes into me, shoves their phones in my face, blocks me from walking, blows drug smoke in my face, and much more.

If anyone has any ideas how I can legally get law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

I’ve contacted hundreds of government agencies and they ignore me.

  • Opinion: Response to the New York Attorney General motion in my City University of New York civil lawsuit. October 2, 2022.

    Disclaimers:

    I’m not an attorney.

I don’t know anything about the law.

    I’m representing myself.

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York

I’ll sue you if you don’t share this page. Just kidding.

State of New York Court of Claims

    Claim no. 138078

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at the New York State Courts with the utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than anything.

Regardless of the outcome of this case, I will continue to learn more about the law and improve the way I’m able to represent myself.

The New York State Court System and everyone who works there is great.

    Thank you.

I have dozens of civil lawsuits that I plan on filing in the future in New York State Courts, therefore it’s very important for me to stay on the best terms humanly possible with everyone at the New York State Courts.

That includes Judges, security guards working at the courthouses, individuals at the clerk’s offices, people working in the law libraries, etc.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement loves to lie and say that Mark Pine is rude and then create conversations by editing old audio and video they have of me into new conversations.

Also, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement runs around town paying and threatening people to say Mark Pine is rude.

Regardless of the outcome of this case, I will continue to treat everyone at the New York Attorney General’s Office with the utmost respect at all times.

I understand that everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

In my opinion, people I know pay law enforcement to tease me, harass me, sabotage me, try to set me up, and drug me.

New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and block me from walking.

NYPD Internal Affairs, New York FBI, US Attorney Southern District, Manhattan District Attorney, United States Secret Service, United States Marshals, New York City Crime Stoppers, and many other government agencies have blocked my phone number.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t date.

I’m too scared to date after New York City law enforcement, in my opinion, started paying women in their teens and twenties to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and try to set me up as a stalker.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement has men do the same thing to try and start fights with me.

I have been living in the street homeless in New York City for at least the last five years with New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes harassment team harassing me.

I just take the abuse because there is nothing I can do and none of law enforcement’s oversight will help me at all.

I have been a full-time student at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College, both City University of New York (CUNY) Schools, for over two years.

During that time, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement, in my opinion, has CUNY students cut me off, crash into me, block me from walking, and shove their phones in my face over and over.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College respectfully is more important than anything.

I’m living in the street in New York City, and I’m on welfare.

Anytime I try to find a job, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes sabotage team threatens people and tells them not to give me a penny under any circumstances.

I’m not mentioning New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes team harassing me to anyone at Baruch College except the Dean via email every once in a while.

I have the utmost respect humanly possible for the stellar Baruch College Dean.

In my opinion, there is nothing he can do to stop New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes harassment team from harassing me every day.

I used to email the CUNY Chancellor, CUNY Title 9 Coordinator, Baruch College President, etc., to let them know that, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement has people harassing me constantly on and off school grounds.

I was politely instructed by the Baruch College Dean to only email him about these types of matters from now on.

Of course, I followed his directive and hold him in the highest regard.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement and whoever directs them can have anyone at Baruch College, and CUNY fired immediately if they don’t do what New York City law enforcement says, even in regards to New York City law enforcement sabotaging students.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, and they abuse their power 365 days a year.

New York City law enforcement helps many people and does a lot of good too.

That’s no excuse for them to harass, sabotage, and kill people.

Several innocent people have been murdered recently (past year to five years) by New York City law enforcement, NYPD, etc.

Members of the NYPD have been convicted for murder, drug dealing, child abuse, domestic violence, and much more.

That is a provable fact reported on in mainstream news media.

I never mention a word about New York City law enforcement harassing me to any of my professors at Baruch College.

I treat my Baruch College professors with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.

If a Baruch College professor calls me a homeless loser, pours a can of paint over my head, throws my laptop out of the window, and tells me they hope the NYPD locks me up for the rest of my life—I will say thank you.

I would never say a negative word to a Baruch College professor, staff, student, or anyone at Baruch College under any circumstances.

New York City law enforcement’s Baruch College staff and student scam team ambushes me constantly at Baruch College.

About a year or so ago, I was arrested in Nassau County, Long Island, New York.

The Nassau County Police bought a phone, said it was my phone, and apparently made calls with the phone.

I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor.

Eventually, the charge was lowered to a violation.

I asked why would I want to mask my phone number?

I have called various law enforcement and government agencies more than 10,000 times from my own number.

I’m living in the street, homeless.

I can barely afford one phone, let alone two.

These are the types of New York City law enforcement scams I’m up against every day.

I refer to them as Billion Dollar Scams.

Last but not least, I never spend cash except to do my laundry, so how would I buy a phone that isn’t recorded in my bank account records?

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement is threatening to murder me with drugs, so I’m scared to handle cash at all.

The other day I had a headache and was too scared to buy Advil because I didn’t want New York City law enforcement to have pictures of me taking the Advil.

Everyone at the courts is smart.

    Everyone at CUNY is smart.

Everyone at the New York Attorney General’s Office is smart.

    I’m smart.

Everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

    I’m not underestimating anyone’s intelligence.

I’m not mad at anyone at CUNY, even if they sabotage me.

Nothing that is happening at CUNY regarding New York City law enforcement harassing, teasing, and sabotaging me is new.

It’s all been going on for more than two years since day one.

I didn’t say anything then, I’m not saying anything now.

I’m living in the street, homeless, and on welfare.

Thanks to CUNY, I just received $8,400 from student loans.

    I bought two down-insulated jackets.

I bought two because New York City law enforcement will probably rip them both, in my opinion.

If I only had one, New York City law enforcement would rip it or steal it.

I bought laptops, clothes, paid bills, etc.

Even living in the street my life is a lot more comfortable thanks to CUNY.

I joined a coworking, so I have a warm place to go 24 hours daily.

I also paid for my gym so I can shower.

If I’m correct, the Assistant Attorney General is either saying I filed the lawsuit in the wrong court or I labeled the lawsuit incorrectly.

This is the second time I filed a lawsuit against CUNY in the New York Court of Claims.

No one mentioned anything last time about an incorrect label on the lawsuit or it being the wrong court.

I will contact various legal services and try to figure out what I did wrong as quickly as possible.

If I’m correct, I believe the New York Court of Claims is the correct place to file a lawsuit against CUNY, so maybe I incorrectly labeled the lawsuit.

This whole lawsuit is about, in my opinion, CUNY allowing New York City law enforcement to sabotage me at Baruch College.

    I’m not mad at CUNY.

I don’t blame them for not wanting to lose their jobs.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement can have anyone at Baruch College fired if they don’t go along with New York City law enforcement’s scams, and I’m a big-dollar set-up victim.

Meaning the civilians I know that pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage me have a lot of money and connections.

I’m not complaining to anyone at Baruch College about New York City law enforcement harassing me.

Anytime I speak with any Baruch College professors or staff, I treat them with the utmost respect at all times and I never mention anything about New York City law enforcement or anything negative for that matter.

In my spare time from Baruch College, I’m trying to get the word out as much as possible that people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to harass me and can they please help me.

I’m claiming that New York City law enforcement is threatening and forcing Baruch College and CUNY to put female students in my classes to try and set me up as a stalker.

I’m claiming that New York City law enforcement is threatening and forcing Baruch College and CUNY to put male students in my classes to try and start fights with me.

I can care less. I ignore them all.

If someone at Baruch College spits in my face, I would say thank you and walk away.

    I don’t care.

I’ve been through hell, and I’m still here.

    I’m used to it.

I’m disappointed that the civilians I know pay New York City law enforcement to run scams on me.

I’m not mad at the people New York City law enforcement is sending to harass me and try to set me up.

If someone’s job is trying to sabotage and set up innocent people as a staker or try to pick fights with innocent people for law enforcement, that’s their punishment as far as I’m concerned.

I don’t care if a student at Baruch College or professor or staff member spits in my face, pours a can of paint on my head, calls me a homeless loser, etc., I will never and have never mentioned one word about New York City law enforcement to anyone at Baruch College, and I have never and will never say a negative word to anyone at Baruch College.

I just ignore them and walk away.

I have always and will always treat everyone at Baruch College, students, staff, professors, etc., with the utmost professionalism and respect at all times.

No matter what happens or what anyone does to me, I will never mention a word about New York City law enforcement, the NYPD, the New York FBI, etc., to anyone at Baruch College.

    I want to graduate.

If you saw me right now, you would not think I was homeless.

    I look like everyone else.

In January 2023, I will receive another $8,000 in my bank account to pay my bills for the year.

That is in addition to welfare.

What street homeless person is getting that?

    Not too many.

Then in August 2023, I get another $8,000.

I want to keep receiving the money until people save me from being harassed daily by New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes team.

I’m also using the laptops, phone, etc., that I could buy thanks to CUNY to contact thousands of companies and try to get the word out that, in my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me and can they please help.

If it weren’t for CUNY, New York City law enforcement would be wiping the floor with me 10X worse than they are now.

At least now, when New York City law enforcement has people in regular clothes harassing me every day, I’m warm, and I have places to go.

If it weren’t for CUNY, I’d be freezing at a coffee shop.

I’ll never give up, no matter what.

Either New York City law enforcement is going to murder me, lock me up, or I’m going to get help.

I’ve accepted that fate and I’m doing my best to reach the get help part.

Who compliments the person they are suing in a civil suit?

    I am.

I’m saying CUNY is one of the best opportunities ever, and I love CUNY.

The staff and professors are amazing.

The students are great, too, except for the fact that New York City law enforcement is incentivizing some of them to harass me constantly.

Regardless I’m not saying a word, and I’m taking the abuse.

It could be worse, I could be in prison with New York City law enforcement tampering with my food every day.

Plus playing around with the temperature and paying other inmates to harass me around the clock.

New York City law enforcement has people blow marijuana and vape smoke in my face outside of school when I’m trying to study.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement has no boundaries regarding sabotage.

If they think of something, they do it, usually without any consequences.
