The NYC welfare office has strict requirements and the NYC police are harassing me.
Opinion: People think New York City welfare is a game. It’s not. I have to attend a NYC welfare Zoom or Microsoft Teams class five days a week from 9 AM to 1 PM. There are many additional requirements beyond that. I receive about $700 per month from the NYC welfare office. I’m supposed to receive subway money although in my opinion the NYC police keep sabotaging the payments. It goes a lot deeper although I think this is enough for now about my welfare situation. I’m making the best of it. It’s all going to work out. If you ever see me in Manhattan I wear a sign that says MarkPine.com that leads to my website about the New York City police harassing me, sabotaging me, and making up lies about me. The New York City government won’t help therefore I’m trying to see if civilians have any idea how I can elevate my life with the NYC police constantly harassing me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that. The New York City police sabotaged my web marketing services and won’t let me work. I don’t understand why New York City law enforcement are so corrupt and evil although it’s the reality of the situation so I’m making the best of it. I have contacted hundreds of police departments nationwide about the NYPD harassing me and they won’t help. The police in other states tell me to hire a lawyer or call the news media and ask for help. I’m not sure what journalists could do to stop the corrupt as humanly possible NYPD from harassing me. Opinion: The New York City police are sabotaging my New York City food stamps and welfare. I have to spend hundreds of hours more than everyone else just to go to court to protect my food stamps and welfare. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. Fedcap WeCare – welfare job program. I go to Fedcap WeCare instead of other welfare job programs because I have a bad back. I don’t take any back pain medication. I just deal with it.

The New York City police are harassing me and making up lies about me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m 50. I get my physical every year. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York City government offices about the NYPD harassing me and they won’t help. Men I know pay the police to sabotage and harass people they don’t like without any legitimate reason. It’s very difficult to get help from the government if you are being harassed by the police. I receive welfare in Manhattan.
Greetings, the New York City police and their female and male civilian lie and scam people are harassing me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that. I’m 49. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass people, including me, without any legitimate reason. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York City government offices about the police harassing me and they won’t help. The New York City police chased away my web marketing clients therefore now I receive welfare from the New York City Department of Social Services and Human Resources Administration. People think NYC welfare is all fun and games. I have to attend a welfare job program from 9 AM to 2 PM five days per week plus other requirements. I receive about $240 per month cash from the NYC welfare office to pay my phone bill $70, gym $50, and other bills. I also get about $290 per month in food stamps to buy groceries. I always treat everyone at DSS, HRA, Fedcap, WeCare politely and respectfully at all times no matter what. I just like to share my world with the internet. The NYC police won’t allow me to work. The NYC police are trying to sabotage my public assistance or welfare case. I don’t understand why the NYPD and NYC law enforcement are so corrupt and evil although it’s the reality of the situation.
