Message to the NYPD Commissioner about the New York City police harassing me.

Greetings Commissioner @NYPDPC people I know pay members of the NYPD to harass me. I have a lot of evidence. NYPD Internal Affairs and the Civilian Complaint Review Board won’t help. Please help. Thank you. Mark Pine.
