Email to Baruch College about not being able to use my laptop on July 11, 2024, at about 2:45 PM.

Greetings Baruch College,

The glass is half full. I’m making the best of it.

I can’t use my laptop without video recording the screen.

I just wanted to let you know that I can’t use my laptop on any Wi-Fi when I’m at Baruch College unless I video record my laptop screen for hours at a time.

People I know started paying people to run scams on me, and ever since then, my laptops, phones, and tablets have been stolen dozens of times. I have 28 NYPD Police reports.

Plus, I have women and men shoving their phones in my face and crashing into me constantly. I ignore them.

When my devices aren’t being stolen, I can’t turn a page on the web for hours at a time unless I video record my laptop screen.

Of course, I would never mention anything negative to any Baruch College professor.

I will just let them know that, for some reason, my laptops don’t work unless I video record my laptop screen with my phone, or I just won’t use my laptop during classes if they prefer I don’t video record my laptop screen with my phone.

My phone, laptop, and tablet have been stolen 10 times in less than two years.

My phone, laptop, and tablet have been stolen dozens of times in the last five years.

When I started at LaGuardia, I didn’t have a laptop or tablet.

I had a $50 phone because all the good ones had been stolen.

I bought 7 phones with my student loans in 2023 and 6 of them were stolen.

Clearly, someone doesn’t want me using smartphones or the web.

The same people chased away my web marketing clients.

The glass is half full.

I’m making the best of it.

Sometimes my laptop will move at a reduced speed without video recording the screen although I usually find myself having to video record my laptop screen for hours every day or it won’t work.

My laptop will freeze. I’ll start to video record the laptop screen with my phone and it will start working again.

I’m making the best of it.

I’m working hard to try and earn money so I can legally turn the tables on the people who are harassing me (random people from New York who think its funny to pay people to sabotage people).

Greetings Urgent Care, 

I’m going to make this quick. 

I don’t have a criminal record. 

I don’t do anything illegal. 

I’m 47 years old. 

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement and their civilian team to harass me. 

I’ve contacted hundreds of New York and national government and law enforcement offices and not one of them will help me. 

I’m not giving up, I’m used to it, and I’m trying to get help from the general public via the web. 

I never mention a word about New York City law enforcement and their civilian team harassing me to any of your staff. 

I always treat your staff politely and respectfully, no matter what. 

Urgent care is one of the best ideas ever. 

New York City is lucky to have companies such as yours to support the people with quality medical care without an appointment. 

The NYPD has issued me 28 police reports with me as the victim. 

I hope most New York City law enforcement are good people and the treatment I’m getting doesn’t represent the norm. 

One scam that New York City law enforcement runs on me is they have women and men in regular clothes harass me constantly. 

I ignore them. 

When New York City law enforcement is spending millions of dollars teasing and harassing me, they like to have their plain clothes civilian team sneak up on me and blow various types of smoke in my face. 

It magnifies the effect of the teasing and harassment. 

After New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian team blow drug smoke in my face I go to either an urgent care or emergency room. 

I’ve been to your urgent care dozens if not hundreds of times. 

Every time I go, I politely and respectfully say the exact same thing to the doctor or physician assistant. 

I politely and respectfully say someone I don’t know blew some type of smoke in my face, and I have the feeling of smoking weed. 

I politely and respectfully say that I just wanted to get checked out to make sure my vitals and everything are OK. 

If I don’t regularly visit urgent cares or emergency rooms, New York City law enforcement will have their regular clothes civilian team blow drug smoke in my face several times per day. 

I value my good standing with your fine organization therefore I just wanted to let you know what’s going on and why I’ve visited your urgent cares dozens if not hundreds of times. 

I assume most members of New York City law enforcement are very nice. 

Not saying you have to believe what I’m saying, although members of the NYPD have recently been convicted for murder, drug dealing, paying people to murder people, child abuse, domestic violence, and much more. There have been dozens, if not hundreds, of incidents during the last five years. 

One more time. 

I never mention one negative word about law enforcement to any of your staff under any circumstances. 

I always treat your staff from the front desk to the doctors politely and respectfully at all times. That is more important than any of this. 

New York City and New York state are lucky to have you. 

We need you more than you need us. 

I can’t imagine any state wouldn’t appreciate top quality urgent care. 

I suspect it’s easier to make money in other places compared with Manhattan and New York City. 

I don’t think the New York State and New York City governments are doing enough to support quality organizations such as yours. 

No one has to contact me. 

I’m cc’ing a few government and law enforcement agencies on this email just to show you how serious I am. 

The government has let me and others being harassed by law enforcement and their civilian team down, therefore I rely on organizations such as urgent cares and hopefully non-government organizations to help me endure the constant abuse. 

In my spare time I’m trying to raise money from accredited investors for startups. 

Hopefully I get lucky and I’m able to launch companies, earn money, so I’m not such an easy target. 

The glass is half full. 

I’m walking through the fire and focused on elevating my life while New York City law enforcement and their civilian team are moving full steam ahead harassing me. 

I’m confident it will all work out. 

Last thing. 

Anytime I visit your urgent cares I only say someone blew smoke in my face and I have the feeling of smoking weed. 

I don’t joke around. 

I don’t talk forever. 

I politely and respectfully answer the questions and that’s it.

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement and others to harass me. 

New York City law enforcement has a large group of people that run around in regular clothes and harass me in broad daylight. 

New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes team has perfected harassing someone out in the open and going undetected. 

For example, New York City law enforcement will have people sneak up on me and blow weed smoke in my face. 

New York City law enforcement has women and men cut me off and crash into me repeatedly. 

New York City law enforcement has people hold their phones up to their heads and pretend they are talking.

Then the person will shove their phone in my face. 

New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team point in my face. 

New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team rob me and vandalize my property. 

The New York City FBI blocked my phone number. 

The NYPD blocked my phone number. 

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number. 

The United States Secret Service blocked my phone number from calling all of their offices nationwide. 

The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my number. 

The list goes on. 

When I call the Newark, New Jersey, and New Haven, Connecticut FBI offices, they usually hang up immediately. 

When New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harass me, I call and report it while it’s happening. 

In my estimation, I’ve called NYPD 911 more than 10,000 times. 

In my estimation, I’ve called FBI offices nationwide, the bank robbery extension more than 10,000 times. 

In my estimation, I’ve called the NYPD more than 10,000 times. 

I never call 911 outside of New York City because I was arrested for calling 911 in Nassau County, New York. 

I don’t have a criminal record. 

I don’t drink. 

I don’t smoke. 

I don’t party. 

I don’t do anything illegal. 

I always treat Patrol Police respectfully in person.

I’m a civilian. 

I don’t drink. 

I don’t smoke. 

I don’t party. 

I don’t have a criminal record. 

Some people I grew up with paid various law enforcement to sabotage my web marketing clients. 

I have my issues with law enforcement but not with NYPD Patrol Police. 

Even though sometimes the higher ranking law enforcement has NYPD Patrol Police try and crash into me and pick fights with me, I don’t fall for it. 

I’m not trying to make a bad situation worse. 

Law enforcement pays civilian women and men, regular people in plain clothes, to try and pick fights with me. 

Plus, people blow weed smoke at me and then shove their phones in my face. 

I have received so many tickets in the New York City subway I have lost count. 

I have also received tickets riding a bicycle and on New York City buses. 

If I had to guess, I’ve received about $3,000 in tickets. 

Thankfully I could pay them all because of my student loans.

I’m a full-time student at Baruch College.

I’m a journalism major. 

In my spare time, I’m trying to launch startups. 

I cold call hedge funds asking for money. 

I read that NYPD transit cops now have to work in the subway alone without a partner.

In my opinion, that is the worst policy I have ever heard in my whole life. 

In my opinion, the NYPD is doing a good job of keeping Manhattan safe. 

I’m not sure about the other boroughs because I’m not there. 

I just read that the yearly budget for New York City is about $100 billion.

There should be security cameras and panic buttons inside every subway car. 

Patrol Police should travel at least two at a time or more. 

NYPD Transit Police traveling by themselves is a bad idea. 

Sometimes I feel like people purposely try to run New York City into the ground. 

A real money manager could do a lot better with $100 billion than the current leadership of New York City is doing. 

Anyone working in law enforcement in New York City who carries a weapon should earn a starting salary of $200 thousand annually. 

I believe that New York City should incentivize developers to create more high rises in Queens and offer New York City employees the opportunity to live in the city for below-market rents. 

How will you ask someone to protect a city they can’t afford to live in? 

It makes no sense. 

Regardless of what is going on, I always treat all NYPD Patrol Police with the utmost respect at all times. 

Do I think that people I know pay law enforcement in New York to harass me?

Yes. 

Do I blame NYPD Patrol Police for that?

No.
