  • Opinion: Law enforcement and the storage place.

This is an email I sent to various government agencies and law enforcement.

    Greetings,

This has nothing to do with the storage company.

This has nothing to do with the staff at the storage company.

I always treat all the staff at the storage company respectfully at all times the same way I treat everyone at Baruch College, no matter what.

I have a storage room paid for by HRA.

Of course, law enforcement rented a bunch of rooms in the storage place where I’m at for law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team.

Law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team harasses me constantly at the storage place.

    I ignore them.

I just got my student loan refunds so I ordered a bunch of necessities to the storage place.

    The storage place accepts packages.

Law enforcement knows I ordered a bunch of things with my student loan money to the storage place.

The majority of the items I ordered from the storage company are being delivered today and were delivered yesterday.

There are security cameras all over the interior of the storage place.

If law enforcement stole any of my packages, it’s no big deal.

If law enforcement has dozens of their civilian lie and scam team members run in front of me in line so I have to wait for hours to get my packages its no big deal, law enforcement does that to me all the time.

Law enforcement has rented dozens of rooms in the same storage place as me for their civilian lie and scam team.

I always keep my storage room clean.

I never put anything dirty in my storage room.

I’ve been a customer of the same storage place since around 2019 or earlier.

Law enforcement and their female and male civilian lie and scam team have been harassing me the whole time and I ignore them.

I never rush at the storage place.

When I go to the storage place, law enforcement will have their civilian lie and scam team block me from walking and pretend they don’t realize.

Law enforcement also has their civilian lie and scam team pretend they are with me at the storage place and everywhere else.

Of course, law enforcement has women pretend “Mark Pine is stalking me” in and around the storage place.

Law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team crash into me and cut me off in and around the storage place.

I just take the law enforcement abuse as always and keep quiet. Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I won’t eat any food that has to be handed to me.

    Greetings,

I always treat people who work at supermarkets with the absolute utmost respect at all times because I only eat food from supermarkets.

People I know pay law enforcement to sabotage people’s food.

I know that 99.9% of people would say no if law enforcement asked them to sabotage people’s food.

I’m not trying to find out if a person is part of the 0.01%.

If law enforcement wants to sabotage someone’s food they will send a restaurant hundreds or thousands of customers, offer cash on the spot, or possibly take over the rent for the whole restaurant.

Law enforcement has endless billions of dollars in New York City.

I think retired members of the NYPD collect more than 3 billion dollars per year.

That is why I always treat everyone at supermarkets with the utmost respect at all times no matter what.

I was just at a supermarket in the financial district.

I stayed until it was almost closing time.

Security walked up to me and said they were closed.

    I said no big deal.

The second security started talking to me, I immediately started the audio recorder on my phone because if I don’t audio record every conversation I have with people outside of Baruch College law enforcement pays people to say Mark Pine is rude and ban me from every place in New York City.

I only have about half the conversation with the security guard at the supermarket on January 15, 2024 because law enforcement remotely shut off my audio recorder.

Law enforcement has full remote control access to my laptops and phones.

Google “FBI Spyware” for more details about that.

I always treat everyone who works at supermarkets with the utmost respect at all times.

I know that 99.9% of restaurants are amazing, none the less I wouldn’t eat at a restaurant if it was free because law enforcement would ask the restaurant to please allow them to sabotage my food.

If anyone doesn’t believe law enforcement sabotages people’s food, I hope law enforcement never has you in their sights because you won’t last 10 minutes.

Law enforcement pays teenage women to try and have sex with me.

Of course I didn’t fall for it because I’m not in prison.

Law enforcement pays teenage women to crash into me and pretend they are being attacked.

Who would believe that goes on?

Law enforcement pays women and men of all ages to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, blow drug smoke in my face, and much more.

Law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about anyone who works for the United States government interfering.

I’m not saying everyone at the US government goes along with law enforcement’s scams.

I’m just saying that law enforcement isn’t concerned about people who work for the US government knowing that some law enforcement are breaking the laws. Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement rented several rooms at the storage place where I belong to harass me.

Law enforcement rented several rooms at the storage place where I belong to harass me.

I always ignore law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team or just treat them respectfully at the storage place.

This has nothing to do with the storage company or any of the storage company staff.

A few days ago I showed up to my storage room and some of my clothes were stolen including a $300 winter coat I bought with my student loans.

Today I showed up to the storage place January 14, 2024 in the morning.

First, there was a male customer walking back and forth in and out of the main storage door.

I patiently waited for him to walk away.

Then a female customer walked up and I let her go before me.

The woman started hiding behind a column in the storage lobby by the elevators.

Once she saw I wasn’t going in until she moved, she got on the elevator.

When I was trying to leave the storage place, a woman went in front of me.

She put a pushcart in the electric doors, propped the doors open, and walked off.

At that point, I called corporate at the storage company because no one is supposed to leave a pushcart propping open the locked main entrance electric doors.

I didn’t say a word to the woman.

    I didn’t touch the pushcart.

Eventually, the woman came back and moved the pushcart.

Now there are two push carts left haphazardly on the inside of the electric doors.

A separate customer immediately walks up and leaves another push cart blocking the main entrance electric doors outside of the main elevators.

I politely and respectfully called corporate and let them know what was going on.

I didn’t say a word to the customers.

    I carefully walked out.

When I was walking to the bicycle rental dock around the corner another person cut me off on the sidewalk and came inches of crashing into me when the street was 90% empty and there was all the space in the world to walk.

In my opinion people I know pay law enforcement to harass me in New York City.

Law enforcement pays and trains regular people, women and men of all ages who have jobs or go to school, to harass people including me.

For example, the civilian lie and scam team crashes into me, shoves their phones in my face, blocks me from walking, blows drug smoke in my face, and much more.

If anyone has any ideas how I can legally get law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

I’ve contacted hundreds of government agencies and they ignore me.

  • Opinion: Email to a coworking place with an idea on August 26, 2022.

    Greetings Coworking,

    I love coworking.

    It’s an excellent value.

I’m very grateful to be a member.

I have a quick idea for you.

    Here it is.

You might consider offering clients an option inside their account on the app and web to pre-pay for their memberships and spaces.

    This is my thought process.

I assume there are several entrepreneurs in your spaces.

In my opinion, entrepreneurs run hot and cold.

If an entrepreneur or startup gets their hands on money, they could potentially appreciate an easy option to load money onto their account/balance to pay for future months.

By prepaying, your clients can secure their spaces for months or years without being concerned about future payments.

I just wired money to pre-pay for September in advance.

I’m more than happy to wire money.

I suspect that several of your clients probably don’t realize they can pre-pay for future months via wire payment.

If there was an easy pre-pay option listed inside the online account, there is a chance a percentage of members would be interested.

For example, if a startup raises a few hundred grand or a few million dollars, it makes sense to pre-pay their coworking for the year before they spend all the money.

    On another note:

I always treat all your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

I treat all your locations with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

I mostly keep to myself in regard to the other members.

I prefer to do my networking on the internet and phone.

I have another idea for you that I will send over later about possibly acquiring new locations from landlords.

Thank you again for the stellar service you provide.

    Have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the coworking place where I’m a member on November 4, 2022.

    Greetings X coworking,

First and foremost, X coworking is the best coworking ever.

    I love it.

I treat your staff professionally and respectfully when I interact with them.

I treat your facilities with the utmost respect humanly possible.

I keep to myself in regards to your members.

I’m friendly and respectful, although I keep to myself.

I wanted to mention something quickly that is no major issue.

No matter how great of an offering you present to the public, from my experience, there are always going to be people who have bad intentions.

For example, some of the gyms I belong to are amazing.

The company could not be doing a better job.

The college I go to is amazing too.

The majority of people are looking to respectfully enjoy themselves.

There is always a small group that is looking to cause issues.

I just want to go on the record right now.

This has never happened and I don’t think it ever will happen.

I’m just giving a hypothetical situation.

If someone at the coworking pours a can of paint on my head, throws my laptop out of the window, and anything else along those lines; I will not say a word to the person.

I will respectfully and politely email you here and let you know what happened.

I’m not anticipating that will happen; I just wanted to mention it.

I was walking in one of your amazing locations, and someone walked in front of me, said go for it, and then walked away.

I have no idea who the person is.

    I didn’t say a word.

    I didn’t have a reaction.

    It’s no big deal.

I’m not sure what the person was talking about.

It just made me think of the gyms I belong to because sometimes there is questionable behavior by some of the members.

There is no need to follow up.

I just wanted to touch base about the issue.

Thank you again for creating an excellent coworking environment in New York City.

  • Opinion: Email to a coworking place about billing on October 20, 2022.

    Greetings coworking,

I love coworking, it’s an excellent deal.

I just wanted to follow up to avoid having any mishaps at the end of the month.

I paid about $860 in advance.

My billing address has been changed (attached).

Now it says $0 has been prepaid on the new address, and the $860 is attached to the old address.

I was told the money would apply towards future months.

I just wanted to double-check because the month is almost over, and the money hasn’t moved over.

The pre-paid amount is showing $0 at the new address.

Also, tomorrow is Friday, then we have the weekend, and November 1, 2022, is going to be here quickly.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to my coworking place about quiet common areas on August 29, 2022.

    Greetings coworking,

I love coworking, it’s the best deal ever. I am as happy as can be with my membership.

$X per month is beyond a great deal.

I have a few questions about the X location because I love it. It’s amazing.

    I’m a X member.

    1. What floors in the building am I allowed to access the common areas?

    2. Are there any additional floors that have common areas available for all access members?

    3. If I’m correct, some of the locations have areas without music playing for members.

Does X location have any work areas for members without music playing?

It’s no big deal, I can listen to some music in my headphones.

I was just curious if there were any quiet areas.

Please advise when you are available.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Sanitizer is holding open the door in the Flatiron / Chelsea location on October 23, 2022.

    Greetings Coworking,

    I love Coworking.

    The value is stellar.

I’m on the fifth floor at X St in New York City.

When I arrived today, I noticed that someone used one of the sanitizer posts to hold one of the doors leading to the bathroom open on the floor.

I sent an email to customer support but I didn’t hear anything back.

    I guess because it’s Sunday.

I just called support, and they told me to move the sanitizer thing away from the door so the door would close.

I carefully moved the sanitizer post away from the door, and the door is working perfectly.

Just wanted to let you know how it all worked out.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: A doorman almost crashed into me in the lobby of my coworking place in Times Square on November 26, 2022.

    Greetings coworking,

    I love coworking.

At about 11:32 AM on November 26, 2022, I was slowly and carefully walking out of the Time Square lobby.

The doorperson almost bumped into me.

    I didn’t say a word.

I just moved out of the way and let the person go.

I tried to send this message with no address attached, but the form keeps moving to an address, so I picked a random address.

I don’t want it to seem like I’m telling on the person.

I report every interaction like this so there are no misunderstandings.

    I’m 46 years old.

If someone at coworking poured a can of paint on my head, threw my laptop out of the window, and told me they didn’t like me, I would say nothing, or I would say thank you and walk away.

Coworking is a huge part of my program as it is a huge part of everyone’s program that belongs to coworking.

Coworking is the ultimate business tool.

    Anyway, it’s no big deal.

I’m not saying a word about it to anyone here.

When I see the people who work at the front desk, I always wave and say thank you.

    That’s it.

  • Opinion: Notice of Claim to sue the NYPD regarding scams to try and get me kicked out of a gym.

I’m not a lawyer. Verify everything yourself.

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me. New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes follow me into stores, the subway, supermarkets, etc., and run scams on me. For example, New York City law enforcement has people cut me off, shove their phones in my face, crash into me, and blow smoke in my face.

The following is a notice of claim that I had notarized and delivered to the New York City Comptroller’s Office on July 18, 2022.

Notice of Claim to sue the NYPD about a gym scam.

Notice of Claim to sue the NYPD

I would like to sue the NYPD for $150,000.

First and foremost, I always treat the NYPD police officers at the precincts respectfully, regardless if they give me a police report or not.

I also always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s Office, the attorneys and court reporters you refer me to, people who work at 60 Centre St, etc., with the utmost respect at all times.

I don’t care if someone pours a can of paint on my head; I will walk away and still treat everyone respectfully.

    I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date.

    I’m a full-time student at Baruch College.

    Notice of Claim:

I suspect that people I know pay active and retired NYPD police officers, private detectives, private investigators, etc., to harass and sabotage me.

I grew up in Nassau County, Long Island, New York, and there are several millionaires that I know that are alleged to pay New York City law enforcement for all types of scams.

On July 16, 2022, at about 7 PM in New York City, I had an issue with the NYPD and civilians in front of a building in Manhattan.

I was sitting on the steps in front of a multi-unit apartment rental building.

Most of the time, when I sit on steps in front of a building, the tenants just walk by and don’t say anything.

If a tenant says don’t sit on my steps, I politely say I’ll move, and I move right away. I don’t care if the tenant is polite or not, if someone asks me to move I move.

Yesterday I was sitting on the steps of a building in Manhattan. I was using my laptop, minding my own business.

At about 7PM on July 16, 2022, a woman sneaks up on me and starts yelling in my face.

The woman who was yelling at me had her mouth about an inch away from my mouth and was yelling and spitting in my face that I had to move.

There was no warning at all.

When I looked up, I noticed the woman was with a man.

The man was standing, blocking the gate where you have to walk in and out.

That was the first scam that the man started trying to run on me. I know about that scam because people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.

The scam is you ask someone to move and then you crash into the person as they are leaving.

The minute I realized that I had a woman yelling and spitting in my face and a man trying to grab my backpack while simultaneously trying to crash into me, I called 911.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t date.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

I file my taxes in January.

    I live squeaky clean.

    I have nothing to hide.

The people said why are you calling the police?

    It’s our steps.

    I ignored them.

There was a security camera on the building next door but I don’t know if it recorded the instance or not.

Once I started calling NYPD 911 the couple called NYPD 911 after me.

I called NYPD 911 first which can be verified by both of our phone records.

I think that the couple that was harassing me is connected with the NYPD and New York City law enforcement. They wouldn’t let me go. Anytime I sit on someone’s steps, when they say please move I move right away. This time they were blocking me and spitting in my face while trying to get me to crash into the man on the way out which is one of NYC law enforcement’s bread and butter scams.

Next, additional civilians showed up, and they continued running scams on me. I have the woman yelling and spitting in my face.

The man she was with, who was blocking me from leaving and trying to grab my backpack, walked behind me.

Before I had a chance to move, another man got into the same position, blocking the gate that the previous man was in.

The new man started running another New York City law enforcement scam.

The New York City law enforcement scam is a fabricated conversation scam.

I was on the phone with NYPD 911 speaking with the NYPD 911 operator.

The second man who was blocking me from walking out of the gate was speaking to me as if I was talking with him when I was talking with the NYPD 911 operator.

I stayed on the phone with NYPD 911 from the minute the woman started spitting in my face with two men blocking me from walking until the NYPD Officers arrived.

I was respectful to the NYPD Officers, which can be proved by watching the NYPD body camera video.

I suspect that all parties involved are unofficially connected with New York City law enforcement, and I’m about to explain why I believe that.

The NYPD officers denied me a police report for people spitting in my face, blocking me from walking, and trying to steal my backpack.

I want to sue for being denied a police report.

I asked the NYPD officer if I could speak with the sergeant or lieutenant and ask for a police report, and he said no.

Instead of going to the NYPD Precinct on July 16, 2022, and getting rejected for a police report for the second time, I went to the NYPD 1st Precinct on July 16, 2022, at 8 PM.

The NYPD 1st Precinct also denied me a police report for the same incident.

I was 100% respectful to the NYPD police officer at the NYPD 1st Precinct after they refused to issue me a police report.

That is why I want to sue the NYPD for $150,000. Because they denied me a police report twice on the same day for the same incident.

I want to explain further what I think is going on here.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day.

New York City law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of every place I go.

On July 16, 2022, at about 7 PM, while the woman was spitting in my face and the two men were blocking me from walking away and trying to steal my backpack, more people showed up.

Before I go any further, I just want to go on the record that I didn’t look too closely at any of the people.

I couldn’t remember what anyone from yesterday looked like except maybe the two police officers I was talking with.

I don’t remember what any of the civilians looked like.

I remember general descriptions, but I wasn’t looking at them closely to memorize their faces.

First, I was on the phone with NYPD 911 the entire time I was waiting for the New York City Police to show up. Then I walked off to speak with the NYPD Police.

As I was waiting for the police to show up, I remember a few additional women showed up. I’m not sure if they went into the building I was sitting in front of or the building next door. I can’t remember.

I will say the additional few women that showed up seemed like they were in on the scam and working with the three others (2 men and 1 woman) that were harassing me and blocking me from leaving.

I’m going on the record right now. This is all connected with New York City law enforcement trying to get me kicked out of the gym I belong to.

This is why I think the whole entire episode is a scam to get me kicked out of my gym.

The few additional women that showed up, the second man who was pretending I was talking with him when I was on the phone with NYPD 911, and the original two individuals probably belong to my gym.

NYC law enforcement will most likely have them all say, oh, he was on my steps causing a problem, he was stalking all the women, and who knows what other lies they will make up.

New York City law enforcement runs elaborate scams on me every day. The scams that New York City law enforcement runs on me are the equivalent of a Hollywood movie, television show, or Broadway show.

New York City law enforcement has billions of dollars every year, and the scams they run on me are out of this world amazing.

The whole thing was a setup so they could run to my gym, say they coincidentally saw me after yesterday’s incident, and get me kicked out of the gym.

New York City law enforcement is running scams on me like this every week, trying to get me kicked out of my gym.

    I’m sitting on the steps.

If anyone said this is my building, move, I would have moved to one of the other buildings that had steps next door or across the street.

If I was doing something wrong or looking for trouble, why would I call NYPD 911 before the couple did?

Then, coincidentally, a few women that I suspect probably belong to my gym show up.

Not only that, but the additional women were also blocking me from walking away.

New York City law enforcement runs that same scam on me all the time.

Someone tells me to walk while simultaneously trying to crash into me.

I’ll email you a copy of the notice of claim so you can click the link.

If I see any of the civilians, I’m not saying a word.

If any of the civilians coincidentally see me and report me to my gym then they are acting on behalf of New York City law enforcement and the whole thing was not a coincidence, it was a set up.

I was never given a chance to walk away without people trying to crash into me. Also, I called NYPD 911 before anyone.

The civilians just wanted to crash into me without calling the police. The civilians only called NYPD 911 after I called to make it seem like they were reporting me.

I want to sue the NYPD because two precincts denied me a police report that they would give anyone else.
