Greetings coworking,
I love my coworking membership.
It’s the best deal.
I’m very happy I joined.
I’m outside the location in New York City.
I booked a desk for the day on August 21, 2022.
I showed up to the building and gave the person at the front desk my license.
The person said he doesn’t see my name in the system, so I can’t come in.
I politely and respectfully said I would contact customer service and see what was going on.
I went outside, and I’m a few blocks away.
I tried calling, and no one answered.
I’ll wait outside for a while and see if anyone gets back to me.
If not, it’s no big deal.
I’ll figure out the process this week so I can access future appointments.
Please advise.
