In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass me every day.
I don’t drink.
I don’t smoke.
I don’t party.
I don’t have a criminal record. No felonies. No misdemeanors.
NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.
NYPD Headquarters blocked my phone number.
The Civilian Complaint Review Board has not helped me at all.
The Department of Investigations hasn’t helped me at all.
The New York City FBI Field Office and FBI Headquarters in Washington DC blocked my phone number.
The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my email.
The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.
The US Secret Service blocked my phone number.
US Marshals Headquarters blocked my phone number.
Most of the FBI field offices nationwide hang up when I call.
I have called NYPD 911 thousands of times.
I have called the New York City FBI field office thousands of times.
I have left thousands of messages for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, all extensions (1,2,3,4,5).
I have sent emails to the above government agencies and hundreds of others.
I just represented myself in a lawsuit against The City University of New York. I lost the lawsuit, although I learned a lot.
I believe the lawsuit is listed as Mark Pine V The City University of New York in 2021 or 2022. The court was the New York Court of Claims.
A lot of my evidence used in the case is about New York City law enforcement running scams on me and trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College CUNY.
When people I know started paying New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me, New York City law enforcement sabotaged all the ways I earned money. For example, web marketing.
I’ve been living in the street homeless for the past five years with New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes team teasing me and harassing me every day.
New York City law enforcement has their plainclothes lie and scam team blow weed smoke in my face five times per day.
New York City law enforcement had women in their teens, twenties, and thirties try and hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it so they went to other scams.
New York City law enforcement has women crash into me and shove their phones in my face. The women pretend they are under attack with dozens of people including the police supervising.
New York City law enforcement has women and men try and pick fights with me. For example, they shove their phones in my face, they cut me off and crash into me, they rob me, they vandalize my property, etc.
New York City law enforcement has students at Baruch College tease me, harass me, and try to pick fights with me in Baruch College classrooms during class and around the college. I just ignore them and take the abuse.
New York City law enforcement has teenage girls, drug dealers, drug addicts, attorneys, and investors follow me around and pretend they are with me constantly.
In my opinion, a percentage of attorneys don’t want this type of case. For example, a lawsuit against the NYPD.
I don’t have any money.
If an attorney takes the case just to try and sabotage me as a favor to law enforcement I’m going to know.

I just submitted my storage payment for the month of July 2022. For some reason, the bill doesn’t get paid unless I send an email here. For example, there have been months where I had to pay the bill out of the other money you send me or the payment would have been late.
When I receive the bill from the storage company I take a screenshot of the bill on my phone and upload a perfectly clear copy into the HRA app.
I just completed my recertification. If I’m correct everything went perfectly: the interview, the documentation from CUNY Edge and me, etc. Your team at the 14th Street HRA location was very helpful.

I want to try and raise money from accredited investors for various types of startup companies. For example, mobile apps, websites, retail stores, etc.
Is it legal to call and email companies with the goal of finding accredited investors to invest money for risky startups?
I will be honest with any accredited investors that offer me money.
In my opinion, the odds of any startup making a lot of money is less than 1 percent.
In my opinion, the odds that a startup will go out of business or earn very little money is 99.9%. For example, how many websites/apps do you use on a daily basis? What are the odds of someone creating another one that makes it into people’s daily routine? One in several million.

Anyone that even thinks about helping me is immediately contacted by New York City law enforcement and told either not to help me or asked by New York City law enforcement to help them sabotage me more.
Currently, New York City law enforcement is editing audio of me so NYC law enforcement can lie and say that Mark Pine cursed out a bunch of Baruch College staff, professors, and students.
If anyone tells me they want to give me money with terms I will accept I will let them know that New York City law enforcement will make their life a living hell if they give me money. That will be written into any contract I ever create for an investor.
I will have to figure out how to cover myself legally just in case New York City law enforcement starts to torture someone who gives me money the way NYC law enforcement tortures me.
I will have to spell everything out in advance and try to protect myself as much as possible so NYC law enforcement can’t just start torturing my investors and then the investors can easily sabotage my companies so NYC law enforcement will stop torturing them.
I’ll let all prospective investors know that NYC law enforcement has attorneys, investors, entrepreneurs, etc., that NYC law enforcement runs scams with follow me around New York City and pretend they are with me. I don’t care if someone offers me a billion dollars right this minute. I tried to notarize the errata sheet twice on Thursday, May 26, 2022, and Friday, May 27, 2022, at the clerk’s office at the 60 Centre Street, Manhattan courthouse. Both times the person refused.
I have no idea why. I’ve been there many times and never had an issue before. I always treat everyone at the courts with the utmost respect regardless of what is going on so I didn’t spend too much time questioning the rejection.
I’ll try to notarize the document again at another clerk’s office.
I also tried to speak with someone at your office on Friday, May 27, 2022, but there wasn’t anyone at the window across the hall from the window where I dropped off documents.
I’ll stop by again this week. Maybe I missed them because it was late in the afternoon.
As I stated in the last email I sent, if I’m too late returning the errata sheet for this lawsuit, it’s OK. New York City law enforcement harasses me every day so I can file another notice of claim to sue the NYPD any day.

Most NYC government agencies run and hide when I mention that NYC law enforcement is being paid by people I know to harass me (ie … just kidding).
