Message to the NYS Department of Taxation

Greetings NYS Tax Department, I receive welfare. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Civilian men I know pay the NYPD to harass people including me. The NYPD sabotaged my career so I don’t have the money to pay my taxes. I’ll call you tomorrow. I’ve contacted hundreds of government offices in New York about the NYPD harassing me. They ignore me, or tell me to contact someone else, or block my number. The NYPD pays women and men in regular clothes to harass me while the police supervise. The NYPD also had attractive women try to hook up with me to set me up. If New York gets police oversight that can get the NYPD to stop harassing me I should be able to work again. In the meantime I’m just collecting welfare. The NYPD is working overtime to sabotage my public assistance, food stamps, etc. It’s one of their top priorities.
