I’m searching for scholarships at Baruch College. In my spare time I’m trying to raise money from accredited investors for startups.

As always, I always treat everyone at Baruch College CUNY politely and respectfully at all times no matter what regardless if I get my way or not.
Treating everyone at Baruch College respectfully is more important than anything else.
All my documents are submitted for my Spring 2025 withdraw appeal. I’m trying to drop all four Spring 2025 classes I took.
Spring 2025 the semester I’m trying to drop all four classes was the only semester I didn’t make the Dean’s list.
I was told all I was missing was a doctor’s letter and I could drop all four Spring 2025 classes.
I have documentation from 10 emergency room visits and 10 urgent care visits during the Spring 2025 semester at Baruch College.
In addition to more than 20 medical visits during Spring 2025 I was issued 4 NYPD police reports for being robbed and harassed during Spring 2025.
I have a 3.7 GPA with six classes left to graduate while living in the street homeless the whole time.
If I’m able to drop my Spring 2025 classes my GPA will go back up to 3.8.
I’ve been issued more than 30 NYPD police reports for getting robbed and harassed over and over since I’ve been at CUNY.
I’ve racked up millions of dollars in medical bills for people harassing and attacking me while I’m trying to study for school and I still have a 3.7 GPA.
Here is the situation.
I have not paid for this semester Fall 2025.
All my financial aid is gone except for some TAP.
The TAP department at Baruch College said they can’t give me an answer about how much TAP I’m getting for the Fall 2025 semester at Baruch College.
My TAP is showing in CUNY First that I’m going to possibly receive between $600 and $1,200 out of the $2,000 I owe to pay for the Fall 2025 semester at Baruch College.
After the Fall 2025 semester I have four classes left to graduate.
I have a feeling the TAP department is going to tell me I’m getting a quarter or half of the $2,000 I owe for Fall 2025 from TAP around the time when everyone is registering for Spring 2026.
The scholarships from Baruch College 2025-2026 don’t come out until after all the Spring 2026 classes are booked up.
The HRA Fellowship doesn’t have a job for me.
The Federal Work Study Program doesn’t have a job for me.
If I’m allowed to drop my Fall 2025 classes and I can get the money back I would like to utilize the money for my two Fall 2025 classes and my two Spring 2026 classes.
Who can I speak with about this situation?
The way it stands now I may be able to get the money or scrape up other money from scholarships by December 2025 or January 2026 to pay for my two Fall 2025 classes.
The Spring 2026 classes I need to graduate will all be booked up.
I’ll have to sign up for two Spring 2026 classes that don’t count towards graduation just to stay active.
In my opinion I should have been granted the opportunity to drop Fall 2025 months ago with the documentation I have plus my credibility of having a 3.8 GPA at the time with 6 classes left to graduate while living in the street homeless the whole time.
My GPA went down to 3.7 due to my Spring 2025 grades because of everything I was dealing with.
My appeal to drop my four Spring 2025 classes will be either denied or granted by the first week in October 2025.
If my appeal request to drop my Spring 2025 classes is granted, to get the Spring 2025 money back for the four classes, it will take another six or seven weeks or more.
That brings me into December 2025.
All the classes I need to graduate will be gone.
Who can I ask to expedite this process?
In my humble opinion I should have been able to drop my Spring 2025 classes in April/May 2025 when I made the initial request.
I submitted all the documentation required to the Weissman appeal department for my request to drop all four Spring 2025 classes I took.
I submitted all the documentation required to get a refund of the money paid for my Spring 2025 classes to the refund department.
If I’m lucky I’ll hear back in December 2025 or January 2026 if I’m going to get the money back or not.
For all I know I may not even get the money back until after January 2026 and I’ll be kicked out of school and can’t graduate.
This is all happening because I couldn’t get a letter from a Medicaid doctor quick enough that it took ten months to get an appointment with. The doctor has since dropped Health First Medicaid and doesn’t even accept it anymore.
I was in hospital emergency rooms 10 times during Spring 2025.
I was issued 4 NYPD police reports for being robbed and harassed during Spring 2025.
I was at urgent cares more than 10 times during Spring 2025.
I couldn’t get the doctor’s letter until now.
Thankfully I now have the doctor’s letter.
I’m going to pass my two classes this semester and my teachers are great.
Nonetheless I’m getting off to a horrible start this Fall 2025 semester because I’m spending the majority of my time dealing with this situation.
There is a lot more I’d like to include in this note although it’s inappropriate for school so of course I’m not.
My cell phones, tablets, laptops, clothes, etc., have been stolen twenty five to thirty times since I started at CUNY.
Who can I speak with at CUNY about this situation so I can try to graduate school?
I’ve contacted the Bursar, Registrar, FAS, Student Life, CUNY Edge, etc., they’re as helpful as they can be although they said there isn’t anything more they can do to help.
Please advise.

I went to the NYPD 19th Precinct on September 7, 2025 at 12:01 AM to get a NYPD police report for a few reasons.
I was polite and respectful to the NYPD 19 precinct police officer.
The NYPD 19 precinct denied me a police report on September 7, 2025.
I suspect because the NYPD is embarrassed about how many NYPD police reports I keep getting issued and they won’t help because the individuals paying people to harass me are paying the NYPD as well.
One of the reasons I went to the NYPD 19 Precinct is because I suspect individuals I know pay women and men to harass several people including me without any legitimate reason.
I also suspect individuals I know pay the New York City police NYPD to harass me.
I suspect the individuals I know are also paying law enforcement for permission to commit crimes, cover up crimes, run kickback scams, etc.
The Civilian Complaint Review Board, Department of Investigation, and NYPD Internal Affairs won’t help me.
I also contacted the New York City Public Advocates office, Manhattan Borough Presidents office, City Council Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and many other government offices. They won’t help stop civilians and the NYPD from harassing me.
For example, I’ve been issued more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim and counting and I’m still getting harassed constantly. The NYPD won’t help me at all.
I’m more than happy to share my evidence about that to anyone who works for the government or law enforcement.
I can’t find anyone who works for the government or law enforcement to look at my evidence besides the New York Courts and NYC Comptrollers office.
I was at the NYPD 19th Precinct on September 7, 2025 at 12:01 AM to get another police report. This is the reason:
I was at the Union Square farmers market on September 6, 2025 at 8:30 AM.
As usual a civilian man in regular clothes started harassing me.
I don’t know the identity of the civilian man who was harassing me.
I was getting a plastic bag to hold a few pieces of fruit and vegetables I was about to buy.
The civilian man who was harassing me went out of his way to wave his arms around in my face and almost crash into me if I didn’t quickly move out of the way.
The man was also cursing at me.
The civilian man that was harassing me started reaching over me to grab a plastic bag like he was trying to grab a football during the Superbowl.
There were other civilian women and men harassing me at the farmers market that day as well. It wasn’t an isolated incident.
Ever since individuals I know started paying one civilian woman and man to harass me one after the next I have people that I don’t know crashing into me, cutting me off, shoving their phones in my face, blowing vape and marijuana smoke in my face, robbing me, vandalizing my property, complaining about me while I’m minding my own business and they are harassing me, blocking me from walking, yelling and screaming at me, threatening me, and many more cointelpro style scams.
Imagine your enemy has billions of dollars and is in charge of law enforcement for your city, state, or country with very little oversight (very little is being generous). Those are the types of scams that are coming at me regularly.
I have so many civilian women and men constantly harassing me it’s ridiculous at this point.
I’ve gotten robbed and harassed so many times I lost count.
The NYPD has issued me more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim.
In addition to the time, date and location that I was harassed on September 6, 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Union Square farmers market, there are several additional instances that the NYPD could investigate if they wanted to.
For example, I have female and male civilian women and men harassing me at the gym, storage place, supermarkets, on the sidewalk, on the subway platforms, on the subway cars, at Baruch College, and other places.
I have civilian women and men and sometimes NYPD in uniform harassing me in clear view of security cameras without the slightest concern about getting caught.
I’m more than happy to share my bank records, phone records, debit card records, and any other records that will match my locations to security cameras around Manhattan, New York City.
If or when that investigation ever takes place everyone involved will see civilian women and men in regular clothes harassing me in an organized and rehearsed manner.
United States law enforcement matches peoples locations to security cameras when they want to lock up a civilian.
When corrupt cops are running scams all of a sudden no one wants to look into anything.
What makes my situation unique is that I suspect it’s a mixture of civilians harassing me and New York City police officers NYPD covering it up.
Internal Affairs, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the Department of Investigations, the Inspector General, won’t help me.
I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government offices in all 50 states about civilians I know and civilians I don’t know harassing me and they won’t help.
Regardless if the NYPD is getting paid by the individuals I know or not, I still want to sue the NYPD because for one reason or another the NYPD is covering up that I’m getting harassed even after the massive amount of evidence I’ve shared with the NYPD about the situation.
NYPD Headquarters 1PP and all the NYPD precincts blocked my phone number.
The Manhattan FBI blocked my phone number.
The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my phone number.
I’m 49 and I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.

The NYPD has made the decision to cover up people harassing me regardless of how much evidence that accumulates.
In my spare time I’m trying to launch startups. I’m very busy like everyone else. This is not how I’d like to be spending my energy. I don’t have a choice because individuals I know are hell bent for some reason on paying people to harass me and the NYPD won’t help.
