  • Polite and respectful email to Baruch College about withdrawing from Spring 2025 classes.

    Greetings Baruch College,

    First and foremost I always treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times no matter what. 

    That is more important than any of this. 

    Thank you for the consideration and information. 

    Everyone at CUNY is very helpful. 

    I understand rules are rules. 

    I understand a lot of people try to take advantage of the process. 

    I’m currently trying to drop my whole Spring 2025 schedule with the Dean of Students. 

    I may circle back in the fall depending on what happens. 

    I understand everyone is following the gridlines I don’t take it personally. 

    I forgot to mention that I’ve been to emergency rooms hundreds of times since I’ve been at CUNY and I’ve been to urgent cares hundreds of times since I’ve been at CUNY. 

    I’m still going to pass all my classes although I’m not going to get my usual As. 

    My GPA is 3.8 with 6 classes left. 

    I’ve run up millions and millions of dollars in medical bills since I’ve been a CUNY student. 

    I’m very thankful for Medicaid or I’d be millions of dollars in debt. 

    Health First sometimes calls me I suspect because of the millions of dollars in medical bills I’ve run up. 

    I never pick up the phone. 

    I just say if they drop it they drop it there is nothing to talk about. 

    If Medicaid drops me I’ll have to go to emergency rooms, I won’t be able to go to urgents. 

    Hopefully the Dean of Students allows me to scrap the whole semester. 

    If not I’ll make the best of it like always.

  • Message to the Human Resources Administration about the NYPD sabotaging me

    March 18, 2025.

    Greetings HRA Commissioners Office,

    Thank you for the help.

    I always treat all HRA politely and respectfully at all times no matter what.

    I’m following up about the NYPD not allowing me to work.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    Individuals I know pay the NYPD to sabotage and harass people including me.

    The NYPD won’t allow me to work.

    The NYPD pays civilian women and men to constantly harass and rob me.

    I suspect the NYPD has sabotaged my public assistance case a few times if you look into it.

    The best way to reach me is via email.

    Of course you can call and I would like to meet in person about this.

    I’m currently a full time Baruch College student.

    Eventually I’ll be looking for a job and the NYPD will be blocking me from working as usual, unless it’s some type of job scam that will sabotage my public assistance case and make me look bad when the whole thing was an elaborate set up from the beginning.

    I brought a letter about the NYPD not allowing me to work to HRA 16th St and they told me to bring the letter the 1PP.

    I went to 1PP and they didn’t help me at all.

    I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government offices in NYC, NY state, Albany, DC, etc., and I can tell you first hand that law enforcement has very little oversight in America.

    I repeat, the NYPD vandalizes and steals anything I have of value.

    The NYPD and their civilian scam team constantly harass me.

    The NYPD will not allow me to work.

    I’m making the best of it.

    I’m contacting thousands of civilians trying to get help and find jobs.

    When most people Google me and see that I’m being harassed by law enforcement they back away.

    I have a massive amount of evidence to back up my claims.

    For example, NYPD police reports and much more.

    If the NYPD threatens any of the HRA staff and says do not help Mark Pine if you contact NYPD Internal Affairs, CCRB, DOI, etc., they may or may not help you.

    They won’t help me.

    The same goes for countless NYC government agencies and NY state government offices too.

    I’ve contacted hundreds of them and they are scared to death of the NYPD.

    I think the NYPD has murdered at least 5 innocent people in the last few years that we know about and I suspect the number is higher.

    If you Google the crime committed by members of the NYPD it’s out of control.

    I know of woman that have been raped and attacked in NYC that the NYPD won’t help so they can surely care less about helping me.

    BTW, I’m at HRA TAG on 16 St right now and the woman helping me is as nice and helpful as can be.

    The HRA employees are excellent.

  • Several students in my Baruch College class say NYC is the most racist place in America.

    Greetings Baruch College,

    I would like to mention one more thing. 

    In a class we were talking about racism. 

    I said that in my opinion New York City is less racist than other places in the country. 

    Of course New York City isn’t perfect, although in my view it’s not the most racist place in America. 

    After I said it about 4 or 5 students, one after the next, started explaining how New York City is one of the most racist places in America, if not the most racist city/location in America, and why. 

    I didn’t say a word. 

    Then of course it gets better. 

    Another student turns towards me and starts asking me where I’m from so the student can relate it towards my view or something. 

    I have no idea about the identity of the student.  

    I avoided the question and said I respect everyone’s opinion.

    I said that my experience working and living in Manhattan is that I haven’t encountered a level of racism that I believe makes NYC one of the most or the most racist place in America and it was dropped. 

    I think it’s strange that so many students in my class think that NYC is one of the most racist places in America.

    I wasn’t speaking with them about it, I was speaking with the professor. 

    I’m in several mandatory student groups in classes and I’m polite and respectful at all times no matter what.

    I’m walking on eggshells as always. 

    There are people leaving CUNY and earning 6 and 7 figures. 

    That’s what I would like. 

    I’m not arguing with anyone about anything or saying anything even remotely offensive.

  • The NYPD won’t let me work and are trying to sabotage my public assistance benefits.

    Polite email to the Human Resources Administration on February 16, 2025.

    Greetings HRA, 

    I always treat all HRA staff and other public assistance recipients respectfully at all times no matter what. 

    I’m a full time student at Baruch College. 

    I just wanted to get a few things on record because eventually I’ll have to find a job. 

    People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me. 

    The NYPD won’t let me get a job or earn any money. 

    Additionally, the NYPD has women and men constantly blow vape and marijuana smoke in my face when they are harassing me in Manhattan. 

    Due to the constant harassment I find myself randomly falling asleep. 

    I know the NYPD would love to say Mark Pine has narcolepsy or something like that. 

    I’m not a doctor but it’s not that. 

    It never happens when I’m outside. 

    It never happened before the NYPD and their civilian scam team started harassing me and blowing drug smoke in my face over and over. 

    Another issue I’ve been dealing with lately is back pain. 

    I’ve visited a few doctors, hospitals, and urgent cares. 

    I’m going to visit more. 

    A few doctors prescribed me some back paid meds although I won’t take them. 

    I’m a little hesitant to say why although I’m going to be transparent here. 

    The NYPD and their civilian scam team tease me and harass me that they are going to murder me with drugs. 

    That is why I would never take any oral meds under any circumstances. 

    I don’t think the NYPD is bluffing. 

    I think they really do murder people with drugs and other methods. 

    It’s proven members of the NYPD have killed people recently.

    For example, NYPD Sean Armstead, NYPD Michael Valva, NYPD Yvonne Wu, and I’m confident there are a lot we don’t know about. 

    I don’t have a criminal record. 

    I don’t do anything illegal. 

    I’m about to pro se sue the NYPD. 

    The NYPD has begrudgingly issued me more than 30 NYPD Police reports with me as the victim. 

    I’ve been robbed, attacked, harassed, had my property vandalized, etc. 

    The NYPD has rejected me from receiving hundreds of additional police reports because in my humble opinion, it’s an embarrassment for them how many times I’ve been robbed and harassed and they won’t help me because people I know pay them under the table. 

    Additionally, people I know run kickback scams with various law enforcement in exchange for allowing them to beat women and harass people.

    In my opinion, some members of the NYPD will turn their heads the other way while men beat and attack women if the men kick cash under the table to NYC law enforcement.

    I also wanted to mention if I’m correct that full time college students who receive public assistance receive money for MetroCards. 

    I still haven’t received my MetroCard money for Spring 2025. 

    Most importantly, I would like to show my evidence to someone at HRA about where my claim that the NYPD won’t let me work stems from and see if we can create a solution.

    Anytime I buy anything with the money HRA gives me, the NYPD and their civilian team steal it or vandalize it. 

    When I walk around Manhattan I wear an 8.5 x 11 inch sign that says MarkPine.com 

    I’m trying to find new web marketing clients and raise money for startups. 

    The majority of companies and people won’t hire me because everyone knows, can see, or is notified, that the NYPD is at war with me because individuals I know pay them to sabotage and harass several people including me without any legitimate reason. 

    I had a nice little web marketing career going before the NYPD and other law enforcement chased away all my clients and made me homeless. 

    I stick to rich neighborhoods because it’s safer.

    Of course, I always treat everyone at the HRA job program respectfully no matter what. 

    After I’m out of school I’m more than happy to go to the public assistance job program and apply for jobs all day.

    I’m just going on the record right now that the NYPD and NYC law enforcement will have other public assistance recipients constantly harassing me and no one is going to legitimately hire me. 

    The only jobs I’ll get offered are approved by law enforcement and guaranteed to fail and make me look bad. 

    For example, the NYPD will set up jobs that take me to violent neighborhoods or have me doing dangerous things to try and get my public assistance case dropped. 

    I suspect that United States law enforcement spends billions of dollars a year harassing and sabotaging people.

    I don’t think they have any issue lying about me. 

    I’m not saying all cops are bad. 

    I think NYC should double the budget for the NYPD or triple it. 

    Nonetheless, I can’t find anyone who works for the government to get the NYPD and their civilian lie and scam team to stop harassing me.

    This is a message about the NYPD not allowing me to work that I sent to the HRA Commissioner’s office via the public web form in January 2025. 

    I made it a little longer because I don’t have to submit it via the web form. 

    Greetings HRA, 

    Thank you for all the help. 

    The people who work for HRA 16th St, Manhattan, including security guards do a great job. 

    I always treat all HRA staff, security guards, employees at the public assistance job programs, and other HRA recipients politely and respectfully at all times, no matter what. 

    Treating everyone at HRA respectfully is more important than any of this. 

    Almost anything I buy with the cash from HRA, the NYPD and their civilian team steals or vandalizes. 

    I’m sure most NYPD members are ok. 

    The NYPD officers who harass me are ruthless beyond almost anyone’s imagination. 

    The NYPD’s favorite scams are to lie and say Mark Pine is rude, Mark Pine doesn’t want to work, Mark Pine is crazy, Mark Pine is stalking all the girls, etc. 

    I’m 48 years old with a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College and zero criminal record with the NYPD spending a massive amount of money to lock me up. 

    The NYPD constantly has civilian women and men in regular clothes crashing into me, blowing marijuana smoke in my face, shoving their phones in my face, yelling and screaming at me, sneezing and coughing in my face, doing anything they can to try and start an argument, and much more. 

    I ignore them. 

    The NYPD got me arrested in Nassau County. 

    It’s a long story. 

    I got the charge lowered to a violation so I still technically don’t have a criminal record. 

    It’s an awesome story, no time to tell it here. 

    I represented myself and requested a bench or judge trial.

    Currently I’m a full time student at Baruch College CUNY. 

    I’m signed up for full time for the Spring 2025 semester. 

    I plan on taking summer 2025 classes and Fall 2025 classes. 

    At some point in the future I’m going to be back looking for a job. 

    At your convenience I would like to speak or email with someone at HRA about the NYPD not allowing me to work. 

    Every time I call the main HRA number no one picks up, even if I call first thing in the morning when HRA opens. 

    I understand “the NYPD won’t allow me to work” isn’t a common issue. 

    That’s why I’m getting started now. 

    I’m contacting HRA about this situation early, so there is plenty of time to deal with it before I end up back at a HRA job program with the NYPD and their civilian team harassing and sabotaging me.

    The people I know pay high level NYPD to harass me, not precinct police that you see in uniform. 

    1 Police Plaza, the Manhattan District Attorney, NYPD Internal Affairs, the Manhattan and Albany FBI, the US Attorney Northern District of New York, blocked my phone number. 

    I have a feeling the majority of people in New York City, New York State, and the United States aren’t getting help if they are being harassed by law enforcement.

    For example, the NYPD tried to get me to go to a factory somewhere in the middle of the night where there was no public transportation nearby. 

    I called the local NYPD precinct and they told me if I go there in the middle of the night I’ll be killed. 

    I should have recorded the call. 

    I know this is a tough situation and I’m making the best of it. 

    I’m living in the street homeless. 

    I have places to shower. 

    Of course, I have my little storage room with clean clothes paid for by HRA. 

    If I was working 30 hours a week or so for minimum wage I’d be doing a lot less work than I have to do for school and I’d have a lot more money. 

    Unfortunately, the NYPD won’t allow me to work. 

    The NYPD has issued me more than 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim. 

    I’m more than happy to share the information with HRA. 

    The NYPD has rejected me from getting hundreds of additional NYPD police reports. 

    I had to pro se sue CUNY in the New York Court of Claims because the NYPD was trying to get me kicked out of CUNY.

    It’s America I’m allowed to complain online.

    The NYPD and New York City law enforcement pay people to lie and say Mark Pine is rude.

    Regardless if I get the MetroCard money or not, Baruch College has been more than generous with me. 

    I’m very appreciative. 

    One thing that surprises me is HRA or whoever is in charge of it. 

    There has to be tens of thousands of college students who are on public assistance. 

    I can’t believe that HRA is going to block their MetroCards. 

    HRA used to send the MetroCard money when school was open and closed. Then they only sent it when school is open. Now they don’t send it at all. 

    I just checked my Access HRA and the MetroCard money hasn’t been sent as of January 30, 2025. 

    Another crazy change HRA made is with the storage. 

    There are a ton of us who get our little storage rooms paid for by HRA. 

    HRA used to have us bring in the bill once or twice a year or when there was a raise in the cost. 

    Now we have to bring in our storage invoices in person once a month. 

    The biggest storage company in Manhattan just moved the day they send the invoices from the 7th to the 17th of the month. 

    I just can’t imagine tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people have to run down at the end of every month and spend the day at HRA. 

    Also, sometimes you have to bring the storage invoice twice because it gets lost in the shuffle. 

    I’m the ultimate optimist. 

    I believe I’m going to be a millionaire one day. 

    The glass is half full. 

    Nonetheless there are so many roadblocks for people on public assistance and homeless people that the general public doesn’t know about. 

    Then they bash us on social media, etc. 

    One last good one I keep hearing on social media is that the government is going to cancel EBT/SNAP.

    There are millions of people in New York City alone being fed by EBT/SNAP. 

    There are not that many minimum wage or any type of jobs available for all those people. 

    I have zero criminal record. 

    I don’t do anything illegal. 

    If they cancel all of the food programs the food stealing would be out of control unless they make the laws stricter.

    Anyway, I’m trying to make money in my spare time to get out from under this situation. 

    I still have compassion for the people in these situations.

    The irony about all this is that a lot of the people on social media bashing people on public assistance are going to end up on it one day due to AI, robots, etc.

  • Opinion: NYPD 911 are harassing me on the phone.

    I’m not a lawyer.

    I’m pro se suing the NYPD.

    This is a notice of claim I filed with the NYC Comptroller’s office.

    Some, not all, of the people who work for NYPD 911 harass me on the phone when I call.

    The NYPD, FBI, US Attorney, District Attorney, Secret Service, Pentagon, and others blocked my phone number.

    I was calling to report that people I know are paying New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes, female and male, civilian lie and scam team to harass me.

    I always treat everyone at the NY Courts, One Centre Street NYC Comptroller’s Office, etc., politely and respectfully at all times no matter what. 

    I was polite and respectful with all the NYPD employees I spoke with below. 

    Incident 1: 

    Time and date: 

    On January 11, 2025 from 5:44 PM until 6:48 PM I called NYPD 911 seventeen times to report that people I know are paying the NYPD and the NYPD’s female and male, regular clothes, civilian lie and scam team to harass me. 

    Some of the NYPD 911 operators were joking around on the phone making a joke out of my NYPD 911 calls reporting NYPD corruption and harassing me on the phone like they have done hundreds/thousands of times previously. 

    1 Police Plaza, all the NYPD Precincts, NYPD Internal Affairs, blocked my phone number (917) 815-5415 so I can only call NYPD 911 when the NYPD and the NYPD’s plain clothes, female and male, civilian team harass me. 

    When I call NYPD 911 many times including the time and dates above, the women and men who answer the phone at NYPD 911 joke around and harass me on the phone. 

    Incident 2: 

    I’ve called NYPD 911 dozens of times to report the NYPD and the NYPD’s regular clothes, female and male, civilian team for harassing me on January 12, 2025 too.       

    Some of the NYPD 911 operators were joking around on the phone making a joke out of my NYPD 911 calls reporting NYPD corruption and as usual the NYPD 911 operators were harassing me on the phone. 

    I told the NYPD 911 operators that I’m going to report them to the NYC Comptroller’s Office, the New York Courts, NYPD Internal Affairs, CCRB, DOI, FBI, US Attorney, District Attorney, and other government agencies. 

    The NYPD 911 operators made it clear that they don’t care. 

    The NYPD 911 operators don’t have the slightest concern about any oversight. 

    When the calls I made to NYPD 911 are played in court everyone will see how corrupt the NYPD is and how the NYPD 911 operators have no concern about any law enforcement oversight. 

    Someone is telling the NYPD 911 operators to keep running scams on the phone and don’t worry about any oversight because they won’t do anything. 

    Incident 3:

    I went to the NYPD 13 Precinct on January 11, 2025 at 6:30 pm to report the women and men who pick up the phone for NYPD 911 joking around on the phone and harassing me on the phone when I called. 

    I spoke with NYPD Officer X from the NYPD 13 Precinct. 

    The NYPD Officer denied me a police report. 

    The NYPD Officer I spoke with had her body camera on for a few minutes. 

    I spoke with the Sergeant and he denied me a police report too. 

    I was polite the whole time. 

    The Sergeant was playing good cop and the officer was playing bad cop. 

    Incident 4:

    Then I went to NYPD Internal Affairs at 315 Hudson St New York, NY on January 11, 2025 at 7:30 PM. 

    I spoke with two NYPD Internal Affairs Detectives and told them that women and men who picked up NYPD 911 when I called were joking around on the phone and harassing me on the phone. 

    One of the NYPD Detectives was a little rude and I still treated him respectfully. 

    I know people aren’t allowed to record audio and video at NYPD Precincts. 

    Because the NYPD Internal Affairs Detective was being rude and we were meeting in an office building lobby, not a NYPD precinct, not in the NYPD Internal Affairs office, I audio recorded some of the conversation with NYPD Internal Affairs. 

    I wasn’t sneaky. I let them know I was recording the audio because I also wanted to get their shield numbers. 

    Additional information:

    I’ve called NYPD 911 more than 30,000 times in the past 10 years from my mobile phone (917) 815-5415 

    That may sound like a lot.

    It’s nothing compared to the millions of dollars the NYPD has spent harassing me during the past several years which is still going on today. 

    As far as I understand when a person calls NYPD 911 from inside of New York City the NYPD 911 call shows up in the callers recent call history on their phone but it does not show up in their online phone records in their online mobile phone company account. 

    At least that’s what my phone company told me. 

    The NYPD loves hiring incompetent civilians as long as the people will harass people on command and cover up corruption. I’m not talking about officers, I’m talking about some of the civilians, not all, who work for the NYPD and NYPD 911. 

    I can’t make one more thing clear enough. 

    The members of the NYPD who harass me, the people at NYPD 911 who harass me on the phone, and the civilians I know who pay the NYPD to harass me for no reason made it very clear to me on numerous occasions that they don’t have the slightest concern about anyone from the government knowing what they are up to, including the courts, law enforcement oversight, politicians, etc. 

    I have an app that records calls on my phone. The only calls the app won’t allow me to record are NYPD 911 calls. If I could record the calls with the app, I would. 

    The only one who has a full record of the 30,000 plus times I’ve called NYPD 911 is the NYPD. 

    Of course, they will try to cherry pick the calls were the NYPD 911 operators were acting professional and hide the thousands of NYPD 911 calls I made when the NYPD 911 female and male operators were harassing me on the phone. 

    I can keep writing hundreds/thousands of pages about this situation although hopefully this will suffice.

    None of them helped.

    The NYPD and their civilian team are still harassing me today, January 22, 2025, without a care in the world about getting caught.

    Long story short the NYPD and their civilian team won’t let me work.

    I would like to speak with someone at HRA about the situation.

    I would be more than happy to work 30 or 40 hours a week in Manhattan retail for minimum wage.

    The NYPD will not allow anyone to hire me.

    I was providing web marketing and online advertising services for companies.

    The NYPD and their civilian team chased away several of my web marketing and online advertising clients.

    I’m signed up for full time for the Spring 2025 semester and I plan on taking summer 2025 classes.

    The NYPD and their civilian team chased away my clients and made me homeless. 

    The NYPD and their regular clothes civilian team constantly harass me.

    In my spare time from school I’m trying to find new web marketing clients.

    I’m also trying to raise money for startups from accredited investors.

    Of course the NYPD does a lot of good and a lot of bad.

    The good doesn’t excuse the bad.

    Hopefully I’ll figure out how to earn money before I’m done with school.

    If not I’ll be back in the public assistance job program with the NYPD and their civilian team sabotaging, harassing, and running scams on me without a care in the world about NYPD Internal Affairs, CCRB, and DOI stopping them.
