  • Opinion: Thank you message to the Judiciary of New York.

    Greetings Judiciary of New York,

    Thank you.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me, run scams on me, and sabotage me.

The FBI and Police don’t have any oversight at all.

In my opinion, one of the best things the government does is the court system.

    I’m not an attorney.

In my opinion, the only place to try and slow down or stop law enforcement from harassing me, sabotaging me, and running scams on me are the New York Courts.

Thank you and everyone that works at the New York Courts.

Anytime I’m at the New York Courts, I always treat everyone with the utmost respect no matter what.

    That includes everyone.

I will be suing government agencies and civilians for the rest of my life.

I plan to have a long, polite, respectful relationship with the New York Courts.

Sometimes things go my way, and sometimes they don’t at the New York Courts.

Regardless of whether things go my way or not, I always treat everyone at the New York Courts with the utmost courtesy and respect.

That includes security guards, the clerk’s office, and everyone else.

The only thing holding me back from filing 30 lawsuits right now is not having the filing fees and not having money to pay attorneys to consult me on how to represent myself better.

Thank you again for the amazing work everyone there does.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: More gym scams courtesy of New York City law enforcement on June 30, 2023 at about 10 PM.

    Greetings,

I was just at the gym.

I never speak with anyone at the gym.

    I’m polite to the staff.

I’m polite to the other customers, although I never initiate conversations with anyone.

Besides that, I keep to myself.

Law enforcement was running a few scams on me at the gym tonight.

First, law enforcement was calling my phone over and over.

    I’m not sure why.

The ringer on my phone is always off.

Also, I have a smartwatch, and I just press a button on my watch and send the calls directly to voicemail.

I have do not disturb on when I’m at the gym on my phone too.

Next, law enforcement kept having someone reach over me every time I was using the locker.

I’m used to it, so, of course, I didn’t say anything.

Law enforcement also had people leave towels and garbage around the locker room.

That is one of their favorite scams.

Law enforcement has women and men that belong to the gym that run scams for them, constantly harassing me around the gym and around the whole city.

For example, law enforcement has women and men from my gym cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, block me from walking, etc.

Law enforcement’s civilian female and male sabotage team run the same scams on me inside the gym and outside of the gym.

I just take the abuse and ignore them.

Law enforcement has women and men from the gym I belong to harassing me in the street, in the subway, in stores, etc.

Law enforcement runs the same scams with staff and students from Baruch College and CUNY.

Also, law enforcement has people from my gym and Baruch College (staff and students) pick up official law enforcement phones when I call and try to pick fights with me on the phone.

The scam is to have people from the gym, and Baruch College pretend they work for law enforcement and start arguments with me. For example, when I call NYPD 911.

Then law enforcement will take the call out of context and say the bickering happened on someone’s personal phone.

    Law enforcement runs million-dollar scams.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to my bank on June 30, 2023, about law enforcement paying civilian women and men in regular clothes to harass me in the bank and ATM.

    Greetings Bank,

This has nothing to do with the Bank or any of your staff.

Long story short, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to constantly harass me.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men in regular clothes to harass me in stores.

For example, cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, etc.

It’s been going on for years.

    I’m used to it.

Hopefully, one day I can expose some high-ranking members of law enforcement and have them arrested.

In the meantime, anytime law enforcement sends people into the bank or ATM to harass me, I just ignore them.

I always treat all your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

Treating your staff and customers politely and respectfully is more important than anything.

    I love the Bank.

    Have a great day.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement has their Baruch College CUNY student scam team purposly ruining my journalism videos.

    Greetings,

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement has no concern about anyone that works for the US government finding out that they are harassing me.

That includes the DOJ, FBI, NYPD, US Attorneys, District Attorneys, etc.

I’m on the 12 floor of the Baruch College vertical building.

    It’s June 29, 2023, at 7:40 PM.

    The building is 99% empty.

The building closes at 10 PM.

I started recording a video with my phone.

A minute after I started recording the video, members of New York City law enforcement’s Baruch College female and male student lie and scam team that all get an automatic 3.0 GPA or higher without doing any work at all, ran over to me and start yelling to ruin my video.

Law enforcement has ruined thousands of my videos.

    I didn’t look in the student’s direction.

I didn’t say a word to the students.

I’m not mad at the students.

They are just low-level scam artists who probably come from families that run scams for law enforcement.

In my opinion, law enforcement likes to hire more than one person per family because everyone is going to find out they are running scams for law enforcement eventually.

The second New York City law enforcement’s student lie, scam, and sabotage team started yelling, I just opened my laptop and started typing this.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team running dangerous scams in the street around Baruch College CUNY.

    Greetings,

I said it once; I said it a million times.

The members of law enforcement that harass me could care less about helping anyone, love to run dangerous scams, and don’t have any oversight at all.

If they had any oversight, they killed the people and said they killed themselves.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men in regular clothes to crash into me, pretend they are with me, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, etc.

People I know pay law enforcement to run scams all day long, and in my opinion, if anyone who works for the government has a problem with it, law enforcement will have them fired.

I can’t give specific examples publicly because I don’t want to get sued for defamation.

I was walking to Baruch College CUNY about an hour or two ago.

I stood at East 24th St and Madison Ave in Manhattan, New York City.

    It’s June 28, 2023, at 7:49 PM now.

In my opinion, law enforcement had a taxi driver stop the taxi in the middle of two lanes in the intersection.

Then one or two people stood in the street waiting to get into the cab.

The two civilians waiting to get in the cab acted like they were being paid the longer they stood in the street.

There are a couple of scams that I suspect are connected to this move by law enforcement.

The two people were possibly connected to me somehow, and law enforcement wanted pictures and video of me recording them with my phone.

Maybe the two people belong to my gym, go to Baruch College, or something like that.

Needless to say, I didn’t record anyone that close to Baruch College.

Law enforcement often has their civilian lie and scam team do crazy things to try and get me to record them so law enforcement can record me recording someone and take it out of context.

The other scam I suspect law enforcement had in mind is to have their regular clothes civilian lie and scam team do something outrageous to get pictures and video of me recording someone on the corner of East 24th St and Madison Ave in Manhattan.

Then I suspect law enforcement could completely edit the photos and videos with other people, not the cab parked in two lanes in the middle of the street with two people standing in the street like they were in their living room.

In my opinion, law enforcement is on the same level as Hollywood in regard to creating audio, pictures, and videos.

    That’s what people don’t realize.

That’s how law enforcement gets away with it.

Who has more money, Hollywood or the US government?

  • Opinion: This year at Baruch College CUNY I’m receiving over $10,000 in my bank account from student loans to pay my bills. Law enforcement is looking for any lie to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    Greetings,

This year at school, I’m receiving over $10,000 in my bank account from student loans to pay my bills.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to tease me, harass me, and sabotage me.

Law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about any oversight.

I have eight classes left at Baruch College CUNY to graduate.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I’m 46 years old.

Because Baruch College is so inexpensive and my financial situation, I receive a massive refund from my student loans.

Of course, I’ll owe a bunch of money after graduation.

Law enforcement is spending millions of taxpayer dollars to sabotage and harass me.

Law enforcement has absolutely no regard at all for the taxpayer’s money.

For example, law enforcement is tapping into an almost unlimited budget to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

Law enforcement has a Baruch College student scam team that is constantly harassing me.

Law enforcement’s Baruch College student scam team gets an automatic 3.0 GPA or higher without doing any schoolwork.

Law enforcement has Baruch College students harassing me during classes, in the hallways, in the bathroom, outside of the school, and everywhere else that I left out.

I just want to go on the record right now about my plans.

I’m making the best of the situation.

I’m trying to figure out how to earn money in my spare time with law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team teasing me, harassing me, and sabotaging me constantly.

Law enforcement has had their student scam team harassing me since I started at The City University of New York years ago.

Law enforcement doesn’t care how much evidence they leave in their wake.

Law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team continue harassing me without any concern about anyone that works for the government interfering.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t date.

I’m going to use the money from my student loans refunds as I always have.

I’m going to pay for everything I need for school.

The rest I’m going to use to pay my essential bills as far in advance as possible.

For example, I pay my phone bill years in advance.

I pay my gym bill in advance.

No matter how many times I detail all the scams that law enforcement is running on me to try and get me kicked out of every single place I go, including Baruch College, law enforcement continues running the same scams on me over and over.

This is my email signature on every email I send at Baruch College.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything. I never partake in any controversial conversations at Baruch College under any circumstances. When I’m at Baruch College I never say anything controversial, not even close. I’m always very cautious regarding the way I act at Baruch College because it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. I hope more people find out about how CUNY can help them elevate their lives the way it’s helping me. If people saw how much Baruch College and CUNY did for me in the past three years they would sign up. Since I started at CUNY, everything I’ve said at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College is polite and respectful. I never say anything at Baruch College to anyone that’s even close to being offensive or disrespectful. If someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head and throws my laptop and phone out of the window, I won’t react negatively. I will say thank you and walk away. The same thing goes for the supermarket, coworking places, gyms, storage place, etc. I’m 80% complete with my bachelors degree at Baruch College. I’m set to graduate in the next 3 semesters. My main goals at Baruch College are to treat everyone respectfully and earn a 2.0 GPA so I can graduate.

Mark Pine Baruch College CUNY signature on every email.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I suspect that law enforcement is going to get people ran over in the street if they haven’t already.

    Greetings,

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement likes to harass me in the street, among other places.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to walk, ride, and drive around in the New York City streets running scams.

    For example:

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to run in front of me when I ride a bicycle and try to get me to crash.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to drive around in the street dangerously and cut me off.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to get out of vehicles on the street side to try and crash into me.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to use walking their dogs to crash into me on the sidewalk.

Law enforcement runs many more scams in the street.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: FBI and US Attorney offices that blocked my phone number as of June 21, 2023.

    Greetings,

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

Law enforcement sabotages me at various government agencies.

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men to harass me.

For example, law enforcement’s civilian regular clothes lie and scam team crash into me, cut me off, shove their phones in my face, etc.

Law enforcement pays women in their teens and twenties to try and set me up as a stalker.

Law enforcement goes into my laptop and phone (remotely and directly) and runs scams on me, impersonates me, etc.

Law enforcement is constantly adjusting and updating the same they run on me.

The New York City FBI blocked my phone number.

The New York City FBI blocked my phone number months ago.

The Portland FBI blocked my phone number.

The Chicago FBI blocked my phone number.

The San Juan FBI blocked my phone number.

The New Haven FBI hangs up immediately when I call.

The DC FBI hangs up immediately when I call.

There are several US Attorney’s Offices that blocked my phone number.

The US Attorney’s Office Southern District of New York blocked my phone number.

The US Attorney’s Office District of Minnesota blocked my phone number.

The US Attorney’s Office District of North Dakota blocked my phone number.

The US Attorney’s Office District of South Dakota blocked my phone number.

Other US Attorney’s Offices blocked my phone number. I have to check.

I call the FBI and US Attorney’s Offices to report that people I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

I call the FBI very often.

Sometimes I call the FBI while law enforcement has their civilian regular clothes lie and scam team harassing me.

Law enforcement knows I’m reporting them to the FBI, US Attorney’s Offices, NYPD 911, etc., and they don’t seem too concerned about it.

I only leave messages for the US Attorney’s Offices at night after they are closed.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

Crime Stoppers New York City blocked my phone number.

NYC Safe hangs up right away when I call.

Every NYPD Precinct blocked my phone number.

Many other government agencies either ignore me when I call or blocked my phone number.

    I’m not giving up.

One day I’m going to expose law enforcement for what they are doing to me.

Success is the only form of revenge.

I suspect that if civilians committed a fraction of the crimes that law enforcement commits against me they would be in prison.

Unfortunately, it’s not easy for me to find anyone that works for the US Government that helps civilians that are being harassed by law enforcement.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the Hudson County Sheriff and Prosecutor about New York City law enforcement forwarding my NYPD 911 calls to New Jersey 911.

    Greetings Hudson County Sheriff’s Office,

First and foremost, thank you for the work you do keeping everyone safe.

I would not have the guts to do half the work you do.

For example, breaking up fights, pulling people over, and showing up to apartments with disturbances.

The government should double or triple all of your salaries and provide discount housing in prime locations.

I called NYPD 911 from inside Manhattan, New York City, and I suspect the call(s) were forwarded to New Jersey 911.

The reason I suspect the NYPD 911 call was forwarded to New Jersey 911 is that I received a call back from 201 601 8404.

I would never call 911 from inside New Jersey.

I would never call the police from inside New Jersey.

I call NYPD 911 all the time when law enforcement and their regular clothes civilian lie and scam harass me in New York City.

When law enforcement harasses me in New York City, I call NYPD 911 with the volume down so I can’t hear the people that work for NYPD 911 talking.

I suspect it was then that law enforcement somehow forwarded my NYPD 911 call to New Jersey 911.

Why do I call NYPD 911 with the volume down so I can’t hear the NYPD 911 operators?

Because when law enforcement harasses me, and I call NYPD 911, it documents my location inside of New York City, time, date, etc.

Furthermore, the NYPD 911 operators harass me on the phone when I call.

Additionally, let’s say New York City law enforcement has members of their civilian lie and scam team harassing me.

If I start calling NYPD 911, they will be more cautious compared with if I don’t call NYPD 911.

I don’t care what the circumstances are, I would never call New Jersey 911 or the New Jersey Police.

I would never call New Jersey 911 or the New Jersey Police under any circumstances.

If, for some reason, I need to speak with the New Jersey Police, I would visit a precinct in person.

If anyone wants to look up some of the scams that law enforcement runs on me, they can view them by looking up lawsuits.

I’m a pro se plaintiff. I’m not an attorney.

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York (CUNY).

Law enforcement is running one scam after the next on me at CUNY and everywhere else.

I’m respectful when I speak with patrol cops in person.

I just grew up with rich people that have been paying law enforcement to run scams and harass people for decades, and we all know that the FBI and Police don’t have any oversight at all.

The FBI doesn’t even pretend to have oversight.

The Police have internal affairs, and we all know what that is.

I spend the majority of my days in Manhattan, New York City.

Every once in a while, I visit New Jersey during the day on the Path train.

That is why law enforcement is forwarding my NYPD 911 calls to New Jersey 911, so they can try to get me arrested in a much stricter jurisdiction (New Jersey) than New York City.

There are other reasons, but I don’t feel like writing anymore.

I respect when law enforcement helps people and keeps people safe.

    I don’t respect the scams.

We all know that the majority of civilians don’t stand a chance against law enforcement’s scams.

The only reason I survived is because I grew up breathing the same air as several people that pay law enforcement to run scams.

Law enforcement has people try to pick fights with me.

Law enforcement has women try to hook up with me.

Law enforcement has women try to set me up as a stalker.

    Plus much more.

I know law enforcement are a bunch of angels and they would never do that.

Once I was charged with a misdemeanor.

I took a judge trial instead of a jury trial.

We all know that when law enforcement really wants someone, that jury isn’t siding with me.

I represented myself instead of having the public defender purposely sabotage my case.

I know, of course, they would never do that.

Most public defenders are stellar, just mine wasn’t.

I don’t want a class action defamation case from all public defenders.

I was arrested for calling the Police (NCPD Headquarters) and 911 in Nassau County, Long Island, New York.

The charge was lowered to a violation.

Needless to say, I’m not going back to Nassau County anytime soon, if ever.

I’m not stupid enough to make the same mistake twice in New Jersey.

That is why law enforcement is forwarding my NYPD 911 calls to New Jersey 911 to try and get me in trouble.

I’m still coming out there because I like the Newport area.

I don’t care if someone throws a grenade at me, I’m not calling New Jersey 911 or the Police.

I have no idea who is really in charge of law enforcement.

I know for sure it’s not anyone with the rank of police officer, detective, lieutenant, sergeant, captain, even commissioner, etc.

That’s why I don’t take any of this personally.

I think the government is very cheap with the salaries of all of its employees.

I think you all deserve more.

I now realize that anytime I’m close to the water in Manhattan on the Westside that law enforcement might continue to try and forward my NYPD 911 calls to New Jersey 911.

I used my EBT, SNAP card at CVS on West 23 St in Manhattan after I got back from Newport, Jersey City today before the NYPD 911 calls that were forwarded to New Jersey 911.

I also called New York City 311.

I’m going to upload this email as an exhibit into a court case right now as an example of how law enforcement is running scams on me and forwarding NYPD 911 calls to New Jersey 911 to try and get me in trouble.

    I’m not giving up.

One day I’m going to make money and hire the right attorneys, etc., so it’s not so easy for law enforcement to harass me.

In the meantime, I’m making the best of the situation.

I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College right now.

    I’m a journalism major/BLS minor.

    I’m a junior.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I’m 46 years old.

    Everything is tracked.

For example, debit cards, phone, etc.

In my opinion, law enforcement are the only people that can get away with crime.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

For example, people don’t realize that even if someone gets away with a crime, they will get busted spending the cash.

I don’t think I have to explain that one to you.

    You know what I mean.

People I know have been paying law enforcement and getting away with it for decades.

I turned all of their names over to New York City law enforcement, and they can care less.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: I’m going to explain how law enforcement is cheating the grading system at Baruch College CUNY. Law enforcement gets Baruch College CUNY students that law enforcement chooses, As and Bs, without doing any work.

    Greetings,

I’m going to explain how law enforcement is cheating the grading system at Baruch College CUNY.

Law enforcement gets Baruch College CUNY students that law enforcement chooses, As and Bs, without doing any work.

I’m not saying every Baruch College professor or staff member knows about all the cheating with grades at Baruch College CUNY. They don’t.

It’s a select group at Baruch College CUNY that knows about all the cheating with grades that I’m not naming publicly.

Privately I’m more than happy to name them to law enforcement if law enforcement ever gets any oversight that they don’t have now.

Law enforcement has hundreds of students at Baruch College CUNY right now that run scams for law enforcement. For example, they harass me.

This is how law enforcement cheats the grading system and gets them all As and Bs without doing any studying.

Law enforcement sets up a small group of Baruch College CUNY professors to “take care” of law enforcement’s student scam team.

The professors teach the class like normal.

The only difference is law enforcement supplies all the essays and the answers to all the tests, so the students get automatic As and Bs.

This way, if anyone ever asks law enforcement’s scam students about school, they will at least be able to generally explain the basics of the course and material.

Law enforcement’s scam students don’t have to study thousands of hours per semester like everyone else.

One day when people find out this is going on they are going to be shocked.

If there is so much of this going on at Baruch College CUNY, I can’t only imagine how much of it is going on nationally.

I’m sure every once in a while law enforcement’s scams students will do a little school work, although it’s not even 1/4 of what all other Baruch College CUNY students are doing.

This is not a reflection of the whole school Baruch College CUNY and it’s students.

The majority of Baruch College CUNY staff, students, and professors are not involved in any cheating.

I would guestimate that about a few hundred Baruch College CUNY students are involved in the law enforcement grade cheating scam and less than ten professors total.

There is no way to know for sure because law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight.

I’ve seen cheating at LaGuardia Community College too.

I reported it. I’m not sure what happened.

Then law enforcement has teachers accuse me of cheating when I can’t even turn a page on my laptop without law enforcement approving it.

I can’t turn a page on my laptop using the Baruch College Wi-Fi unless I’m using one hand to record my laptop screen with my phone to show that law enforcement is blocking me from using the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

Thank you and have a great day.
