People I know think it’s funny to pay the police to harass people.
I don’t have any misdemeanors or felonies.
I don’t do anything illegal.
The NYPD is a multi-billion dollar per year police department.
The NYPD has police officers in uniform harassing me and running scams on me so they can record my reactions with their body cameras making me look bad.
I’m always in rich areas in Manhattan, Long Island City, Downtown Brooklyn, etc.
In my humble opinion, if the NYPD is harassing someone and they go into a high crime area, it’s not going to be good.
The NYPD has a massive number of civilian women and men of all ages running around harassing people.
I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government and law enforcement offices and they won’t help.
Now I’m contacting thousands of civilian companies trying to get help.
If you have any idea how I can legally get the NYPD and their civilian team to stop harassing me please let me know.
Of course I would never mention a word about this to anyone at Baruch College besides here.
People I know are paying one person after the next to harass me outside of school.
For example, robbing me, vandalizing my property, crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, etc.
It’s been going on for years, long before I started at CUNY.
Even though the government won’t help me I keep in constant contact with them so it’s documented.
For example, I call and email the FBI, police, and many other government offices every week.
I’ve contacted the FBI and police tens of thousands of times by phone, email, etc.
I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government and law enforcement offices.
One reason I mention this at school is because I have women and men in regular clothes harassing me constantly within blocks of Baruch College and throughout the rest of NYC.
I have no idea who they are or where they are coming from.

I’m focused on being polite, respectful, and earning money.
The individuals I know who pay con artists to harass people, including me, have certain things they do regularly.
For example, anytime I report them they do the thing I report 10X worse the next time just to let me know that they don’t have the slightest concern about getting in trouble or getting caught.
I just reported how students are constantly harassing me in the Baruch College locker room.
This is the first time I’m back in the Baruch College locker room since that last email and I’m being harassed in the locker room worse than ever.
I’m ignoring the Baruch College students who are harassing me in the locker room.
I’m paid up to the month of December 2024 at a local gym and I can’t even go because I have so many people harassing me it takes hours to get in and out of the place.
For example, I have women and men crashing into me and shoving their phones in my face before I walk inside the gym.
By some coincidence the same thing is happening in the Baruch College locker room although it’s not as bad at Baruch College.
The harassment is much worse at the private gyms.
As always I’m making the best of it.
I have no idea who any of the Baruch College students are that are harassing me.
I don’t know one students name in the whole school.
It’s not Baruch’s fault because the same thing is going on outside of school.
I’ve contacted hundreds of United States government offices by phone and email about people harassing me and they won’t help.
If the US government won’t help people who are being harassed what’s a college going to do?
Again, I’m just covering myself. It’s no big deal.
I always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s office and everyone at One Centre St respectfully at all times no matter what.
The NYPD are running so many scams on me I could easily spend 12 hours a day dealing with it.
The NYPD will not allow me to work.
I know you can’t give legal advice.
I’m about to pro se sue the NYPD.
The NYPD can care less.
The NYPD and their civilian team are harassing me constantly without the slightest concern about oversight.
I have more notice of claims about the NYPD and their civilian team harassing me.
I’m not sure if all the NYPD notice of claims fall under the same claim number or if each NYPD notice of claim gets a different claim number.
Either way I’m doing my best.

There are a lot of innocent people that the NYPD killed and innocent people that are in NYC and New York jails right now so it could be worse.
I’ll be dropping off several more NYPD notice of claims pertaining to the NYPD and their civilian team constantly harassing me without the slightest concern about them getting exposed or in trouble.
NYPD internal affairs blocked my phone number and email.
The CCRB told me to call NYPD internal affairs.
The DOI told me to call the CCRB and Internal Affairs.
Other government offices told me to contact the NY AG office and I did that too via web form or email I can’t remember.
The Manhattan and Albany FBI blocked my phone number.
The Manhattan DA blocked my phone number.
1 Police Plaza blocked my phone number.
In my opinion, the NYPD knows it costs millions or tens of millions of dollars to properly sue them and they exploit it.
In my estimation it costs tens of millions of dollars to properly sue the NYPD.
It would take thousands of hours just to go through all my evidence, hire experts, contact places for the security video, etc.

I understand everyone who works for the NYC government is doing their best with the amount of people they have to help.

When I interact with Baruch College students during mandatory in class groups, I’m polite, respectful, and professional.
I don’t socialize with Baruch College students.

I’m not concerned with grades beyond passing, I’m concerned with earning a living.
I’m reporting some quick things.
There is nothing anyone at Baruch College CUNY can do about it.
I’m just covering myself.

I suspect, individuals I know pay people to harass me for no reason besides they don’t like me.

I have my eye on the prize and that’s money (financial freedom), not arguing with people I don’t know that are harassing me for unknown reasons or people are paying them.

The NYPD is spending millions of dollars paying civilian women and men in regular clothes to constantly harass me.
NYPD Internal Affairs has very little power over high level law enforcement.
The CCRB told me to call NYPD Internal Affairs.
NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.
I suspect a couple of the NYPD officers that killed themselves were actually killed.
The NYPD also has audio of me talking about how I suspect the NYPD riggs juries.
I don’t think anyone who works about the courts knows about it.
I don’t think anyone who works at the courts is involved.
I suspect law enforcement figured out how to get people into jury pools on their own.
For example, I suspect that the NYPD used a portion of their multi billion dollar a year budget to figure out how to recreate jury envelopes.
If a person searches the web for “FBI controversies” or “NYPD corruption” they will see scary behavior.
The NYPD has audio of me talking about law enforcement rigging juries in videos that I never published on social media.
The NYPD loves to take audio out of content.
For example, the NYPD would love to say that the audio from me talking in videos I never published about how I suspect the NYPD riggs juries happened in court.
The NYPD wants to get me banned from the courts so I can’t sue the NYPD, HRA, and others.
I would never say a negative word about the court in court.
Let’s put things in perspective here.
Members of the NYPD are getting convicted of crimes constantly.
For example, murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, prostitution, contract hits, domestic violence, etc.
Some of the crooks at the NYPD don’t respect anything including juries. They kill people.
It’s mostly low level cops getting in trouble.
High level cops don’t do anything illegal?
I filed several notices of claims with the NYC Comptroller’s office to pro se sue the NYPD, HRA, and others.
I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know anything about the law.
I have dozens of lawsuits I plan on filing due to the NYPD spending millions of dollars harassing me for years and hundreds of government offices covering it up.
I plan on suing several government offices for breaching their fiduciary duty by not helping people who are being harassed by the NYPD and the NYPD’s off the books civilian lie and scam team.
I always treat everyone inside the courthouse with the utmost respect at all times.

The only oversight for the NYPD is to sue the NYPD in court.
That’s the only chance anyone like myself has who is being harassed by the NYPD.

For example, when the NYPD has their civilian scam team harass me they have someone blow drug smoke in my face while they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, vandalize my property, rob me, and much more.

If I see a District Attorney and US Attorney in court I will treat her/him with the utmost respect at all times.

I trust judges. I don’t trust juries.
I was charged with a misdemeanor which was lowered to a violation. I requested a bench trial. Once again, I trust judges not juries.
I treat all the court clerks and court security guards with the utmost respect at all times.
Did you vote for New York Assembly, New York Senate, United States Senate, House of Representatives, Manhattan Borough President, Public Advocate, etc.?
State and local politicians are responsible for more than a trillion dollars per year.
Do you think they are spending the money wisely?
I used to think the solution to get more people voting locally was online voting on our laptops, phones, and tablets.
I still do.
Another solution is to have state and local elections on the same day as the presidential election.
That will get a lot more people voting.
If state and local elections aren’t on the same day as the presidential election, hardly anyone votes.
First and foremost, I always treat everyone who works at the courts and courthouses with the utmost respect at all times.
That includes everyone.

I think the defamation laws are ridiculous.
People should be able to say anything they want without being sued.
I think New York City should have security cameras inside all the subway cars.
I think the government should split the United States in half so everyone can stop arguing and fighting.
Democrats can have twenty five states.

Back to criminal justice.
Of course we need law enforcement to keep us safe.
In my opinion law enforcement should earn more money than they currently take home.
When someone is arrested the government can spend almost any amount of money they desire prosecuting the person.
If the person doesn’t have any money they receive a public defender.
Defendants should be given as much of the taxpayer money to defend themselves, hire a private attorney, hire investigators, etc., as the government spends prosecuting us.
Why is the government allowed to spend as much of the taxpayer money as they want prosecuting us and we have to use our own money to defend ourselves?
If we are innocent until proven guilty, then we should be able to spend the same amount of the taxpayer money as the prosecutors are spending.
Why should rich people be the only ones who can afford to hire quality private attorneys?
For example, if the government is spending $300,000 prosecuting someone with labor and other costs, then the government should cut a check to a private attorney of our choosing so we can defend ourselves.
Another call to NYPD 911 to report New York City law enforcement for harassing me on September 7, 2024.
I’m going to call NYPD 911 at least 30 times today while NYC law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian team harassing me with no concern about getting caught because NYC is so corrupt.
I’ve contacted more then 1,000 United States government offices about law enforcement harassing me and they haven’t helped.
