$6,500 (that I don’t have) away from graduating at Baruch College CUNY.

Greetings Baruch College,

Thank you for the consideration and help the past several years.

Of course I always treat everyone at Baruch College respectfully no matter what.

That is more important than any of this.

Some people were just harassing me in the financial district and blowing drug smoke in my face.

I’m in the emergency room again so I have time to write.

I’ve racked up millions of dollars in medical bills since I’ve been at CUNY.

It all goes to Medicaid so I’m not sure of the exact numbers.

I’m about $6,500 away from graduating.

My FAFSA ran out.

TAP may pay about $1,000.

HRA may pay about $2,000.

That leaves about $2,000 for Fall 2025 and about $2,500 for Spring 2026.

If TAP works out it may be $1,500 and $2,000.

Hopefully HRA will pay the final $2,000 for Summer 2026.

I’m going to apply for scholarships.

I’m going to get on a waiting list for a work study program.

I’m going to hopefully get hours from RF CUNY.

I have a 3.7 GPA with 6 classes left.

It may go up to 3.8.

Is there any possible option to get the money to graduate that I’m missing?

Also, I’m politely and respectfully asking why is Baruch College blocking me from dropping my whole Spring 2025 schedule and getting the money back so I can graduate?

I understand rules are rules.

I’m politely and respectfully asking.

I think I meet the criteria with all my NYPD police report and medical documentation.

If the answer is no I’ll make the best of it like always.

During Spring 2025, I was going back and forth with HRA to get my subway money so many times I lost count.

Every time I go to HRA I have so much weed blown in my face I can’t get anything else done that day.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve been to urgent cares and emergency rooms so many times.

I had more than 24 emergency room and urgent care visits during Spring 2025.

My Medicaid doctor isn’t going to get involved with Baruch College.

I can’t get a letter from him.

I have the documentation from the medical visits and police reports with me as the victim.

In addition to that I have at least 30 NYPD police reports with me as the victim getting robbed, harassed, etc., since I’ve been at CUNY.

I have a PDF of more than 100 pages from NYPD headquarters 1PP that I will submit with my final request to drop Spring 2025 in September 2025.

I have one more appeal to try and drop my Spring 2025 schedule and try and get the money back in September or October 2025.

I would like to graduate if possible.

If it’s not possible, it’s not and I’ll make the best of it like always.

I just don’t see why Baruch College or CUNY can’t let me withdraw and get a refund for Spring 2025, especially with hundreds of medical visits, dozens during the Spring 2025 semester and dozens of NYPD police reports, several NYPD police reports with me as the victim during Spring 2025.

The NYPD always tries to make me look bad in the police reports for one reason or another, nonetheless I’m going to use the NYPD police reports in my Spring 2025 withdrawal request.

I’ve been living in the street homeless the whole time I’ve been at CUNY.

I prefer to sleep on the steps of subway platforms in rich neighborhoods because it’s safter than sleeping on the train in my opinion.

For example, I’ve slept on the steps of the 72 St and 2 Ave Manhattan subway platform, 86 St and 2 Ave Manhattan subway platform steps, Chambers Street Manhattan subway platform steps, City Hall, etc.

I shower, I wash my clothes, I don’t look homeless.

I’ve paid thousands of dollars in bicycle, subway, and bus tickets with my student loans.

My drivers license is active.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have any misdemeanors or felonies.

I just wanted to bring it to your attention that I’m going to try and drop my whole Spring 2025 semester in September and get the money back so I can graduate.

I had a 3.8 GPA going into Spring 2025.

I got a 3.4 GPA during Spring 2025 which brought my GPA down to 3.7.

I should have been resting due to everything that led up to the massive number of medical visits.

When I was rejected multiple times to drop the Spring 2025 semester, I did my best to salvage it.

I respect that everyone has their own issues and everyone is equal.

With that being said there aren’t too many people who would want to trade places with me if anyone.

I contacted FAS, Bursar, Registrar, CUNY Edge, BOSS, Student Life, etc.

I’ll contact them again as it gets closer.

I suspect that I’m going to run out of funds at the end of December 2025.

At that time I’ll have 4 classes left to graduate.

BIO 1011, BIO 1012, MAT 2140, and a JRN internship.

I plan on taking 2 classes for the next 3 semesters ending Summer 2026.

Hopefully accredited investors give me millions of dollars for my startups and none of this will matter.

It’s happened before with Baruch College and CUNY students.

I can’t rely on that so I’d like to graduate if possible and go to CUNY graduate school.

Going back to the public assistance job program may be a good thing, who knows.

Please let me know if I missed any options to get the remaining funds to graduate or if you have guidance pertaining to this financial situation.

Thank you and have a great day.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes Baruch College staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything.

I never partake in any controversial conversations at Baruch College under any circumstances.

When I’m at Baruch College, I never say anything controversial, not even close.

I would never say anything that could upset anyone at Baruch College.

I would never make a negative comment about anything at Baruch College.
